Namaste, I am using Airtel 4G dongle number. In the month of September, while I was supposed to pay Rs. 2, 440 as the outstanding amount, by mistake I transferred Rs. 24, 440. When I noticed it, I called the Airtel customer care on 22-Sep-2015 and explained them the issue. They asked me to send the email to [protected]@in.airtel.com alongwith the scanned copy of bank statement, with the reference number and the cancelled cheque of my bank. Since I did not have any cheque leave left at that time, I asked them what can be the alternate for that ? So they said that bank statement with the transaction reference number displaying my name, IFSC code of my bank, bank account details, my address of correspondence and my alternate contact number are sufficient. So I gave them those details. But then somebody else again replied back that I need to submit the scanned copy of cheque. They also told me that within four hours of they receiving my scanned copy of cancelled cheque, they will transfer my money back. This was on 11th of Oct 2015. So, I had requested my bank for a new cheque book. After I received my cheque book, I sent them the cancelled cheque scan, on Oct 18. But after that, I got a reply from Airtel side that they will refund my money by 10-Nov-2015. This is complaint number 65052591. So I asked them that you told that you will be transferring my money back within 4 hrs of receiving my scanned cancelled cheque and now why you want three more weeks. So they are again & again replying that they will transfer my money by 10-Nov. Also, they are directly deducting my newly generated bill from the total excess amount I have transferred, which is again not fare! So their total amount of transfer to me is getting reduced each time! Today they called me and told me that I have not submitted the bank statement. So I told them I had already given the details long back and after that only they have raised a ticket for the refund of my money. But they were saying that they can't see the bank statements in their records! So this is not at all fare! There is no ethics or process being followed from their side. Nor there is any transparency being maintained. Each time somebody else replies and tells something different. I want my excess amount of Rs. 19, 721.82 asap. I hope you will help me. I have attached some screenshots of the big mail chain with Airtel on this issue from 25-Sep. Thanks.

    Airtel mobile service is not refunding my amount.

    Hello Airtel internet users, be careful donot recharge your mobile amount with high amont. Don, t maintain yourAirtelmobile with big amounts

    Better use prepaid service only. Initially they tell so many benefits in Airtel post paid service. If it is post paid service, you will find the mistake when you receive the bill.

      I have been using Airtel 4G dongle for couple of years and never experienced a bad experience as such that I am facing now. But for few months I have been facing issues with network and connectivity. I have called many times to the customer care and logged a complaint against my issue as well . Every time they say your issue will be resolved in 24 hours but till today no one has been looked into my issue and not resolved. Every month they send me bill around 1200/- as per plan and ask me to pay on-time I too been paying without any delay. But they give world worst service to their customer. I don't have words to say about their service. Request you to everyone, Don't go to this Airtel brand they will talk to you very politely/smoothly while taking connection after that they will show you stars in daytime only for your connectivity issues. A WORST SERVICE & LOOTS YOUR MONEY EVERY MONTH. THEY NEVER LOOK INTO YOUR ISSUES THOUGH YOU PAY MONEY IN TIME EVERY MONTH. DON'T BUY AIRTEL 4G DONGLE

        I have made my payment for the mobile bill on 31/10/2015 and the customer service representative informed me that the services will work within4 hours they haven't so I gave a call again at 6pm again they asked me to wait for 4 hours u did I again called up they informed me to wait untill mid night and now the time is 1:15 in the morning as on 01/11/2015 still I can't make calls and m away from my home this is a cust service

          I purchased an airtel dongle at 3 pm today from the airtel office at new vasavi Nagar, kharkhana, Secunderabad. This was supposed to be activated in 2 hours. Now it is 4 hours past and I have not recd the sms frm airtel. Nobody is picking up the telephone. Biju george, [protected]

            In month of july 2015 i have applied for an landline connection and deposited a amount of Rs.1000/-, on 28th july i got a mail from airtel that due to some technical reasons airtel cannot give me the fixed landline connection and the deposited amount will be refunded through cheque within 20 working days. from 28th july to till date i have not received my refund and on calling their 121 customer care they just generate a new complaint number. regards vikram yadav [protected]

              I requested for relocation of broadband internet from Hyderabad to chennai. After a week got a call saying people will come to my house the next day to give connection, It has been five days now and still I am waiting. It is difficult to reach customer care, and when I call them they just hang up or do not pick up the call (the number I dialled was [protected].They should not keep customers in the dark about relocation/new connection details. At the least they should answer the call. Airtel got no ethics.

                I am using airtel 3G service in Mahipalpur, new delhi. I want to inform you that less net surfing, gmail &whatsapp, I am not able to access any app from google play store. Even in Connaught place like hifi areas. Its means airtel is forcing customer to use 4G network. Because they are not giving proper network access on 3G network. Using internet is not limited to WhatsApp and Facebook only. I have also many things to do with internet. So please, do something in this regards.

                Hi ! I am from Siliguri, pin code: 734003 (West Bengal).
                Here the Airtel net service is the worst service. Thy only charged but do not give the services even if you have activeted 3G the Airtel company does not give the 2G Services. They show net towers but it corrupts with in few minutes. Some time it shows 3G and some time it shows 2G. But they cut ballace every time.
                I have complained it to Airtel customer care services. They noted it and give reply that they will overcome it. After some days they messaged that they have solved the problem.
                But the problem is still now same as it was. It is not only my problem. It is the problem of all my friends who have the Airtel net connection.
                If you have Airtel mobile SIM net connection and you want the prove, then come at "Siliguri, Pradhan Nagar, Mallaguri, Champa Sari, Darjeeling More" area, you will find your Airtel WORST net connection by loss your money. Though they demand that they will give 4G service.
                Airtel company, give us the proper answer otherwise we have to choose other companies network.

                  I am facing internet problem with airtel in andheri area of mumbai on 30 oct 15, when i called customer service for this in the morning, they told me that it will be resolved within 4 hrs, but nothing happened. When i called them in the evening they gave the same reason and same solution.
                  This is just they want to fool the customer nothing else. They charge us huge ammount for internet service but dont give the quality product.
                  There should be some punishment to service providers if they fail to meet the claimed services.

                    I am a resident of visakhapatnam and have installed airtel HD dish tv last month which cost me around 5500 where other dishes charge only 2500/- .i have raised the complaint and and no serive is provided since past 5 days .there is lot of inconvinece caused only because they have to do the service for free as my box is under warrenty. every day sevice within 24hours is promised but no one turned up till now . i want this issue to be considered seriously .

                      The fresh billing on my Airtel number started on 26th October 2015. The allocated data to me is 1, 250 MB out of which I have used 69.51 MB of data. However, now *121# and Airtel app show that, I am allocated with 97.9 GB (yes Gigabytes) out of which I have used 95.8 GB of data. The complaint reference number is 66016677.
                      They said it would be resolved by 15:21 on 30th October 2015. Appellate said it would be resolved by 16:00 on 30th October 2015. Now the Nodal officer is telling me to wait until Monday.

                      Earlier they had tortured me with incorrect billing of my dongle number.

                      What the hell is happening?

                        I have been tortured both mentally and financially by Airtel services. Kindly take a look at the my recent tickets raised and their services. 1. 57506280: Premise shifting due to change in Location. Raised on 10th July 2015, closed on 15th July 2015. 2. 57655494: Slow browsing in the new location also experiencing 'Limited Access' Raised on 15th July 2015, closed on 23rd July 2015. 3. 58056940: Wifi strength Issue still persist, requested to shift the router in other room, same premise. Raised on 29th July 2015, closed without confirmation on 13th Aug 2015. Shift not done. 4. 58638088: Raised the complain againfor same premise shifting Raised on 16th Aug 2015, closed on 23rd Aug 2015 without confirmation, shift not yet completed. 5. 60409876: Same premise shifting raised again to get it completed. Raised on 8th Oct 2015, closed on 15th Oct 2015 without confirmation and actually this was completed on 23rd October, how come they can preclose a ticket, why is there an irregularity? I have call records with the technician of 23rd Oct. How many irregularities are they doing including this? Where is their 24 hours response guarantee? What about customer service? In this period i have been calling them again and again like 100 times and have wasted my precious time. They introduced a mental torture to me by their bad services and irresponsible behavior. I am not able to concentrate on anything and have become very irritated due to their ignorance. Please help me get justice as a customer. Please let me know if you need more information.

                        This issue has not been resolved by you as i still did not get any compensation from you for the harassment and mental torture you have given to me. Please make sure you settle this.

                        Further this is very disgusting that I am still getting billed while i stopped using your services back in mid November. I have also got confirmation from your customer care representative that my connection has been barred. So why am i getting false bills?

                        I can never think of any worse situation like this. I have got a billing of 5128 yesterday saying total dues, while for last 3 months i am not using the services.

                          My Post paid mobile subscription was under Myplan599 in which I get 2Gb internet data download free. In August I asked for 10Gbextra data.The August bill which came on 3rd September -Rs4337/- After complaining and several hours of talk with staff and authorities at various levels they 'waived' the overcharged amount.(Rs.1950/-)Bill came to Rs.2347/-.While I was about to pay that The September bill came on 3rd October for both months it's now Rs.5760/- . My data consumption for September was only 583 Mb. Even after several complaints they had retained high Data download plans against my number and are justifying the bill based on what their Sytem shows.I requested to make the bill commensurate wth consumption or credit Data in my account for future consumption if I am compelled to pay Rs.5760/- in order to resume service. Instead Airtel disconnected my number. The number is [protected]

                            I am using Airtel Postpaid Number [protected] on 2014. Sometimes I have took the to up service for current month, But on 22nd of July 2015 I have called Customer care for to up service and he has activated 1GB data extra permanently in my account.
                            After 45 days when I saw my bill then got about extra plan.
                            After that I have complaint 3 times in customer care they did not solved the problem and did not any call back.
                            When I complained in [protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com there is no solution.
                            Now my Number is getting suspended .
                            Please solve my problem it's my humble request.

                              one month back, I Ported my Vodafone number to Airtel Postpaid Plan CORP 399, I got the Plan When I Started using the Airtel Network, after 10 days, I received a call from MRF Employee saying that, your Bill and CUG has been added under MRF company. I am not the one who belongs to MRF. Please fine the attached bill for your reference

                              My concerns are below Pointed.

                              1. How my Plan has been activated in MRF company CUG without my knowledge.
                              2. Reached Pondicherry show room, where I activated my Postpaid Plan, they said issue will be solved in few days and again they asked my ID Proof, I provided the same to them.

                                I applied for Airtel Broadband on 23.10.15. On 24.10.15, Mr. Ajay (Mobile no.-[protected]), Airtel executive came to my office to collect the required documents and installation charges. He ensured me that my connection would be activated at the most by 26.10.15. But, on 26.10.15 when I called him to ask if my connection would be activated, he said that my application has been rejected as he had tried to "manage" things in the work order and asked me to wait for 2-3 days. I was in urgent need of internet as my exams were coming up, so I asked him to make the refund of installation charges as soon as possible. But showing an unethical behaviour, he said he won't be able to make the refund soon as he was keeping busy and asked me not to fight for such a small amount of money. Later, after a heated argument, he said that travelling so far won't be possible for him and hence asked me to come to Thane station. This was totally an unethical behaviour on his part. On 27.10.15, I called him again if he would be coming to make an refund but there has been no response on his part as he has stopped taking my calls.
                                When I spoke to Airtel customer care about my grievances, the executive said he can't help me the issue and I'll have to go to authorised Airtel office to resolve the issue.
                                For me, it is not about the "small amount of money" as the Airtel employee says, it is about the cheating a customer and tiresome and humilating process customer has to go through to get the justice. I may get my money back but the process that Airtel has made me go through to get the refund will be unforgettable.

                                  Promise of 48 hours installations of broadband at my home has gone down drains and still no one updates when it¿s going to happen. If this is not action-ed immediately I would like know the highest escalation point I don't remember the sales guy¿s name but his number is [protected], which I have been trying but he doesn't picks up or calls back. Today is the 10th day but nobody has got back nor reverted to my complains. This delay has got me losses in my work.

                                    I have been charged 25Rs. from main balance for downloading a video on Whatsapp having Whatsapp pack activated with restricted mobile data and non-usage of other applications. Customer care executive so rude that the money was taken for other application usage.
                                    Also, Airtel cheated on full talktime of Rs.110. On 121 it was told that 110 full talktime is available, whereas after recharge I got only Rs.93 credited to my main balance.

                                    AIRTEL IS SO HORRIBLE.

                                      I have been a customer with airtel from quite a long while now, but I have never experienced such bad customer service from you folks. Firstly I was disappointed on a fact that I wasn't informed about the services in a proper manner, secondly the rude behavior of the people from customer service team is so not acceptable.

                                      This is in context to the Complain No. # 60639986 on 19 Oct. 2015

                                      and the conversation I had with your folks in regarding this complain.

                                      Making Long story - short:
                                      I recently applied for a new Airtel Broadband + Landline connection (Connection No. #[protected]. About which I was never informed that there is going to be an activation cost for extra 1000, over the top I'll be paying the taxes on this amount. Money is not a concern here the concern is your people aren't doing their job properly, A customer must always be informed up front about whatever he's paying for and a customer always do have a right to ask "what I am paying for".

                                      Even though I repeatedly ask this from your sales person what are the charges involved .. She repeatedly replied. Just the usual bill (Monthly Rental) + Taxes. I asked again If I need to pay some installation cost. She denied. She also confirmed that I'll be getting a BeeTel Modem free of charges. I again confirmed that I don't need any modem as I do have 2 modems already, but she confirmed that I don't need to pay anything for that too. It is all included in the plan.

                                      When the bill was generated for the first time I received a bill of Rs. 2721, so finding this a little wired I checked my bill and found out there is something of which I wasn't informed about. Your activation charges. I didn't get it what kind of activation charges are these and why I wasn't informed about this.

                                      When I tried to enquire more about this on 121 they said that this is a regular charge which airtel is charging to customers since last 1 year or so.. I said that is okay but atleast I should have been informed about this. So they escalated the case, and promised me a call back, this conversation happened on 121 and the call lasts for almost 23 Min. 56 Sec. on 16 Oct. 5:09 PM

                                      I received a call back from some Krishna from some landline number from Gaziabad ([protected]) this call last for almost 10 min. The person was so rude he asked me in a very rude manner "Aapkko jo karna hai kar lijye yeh charge toh aapko dena hi hoga." I replied him " I'll do whatever I have to do, but I promise one thing to you now I am not going to pay this charge, do whatever you can do, as this is not a way to talk to your customers."

                                      I have been a customer with airtel from a long time. and I appreciate good services and that's why I prefer airtel as I like quality, I don't care about the prices much.
                                      I hold 2 postpaid connections, 2 landline broadband connection one Airtel DTH connection. have referred several lease line and corporate connection. In Udyog Vihar Phase 4, 5, 1, Sector - 18, I have referred several lease line connections in past almost 6 of them are running right now.

                                      I will never recommend airtel to any one from now, as once airtel has been a good service provider, but now I really feel sorry to say this, this is the worst kind of customer service experience I have ever had. I have been in this industry for more then 7 years now but this was the worst experience with any service provider.

                                        Hello sir/madam, { Sub;- unnecassary deduction of balance from my newly purchased airtel sim of conatact no-[protected] } I MOHAMMED WAZEERUDDIN resident of Hyderabad, Telangana recently purchased a new airtel sim of Mobile No [protected] on[protected] in the evening and I was waiting for the activation of the sim and the next day I activated my sim in the evening time all he needed procedure of activation was done from my side and the sim got activated in 15 mintes. Untill here everything was good, but the problem started after activation process. I bought the sim for 60 rupees and talktime i got was 52 rupees and suddenly the deduction of balance was started . It was showing that sms costs 5 rupees, but i didnt texted any one .For every 5 to 10 minutes the amount of 5 rupees was deducted and the same way the deduction continued and stopped at 27 rupees. so totall 25 rupees was deducted from my account I was worried and called to airtels customer care service and told about balance deduction . I was shocked by what he told to me . He told to me that I have sent 2 International sms so the balance was deducted, But i never messaged any one .as soon as the activation process was done the amount started to deduct so how can i text to some one i asked him . he was like i dont know data here is showing etc etc... His answers were irrelavent and that didnt helped me I would request you to please look into this matter seriously so that my problem would get resolved as this is a serious issue, Its not the matter of money, but the way he proved me that lying was really harsh and hurted my feelings & how can i text to some international number, i dint texted i was explaining to him but he was not listening to me and saying that data here is showing that you texted me to some international number and all, But the fact was was i didnt even touched my phone for half and hour as during the activation activation process they told me that i might take 45 mintues to get my sim activated Iam strongly againt the way the airtel company is trying to cheat the innocent people and earn money, I request you to look in and do the need and get back my deducted money.
