I have recently ported my number [protected] from airtel delhi to airtel Mumbai. Since my porting of number into Airtel Mumbai I am suffering like any thing.
Firstly the ARC at Thakur Village (Rapid Televentures) had issued the wrong MNP sim as a result my number was not working for 3 days...when they gave me the new sim it worked for 5 days. After that SMS services was barred.. The SMS issue was resolved after 5 days.

For 5 days the number was working fine but again number was barred coz of documentation issue...

its been 2 days now my number is barred and still not activated even after submitting the docs...

Can I get some help...as the the customer care and the Airtel store is of no help as they simply vomit the script they are given...

    I migrated from Vodafone to Airtel (post 15yrs) of being with Vodafone ONLY because the airtel marketing executive told me about the 4GB corporate data plan ( with 4G connection). Post activation to my rude shock I got to know that the plan given to me is only on the call ( MYPLAN 199) and no data plan. Since then have been following up with the airtel supervisor and there is NO RESPONSE. Pathetic accountability & unable to comprehend that such a reputed company can CON gullible customers

      I would like to mention over here that, how intelligently airtel cheats customers.

      I had changed my postpaid corporate plan to myplan (499), where i had chosen 2 packs for data.

      When i requested 121 for data usage after 7 days of new plan activation, using "3g use", they replied saying 700mb is available

      Data to be consumed with in the bill cycle.

      Cool, i am supposed to get only 270mb - agreed, but that message made me understand like data is available from previous bill plan.

      Any person in the world who has common sense.. Would understand in the same way.

      Then.. I just followed the confirmation given by airtel. And consumed the data.

      Now i was charged for that extra 700mb data usage.: (After writing multiple emails to customer care, they are stating that charges are appropriate as per bill plan and no over charge.

      From their perspective may be they are right,.. Because they can't see the message received on my mobile.

      After long email chains with 121, when i particularly asked for the clarification on the message, they gave a silly reply saying

      To "ignore the message".

      Now my concern is, they can send erroneous messages to customer and make him use the services out of his bill plan
      But when you go with proofs, they are asking customer to ignore the message and pay the bill.

      This is absolutely their mistake to send wrong information, and should accept the mistake.

      They are arguing like, messages could be sent with some errors sometimes.

      How can i be responsible for their mistakes and why should i be penalized for the mistake i have not done.

      Yes.. I have consumed data.. But on whose confirmation.. Answer me on this..

      I am looking forward to see a response from airtel saying "charges are waived off".

      Until then.. I am not going to pay the bill.

        I have raised multiple complaints about denial of service from Airtel for my multiple requests for a landline connection at Manikonda. After many emails exchanges, I was told that there was a network connectivity issue due to which they are unable to provide landline connection. There is no proper mobile signal at my residence and I am in dire need of a landline connection. I have raised 4 to 5 requests over the past 1.5 years. Inspite of so many requests, Airtel is not doing anything to resolve the matter.

            Respected sir/madam, I have Port my number [protected] in Airtel from reliance in post paid. but from the day one I am facing problem my number is suspended due to credit verification. when I called on customer care they informed me that my family has not given the docs for the verification. but I Checked with my family and neighbour no one has visited at my residence address. yesterday I went goregaon west store they said that my verification is clear but my number is suspended from the system so we can not activate the line. 3days before store supervisor Mr Nandlal has taken my request for the activation even he doesn't have customer value I was waiting for him from 30minits and he was eating something in back office around 7pm. Now I want to convert my number in to prepaid but they are not ready to take my docs. I request you to help me with the activation of my line and convert my number in prepaid, As I am ready to give all required docs and payment. I haven sent mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com but still waiting for reply. I heard that Airtel is very good company and providing best service but in three days I got very very bad experience. really Vodafone is better than you. even reliance also coz I was using this number from last 6yrs in reliance but I never face any problem. So I request toy to help me for the same.

                I had raised a request for broadband connection drop, and it had been 4 days they did not get back to me. I kept on calling them 4-5times a day to check for the status and they kept saying it is a backend issue which we are resolving. Finally I had to get it fixed on my own. Customer service people kept fooling saying it is a backend issue whereas it was a setup issue from home. These people are so that they are treating customers like some junk. When it comes to billing they keep eating the head everyday to pay the bill if its overdue else they will cut the connection. But when it comes to helping they are WORSE and PATHETIC. Bloody people sitting and receiving calls for time pass and the customer should break there head on them. Then better they can teach the customer itself how to fix, why the hell we should wait for them to send some technician. Even there mangers are don't have guts to talk to the customer and then get to know from the customer service guy manager is unavailable as of now if we ask them to connect to there managers.

                  We are using airtel number [protected] and they have charged us rs 3200 excess we were compaling for 1 month at last there nodal officer heard our say and waived the said amount on next day our outgoing calls were barred. There is no note given by nodal officer to call centers was the reason given to us we have paid the amount unnecessarily . We were caused mental harassment, inconvenience and loss due to outgoing call barring and apart from that the non payment recording was played on our number for 20 days.                     Hi, I have called customer care 10 times and registered my complain about this. Since I am not receiving SMS on my number so I don't have any complain no. However same can be verified from your back end team. Its been 3-4 months, I am not able to send and receive SMS using my Airtel Sim 1. I have tried changing phone 2. I have re-verified SMS Center number 3. I have done the factroy reset as well. But still no use. Please escalate this case, and resolve it at earliest. Thanks, Gunjan

                      I purchased an airtel sim from Airtel dealer located in nehru place Delhi by mr. Nitish (Mobile [protected]) dated 30th October 2015 submitting a valid delhi ID proof and a photogragh. he assured me that the number will be activated next day and it is 3rd november, he is not picking my calls. i have given him Rs.155 for activating the same with the package he suggested. Details are as below SIM NO.[protected] IMSI NO. [protected] H-5 CARD AIRTEL NO. he gave me - [protected] packed on 10th october 2015 I'm worried if my ID and photograph is misused. it is shameful that no action has been taken despite of my numerous attempts of calling the customer care and the dealer. i have been using Airtel services since a long time, didnt expect such negligence. kindly contact as soon as possible on my alternate number and resolve this issue.                         Please do not go for Airtel Internet Connection or Mobile Networks. Without knowingly Airtel are cheating Customers. I have followed up more than 100 times. Each time one representative will comes and need to explain everything. Again they will tell stories and tell us will reduce the Charge, But after one representative will sends the bill for full month. Airtel guys really ridiculous and without customer notice will cheat at the back end. In Airtel stores they will say one thing and Customer Care will say one thing. Some one should raise the concern because these Airtel will cheat the customers

                          I recharged with 410 rs almost 7 days back for my digital tv account id [protected] but the amount is not reflecting to my digital tv account and amount got debited. I called several time to airtel customer care and they are saying that this is not the issue from their end. I don't know where exactly my money went. I have my recharge id along with confirmation message from Airtel that the recharge has been successful .

I forwarded all the details along with my bank statement to show that the amount is got debited from my account, to airtel digital tv email id:[protected]@in.airtel.com as suggested by airtel support team but didn't get any response from them. From last 7 days i called them more than 7 time and sent mail as well.Still if you want anymore details plz let me know.

                            I have called Customer care people and complained two times. After 4 days of the complaint date got the following message "Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your reference no. is F[protected], registered on 15-OCT-2015 11:10" After seeing the above message called customer care and asked "how can close the request without solving the problem" they told me like network team is working on that..nothing to do from our side so we closed your request. Then i asked when can i expect this problem will be resolved ? They told me within two weeks. But still issue is there and even worse than before. As i moved eecentlt drom vodafone to airtel network..i cannot move to other network till next 90 days. Kindly help me. Thankyou Mobile: [protected]

                                I am using airtel broad band. My number is[protected]. From Oct 27th it is not working. I have already made 30 calls to their customer center. every time they say they will revert shortly, in 2 hours, etc but no one calls back or service technician attends and resolves the complaint. twice the service guy called and he said he is arriving and reaching shortly but neither he comes, nor he picks up the phone or gives me a call. since the issue is not getting resolved i asked for the next level escalation and they connected me to a lady Swetha and she said Govindaraj who is responsible for service (his number [protected]) will call and resolve it by Oct 31. neither he called me nor he picks the call from me. Today another guy in service by name Robert, told that the service guy will come in 10 mins, 30 mins but the entire day no one picked up and later they are not picking the calls. Chinnappan as of now, there is no clarity who is going to service, who is responsible to fixing the issue. Since the front end team is not giving the escalation matrix, I am forced to use this forum to register my disappointing and frustrating experience. Request the concerned airtel officer to resolve it immediately.

                                Same thing is happening to me since 15 of october & issue is twice closed without resolving... Now raised fresh complaint & facing same issues as Mr. Selosh.

                                  I had opted for safe custody plan for 3 months since I was travelling out of india. I told them not to activate untill they get a confirmation from my end. Post my return when I called to activate my broadband I was shocked to know my connection was active and airtel is charging me for the serive I have not rendered. From past one month I m constantly calling airtel and there is no resolution provided.. even when escalated the issue to the last level airtel is not taking the complaint seriously and asking us to make payment to the entire os for the services not used. Rude customer care agents and stealing cusomers money

                                    In my monthly bill i came to know that Airtel is charging me for Data Pack as well as data usage(both) .It is when monthly data pack is activated on my mobile and with clear instruction (i.e Data stop once data limit finished) mentioned in bill...
                                    I visited Airtel Customer care office dwarka they registered my complain(ref no[protected] but fail to explain me and same day i received a sms from Airtel that bill is valid.It is disgusting...

                                    Bill attached and cleared from information at bills itself that Airtel has charged me for Monthly data pack(i.e 1gb 4g/3g free post 1 gb data stop @250) but also data uses.
                                    I want Airtel to correct my bill not for Oct but for Past also and i have same issue with my second mobile no also..
                                    I will not pay any bill until my issue resolved and will go court if Airtel does not solve it..

                                      Airtel customer care is so pathetic and worst of all, customer has to leave all his work and keep calling them to get an update for there own request. For 1 request to be processed I had to call them 5 times in a day and like this i had done 3-4times for different requests to be processed. When they submitted the request it was told will be processed within 24hrs, but I don't know according to them what is 24hrs. *They just take customers for a ride*. When it comes to bill payment they keep calling everyday once bill payment is overdue but when it comes to help the customers its worst, it is like let the customer go to hell we don't care. It will be fixed one or the other day. After somedays customer only will be quiet and will adjust with the issues they are facing. Better then can tell directly to the customer we can't process your request today call some other day. I am not sure whether they will even read this complaint or not but if they can't help there customers they can close it off.
