I am getting poor signal at my home & office, both are in Ghorpadi Gaon area, Pune. There are call drops, our no. s become unreachable & very poor signal strength hence even 4G runs at less than 1 kbps many a times. Problem has been acute since lat 2 - 3 months. I tried all the methods suggested by Customer Service guy and they always act up as if there is a problem with my phone or SIM... which is definitely not the case as many...

Poor network coverage and internet connectivity

I have been using Airtel Postpaid for a month and i am sick of its poor network coverage. I have a 4G enabled SIM but unfortunately the network coverage for 4G is unbelievably weak. the call drop rate is very high and people cant reach me after several tries even when i have signal strength. leave alone the fact that i find it hard to make a call in one go. apart form all these, the 4G speed that airtel boasts about is not impressive at all....

I have recently ported my Vodafone number into Airtel. Now I don't receive signals, 4g isn't capable of giving high speeds and text messages takes hours to arrive and deliver. I think the porting process isn't done correctly. Very much disappointed with Airtel.
