Hi, I'm facing serious issues with airtel 198. My balance is 0, I'm not able to add balance it and hence not able to send any SMS. Here is what happened in detail: I recharged airtel 198 on Oct 12th. As per this plan I won't get any balance but I'll get some seconds (I think, 15500) of talk time free. I was able to make calls. But since the balance is 0, I was not able to send SMS. So on Oct 14th I paid 200 and added balance of 200. I was able to send one SMS. The next day I realized that my balance has gone back to 0 (almost). It looks like my balance is converted to 198 plan and got few more seconds added. This is clearly not what I wanted. I want balance to send SMSes, not extra seconds of talk time. I contected customer care center. Different guys in the customer care say different things. One say my recharge on Oct 12th was not successful (if that was true I should not be able to make any calls on 12th Oct, but I did) and another guy says I sent an SMS on Oct 14th after the 200 recharge with some code to convert balance to 198 plan (I didn't. I don't even know the code he is talking about). Another irritating thing is that when I try to make call, I get message like "your balance is low. you cant make any call". This happens sometimes and doesn't happen sometimes. So I have to dial in a few times and wait for it to get connected.

    I was fan of airtel from 5years, but in six month now it when 3g release in darbhanga (Bihar) i recharge at starting was good love one month But from this six month it get very very bad service in day Time even i could not be download 1mb file in day time. i reaching 1500/- every 15days to 20days. at night after 12am it better service in night after 12am .but what to do at night, work is in day time

      I requested for the broadband connection to airtel. then 1 guy came from airtel and he took 1000 cash and my id from me and told me that we will provide you broadband in 2 days. but nobody came and i even called them many times and they told me that they will send someone tomorrow. after few days they told me that broadband is not available in your region and they told me that they will refund my money within 30 days, but after 30 days the refund check was delivered to me. and then again one came, my name is misspelled on the check. now, what should i do to get my money back.

        I've recently ported my no from vodafone postpaid to airtel postpaid. Airtel claims that they are the leading and the best servc provdr in the market but after using there servcs i would say that they are the worst servc provdr. I was using voda frm last 8 years it was my fault that i got fooled by there 4g advertisement. Unexpected frm airtel

          My name is Dinesh kumar and my contact no - [protected]. I've very bad experience with airtel and their bill amount. I went to Dubai last month. I called customer care department and asked about tariff plan for ISD roaming. I didn't get proper information about ISD plan and what will be the call charges in ISD roaming. When I saw my bill amount is increasing like hell. I got notification messages like you were charged 6000/- 7000/-. They send this notification messages after 2 days. When I came back to india bill amount reached around 8000/-. I called customer care department and told about this what bases you charged this much. They told you were charge 180 per minute for outgoing call and 90 per minute for incoming. I told you should have told this information when I called. They have taken feedback but not action. Second I saw my credit limit was 3600 every month. How these airtel guys are letting me allow to make calls more than 3600/. I should have got alert you are crossing your credit limit and we are going to deactivate your outgoing calls but that didn't happen. One side they have given me credit limit for a month. Second side they allow me to call more than 3600-/. How is this possible. I called and asked about this matter many times but they didn't give me the detail about this. They are telling they charge based on pluses. If they are charging based on pluses they why would they have given credit limit for my number. Anyway they will charge according to how much we do use but there should be a limit. When I asked about this they are saying sorry but not taking action. Because of their mistake I'm suffering. I called many times but they don't have proper answers to give the explanation about credit limit for my number. I asked If I make 50000/- rs of call from this number you people will allow me to make then what is the use of this credit limit. II'm very confused with their answers and mail. They are not taking it serious and not have proper answer. Please take action against this otherwise I need to suffer because of their mistake.

            My mobile no ([protected]) has been blocked and taken by someone who is doing AirTel sim brokerage From last month. I have been using this sim for the past 10 years. I tried to contact Airtel customer care and the person who has my sim but it's not working they are expecting money and I am so frustrated . I traveled to USA for company work on April and I was using my mobile number to receive calls and OTP pass-codes from banks for online transactions and online recharging accounts but suddenly it's blocked by some Airtel sim selling broker and took my number and asking money to give it back, then I contacted AirTel Customer care but they are not giving proper response. I have been using this number more for around 10 years it was on my name Saravanan G. I need this number it's very important for me and to protect my bank accounts. How can this be solved? if any info please contact me on my brother mobile [protected]

            Hello Airtel,

            I post the same in airtel presence Facebook page also but there is no proper response or any action so i am planning to go to TRAI and file a complaint if i am not getting proper response in another 2 days.

            My mobile no ([protected] sim number[protected]). I have been using this sim for the past 10 years. I tried to contact Airtel customer care and the person who has my sim but it's not workout they are expecting money and I am so frustrated .

              Dear Sir, I Anil Mishra is a regular customer of Aurtel since 3 years. I request to activate a data pack of Rs 58 on 9 oct 2015 and it was activated. it was expired on 16 oct 2015 midnight. on dated 17 oct 2015 my pack was reactivated without my consult and Rs 58 was deducted from my main balance. i made immediately contact at customer care at 10.35am on the same day and talk to miss gyaneshvari and requested to return my money as i do not want the service any more she said that she is help less and forwarded the call to sr executive Sangita. The sr officer told me that your plan has been reactivated and your money will not be refunded and you hv to use this balance. here it is pertinent to mention that this is not the first time that i hv used the short interval data packs. i used it frequently whenever i m out of town, but this is the first time that the plan is reactivated without my consultation. as this activation is executed without my consultation so i requested you to please return my balance thnks. anil mishra cell no; [protected]

                I am active customer of Airtel 3G dongel services. My details are as follows:- Airtel Dongle number: mob - [protected] Plan : 3G Last complain logged on 17oct2015: 65720290 I am facing issue related to connectivity. My internet connection is disconnecting again and again. I logged a complaint regarding this in airtel customer care. I got reply that my complaint will be resolved in next 15 days. Is it that what we should get from number 1 internet service provider. I didnt get the reason that why it will take so long to resolve the issue. Also why should i pay for that duration while my internet is disconnecting again and again in every 10 minutes and i am not able to work at all. I am disappointed with the customer care feedback. Also where we cannot live without internet for a single day then how airtel can think to resolve the issue so late. Please improve your services and help me to get the connectivity issue resolved ASAP. Thanks, Ajay [protected]

                    Airtel 12181 says my balance cut in 4 phase by Rs 41.37. I call costumer care 3 times and said different status one said the balance cutting for 16mb, one said for 17 mb, one said 19mb. Also talk to jr. & senor supervisor, they cut the running call 2 times when could not satisfied me. Now haw can i refund my balance.

                        I an Premlata Robinson My prepaid cell No.[protected] provider Air tel. I was applied for post paid service. on 16th Aug card no.[protected] H 3 . all formalities done Received call also from Air tel to conform . asked address I replied the correct address But they were not satisfied with so my new postpaid sim not started & old also stopped . in their computer wrong address was added that wad not my fault . but I am paying the price. My was charged for Call & net pack I tried my best to start at-least my prepaid service to be started daily complaining but in-vain This cell no. is very important for me. every important places, services, sights, my. Identity cards national, relatives friends every where I have given this cell no. I am not getting information updates, massages etc. Due to daily complain they asked twice all documents I provided. They are not giving information for the reason to stop my prepaid service of my cell no. [protected]. I have saved sms but I cant show here I don't know how to place here. I was talking on cell no [protected]. respectable person in Air tel office. look for this region work complain. but no solution .Now third month going to complete. I wanted to start this Cell No.[protected] as early as posible

                          Certain channels to which I have subscribed on Airtel DTH have been removed by them. For getting refund No.[protected] was mentioned by them. When I dialled today, was kept waiting for more than 11 min and then they disconnected. Dialed again and after 10 min was informed that no refund can be given for channels removed from the Airtel. Is is not unfair practice? Also the number which I dialled, 1, 2 and 3 are to be dialled, but no info about...

                          On my Airtel 4G SIM Rs 350/- recharged on 12 Oct 2015. And just after three days a got a message indicating Nil balance on 16 Oct inspire the fact that I don't use it for calling and 4 G data was hardly used. I observed similar case earlier where my recharge was quickly disappearing. I rang up the Customer service but their response is dissatisfactory even after repeated calls at 2000h on 16 Oct. After listening to the complete story they just say that they can't hear me. It's sorry state for a reputed company like Airtel to respond like this and their pathetic response has forced me to lodge a complaint.

I applied for the post paid service for same no. on 13 th Aug. that time net pack & also for talking was recharged. after applying after 18 th Aug my prepaid service also stop I have received call for conformation and address proof. but they were not satisfied for because the address I have given was not in their side, after than continuously I was calling or massaging in costumer care. After they asked twice to give documents . I have submitted . I have given this cell No. in all important places for service. My no given every body relatives, friends job, bank, and other important cards. I am not receiving any in formations. It is inconvenient from there side they are not giving any response only working on that. I want my no.[protected] to be started.. again. .

                                Hi Team, From Airtel mobile app I have done recharge of Rs.142 of 3G data pack. In the Initial page of recharge, the number which was showing was my number but after completion the recharge has been done to a different number which is my mother number. I want the money back or the data plan to be added in my number

I want to know PUK code of my airtel no. after that he asked my name address. and I replied. then he said this sim is not registered on your name. so .. he did not tell. plz. give me PUK code of my mobile no.

                                    The Airtel Mobile service Provider is producing immense nuisance, headache and irritation to the customers with their unwanted customer service for premium prices.Without asking the Airtel service proders are sending SMS very frequently as follows: "MUSIC-MUSTI service has been renewed at Rs, 10/- from your airtel mobile. To deactivate. call or deactivate, call or SMS STIO ti 155223. More services. Click http://56789.airtel.in" Even though several SMS replies were sent to aitel to the number mentioned by them, and delivery report received by me from them, the Airtel Service Providers do not care to obey the request and stop sending such SMS. It is not known whether AIRTEL has deducted any amount from my Topup amount. These continued harassment BY THEM causes mental tension and agony to the customers, especially senior citizens, which is unwanted. If the AIRTEL does not stop sending Ads and also samesake SMS for their unwanted services and then unilatelerlly deducting amount from our account, the AIRTEL will face the CONSUMER COURT PROCEEDINGS AND THE BEGIN TO LOOSE VERY MANY CUSTOMERS IN THE DAYS TO COME

                                      Dear M/s Airtel, MNP of mobile no: ******0698 Complain NO: 65492461 It is really unfortunate, frustrating and disgraceful service provided by your customer care executives and airtel store managers (isanpur) to complain off. Mobile No :******0698 Connection Type: COIP (post paid) Request: MNP grant to other service provider Reason: call drops, network problems, billing irregularity MNP grant was intentionally denied/delayed by providing one or other false reasons. Detailed description: Mobile no. mentioned in subject was asked to grant portability with all due and advance payment to airtel dated in september. but mobile number (postpaid) was intentionally delayed to grant portability permisson (yet awaited) by different contact persons of airtel service providers. Service provider company was falsly misguiding customers regarding partabilities. Airtel store personal(isanpur): said that protability will be granted after advance payment of all dues and next month bill amount. Custemer care executive 1): Not possible to do portability as it is CUG connection (but already had portability transfered from airtel to vodafone in past also evnthough it was CUG connection. Customer care executive 2): said portability can be given only if you convert your CUG plan (149) to my plan of 199 rs. and he deliberately asked me to do payment of only 111 rs additional. this was money fraud on face. Customer care executive 3): said portability can be given if you submitt you hardcopy of NOC letter to airtel store manager (who is unavare of such procedures) and he will forward your request to MNP departement. after all these discussion, I requested to take my NOC on mail or on phone as store personals are unaware and denied same procedure to do. then he agreed to take noc on phone and gave assurance to forward MNP request grant. My complaint with service provider is that how deliberatly they are taking it granted after post paid connection. In past there have been many complaint against Airtel billing services. These is kind of official fraud being run by so called reputed public limited company. I am having all these communications recorded with me for proof if anybody wants. I am about to ask TRAI to come up with some guideline on postpaid billing rules, CUG portability myths. these was really not fastest but fraudster service provider regards Amish
