We have a corporate tie up with Airtel for mobile numbers ( CUG) & Data cards.
We hereby place a complaint regarding Mr. Harish, the Airtel representative dealing with our company. Please note the following -
1. He doesn't answer calls.
2. He gives a commitment that he would report to our office to deal with our issues, but does not do so.
3. He collects our payment, but does not submit it to Airtel on time.
4. Our COO required a ISD & IR facility as he was travelling aboard. Harish advised us to deposit Rs. 2000/- with the concerned letter on a company letter head to the Indira Nagar branch of Airtel. We deposited the same, but the same was not activated.
5. Our issues are never resolved on time.
Kindly change Mr. Harish as our representative. We are not at all satisfied with his services. We need a person who is proactive, responsible and committed.
We expect excellent service from Airtel provided by professional team members, not irresponsible and untrustworthy people..
