Advance one day net package of rs. . 5 / - prepaid mobile no. 8511202400

Reduction of Rs1 or 2 or 3 on daily basis

Dissconnection of network

Reactivation of my old sim

Ticket closed in half an hour but no action taken

Hi,

I raised a ticket stating signal issues with airtel in my area chandanagar, hyderabad. Surprisingly the ticket was closed in half an hour stating that my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Complaint resolution reference number provided is [protected]. No one bothered to call me and no action was taken. There is a call drop issue due to weak signals.

Dear airtel, this is an example of highly pathetic...

Pathetic service

No incoming SMS, urgent and very serious

My mobile no. is [protected] I've ported my number from UP East circle to Karnataka circle on 27 August 2015, and from that point of time, I'm not receiving any incoming SMS. I'm only receiving SMS from Airtel numbers. I've an alternate number from BSNL and when I try to send an SMS from that number to my Airtel number, I do not receive that SMS.
