I was taken advance one day internet package of Rs. 5/- on[protected] with balance in my account. When I recharge of Rs. 100/- on[protected] then AIRTEL recovered 15 additional charges. I talk with customer care they reply to me this is advance net package charge of Rs.15/-. I am not satisfied with customer care reply. I feel cheat.
