With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
Postpaid mobile Services. I own a connection and for checking 3G internet with SMS i.e(DATA USE to 121) its giving same message for last15-17 days that my current data uses is only 95.31 MB is used from 3.87 GB, which i know its wrong because in cell phone its showing more and my connection is my family plan which is having 2 numbers with it so for counting correct use I have to depend on SMS.

Here are my grievances towards the process:

I requested this thing to customer care on 121 on 02 Oct 2015 and a lady answered from Customer care, I asked the current uses she given me same information that its 95.31 MB and when I told her that is not correct and the whole scenario she replied me that is problem coming from last 10-15 days and our back end is working on it, so I asked the lady then why she first told me that uses is 95.31 Mb instead of that she can give me correct information that there is a issue with every person so it will take time, but instead of that she start giving me rebuttals and getting rude and raising her voice and then asked her to launch the complain she taken the request with reference ID: 65325593, F[protected] and she told me that back end team will get back to you in next 24 hours .

Next day i did’t got a call but got a email and SMS that my issue is resolved,
I was shocked that what the hack it is without my confirmation how you can close the complain???

I have verified your account and noted that you are having 3.87GB 3G data free there after speed reduced to 20 Kbps. The same is a unlimited data plan. As I have noted that you have consumed 95.31 in the total benefit of 3962.88 MB.

To track data usage on your airtel mobile, all you need to do is SMS DATA USE to 121. Alternatively, you may dial *121*114#.

Install the latest update of airtel app on your mobile. The latest version of airtel app allows you to check your data usage, set alerts, view unbilled usage and outstanding bill amount.

You can download the myairtel application by any one of the following means:
a. Visit m.airtel.in/myairtel or airtel.in/myairtel
b. Visit google play & search for airtel app & download the app.
c. SMS MYAIRTEL to 54321.

After reading this email i was thinking that service specialist its a robot or a person??? Then i called customer care 121 again on 03rd Oct 15, a man taken the call and said me that we have to close the request in 24 hours so the team has closed the request and they called you on your number and alternate number but they were Off, i told them that it’s a complain and without the confirmation of customer how you can close it with this type of reason then he said he is taking the complain again for this and back end team will check it and call me in next 2 working days (complain id:[protected], i was not satisfied with this so i went to Airtel store which is at Mangalam fun square, durga nursary road Udaipur, there i explained all this thing to the CRO and told him to make a preferred complain for this and also take action against the person who wasted my time on 121, also asked him to make change to my plan to 999 from 799 and also to reset the Data pack and free minutes pack with changing the secondary number to yearly (199 or 200) but instead of helping me out they given a very good reason that there Ultra net is not working and they can’t help and they told me to go to another Airtel Express store which is at sector 6 main road udaipur and there was a lady who was very rude and unkind without listing my proper issue asked me to go and get a photo copy for identity card, i asked her is that Airtel store people can’t give a photocopy service to customer ??? she rudely reply No go and get the photocopy by your self, and when i came back instead of listing me she asked me to write the phone number and all problem on that photo copy (to make change to my plan to 999 from 799 and also to reset the Data pack and free minutes pack with changing the secondary number to yearly (199 or 200) and then there team will process it in next 4 hours. I asked her that they can do it now, but she refused to do it. And now on 04rth Oct after getting all frustration still no action was taken for my request,

This is weird and I want to settle this as soon as possible. I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel

    Hello, I face problem, I call 121 and dial no according caller voice, and activate 49 pack unlimited local calls, after call ending thanks messge. after 3 octi socked my bill 1300 Rs. call charges 570 . i asked customer support then say sir, caller through activate plan not possible. you call customer support. I ask Airtel when thsi service not apply then why provide I need answer.

      If I will recharge rs. 251 then I will get 1 GB 3g data. But I recharged with rs. 265/- and I got only the same 1 GB 3g data in place of 2GB 3g data. My complain is that if its not in offer 4 me then it will be invalid for me. How I will pay different amount for 1 GB 3 g data. Resolve the issue immediately otherwise I will go for consumer complain.

        My self shaik. Sayyad baji, my mobile number [protected]. I' m using Airtel from 4 years recently I ported from Chennai circle airtel to Andhra Pradesh Airtel circle. I did recharge for 200 rupees full talk time and my Airtel shown me that I have 50MB 2G data and I used only 2G data. There is no intimation to me they deduducted my balance from 163 rupees to 33 rupees. And I call to customer care @9:10PM I didn't get any solution and that to he is speaking against me. I need resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.

            Landline no - [protected] Complaint no[protected] Problem - broad band connection not working since 26th september 2015. Complaint registered on 29th september 2015. Each time the helpline is called automatic voice says problem will be resolved by 30th september. this message is heard today also -3rd october 2015. Who is answerable to this inefficency, callousness and inconvenience to us? The ridiculousness of their reply cannot be matched. It is disgusting the way customers are cheated.

              Dear Sir, I have been cheated to the core by Airtel who has taken me for a ride. Even after escalating to Nodal Officer and Appellate authority there is not action. Today when I finally got to ported to Airtel, to my utmost horror, I found out that I was ported to a 599 myplan family pack and not the original plan which was promised to me. Even if I optimally tailor and combine the packs, I would not get the total number of minutes + data+ sms promised to me hence this is not at all agreeable to me. I even contacted your customer care instantly and spoke to an executive Sunil but I have not at all been offered any favourable resolution on this and hence I am left with not other option but to address this email. This is a huge cheating by Airtel to bring customers to their network. I feel extremely betrayed and harassed by Airtel. You can access the CDR of the entire conversation through my past operator IDEA to assess the authenticity of my claim. I want this situation to be resolved at all costs and the promised plan made available to me as I have trusted Airtel and ported to your network. This is highly unprofessional and unbecoming of a reputed brand like you. I would also want you to take strict action against the said DSA for cheating and betraying by adhering to unprofessional tactics. I would like to caution Airtel that in the unfortunate case of this not being resolved favourably by you I would have to resort to legal remedies as this clearly tantamount to cheating, harassment and breach of trust.               Someone from Airtel called John called me today . Instead of resolving my grievance he was more interested in worsening it. All he said was give me a call and say that "we'll take strict action against the DSA". When I asked him about resolution of my grievance and giving me the original plan that was promised to me, he said nothing can be done about it. When I told him that what he was doing was illegal and against consumer ethics, he told me to do what I want with absolute arrogance.

              I urge all those who are reading this not ever to switch over to Airtel. They are unethical and harmful for consumers. If you are an Airtel consumer, please port out of it and if not then please remain with your operator or switch to any other operator but Airtel. They are fully involved in ripping consumers to the core.

                Sir, I contacted the customer Care of airtel About 9 days before for changing my Aircel SIM to airtel. The same day itself executive from airtel called me, collect details and informed that the executive from Airtel attingal office will contact me soon. The same day eve attingal executive called me collect my details and informed me that he will personlay meet me the next day and asked me to bring my photo and Id proof. He collect my Id, two photographs, 500 rs and issued two 4g sims, one for me and other for my wife. He told me that portability needs more time for activation. And changed my mind to take a postpaid connection for 700/- monthley Bill. I used my Aircel SIM only for data. So he told me to take fresh connection. My wife is using airtel prepaid and hence there is no complication. I asked him to issue a number similar to my land phone number. He agreed all collect the money and went. There after no response. From day before yesterday somebody called me three or four times and asked the landmark near to my house. I give detailes of my address to the executive who gave me the SIM. And every time I told this to the person's calling me. Really bad experience before getting connection. If this is the customer relation then what I expect in future.                   I did not get any help from side of airtel. 15 days ago i make a request to port my no idea to airtel. I receive harrashment all the time from team of airtel. These are two no that are responsible for this issue +[protected] and +[protected]. Who will pay the amount that is by roaming. Who is responsible. They did not try to help me out. This issue is for mumbai location.

                      I am using airtel broadband for past four months. Suddenly my Broadband connection got disconnected on 30th Sep, 2015. My Landline no is[protected]. I used to pay my monthly bills at right time after i complained to customer service regarding line issue they told it will resolved within 24hrs...but till now 3rd Oct no one responded i am doing daily follow up but same answer from customer service stating will be resolved asap. Please suggest me guys what is next step shall i proceed. Poor customer service from Airtel.

                        I applied for postpaid to prepaid migration of my number. they gave me a new sim but that sim never got activated. they have even deactivated my postpaid number and customer care never responds properly. everytime they tell me that it will be actvated by tonight but that never happens.                           I recharged or rs 250 on oct1.on sep1, my balance got reduced to 78. I checked with airtel customer care.A person named Yuvaraj.He replied back since my internet balance got over, it got deducted. But actually i didnt get any intimation about the end of internet package, My question is, please people who do really have rational thinking go ahead read this, ' I asked him, if my balance is below rs 5, airtel voice support is there in airtel system[INtelligence system-Hope the name itsel indicates why it is named intellience system], to tel me continuosly to a day even it is 1 month, that i have to recharge ok.Now i recharged or rs 255 internet package.After it got over any amount is deducting due to airtel internet deduction rom my main acc, is that "No.1 Indian network provider - serving crores of customers in india", whose intelligence system doesnot have a logic to intimate customer or atleast second day through call Problem is not deduction.BUt how come this like loopholes in system can be rectiied so that money stolen from crores of people pocket can be deducted I airtel proud to say itsel as NO.1, it should take customer suggestion, Say it NO1 i you do or don brand yourself My amt deducted is 150 which is actually more than what 3G data value pack or 14 days. NO.1 should always be customer friendly .But also i didnt feel that way, He shouldnot only convey his things and push his concern to me.Even then i 'suggested or something, he doesnot take it serously and used name TRAI, reply i got is "Do whatever you can".. Even when i asked to convey this to higher official as suggestion, he replied "This is system, it cant be changed".

                            On 23 September I recharged my airtel prepaid sim to an amount of Rs. 390. Yesterday morning the balance was around Rs. 450 (there was a little amount of money left in the phone before the recharge). But today when I checked, the balance is 0. I didn't use the internet through data charge and didn't possibly call so many people. Online recharge txn ID-125913

                                I had done an online topup for my airtel prepaid mobile for Rs 300. As in other networks like aircel and Tata docomo, I expected an online payment receipt popping up after the transaction was over. But on the contrary, no such receipt appeared, though the transaction was successful. As it is an official mobile, I requested for a payment receipt atleast to my email ID. But the response was that they have no provision for the same and cannot issue any receipt. Are they not legally bound to provide a receipt for any transaction?

                                  Hello Sir/Ma'am, I have Purchase a Airtel 4G Connection only after taking a demo in demo Airtel Executive shows me the Device Speed 35MB and then on Speed test I have change the location for server testing then its tested and result was 15MB and demo done on 4G signal. Now when I have paid the amount as well I am paying the months bills but I have found that Location area where Demo was given as the same location I am not getting the 4G Signal. When I have complained for the same they have shared the reference number and without doing and verify they have closed the complaint. Now again when I have asked for the complain they give me the another reference number and today I have seen still not getting the speed which committed by Airtel In this area. [protected] as prepaid connection in airtel.it has been around 7years using the same no. before 5-6 months I converted my connection into postpaid. as I am working in idbi bank, they suggested me for corporate plan. I submitted my documents including my declaration.there is no signature n documents other than mine. now there is no airtel office in my city and I have to go 40 kms for getting new sim as my old sim getting damaged. I requested but they told me to go 40kms away office which is not feasible fr me. so I applied for portability in vodafone for same plan there and deposited documents but airtel rejected. they are saying its corporate sim. you have to give NOC signed by your bank authority. While taking sim and plan, every where it was my declaration and signature.bank is not involved in any way. now airtel harrasing me. Forcing me to continue in airtel as they know that I have to go 40kms to airtel office. I don''t want to continue.while connection it ws my declaration, then I can switch with my own wish.                                       Problem not resolved. airtel has not confirmed portability.
                                      Airtel has not confirmed my portability. airtel has not made any contact to me. I am still facing problem which is very important on priority basis as I want a new sim for my phone.
