    Team, Myself Arun from chennai. My Airtel DTH acc id: [protected]. I have been using this for nearly 6 years. Past 3 days 8 tamil subscribed channels was not viewable I registered a complaint to airtel dth cus care on 22 Oct 11.15AM and they promissed me to rectify it before 22 Oct 6pm. But they didn't, again I made a complaint 2nd time @ 5.30pm they promissed it will be recitified by night 22 Oct 11pm. I waited till next day (23 Oct) 10am. I made a complaint 3rd time 23 Oct @ 10am, again they are saying it will be rectified by 6pm. They are just providing me standard reply " Sir we will get back to you" but i didn't received any call from airtel cus care people. Airtel is provividing such a worst service. Please look into this.

    I just got call from +91 [protected], he doesn't even know the history of complaint and blindly said he will send service engineer to your place within 24 hours and i need to pay for it. I just asked him to check my call log that was initiated on 22 Oct 11.15am. He said the complaint was registered only on 23 Oct 11am and he can able to send service engineer only after 24 hours i.e 24 Oct 11am.

    It is really bad on Airtel, this is how you respond to customers?

    Fedup with Airtel worst service.

      Sir we live in village devbugh where only airtel network is working airtel network tower is only 500 meter from our village, still we recieve very weak signal and no 3G coverage, as the tower is 3G enabled . this is giving us lot of problems

        Dear All, I am making payment against my Landline before due date but the same is not getting updated on time. i am complaining to Appelate, Mr. Vittal post that the same was getting updated and they are giving assurance that this activity wont be repeated. but I am fed up now with their responses. 4th time continuously this happened and even this time no body is bothered to revert my email.

          Airtel is giving 4G challenge and promoting there 4G network but I believe they forgot about rest of the customer I have been using Airtel 3G dongle since 3 years and after this fraud company called Airtel launched 4G I see that my 3G speed has reduced. I dont know what they want us to do move to 4G by giving slow speed in 3G then its there mistake we have other connection which are much better than Airtel in 3G rather than going to 4G in Airtel. Big mistake using the Airtel service I am going to buy another operator connection and will through this Airtel dongle in garbage were it deserves to be.

Twice i have given the documents and also Nodal team confirmed that they have done verification but still MNP is cancelled. I escalated to Nodal team again but simply they asked me to give the documents again. I sent email to appellate authority also but no response from appellate.               Installed service for Airtel 4G service last week if sept 2015... the service was stable only for a week or two...after which...I get network connection available fir 1-2 hrs and the rest if the day . There are no connection. Please do not repeat the same mistake I did. Even the c.care response is..."We cannot do anything related to network problem "

                I hv asked for new connection one month ago..m using vodafone right nw..i told them to giv me nano sim often n often..instead that they send me regular sim n told me to cut n put in phone..but on my requesting they told me to giv new sim but after that they didnt rep and even they were not picking up the phone..so at that time i send them massage to cancel connection..bt after month they send me bill of 2000..n after talking vth every level of airtel they are not solving my que...

                  Dear Team, I am an Airtel Customer from past 5 years with Relationship No [protected] (Mobile No : [protected]) and Relationship No [protected] (Mobile No : [protected]) . I had given for Portability 1 Reliance Prepaid No : [protected] for Portability to Airtel Postpaid under 1 of Company schemes. We provided all the relevant documents and received messages from Airtel stating your Request is under process, Address Verification was over, documents verification was over and reliance services stopped effective 21st Oct 2015 but there was no message from airtel on new SIM to start services nor there was any network on the NEW Airtel SIM given to us by your agent, frustrated we called up the agent many a times he was like documents gone to HO and will take time, we called up Airtel Customer Care, that was where we came to know that the SIM Card provided to us and the SIM No mentioned on the Form by the Agent was Mismatch, they told us only Tele verification was pending but upon further inquiry by myself I came to know that the SIM No were varying, the agent is not ready to accept his fault at all, we told the agent to show us xerox of Form we told him to provide the No he mentioned on Form he couldnt provide that too, we visited a near by Airtel Gallery and confirmed that the SIM no mentioned in your records and SIM No given to us are differing, We fail to understand such carelesness by your agent and especially when we are taking a corporate plan under portability request where existing service provider has already stopped providing services. why should we suffer loss of service from both existing and new service provider for a mistake of your agent. and the gallery also couldnt solve problem and gallery is advising us visit big gallery with documents and put loss SIM Request and apply for a fresh SIM with NC and all. WE do not expect such BAD SERVICE to an OLD and Loyal Customer like us especially when we have also been regular in our Bill Payments and have referred services to Other Customer Below is my alternate No Please contact me on below no for resolving the issue Kindly resolve the Issue at your earliest without further delay and send your person with an activated SIM Card or activate the Services on the SIM that is available with us We have the following SIM Card with us[protected]U whereas your records might show a different SIM No. Please activate services on the above SIM with said plan and intimate us immediately.                   There was immediate action from Agent and I am satisfied, though there was interruption of services from both sides for 2 days but that was due to holiday's but as soon as they came to know about the issue I trust the issue was resolved in like 2 hours and a new activated SIM was provided at my door step and services resumed in less than 2 hours.                     I have been the user of airtel for last 8 years or so usong the same number. The company decided to just disconnect my number without giving me any prior caution or warning for the same. As per their own terms and conditions they are to provide me a grace period of 15 days. Custumar care is so irresponsible... They just act like robots without understanding the problem.

                        On 18.10.2015 at 11.40 p.m airtel as debited money from my main a/c for not using mobile internet. even I dnt use mobile internet. im using wifi only. I dnt even put a netpack. though im using my bsnl wifi connection they debited money for using airtel mobile internet. regarding this I called the customer care and talk but they are not responding properly.they are trying to bluff me. without proper notification and knowledge of the customers they are always debiting money from our account . if we ask they try to deceive me. so please I need proper solution for this. this make us mental stress and they are making fool o[censored]s. please make immediate action and help us.

                            My Customer id [protected]. I have recharged for 181 Rupees on 29 September for 30 days of service as per the rates available. But got the alert messages saying 24-oct 2015 will be the last service day. When called the customer care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call

                            Need to escalate this issue of IMF charging as I also charged with same amount.

This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call

                            Refer to the image added, for the first time I have seen IMF charging and I really was not in a position to understand what for? I totally agree with others who are against IMF. I understood IMF as Idle Maintenance Fee? Correct me if I am wrong. When the services are stopped what is the need for charging IMF?                             My Customer id [protected]. I have recharged for 170 Rupees on 13 Feb for 30 days of service as per the rates available. will be the last service day. When called the customer care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel.                               Yesterday a received a phone call from Airtel[protected] about hello tunes 21.10.2015 at 11.50 AM AX-MVKRBT Rs 75 was deducted from my main account balance immediately it was deactivated by me. without my knowledge it was deducted Rs. 75 this kind of activities it is highly deplorable...I humbly request that the amount of Rs 75 so deducted may kindly be credited in my account ph no.                                   I purchased new Samsung J7 on 11-Sep-2015 under which I got 4G double data offer and activated double data offer of 497INR. To get double data offer I had to call customer care upto 20-30 times. I recharged again with 497 INR this month on 21-October-2015 and I only got 2.25GB data (No double data). Airtel is only making only fool to Indian customers to sell there plans and earn few bucks? and cheating the Indian customers on name of double data and 4G. They told me that they are giving me double data offer till 6 month while they denied to provide the same from the first month of my mobile purchased date.

                                  I had purchased new Samsung J7 on 11-September-2015 under which I got double data offer and activated double data offer of 497 INR. But I didn’t get any double data benefit after 497 INR recharge at that time.
                                  To get double data I called Airtel customer care more than 30-35 times and every time, every executive told me a new story to go on Airtel website then submit the proof of mobile purchase or go to Airtel Store and do the same and also submit the IMEI number of mobile on Airtel website etc. etc. then only you can get the double data.

                                  Well after 5-8 days and 30-35 calls and complaint, I got the double data and they assured me that from next month it will get credited automatic on next recharge. Which is completely fake and fraud only.

                                  I had recharged again with 497 INR this month on 21-October-2015 and I only got 2.25GB data (No double data). So does Airtel and Samsung mutually making making customers fool or only Airtel is making fool to Indian customers and bothering intentionally?

                                  Now a days I am also facing a lot of call drop and frequent change between 4G & 3G network automatically and sometime no network (at same place) due to which sometime I missed my important calls.

                                  I did a complaint about the same to Airtel and after 2 days they just sent an sms (same as last time) to me that ”Aapke airtel mobile a/c mein recharge labh pehle hi jod diya gaya hai” while in reality no double data balance has been added to my account. When I called to Airtel customer care complaint 198 department then his executive Mr. Krishnakant said that there is no such offer on your new Samsung Galaxy J7 (4G) mobile. And if you have any problem then you are free to file the case in consumer court. When I asked him to transfer the call to his superior then he denied for the same.

                                  Such worst and fraud services or Airtel and Samsung is shaking hand with Airtel to cheat Indian customers.

                                    Am vinish and I heard from my friends about the Airtel broadband which is one of the best among all the companies in the market currently and I decided to change my connection from MTS to airtel broadband newly, I requested for the connection and the representative also came for documentation and collected all my relevant documents on August 29 2015,  on further Monday 31st August I received a SMS from AD-AIRCCF stating that documents received and the fixedline account no. [protected] and Installation order no 40859722, will be processed in 3 working days, but until now not done due to in availablity of point it seems. If this is the reply they could have told me at the time of my request itself I could have not wasted my time and money when providing the documentation with attestation of notary public also I would like to know  why this feasibility check was not done at the earlier stage when I requested for the connection before getting the documents from for verification ?, Wasting my time and this is really frustrating and you(Airtel) being one of the no.1 organization in the market the service rendering to a new client is not really fair and hence forth I will not seek any connection from airtel and will take this a learning for me and there are many small concerns providing wonderful services hence will seek them,  I have not seen such poor service ever in my life and will also suggest all my friends and social network if possible about the poor service of the airtel.                                     This is the same case for me as well. Its been 2 months and 11 days since they said the connectione would be installed but nothing has been done. on further enquiry, they say that there is some port issues in the area and so it cannot be done. Why then collect the installation fee and cause all this trouble? Even, they said that the service guy will come to my place to inform me if the connection would be feasible or not. But customer care representative both through phone & service centers say that it is not. This is playing fool with customers and commoners like us.
                                    Still not yet received any response on this and sent several emails to airtel.[protected]@airtel.com and no response and even a standing reply.
                                    Please write to [protected]@in.airtel.com. Hopefully they should respond appropriately and also leave a complaint on the Airtel facebook page with the relevant details.
                                    Hope they take the needed action in due time.

                                    Somehow 121 responded to my complaint and they provided the refund after I posted my complaint.

                                      Hello Airtel, I am Bharat, I have purchased a Prepaid number from Gurgaon. during the month of august, but at the end of august i gave my number for changing into postpaid.I have took a Postpaid plan Connection of your Airtel 299 Plan.used it for 1 Month but later i was not satisfied with the Postpaid plan, that's why again during first week of September went to *Varun Connectivity airtel center Located in sector 31 Gurgaon. for changing my postpaid account to prepaid, i submitted my pending bill and all other data/voice calls outstanding bill that day it self. and they again migrated my number in prepaid plan. but on oct 8 i received a message from Airtel (DZ-AIRPMT) that says:- "" Dear Customer, you have received an alert regarding your Airtel account No. [protected] ., having an outstanding of Rs. 1225.81. Request you to make the payment at the earliest. For any assistance call [protected] from Monday to Saturday between 8 am to 8 pm. To make payment visit at www.visa billpay .in "" Now on the given number i called and checked they told me the same thing that i have to pay the amount, i declined them about the information because i have already paid my whole postpaid bill and successfully transferred again to prepaid plan. but they told me that i have used the sim, and airtel takes money for migrating too, that is migrating charges. but at the time of porting again to prepaid they ( varun connectivity airtel ) never told me about the charge of migrating. Please i kindly request you to solve this matter as soon as possible, i hope you solve this matter, i am very much annoyed from your service now.

                                        I am using Airtel Digital TV since last 1.1/5 years. At the time of cricket world cup I was started star sports pack. Before 2/3 months I requested to deactivate the same and they told me that the pack is deactivate now. But as and when I called for the confirmation of deactivation of ESS pack, they told me the pack is still active !!! Even channels also OFF from my first call but charges are still applicable If I call to the customer care and ask them to deactivate it and refund the amount, they don't respond properly and put my call on hold for long time after the long time call is disconnected directly. They charged me for that which I never used lfrom ast 2 to 3 months... Every time I got order no from their side but still waiting for the action. My request you plz help me to refund my amount. I am literally disappointed with their Service.
