Worst service, prepaid for 4g hot spot, i recently bought the hotspot 4g.
they said data usage is valid one month(28 days), after that you should recharge before 28 days . activation took 2 days. i used just 3gb only. waited for a big upload but it wasted. My contact no [protected] if you need anything related on this call me i will explain. experience from this airtel. airtel meant to plunder our money even in means of sim network.

    Registration of termination as well as confirmation relating deactivation of above connection conveyed vide mail dated 15-8-15 being their reference no.64911024. Accordingly, propotionate bill for Rs.641.48 raised on 11-9-15 and the same stands paid on 14-9-15. Further, another bill for Rs.741/- raised on 11-10-15 ignoring the earlier termination/ deactivation. I requested for cancel/ withdraw the aforesaid bill as my request for termination already confirmed and I have not used the same after termination dated 14-8-15. Despite of repeated requests, they are not agreed to cancel the bill and I have also not paid the same. Over phone, feedback taken, but no message received for such cacellation.

      Today i do activate net pack of 9 rs for 2 days with 36mb of 2G.after this my balance has 26 rs .on the use of facebook messanger wit diffrent times 15min, 5 min, 5min, 2 min near about.not doing any download. company can cut my all 36MB AND all balance

        Hi this is Ravikunar, [protected] hyderabad 7th phse kphb, actually i take connection AIRTEL broad bond connection 6 month plan 4000 rs, 15th october on that day they said with in one connection they give connection still now ther is no response from there side whenever i called to my number they didn't lift my phone, when I called to a new no they lift my phon and airtel manager pulakit said to with in one day problem will be rectifiedwrost and waste service I feel very very irritating from them please solve my problem last fifteen days airtel raj and his team id not responding my phon and my airtel broadband conection

          29/10/2015 12:00:00 [protected] I have recharged with 200MB whatsapp net for 28days. after confirmation message I started using whatsapp without downloading/uploading any media files. At the starting of the day my balance was Rs 81 but now the balance is null. After calling 121 & 198 the representative used to tell you have download something media files but what they cannot explain. The only option to get rid of it is MNP

            Airtel has added 500Rs extra in my bill (for bill cycle September-October 2015) for extra internet usage whereas I have not used extra internet. Even as per bill generated by them, Ineternet quota allocated to me was 165889 pulses(More than 1.5 GB) and my usage was 158836 pulses (which is less than allocated quota). During this bill cycle, I used to check available internet by senidng sms '3g use' to 121 and at that time also it was showing that I have avaialbe internet data. Same thing was confirmed by the customer care executive as well. I did that much confirmation because I had change my bill plan at that time. After confirmation from all side, I used the allocated data and not beyond that. If there is fault in Airtel's message process and there is a knowledge lag of customer executives, that is not my fault. Please deduct 500 Rs from my bill of last month as soon as possible as I am not going to pay this extra money. I don't know if Airtel is not able to handle 2g, 3g services and their process properly then why they moved to 4G. This is really frustrating. Please do the needful asap.             I got a call from customer care executive but that was of no use. I have provided all the evidences of not using the data beyond the limit as per the message recevied by me but Airtel is not ready to deduct 500Rs from my bill.

            Can you please let me know when this issue will get resolved as my bill payment end date is about to reach.

                Hi, My wife is having Airtel Prepaid cellular number with [protected], which I bought around 1.5 years back. Since the purchase, my SMS services are not activated and I have communicated this issue to customer care as well. But they could not help me here as the service center number is correct. The issue is continuing even I use the SIM card in different mobile handset. I need you to check the issue and resolve it immediately. Thanks.

                    This compliant is from Aarusha Homes Pvt Ltd, Bangalore.
                    We have a corporate tie up with Airtel for mobile numbers ( CUG) & Data cards.
                    We hereby place a complaint regarding Mr. Harish, the Airtel representative dealing with our company. Please note the following -
                    1. He doesn't answer calls.
                    2. He gives a commitment that he would report to our office to deal with our issues, but does not do so.
                    3. He collects our payment, but does not submit it to Airtel on time.
                    4. Our COO required a ISD & IR facility as he was travelling aboard. Harish advised us to deposit Rs. 2000/- with the concerned letter on a company letter head to the Indira Nagar branch of Airtel. We deposited the same, but the same was not activated.
                    5. Our issues are never resolved on time.

                    Kindly change Mr. Harish as our representative. We are not at all satisfied with his services. We need a person who is proactive, responsible and committed.

                    We expect excellent service from Airtel provided by professional team members, not irresponsible and untrustworthy people..

                      Dear sir\mam Airtel deduct my 125 rs balance without intimating me.after that I talk to their two executive their personal told me its my fault. They deducted my money and I m very frustrated only becoz of that tell them to give me my money back or I am going to commute suicide only becoz of airtel and that personal whome I talked first who disconnect my call

                          Sir, On 27.10.2015 at 9.30 AM on my mobile No. [protected] Video Store Service activated and charged Rs:75/- from mobile balance.which is unwanted, due to erroneous mistaken option. Immediately deactivated on option no.155223. and Video store service stopped, But charged amount Rs:75/- not refunded.On contact with customer care they are not properly responded. Due charging on said option the customer effected to loss. which unknown and unwanted option. So pl. refund the amount my mobile A/c. and hope on the Airtel serivce.

                            Hi, My mobile No. is [protected] and I am a resident of Padur (Near Kelambakkam). My connection is post paid & so called platinum by Airtel. The indoor connectivity at my residence is pathetic...absolutely zero. I have to be connected to my company & customers 24 X 7 and with such poor connectivity, I am bound to lose my name. I do not know why my number is graded as platinum by Airtel...probably because the bill amounts are fat & they earn a lot by providing substandard service. I have complained atleast 4 to 5 time so far (in fact by writing mails) but Airtel has no concrete answer/solution & they themselves are guessing what to do. I am still hoping the resolve the problem.

                                The Smartphone that I am using is BlackBerry Z10 which support 4G LTE service VERY WELL!, All that the problem is with the Airtel Network provider which is unable to provide LTE/4G signals to BlackBerry Z10 devices.

                                Hence they should spend some more money to fix the issue from their end !!!

                                "Completely Frustrated with the Airtel Network provider, I am using this Airtel postpaid network since last one year and always found the issue with the 3G/2G signals during calls and data services. and when I changed it to 4G, the signal & the internet itself stopped working!!!hell with this network! Also Stop fooling around the world with the girl that comes in daily advertisement saying "If 4G doesn't work, Airtel services will be free for the lifetime!""

                                  I made a recharge on 13th October 2015. Recharge amount was 449. 2. 5GB 3G Data Plan should have been credited in my account. But i got nothing. I am calling several times to the customer care but They are just saying that they have raised the complaint and data will be credited within 24 hours. Everyday I call them and everyday they have same excuse. it is really frustrating. the way they are treating there customers, the way the customer care talks, is very discouraging. I request you guys to take proper action against them. It's now 15 days after I made the recharge and still when I call they say it will take 24 hours to credit. HARI SUMAN [protected]

                                    28-Sep-2015: Created porting request for my number [protected]. SMS PORT to 1900. Unique porting code (VX243631) created. Validity o[censored]PC till 06-Oct-20015. Received SIM card from Airtel executive who visited my Office in Manyata tech park, Hebbal 01-Oct-2015: Got msg from vodafone that porting request cannot be accepted as bill due. Bill paid immediately. Tried to send PORT request again. Received SMS saying previous porting request still valid till 06-Oct-2015. 01-Oct-2015: Visited Airtel store in Uttarahalli main road for help. Executive said the porting request will anyway be invalid. Asked me to send a PORT request again after 06-Oct-2015. Asked me to discard the SIM card given previously and visit the store after new PORT request. 14-Oct-2015: Created new port request. SMS PORT to 1900. Got a new UPC number (VX268239). 21-Oct-2015: Recieved SMS that Porting request accepted and the porting will be done same day by 23:48:00. Visited Airtel store in Uttarahalli. Received a new SIM card. Executive asked for alternate mobile number for tele verification. I gave alternate number. Executive said it may take 24 hours to activate. 26-Oct-2015: No verification call received. Called customer care ([protected]). They said the SIM is active and asked for 20 digit number on the SIM card. I gave the number. customer care executive said the SIM number is different than the one in records. Visit nearest airtel store for help 27-Oct-2015 (11:00 AM): Visited Airtel store. Executive mentioned that the my number profile on their portal is inactive. Will initiate another tele verification call for activation. Once i receive the call on my alternate number([protected]), the SIM (which i discarded long back) will be active. Once my profile is active he will update the new SIM details. 27-Oct-2015 (10:00 PM): No tele verification happened. Called customer care. He asked to insert the SIM in the phone and dial a 5 digit number starting from 5. There was no network on the SIM. He told the same story. Visit nearest Airtel store for help. Since then i am out of hope as it is a juggling between Airtel store and customer care. No one understand the issue. Or may be no one cares.

                                    29-Oct-2015: I visited the Airtel store again and they said they will get the tele verification call arranged for my alternate number ([protected]) the same day. But i still did not get any call. I have changed my phone device today (1-Nov-2015) just to make sure there is nothing wrong in my phone. I am awaiting till 02-Nov-2015 hoping they may give me a Tele verification.
                                    02-Nov-2015: Finally received the tele verification call from Airtel to an alternate number. After verification the support team said the phone will be active within 1 hour.
                                    03-Nov-2015: Phone was still not active. Went to Airtel office in Uttarahalli at 4:00PM. They refreshed my profile and said the phone will be active within 4 hours
                                    04-Nov-2015: 10:00 AM: EUREKA!!! Phone is active and started working. No issues now.

                                    Summary of my number porting:
                                    Number got ported from Vodafone on 23-Oct-2015. I am active on Airtel on 4-Nov-2015. It took 12 days to port from Vodafone to Airtel. That too after visiting Airtel office innumerable number of times and calling customer care

                                      Very very worst ever airtel experience I have chosen airtel for mobile number portability from another network and my porting request was accepted documents deposit everything was submitted and address verification also done after a long period of nearly 1 month my old network was deactivated the executive named Rajesh gave me a sim 1st time which was not accessible and he gave another sim wen i inserted that after my old network deactivated im not getting airtel network and i was unable to make verification i cannot even set manual network settings when i contacted customer care 4 to times very poor service not proper explanation and i don't have any alternate number too. Dear airtel take immediate action of this and take action of that guy rajesh. he sim simply switching off the mobile and just rejecting my call. Give my number back.. terrible service from airtel Thank you after that one of the executive said that your both the sim doesn't match the activated sim they are saying that your number was activated with some other sim number that i don't have that particular sim my question was what was happening inside airtel ? is the executives are really working or just getting free salary ? why they are providing me some other sim that too two sim which doesn't match the activated sim ? where is the activated sim ? i need answers for all these questions. and i need my sim back as soon as possible. i cannot able to use my mobile for more that 24 hrs of time I'm working professional i will get lots of calls and messages

                                        I am prepaid customer of AIRTEL MOBILE from Bengaluru. My NO:[protected] 1. On 13.10.2015, I received promo SMS that if I charge for Rs.154/- I get 1 GB of 3G/4G data - 28 days validity. After I recharge, only 540 MB - 14 days validity is credited to my account instead of 1 GB - 28 days. I contacted their call centre but of no use. 2.On 26.10.2015 I visited Airtel recharge shop wherein Airtel Plan chart was exhibited which applicable for September October 2015. RC 257 plan was offered 1 GB 30 days and Talk Tome of Rs.125/- I recharged this plan but surprised to note only 500 MB of 14 days validity + only Rs.100 Talk time is credited. 3. Day light robbery by AIRTEL. M. RAMESH BABU Bengaluru.
