Dear Team - I applied for Broadband 1399 option on 17th Sep 2015 at Airtel outlet next to Kailash Colony Metro station, Mr Farhan Front office executive told me there is an offer going on specially for 16th -18th Sep 2015 where you will get free Telephone Instrument model No : Binatone Concept 700. He also allotted me new connection No :[protected] and informed that the setup will be done in 72 Hours. To my surprise nobody turned for next 7 days. On 25th Sep 2015, Mr Gaurav (Engineer) came for installation and told me that neither you have been allotted[protected]instead a new no[protected] is allotted to me ) Nor you will get Free Telephone instrument under scheme. I immediately went to your airtel outlet where i applied and met Mr Pradeep (Store Manager) who assured me that I will get the Instrument today(28th Sep 2015). I have been trying to contact this Guy on his mobile No [protected] from last 2 days but he is not picking my phone. I am in immediate need of this connection and these guys are just wasting my time.     I have ported my no. idea prepaid to Airtel postpaid "[protected]". I have request it[protected] but not yet get any message from Airtel, what is the progress in it, when it will port and when i call customer care they cut the phone and put it on hold no one giving the correct information, if you cannot port then refund my money i will go for another service .

      The issue started after I did a port from TamilNadu Sim (Airtel) to Karnataka Sim (Airtel). I am not able to see plans, More importantly, I am unable to receive OTP for any services recently. I have contacted customer care and walked into the store directly many times but no luck. Today, Rakesh from customer care was not even listening to what I say instead trying to describe some thing which is not required. He even refused to tell his full name when I asked for. He cooly says, you can go ahead and complain. Is Airtel 'heads' sleeping, wake up and educate your employees (FEW) how to behave to customer, no manners. Now, I am not receiving any messages as well. At the end, he just disconnected the call which is so embarrassing.

        I am a Airtel customer since 2008. On 27.09.2015 I have changed My hello tune. On selecting hello tune it show the song as "Kathirinu" after selecting this song Airtel has sent me a message that thank you for selecting "Orithirunnu" and also they have deducted Rs.15/- for this. Then I have called to Airtel Customer Care for complainting this. From there I have to face very bad experience from the customer care executive. His behavior is very very bad and rude. This couldnot be entertained.

        Kindly do the need full for this

          This is regarding the complain I made to the airtel customer care, with reference to the lead no: [protected]. I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection on around 23 January.2015, and the airtel executive Name who handled this was MR. Rizwan (his Mob Num: [protected]), and he had takedn Rs.1000 for this pplication. The TBLR num for this application was : TBLR 6914184. I am attaching th Application form soft-copy here for reference. After application, within a week I had received a call from Airtel person (one lady with phone num:[protected]) mentioning the connection can not be provided in my area.When I asked about refund, that lady asked me to SMS my Bank account detail to which Airtel will transfer the refund, and I had even provided the same. However, I got no reply from that person and Airtel after that. When I called up that person around three weeks back from now, she even denied to have called me regarding the airtel broadband connection. I had also called up the Airtel person Rizwan also who had taken application form money from me, and he said he has raised this case to airtel and my refund would be initiated shortly. However even after month 2 month from the date of application I have not received the money back. Moreover, I had even complained one weeks back by calling Airtel customer care about all these as explained above, but no action has been taken till date. They keep on giving complain number and keep on extending the time from last 9 month and they are not doing anything. Now also I have complained and I got complain number 59913108 and I was assured that my problem would be resolved by 26 sep 2015 2:00PM but still I did not find the solution to my problem.

                  Airtel has been the WORST customer care and ISP ever faced. Firstly, I have been facing slow internet for quite a while, I raised a few complaints but no one got back to me regarding it, which was ok at first. On 9th September, I called up and made a case that the internet was too slow and mobile streaming wasn't working. It was registered but I didn't get a call from the technician regarding this. Just a day later, my internet stopped working entirely. I called the customer care and they said they would resolve in a day. Two days later. I called up the customer care, they proceeded to tell me they were looking into my complaint about "slow internet", I went on to explain to them that my INTERNET wasn't working at all. They again told me to wait another day. A day later, 10 more calls yielded the same results. "We are looking into your issue for slow internet". ONE- No one resolved slow internet. TWO - MY INTERNET WASN'T WORKING AT ALL. 5 DAYS later, I lost my cool, and told a lady who was working as customer care, 'if you can't fix my internet, please disconnect it'. She went ahead AND PROCESSED DISCONNECTION. I hung up, a day later and asked to speak to the manager. The floor manager was extremely rude and told me 'If we can't fix your internet we will proceed with disconnection' . Through the entire call he treated me like I was stupid because I asked them to resolve my internet AND give me a time for how long it would take. That didn't happen. It has been 20 DAYS today and no one has spoken to me resolving my internet issue, yet I have received a bill of Rs. 2000. I will NOT be paying this bill and I will be putting my internet struggles on social media for everyone to see, as well as filing a case in the consumer court. This is NOT a small issue. 20 days of INTERNET is not ACCEPTABLE. Being rude to your customers is WORSE

                      I am Deepak, bought the Airtel sim card ([protected]) in January 2015. Currently I am in Singapore having a singtel postpaid connection. My last recharge for the above Airtel prepaid card was on[protected] and made a call on the same day to my SingTel postpaid connection (+65-8515….) As per the Airtel record it was deactivated on[protected]. But as per the airtel terms and condition it should be deactivated only if there is no usage for 90 days. But it was deactivated within 60 days. I called the customer care and sent several mail to Airtel support asked for the explanation and reactivate the same number. But all they did was keep on sending the same copy and paste mails. (As per the information from our end, I would like to inform you that the number has already been permanently disconnected on account of prechurn base from marketing on 07/08/2015.) I am having the Singtel postpaid call record details and bank recharge information for proof that the recharge and call was made on[protected]. Even I am ready to send the Singtel postpaid call record details for verification. (Service No.: 8515…. Bill Id: 0011 Local Airtime Call Charge Date Time Direction Other Party No. Duration Rate Amt before Free Bundle Amt after Free Bundle G 09 Jun 12:14 PM In [protected] 1m 00s Peak 0.15 0.00 Owning Party : 8515….) Since my bank otp’s are configured to this number, I am struggling to perform any transaction in India. It's a shame for our nation that the best service provider in India is having a worst and unfaithful customer support and service.                         I am using a postpaid airtel number [protected]. I am using a myPlan of Rs 599. My bill has never ranged more than Rs 2000. However this month i have received a bill for Rs 15, 500.

                        The extra charges levied include Rs 999 for international roaming along with Rs 12, 000 for international data usage.

                        I called up airtel customer service where i was informed that i have activated zero rental service on 25th June on my number and pack of Rs 999 was charged on my account. However, i have never activated any such pack either in current month or on month of june. Note that these two heads have 13, 000 to my current bill for services that i have never requested. The airtel customer service center gave me a request no. 65177671 and i was told that i will be contacted by someone to resolve the dispute. Also, i requested Airtel to provide me proofs that i have requested such services. However, i didn't receive any call / communication and received a message that my complaint has been resolved. Also, no proof was provided by Airtel to prove that i have requested these services.

                        This clearly reflects intention of breach of trust on Airtel's part.

                        Please resolve this issue asap.

                          Hi Rakesh / Airtel authorities,

                          I would like to bring to your kind attention that the issue is occuring for last 2 months. Everytime I am raising ticket, the Airtel technician/customer support people are closing the ticket without resolving the issue and getting confirmation from me. Previous tickets references are 59743856 and 59250394 .

                          Presently also, they are simply saying that issue is resolved, cable faulty etc, but I am still not able to access internet. Even after paying monthly rent religiously, its not expected of Airtel to behave with so breach of customer obligation.

                          Please take urgent actions to resolve the issue and without getting confirmation do not close the ticket

                            We had launched a complaint so many times through email and call centre about worst net work issue but so far there is no single step improvement. Providing advertisement that unbeatable 4G coverage on media its shame to see am the sufferer for so long time my issue was not solved yet but your advertisement is challenging. We need issues to be solve for my all CUG numbers including low network coverage and high billing issue due to third party activation on online browser. Stop and deactivate all those nonsense. until that we won’t pay the monthly bill this was informed before through call centre but there is no any information or improvement from their side

                              We have been following up more than 1 month with the Airtel staff for the complaints lodged by us in respect to the internet connection & phone network issue. Our internet connection was working fine only at the inception when the connection was initially installed. Within a month we were facing constant issues wherein there was practically no usage by us.The connection was showing live but we were unable to connect to any site, the message displayed was "Limited Access" and our free data was getting used.The company has informed us that nothing can be done in terms of biling as the total amount has to be borne by us without any adjustments from their end.The engineers have visited our residence & found that there is no network at all, then why was the same not disclosed to us during installation that these could be some of the challenges.                                 Hi Team, This is not going anywhere and I am really not getting a solution even after calling your customer care departments and writing multiple e-mails. I just now spoke to an Escalation Team Member - Brajesh Kumar Manjhi. And was informed by him that my e-mail address is still not updated your records. Even after me calling your department more than 5 times and sending multiple e-mails. This time I have new concerns with your service.  59939218 – My service request was closed without even informing me.  Incorrect e-mail address updated even after multiple reminders I would sincerely request your team to go through my e-mails below. It’s really frustrating to call your department again and again to check the status of your complaint and also takes a lot of effort to write an e-mail. I would not say that I didn’t get any response from your team. But I would want you to know what kind response I got your team. Actually I am not even sure if your team gave me their correct names or were they fake. If that is the case. It’s an compliance issue for your team. I have already mentioned about the experience I had with Sunil Kumar from the Technical Department in the e-mail mentioned below. This conversation goes back to 24th September 2015. I received a call around 06:30 PM IST from - +91 [protected]. A person named Rahul Verma – Technical Team greeted very politely saying that he is calling to resolve my issue. I politely replied that it’s not a technical issue which I had reported and asked him to hang up and arrange a call back from the right department. He insisted that he is from the right department to address my concern as he had received an e-mail stating that I have a technical query with my Router. When I asked him to forward me the same he backed of changing the topic of discussion. And he said he will install the landline instrument free of cost. Team is this way you respond to queries!!! We had a long conversation going on me explaining him not to give customers false information and he was apologizing for the same. Finally I realized that it was a conference call and one of your employees called Ravi Chaudhary was also a part of the conversation. Which I was never informed in the first place. I asked them to disconnect the connection if they can’t resolve my concern. They disagreed with me and promised me to offer a solution. The discussion ended up these guys apologizing to me and sending over an installation guy named Anil over to my place on 26th September 2015 at around 12:00 PM IST to install the landline instrument. I agreed and we ended the conversation. Today I wait the whole day and finally give a call to above mentioned number. I don’t remember the name of the guy I spoke to. But he promised that the landline instrument will be installed within the next 1 hour. I agreed and disconnected the call. Few minutes later I receive a call from a number - [protected] called himself Dheeraj and promised me that the instrument will be installed in the next few minutes. Also informed that he will assist me in my future queries. And I can contact him if whenever I want. I agree with him and end our conversation. I wait as I have been doing all this while.. Finally I give this gentleman a call after 2 hours. To my surprise the number was switched off and my concern still remains unaddressed since 19th September 2015. I AM HONOURED TO RECEIVE SUCH AN EXECTIOPNAL SERVICE FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT WHICH IS PROFITING AT OVER 52 BILLION. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXPIRIENCE WITH YOU GUYS EVER. AS MENTIONED EARLIER I HAVE HAD AN AMAZING SERVICE DURING MY COLLEGE DAYS. THOSE WERE THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE WITH AIRTEL . I AM NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF RESOLUTION WILL YOUR GUYS PROVIDE. AND IF YOU KEEP ON HIRING THE KIND GENTLEMAN I HAVE MENTIONED ABOUT. I AM SURE THAT YOUR ORGANISATION WILL LOOSE ITS GOODWILL REALLY SOON. REMEMBER 1 CUSTOMER CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE. The main reasons for my disappointment.  I was provided a refurbished router  The phone instrument was never installed as promised by the executive in the first place  An incorrect e-mail address was updated in my records which I don’t know how they managed to get  I was never provided with an Airtel Relationship number for future communications I surely don’t remember the name the first person whom I spoke to in the first place. And that gentleman promised me a free installation along with a new router and the handset instrument. I would prefer to have the same in place as promised in the first interaction. This a matter of transparency and ethics when it comes to giving wrong information to customers like me. I would feel free to take this concern to social media if required, I don’t expect Airtel to come up with such misses from their end. I will also make sure that I don’t recommend Airtel to any of my friends, , family and colleagues in the near future. Also making sure that this miscommunication is also shared at a corporate level within my organization. I expect a prompt and a positive response from your end as I can’t see any myself at fault anywhere in this situation. I am surely a detractor as of now for you.                                   Dear Team, I would like to inform you that my outgoing call is barred from 26th September 2015. For your reference I had contacted the team many times[21st/22nd/25th of September] to resolve the billing issue which was unexpectedly received from you. Till today I was not received any reply or explanation from your side. Issue: I have changed my set into new set on 11th September & started to receive call from 14th September was my bill is reached up to 5675/-. So I went your Indiranagar outlet[3 times] to ask about this, they have told me their systems are facing problem & could not show my bills/usage. After that I have checked with your team & understood that the same amount is my bill amount. I would like to point out that I was using this connection for last 5+ years with another 5 more airtel connections, till now my phone[[protected]] bill was not exceeded more than INR 1, 700. Like this situation if the payment is increasing more than the actual monthly bill amount, you people[airtel team] have to remind the customer about the bill amount as other mobile connections is doing, so I would have stopped& avoid it at any cost. Kindly look into this issue & take the most appreciating decision. I do not want to pay any extra payment except my normal monthly charge.

                                    Hi Team, Just wanted to bring your attention towards my problem, I got a call from airtel executives[protected]Heena/Ajit-[protected]/[protected]Neha) they asked me to do MNP([protected]) from Reliance to Airtel and said they are offering a plan Rs 399(inclusive tax) having 1500 Local/STD mins + 1GB - 4G data + 200 Local/National SMS, after porting and activation, i didn't get the above mentioned plan. I already paid him 150 Rs against the SIM and they said they will adjust it in the next bill. When i called them they are refusing and telling me we don't have that type of plan. They have given me another plan for 399 + taxes in which what they have offered me didn't provided, i'm getting 3G 524 MB data instead of 4G-1GB. and also i didn't get my 150 Rs adjusted as they have told me at that time. I request you to take immediate action against the individual or team which called me and port my number with the wrong plan so that they will not cheat anyone in the future. I have sent emails to 121, Nodal Team and Appellate team of airtel but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer and keep telling me to check plans in My Plan section. If they don't have that type of plan why they are cheating the customer and offering this plan. Requested to consumer forum, please take strict and immediate action Airtel services.                                       The mobile phone network in the region of Vaibhav khanda(pin code-274509) in the city of Ghaziabad (UP) is the worst network I have ever experienced. there is no proper network availability so I am not able to talk on calls . there is much number of call drops, forget about using internet, please provide a booster for the network in this region.

                                        I had ported my no. [protected] from vodafone to airtel postpaid. on 20th sept 2015 my vodafone network disconnected. and when i had inserted my new airtel sim to activate my airtel network, i found that sim card is defected, its not getting detected by any mobile . When i taken this issue to airtel gallery, they issue me new sim card and promised me that my network will start within 4 hours, but nothing worked. 6 days passed, i had complained to all higher authority about this matter, they are not replying me, no resolution, it is still dead, no network
