I have received a sms from AO-650015 on 27/09/15 at 03:45 pm regarding offer of full talk time of rupees 85=85 accordingly I recharged my airtel sim mobile no-[protected], on 27/09/2015 at 7:59 pm I availed 10.44 paise talk time instead of 85.but I have given 71.56 paise vide transction id[protected] which validity is for1 day, but in sms it was not mentioned, How can you deduct my money, hope it will be returned imidiately....

I am using *121*114# to get 2G data balance and I checked On 25th Sep, the usages were showing 496MB, But When I got the bill details and I have calculated the data usages upto 24th Sep, the usages balance is near 535MB it should be near 496 because when I check balance on 25th sep it was 496Mb.So These two should be matched....

Billing started but service din't start

My Prepaid balance amount is not transferred from Prepaid to Postpaid conversion

Last month i convert from airetl prepaid to airtel postpaid. At the time of movement, airtel executive said prepaid balance amount will transfer to postpaid and it will deduct in first bill. But they didn't deduct any amount. If i call customer care, they are redirecting my call from Prepaid to postpaid and postpaid to prepaid....
