Please block the SIM as early as possible to prevent any type o[censored]nauthorized usage using the same. A complain (general diary) was lodged at Sealdah police station. Please take necessary actions asap.

        My name is ashishpal singh and my airtel no is [protected]. i was having a plan of 75rs per month. then all of a sudden my plan was changed to a plan of 1599rs per month. i got this message on the morning of 20 oct 2015. but i never called to change a plan or i never told to switch my plan. i had a word with their customer care representative sushmita she gave me interaction id [protected]. i mean how can some one change the plan without my consent. please help asap.

          I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 from flipkart and there is double data offer on this phone. as per terms i have inserted airtel card first to avail the offer. i activated offer on my number [protected] from www.airtellive.com\offers. it was activated also as i received message confirmation. i called customer care and asked about recharge amount on which double data will be activated. they asked me to recharge with 199 Rs. 3G 1GB data for 28 days. according to double data offer and customer care executive i must get 2 GB 3G data for 28 days but nothing is given. after 1 week they are saying you won't get extra benefit. They are really cheating and not answering properly. They are putting calls on hold and after some time they are disconnecting it. please help me and take some actions. Thank You.

          This is second time complaint regarding AirtelNextGen TV.
          I didn't request for that yet they are debiting Rs.7 every two days.All my amount was siphoned away even though I request to stop.Now they are asking me to topup so that to siphon again.Last time I got back Rs. 125 for my complaint.
          I don't know why you are torturing me like this.I don't require the NextGEN at all.I am not going to top up now unless you stop charging on this.Remit all the amount you have taken.If you torture like this I will go to consumer court and claim damages.

            I recharge rs.15 thinking it would recharge my balance but instead recharge for 22 minutes std for one day validity. i recharge rs 19 for call rate reduction but it did not do its thing. I think by doing 'secret' policy and procedure, company would extract unjustly huge amount from the public who used logic. please take heed of this and respond for common good.

              I have applied for airtel postpaid in august month. i have filled up the application form and provided all document with name JITENDER VERMA. however, when my bill was generated i found airtel have registered my name as JITENDRA BBHAGIRATH VERMA. this is my corporate number and i am getting difficulty in reimbursement. on 12oct, i asked airtel to change my name, they ask me for fresh documents, i replied that its your mistake so do it by your own, i have already provided document. i have provided them the documents on 12oct and asked them not to deactive my number. still i found my number deactivated on 18th oct till 19th untill i requested them to reactivate. they deactivated my number without any prior calling to customer, instead of providing all documents. this is mental harassment. pls take suitable action against them.

                  I'm using Airtel number for past 7 years, now i want it to convert it as Postpaid and I requested MyPlan on mid of September through Airtel website. After that Airtel customer care persons called me and told "we will send executives to your work location to collect documents as soon as possible and your number was converted into Postpaid within 2 or 3 days after the verification of documents". But no one have arrived to my workplace. I had decided to switch my network so I sent a PORT request, again I received call from Airtel and the same got repeated as before. Finally I went to Airtel Express Outlet near to my residence and submitted my documents on 10th of October. They told me within two days your number will be converted into Postpaid.And I paid 300 for Activation. But its not converted into Postpaid tillnow. When I called the store to ask the reason, they told that the documents were submitted to airtel, so please contact 121. Finally I received message on[protected] as the process was initiated within 72 hours your address verification will be finished. But no one has came to my home for verification and on[protected] i received your billing address verification was failed So, your prepaid number was not converted into postpaid. I asked the reason from 121 and Store where i submitted documents, they are directing to vice versa. I dont know what is status of my request and what happened to the amount I paid. I never expect this kind of worse response from Airtel.

                    This is regarding the Airtel Landline/Broadband connection I had bearing Number: +[protected]. I called up Airtel on 7th August and requested for cancellation of my Landline/Broadband. Airtel requested me to provide 24 Hours to solve my issue, if not they will proceed with disconnection. The informed me that the speed cannot be increased beyond 8 Mbps hence i asked them to proceed with the cancellation. Airtel informed that the incoming will stop and within few days the line will be disconnected. In the month of September i received pro-rated bill and made the due payment. In the month of October I again received a bill of Rs.1651, which got auto deducted from my card. This is not ethical behaviour by Airtel and they need to refund Rs. 1651 at the earliest.

                      Except whtsaap i dont use any App of internet, 11/10/2015 i have check my data usage and i have consumed 339 MB, after 1 week i have check again and msg i have got ki i have consumed 1600 MB . How could b this possible when apart of whtsaap i dnt use any internet aap and i don't even any downloading .                         I have done a recharge on 13th Oct with 259 inr amount through Paytm on Mobile no [protected]. you can still see that in front of this amount it has written Local 28400 sec (screen shot of the same is also attached), but after recharge when i am using the call on some non airtel network my mane balance got deducted. after checking i got to know that from this recharge i got A2A 28400 secs and not on other mobiles. when i called to customer care Mr. Utkarsh firstly was asked to call after 4 hours becasue system was not working when i insist to transfer the line to someone senior then he transfered line to Mr. Mahender who told me that i should check before recharging that what in actual i got to know and when i discussed more with him he told me that if i have some more problem please visit to any near by airtel office? can someone please help me out what wrong i have done by recharging through Paytm and why these peoples in customer care are talking like this??

                          Airtel sales guy in City Center 2 convinced me to convert prepaid to post I warned not to mess with the no he said it wont take much time and I will get 60GB 4G. So I applied on 16th Of Oct 2015.
                          After Successful verification on 18th morning got SMS that says conversion will start shortly then my prepaid sim got deactivated.
                          Then I have waited for 25 hours - till the activation has is pending for my Airtel no [protected].


                          I cannot take official calls from yesterday
                          I cannot do transaction as my no is associated with my banks .
                          I could not receive official courier.

                          I did not expect this harassment from Airtel. The guy who took my docs and photos and said only 2/3 min the phone will be deactivated - now cannot say when it will get done. He gave me his boss's no who actually ask me to wait only.

                            HORRIBLE.I am an Airtel customer unfortunately with [protected].I have recharged for 200Rs on Oct 18, 2015 and in a day without any outgoing calls lost the complete amount and I have a 3g data pak activated where I am not reciving the same connectivity instead I get E connectivity. I have been loosing money since the past few recharges without any explanations.I need a clarifications for all the deductions in the past as well a now. Day light robbery. No response frm the cust care as well. I have nt activated any plans why does airtel steal money in disguise why cant they sit and beg. We the customers would throw some money on there face

                              I shifted my Vodafone number in to air-tel 6 months ago.
                              in month of July when i receive bill i locked a complaint in air-tel regarding discounts offer while MNP (Ref[protected]. 570 rs waiver of from bill after two days. from month of July every month i have to call air-tel customer care regarding discounts which is offered.
                              last month i called Customer care for above issue and they agree about discount amt was not added in bill and also they assure me about late fee will not be applied for me(REF[protected]. after that call i didn't received any call from customer care but i received October month bill with same issue and late fee.
                              for every month i received faulty bill and for that i need to call them
                              i fed up from such a poor services offed by Air-tel

                                I am requesting airtel customer care number and Even emailed regarding shifting of fixed line ([protected]) as my place of residence has changed. From last 45 Days But there is no response from their side I Even Complainted On Their email Id But No Action Has Been taken I have Not Even Received Any Call Or Message Regarding My Complaint Moreover my new place of residence is opposite to earlier one.                                 Its Already Been More than 24 Hours No One From Airtel even bothered To Call Me Regarding This Issue instead I Called Customer Care 8-9 Times From last 24 Hours Every Executive Tells Me That Backend Sa Aapkoh 2 Hours ma Call aayagha. But No One Bothered. So Irresponsible. im Being Mentally Harassed By Your Company. if My Issue Will Not be Solved In Next 24 Hours I Will Surely Fill An Harassment Case Against airtel.

                                  Hi, I am Swapnil Dongre from Abbiah Reddy layout, Kaggadaspura, Bangalore- 560093. I applied for new broadband connection from airtel in Vignan Nagar. A guy name Sudhakar([protected]) collected necessary documents along with Rs.1000/- installation charges and told me that, connection can be done within 2-3 working days on 28-Sept-2015. Still I didn't get airtel connection. Whenever I call him(I need to call him around 20-25 times then he reply with an sms) he reply, it will get it done in 2 days. I went to airtel customer care near Vignan Nagar, they are saying that It is done by third party and they can't help on this. I asked them to refund my money, for that also they are saying that, they can't do anything on this as this is handled by third party.They gave me Sudhakar's Manager number. Now, his manager Anand ([protected])also not responding for the call.

                                    My 4G sim is not activated and my previous sim is deactivated and it's more than 6 hours. So I don't have working sim now...due to which it's too much trouble and loss for me. If Airtel cannot do what they promise then shut your stupid company down...it's ridiculous.

                                      D/Sir I purchased a SIM 14.10.2015 mobile no [protected].Distributer told me that 3G internet for 1 GB & activated in evening 14.10.2015. But it was activated on 17.10.2015. But next day i go for FRC but he told me that 1GB plan was not give. after he done FRC i received 40rs only and my SIM was not showing activated. he give me back. I call to another distributer he told me that this Sim is very old. this SIM will not be activity. & i went to distributer (SIM Purchased) he told me that i am not give you this SIM. I told him that he give me SIM NO mention on SIM approximate 16 no. kindly solve this problem. I am very harassed last 5 days i call to customer care. but they did not give me solution.
