Hey airtel you think me as mad, airtel is so much weast.For this same complaint which i gave you on 20th october and ref no.C3gsp[protected] for this same number you asked me 2days time until 22nd october and solved it on 23rd october at 12.00pm consequently my 3days validity gone weast and again on 25th i have the same problem continuing what are your development team doing cant correct a mistake properly and as a result i will lose my 6days...

I am sagar jain, My airtel account no is [protected], and Mobil no I [protected].

I have applied (on 15-oct-2015) for fixed line broadband connection in Airtel Branch Office, Bhopal, M. P.

But still it is not installed, I have complained about it on customer care, but their senior executive (reference no- talk me vary badly and abused me.

I have complained about it, but Airtel didn't takes any action.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
This site is fake, fake people call me, and ask me about my bank details, like debit card no, atm pin etc. So don't believe on this site, it is made by fake peoples.

    On 20.10.2015, airtel 3G recharge transaction of Rs.197/- has been made through your portal. But an amount of Rs.197/- has been deducted two times(2 x Rs.197 ) from my bank account.

    The ref. numbers are VIN/ZAAK EPAYME/20151020/223453/0, and
    VIN/ZAAK EPAYME/20151020/223727/0

    Hence I request that the excess deduction of Rs.197/- may kindly be return to my bank account early .Action taken may be informed to my mail id in this regard.

      I applied for Airtel Fixed Line service and Airtel sale executive (Surya) person came and collected the documents and Installation fee 1000 Rs on 24/09/2015 serial of CRF TNPC 371921 .On 25th created the login and allotted land line number. Back end Team responding there is no feasibility in my area so cannot give the connection.I have contacted for refund.First they have asked for bank details i have given the details after that i contacted again they told bank details are not correct do given eh required details again.i contacte on 12-Oct then they told as per thier record on 06-oct they have raised for refund through check and within 12 days will get the check. Till now check we diddnt recieve and every time whe i am contacting responding you will get in next working day. Airtel Refund reference number 60459404 Fixed Line :[protected] Account No:[protected]

      my name is balaji from chennai

      i have applied new bb connection on 8 October your person came and collected 1000 rs check and told me you will get new connection with in 2days, but still i didn't get connection. I sent a mail on 15 oct regarding this. later some person called me said pls give 2 days time we will solve this problem. but later on 21 oct from airtel i got call again the person said sir pls submit your document again so we will give connection on 22 oct by evening, i submitted document and 1000 rs check again so totally i paid 2000 rs by check. after that i dint get any response from airtel.

      pls check attachment of acknowledgement slip.

      I request you airtel, don't think only airtel is service provider for bb connection now lot of option is available for bb.

        My mob no is[protected].I recharged it for rate cutter of Rs 16 whereby all calls should be charged @30 paisa per min on 21.10.2015.It worked for two days and now it is charging @ 2paisa per sec.I complained on 23.10.2015 (complaint no is CWRCH[protected]) at 17.30hrs.I was told that it would be resolved within 24 hours but later on I got the message that I would be updated by 27.10.2015.Now when the recharging dealer called after 24 hrs he was told that I have to wait till 14 hrs of 27.10.2015.When asked about the extra charges, which I am being charged, how it will be compensated their reply was DONOT KNOW.This offer of Rs16 was on my phone and the message again on 23.10.2015 gave a message Offer RS 16=local+std mobile [protected]@30 paisa per min for 28 days. You are requested to take up the issue with them so that small users are not put into difficulty for the mistake of the company.Thank you

          I applied for an airtel broadband connection with 1399/- in which they provide 16 MBPS of speed with 40GB data. But after the installation they told that they have activated for 4MBPS plan and will upgrade it to 16 MBPS in two days. It is been 2 weeks and they changed their word to provide 8MBPS after continuous calling to executives and customer care. Now they(airtel) are asking us to compromise for the 4MBPS speed and have to pay the same price. When I call the customer care, they continuously put on hold and make us to wait for long time.I paid 1000/- as installation charges. When i ask for cancellation, they are not ready to refund my installation fee and asking to pay how much i used as of now.

            My connection no is [protected] on 15 september 2015 4g wifi router had been installed at my home in pune. Since that date I am not getting proper 4g speed (which should be more than 10mbps). Since last 1 month almost weekely I have mailed one complaint to customer care and other related persons. But no action has been taken yet. I am fadeup of all this. Lastly I have to go to the consumer forum . This is my last request please look into the matter and take the action immediately.

I request you to please take the trouble of going through my mail/case history and understanding the problem created by Airtel before shooting out pointless mails. The payment detail you have might just be correct. I havent checked it from my side. The issue is that you have disconnected my service before my plan ended without any reason and voluntarily generated an advance bill for the period July-Dec 15, again without my consent and this was confirmed by your representative yesterday (20/10/2015). I have been constantly harrassed by Airtel for the past 10 days with incessant calling and messaging on my registered phone number. It is shameful to note that the people at Airtel are not even competent enough to understand and resolve a customers grievance. Or as evident from your attitude; Airtel seems to be least bothered about resolution. After this despicable display of lethargy and immorality from Airtel; my only option is to publicize this ordeal on various social media websites and publications so people can rightfully understand the real service parameters when it comes to Airtel. I have also approached some of the govt. consumer redressal forums and NGOs to highlight this issue so people know what kind o[censored]nderhand practices are standard procedure with Airtel. This is my final mail to you for a resolution of my complaints pending for more than 3 months. If not resolved in 24 hours, i will have no choice but to send you a legal notice and I will claim compensation for legal fees as well.

                  I deposited my CAF to Airtel on 17 Oct 15 for porting in idea No [protected] alongwith ID. Even after 07 days period the number is not activated by Airtel. I contacted Idea Cellular who informed me to contact Airtel Customer Care Limited for porting in and activation of the number. Please take immediate action for activating my above number.

                    Hi All.. I bought Airtel 4G dongle a month back and got a prepaid sim which supports Airtel 4G network. However, not even once I could connect to internet properly and use it for my personal as well as official purpose. Everytime when I connect through datacard, the device status shows connected but when I open a simple google or gmail page, it will either take a very long time load (minimum 1 minute) or connection failed after long try. I raised multiple complaints to Airtel on this issue, but not even single person called me and asked me about the issue till date. But whatever service request I raise through customer care, its been closed without any update to me or in the ticket. When I call next time, they assure that the issue will be addressed in next 24 or 48 hours and till now nothing moved. Though I raised multiple tickets, I noted only Last three complaint numbers which I have posted below. [protected]th October 2015 [protected]th October 2015 [protected]/[protected]rd October 2015. First two complaints are closed and hence the customer care person raised third one with 24 hrs resolution time. Its almost 20 hours now, Still no call from Airtel. I never faced such issue with Airtel postpaid team, They may or may not resolve the issue, but I will get call at the mentioned time. So Airtel is Least bothered about their Prepaid customers and dont give importance to them. With such a pathetic connection and support, I am really frustrated when I see fastest network challenge AD in television. I am not even getting page loaded, How can they say it is the fastest ever network in India. I am not sure where to complain about this and who will take my concern and help me with the issue. However with a ray of hope, I am raising the complaint here, Someone please take it into consideration and help me out. Thanks in Advance.

                      Hi my name is Chetan. I hv a Airtel post-paid connection contact number [protected]. I had network issues always unable to access internet. I complained thm at outlet made me Chang my sim card twice and wen prob contd advised to Chang the plan. I changed to 4g 1999 plan nw my phn wil always be not reachable and internet doesn't work at al stil I'm getting the same bill amt. Evn aftr complaining repeatedly thy say it wil be resolved bt nothng changed frm 15days. I askd thm to change it to previously plan tat also dint happen no response at al but my outstanding bill amt is 4300.

                        We are one of the Regiments of Indian Army stationed near Jaisalmer. We have taken a CUG connection of postpaid airtel for multiple users in the month of December 2012. 91 users are active till 14 Oct 2015. We got a message on all active numbers on 14 Oct 2015 that pay ₹ 215136 otherwise outgoing facilities will be closed. We contacted the concerned airtel representative. He assured us to come to our place and resolve the issue. But before he would come next day the outgoing facilities had been closed in the morning of 15 Oct itself. He said there are some unpaid amount pending from June 2015. We had shown all the required receipts. Then they said the bills are pending from February 2015. We had shown all the required receipts. After that they said show us the previous year receipts. We had shown all the receipts from December 2012. We have co-operated in every possible way from our end but they are not responding. Also their behaviour is very rude and they are adamant on not starting the numbers. But at the same time not giving any detail. The numbers are still not working neither they are replying to our queries. Last month bills are also been collected but no representative is coming to collect it. We are ready to resolve the issue and if there is some pending amount then we'll pay it if shown the correct details.

                          On july i had taken this 4g wifi router and airtel promised to give 5mbps min. speed after 20 days the speed was very low and i also raised 2-3 ticket of which they are saying it will get ok and then suddenly after 2 months they it cant work there is some upgrading done in airtel and now they are saying me to recharge once my plan is used so its CHEATing

                              My mobile number is [protected]. I am using solitaire 999 plan and 650 plan for Internet from March 31st 2014. My 999 solitaire plan has 4gb of 3G data and 650 plan has 3gb of 3G data after 3gb the Internet speed will be reduced. But from March 31st 2014 onwards I am getting only 3gb of 3G data, where is the remaining 4gb of 3G data has gone? But I have paid the bill for last 16months for that 4gb of 3G data. Can airtel please give a explanation and solution for this?

                                Disappointing and unpreparedness approach of your Sales Team in Bangalore!! I was contacted by one of your executives, Alex to provide the assistance on new Broadband connection. I asked him to check the feasibility and other things before sending the executive to collect the documents and connection fees of Rs. 1, 000. The very next day, Saturday, 17th Oct, the executive came at my place to collect the docs and fees and told me that the installation will be done on Monday, 19th Oct. Since then, no installation was done. Today, when I contacted the Customer support over the phone, I was told that the installation request has been cancelled as the port is damaged in my area. No one bothered to call and inform me and I have been waiting to get a connection, Ridiculous! Complaint Reference No# 60844532 Fixed Line Acct # [protected] Please arrange for a refund. The bank account details have already been shared with your E-mail support team.

                                    I have been using Airtel 3G prepaid dongle since 2011. The service was good. This Year I have been facing multiple issues with recharge. 1. The Airtel 3G Online recharge for prepaid is not working anymore. 2. I went to Relationship center, they ask me to recharge from Reseller. The Reseller recharge it but still its not working. I went multiple times to Relationship center to get help, even went to different locations as well, but the people there are rude. They told they cannot help. 3. All I want to know is the balance in my 3G dongle and why it is not working after recharge. 4. I call up the call center ([protected]) many times (more than 100 times) I never got connected to dongle dept. they keep transferring my call from one dept to another. THEY MENTALLY HARASSED ME. I AM NOT ABLE TO CONCENTRATE ON MY WORK ANYMORE. SPEND HOURS JUST TRYING TO GET HELP AS AM USING AIRTEL BRAND. BIG MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.
