I purchased new Samsung J7 on 11-Sep-2015 under which I got 4G double data offer and activated double data offer of 497INR. To get double data offer I had to call customer care upto 20-30 times. I recharged again with 497 INR this month on 21-October-2015 and I only got 2.25GB data (No double data). Airtel is only making only fool to Indian customers to sell there plans and earn few bucks? and cheating the Indian customers on name of double data and 4G. They told me that they are giving me double data offer till 6 month while they denied to provide the same from the first month of my mobile purchased date.

I had already shared all details multiple times to your superiors, nodal officers and others but no one is listening. All are mutually doing fraud. Airtel is completely fraud. And Samsung is shaking hand in this Fraud with Airtel.

Your customer services are such worst that your Customer care executive Mr. Krishnakant is asking me to file the case in Consumer Court. What a good customer service and a proof of fraud.

Subject: Double data is a FAKE, FRAUD offer of Airtel on any new purchased 4G mobile-- Call drop in 4G network

Hi All,

I had purchased new Samsung J7 on 11-September-2015 under which I got double data offer and activated double data offer of 497 INR. But I didn’t get any double data benefit after 497 INR recharge at that time.
To get double data I called Airtel customer care more than 30-35 times and every time, every executive told me a new story to go on Airtel website then submit the proof of mobile purchase or go to Airtel Store and do the same and also submit the IMEI number of mobile on Airtel website etc. etc. then only you can get the double data.

Well after 5-8 days and 30-35 calls and complaint, I got the double data and they assured me that from next month it will get credited automatic on next recharge. Which is completely fake and fraud only.

I had recharged again with 497 INR this month on 21-October-2015 and I only got 2.25GB data (No double data). So does Airtel and Samsung mutually making making customers fool or only Airtel is making fool to Indian customers and bothering intentionally?

Now a days I am also facing a lot of call drop and frequent change between 4G & 3G network automatically and sometime no network (at same place) due to which sometime I missed my important calls.

I did a complaint about the same to Airtel and after 2 days they just sent an sms (same as last time) to me that ”Aapke airtel mobile a/c mein recharge labh pehle hi jod diya gaya hai” while in reality no double data balance has been added to my account. When I called to Airtel customer care complaint 198 department then his executive Mr. Krishnakant said that there is no such offer on your new Samsung Galaxy J7 (4G) mobile. And if you have any problem then you are free to file the case in consumer court. When I asked him to transfer the call to his superior then he denied for the same.

Such worst and fraud services or Airtel and Samsung is shaking hand with Airtel to cheat Indian customers.

    Am vinish and I heard from my friends about the Airtel broadband which is one of the best among all the companies in the market currently and I decided to change my connection from MTS to airtel broadband newly, I requested for the connection and the representative also came for documentation and collected all my relevant documents on August 29 2015, on further Monday 31st August I received a SMS from AD-AIRCCF stating that documents received and the fixedline account no. [protected] and Installation order no 40859722, will be processed in 3 working days, but until now not done due to in availablity of point it seems. If this is the reply they could have told me at the time of my request itself I could have not wasted my time and money when providing the documentation with attestation of notary public also I would like to know why this feasibility check was not done at the earlier stage when I requested for the connection before getting the documents from for verification ?, Wasting my time and this is really frustrating and you(Airtel) being one of the no.1 organization in the market the service rendering to a new client is not really fair and hence forth I will not seek any connection from airtel and will take this a learning for me and there are many small concerns providing wonderful services hence will seek them, I have not seen such poor service ever in my life and will also suggest all my friends and social network if possible about the poor service of the airtel.     This is the same case for me as well. Its been 2 months and 11 days since they said the connectione would be installed but nothing has been done. on further enquiry, they say that there is some port issues in the area and so it cannot be done. Why then collect the installation fee and cause all this trouble? Even, they said that the service guy will come to my place to inform me if the connection would be feasible or not. But customer care representative both through phone & service centers say that it is not. This is playing fool with customers and commoners like us.
    Still not yet received any response on this and sent several emails to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com and no response and even a standing reply.
    Please write to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Hopefully they should respond appropriately and also leave a complaint on the Airtel facebook page with the relevant details.
    Hope they take the needed action in due time.

    Somehow 121 responded to my complaint and they provided the refund after I posted my complaint.

      Hello Airtel, I am Bharat, I have purchased a Prepaid number from Gurgaon. during the month of august, but at the end of august i gave my number for changing into postpaid.I have took a Postpaid plan Connection of your Airtel 299 Plan.used it for 1 Month but later i was not satisfied with the Postpaid plan, that's why again during first week of September went to *Varun Connectivity airtel center Located in sector 31 Gurgaon. for changing my postpaid account to prepaid, i submitted my pending bill and all other data/voice calls outstanding bill that day it self. and they again migrated my number in prepaid plan. but on oct 8 i received a message from Airtel (DZ-AIRPMT) that says:- "" Dear Customer, you have received an alert regarding your Airtel account No. [protected] ., having an outstanding of Rs. 1225.81. Request you to make the payment at the earliest. For any assistance call [protected] from Monday to Saturday between 8 am to 8 pm. To make payment visit at www.visa billpay .in "" Now on the given number i called and checked they told me the same thing that i have to pay the amount, i declined them about the information because i have already paid my whole postpaid bill and successfully transferred again to prepaid plan. but they told me that i have used the sim, and airtel takes money for migrating too, that is migrating charges. but at the time of porting again to prepaid they ( varun connectivity airtel ) never told me about the charge of migrating. Please i kindly request you to solve this matter as soon as possible, i hope you solve this matter, i am very much annoyed from your service now.

        I am using Airtel Digital TV since last 1.1/5 years. At the time of cricket world cup I was started star sports pack. Before 2/3 months I requested to deactivate the same and they told me that the pack is deactivate now. But as and when I called for the confirmation of deactivation of ESS pack, they told me the pack is still active !!! Even channels also OFF from my first call but charges are still applicable If I call to the customer care and ask them to deactivate it and refund the amount, they don't respond properly and put my call on hold for long time after the long time call is disconnected directly. They charged me for that which I never used lfrom ast 2 to 3 months... Every time I got order no from their side but still waiting for the action. My request you plz help me to refund my amount. I am literally disappointed with their Service.

          My Ported mobile no is [protected]. I ported this no for better service. But after steady poor network reception & continuous call drops, I contacted Airtel Customer Care through eMail. My Complaint eMail is given below. But now i feel that was the dumbest decision i have ever made. From the first day i am facing the calldrop problem for both incoming & outgoing calls. The signal strength continously flactaute. I never completed a single call properly. It is very bad experience from a such old & reputed mobile service provider. My location is Kabardanga, in between Thakurpukur & Tollygunge. I use two airtel sim in my dual sim handset. At same location i see diffrent network strength for both sim. How can it possible? Please solve this problem immediately. My first email was more than two months earlier. Still i facing the same problem. There are lots of important calls, I never complete properly. If they can't give proper service, then why they start their business? I want to know when will I get the proper continuous service from AIRTEL?

          Also i can't do any transaction where OTP is required. Every time I am getting the OTP/Verification code after an hour, when the transaction already expired.

          I never face a such worst/bogus service of any mobile service provider.

                This is regarding my previous complaint against airtel namely "not delivery of talktime which is offered" made on 21 October 2015 . So the airtel representatives finally contacted me after 10 days about my complaint. I got a call from [protected] this noon and the lady asked me about the complaint and instead of being some help she answered that the problem will not be happened if I had recharged from my airtel app and when I start reasoning with her about this unsatisfactory answer she disconnected the call in middle of conversation for which I am feeling offended. Thanks airtel for such a great customer support service and disrespect .Feel free to manipulate me again.

                  Dear Sir, I am a consumer of Airtel Digital TV (Customer ID: [protected]) for several years and using yearly pack for recharge. This time two days before expiring the package, I have again recharge with the annual 10m+2m Value prime pack. Which suppose to be activated before expiring my pack. However, I received a message that my package is not been activated and there will be daily charges apply to my customer ID. After informing the same to airtel customer care, they said that they resolved the issue and activated my package. But in the meantime they have deducted charges on a daily basis and suspended my account on temporary basis due to low balance. And only way to remove temporary suspension is to again recharge my account even through One year premium value pack is activated. The whole balance deduction happened due to airtel technical fault but as a customer I have to recharge to get back to my service. And no information about minimum balance for annual package was given during the recharge process.                     I got call from air tel Karnataka on 06th Oct 2015, they offering 1.2p/2s call rates for 3 months and 100sms free/day for 3 months as MNP retention offer, recharge 13 rs within 24 hours will be get this offer. I'm recharge 13rs within 24 hrs but not get the offer. after I contacted airtel cc via air tel app and they tell there is no offer for 13rs and they refunded 13 rs. I really dissatisfied with air tel and I'm decided port out but my UPC has near to expire. now I'm using that airtel Num for only incoming calls. [protected]

                      I had an airtel number [protected] maharastra circle. i disconnected the number sometime later in the year of 2013. currently though i request you to kindly provide me with details of my outgoing and incoming call logs on the same number in the month of january and february 2013. i realize that with the number being discontinued it would be extremely difficult to do so but it is actually quite an urgent matter and i need the call logs as soon possible. whatever solution you can offer for the same or advice at how i could go about it would be appreciated. u can email me back at [protected]@gmail.com. kindly feel free to contact me if required but do provide me with the solution or the call logs soon. i am attaching my pan card as proof of my details which you will find correspondingly matching with the phone number details. anticipating an early favorable response.

                        Hi, This is to inform you that i have been charged 5Rs daily for celebrity wellness mall pack since mid of july, this service got activated by fault at the very moment i send a message for the deactivation of service. after that i spoke to customer service they assure me that it will be deactivated in one day but till now no action has been taken.                         Hi, This is to inform you that i have been charged 5Rs, 15Rs, 35Rs, 50Rs daily for celebrity wellness mall pack, Videozone, Gamepind etc etc services since mid of april, this service got activated by fault at the very moment but i send a message for the deactivation of service. after that i spoke to customer service they assure me that it will be deactivated in one day but till now no action has been taken and it is already deducted 500-600 rs.                           Respected Sir, I was having one post paid connection of Airtel Having Mobile Number [protected] I had Made a Cheque Payment of 12000/- dividing the payment in this way 8000/- [protected] and 4000/- [protected] but they have not adjusted that payment now they have disconnected my number [protected] where as my Other number [protected] i have already gotten it Ported to Other Operator Kindly adjust my amount and let me get ported to some other operator because AIRTEL Billing Issue always prevails

                            कोई जवाब नहीं मिला अब तो 2 महीने से सिम रजिस्ट्रेशन फ़ैल लिखा आ रहा है और बिल Rs. 910 का बिल भी हो गया है। जिसमे से मैंने Rs. 300 जमा भी करा दिये थे।

                                        I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 from flipkart and there is double data offer on this phone. as per terms i have inserted airtel card first to avail the offer. i activated offer on my number [protected] from www.airtellive.com\offers. it was activated also as i received message confirmation. i called customer care and asked about recharge amount on which double data will be activated. they asked me to recharge with 199 Rs. 3G 1GB data for 28 days. according to double data offer and customer care executive i must get 2 GB 3G data for 28 days but nothing is given. after 1 week they are saying you won't get extra benefit. They are really cheating and not answering properly. They are putting calls on hold and after some time they are disconnecting it. please help me and take some actions. Thank You.

                                        This is second time complaint regarding AirtelNextGen TV.
                                        I didn't request for that yet they are debiting Rs.7 every two days.All my amount was siphoned away even though I request to stop.Now they are asking me to topup so that to siphon again.Last time I got back Rs. 125 for my complaint.
                                        I don't know why you are torturing me like this.I don't require the NextGEN at all.I am not going to top up now unless you stop charging on this.Remit all the amount you have taken.If you torture like this I will go to consumer court and claim damages.
