To, The Manager Billing Section, Bharti Airtel. Sub:Misleading and tricky game played by your representative of Airtel Mr.Ramya D. R DR, Service Specialist airtel even after agreement regarding last month's unjustified bill and bill raised for this month of Rs.1707.72 instead of amount (Rs.1399/- +14% Tax)as per revised plan. Dear Sir, I am seriously annoyed and stunned by deliberate excess amount bill raised by Airtel bill section this month also. Last month after so much debate/e-mail correspondences o[censored]njustified bill raised and telephonic conversation and subsequently agreed by your representative to rectify the bill for the last month, seems just to make me fool. Mr.Ramya D. R DR, Service Specialist airtel just shrewdly stopped me to make any allegation or complain further to higher authority of Airtel. Bill section send revised bill of Rs.1570.62(reducing from Rs.1670.94). If at all an amount of Rs.1670.94 is justified then why reduced the bill? I should have suspected the trick of reducing the amount for the time being. But I have waited to see what amount the 3rd Oct. bill I receive. Now I have understood the game what he meant "the amount of Rs.100.32 will be credited" message sent vide e-mail even after agreement of overcharged and unjustified bill. Unbelievable, it is not true, it is a blunt lie. It was not discussed or agreed upon that the amount of Rs.100.32 will be credited to my account. Please see all the earlier my correspondence and calculation furnished by me which is on record will make you clear crystal about my allegation. How can I agree with Rs.100.32 credited next month. What difference does it make to me? Mr.Ramya D. R DR, Service Specialist airtel tried to be over smart and clever of himself anyway. Whereas it was rather agreed that wrong calculation was made by billing section on pro-rata basis. Rs. 99/- has not been taken in pro rata upto 12/8/2015 whereas Rs. 1299/- was calculated on the basis of pro-rata upto 12/8/2015. The bill raised by charging Rs. 99/- for the whole month of Aug.2015 whereas plan has been changed to Rs.1399/-(which includes Rs.99/- w.e.f 12/8/2015 it self). Previous bill of 8/2015 should have been Rs.1299/- + 99/- upto 12 /8 & 1399/- upto 30/8. Now I think I should have recorded Mr.Ramya D. R DR, Service Specialist airtel conversation. I would like to quote Mr.Ramya D. R DR, Service Specialist airtel who played the game as under: "This is with reference to your email regarding billing adjustment for your airtel fixed line number [protected]. As discussed with you on mobile number, please note that an adjustment of Rs.100.32/- has been credited in your account on[protected]. Now the current outstanding amount is Rs.1570.62/-. The adjustment will reflect in your next bill dated[protected]. It is not understood why "please note that an adjustment of Rs.100.32/- has been credited in your account on[protected]. Now the current outstanding amount is Rs.1570.62/-. The adjustment will reflect in your next bill dated[protected] " was intimated. Then why reduced the bill ?. Just to fool me and puzzle me in word games? Please see the my previous correspondences and arrange to make necessary rectification of the bills in computer. Latest 3rd Oct.bill amount should not be more than the amount of Plan Rs.1399/- + 14% tax. It is not the matter o[censored]njustified Rs.100.32 to me only but it is more of the reputation of Bharti Airtel. I would like to meet you personally to draw your kind attention towards true picture of Bharti Airtel due to some incompetent employee who are tarnishing Bharti Airtel's image apart from my harassment. Bill of 3rd Oct. has been reduced to Rs.1595/- but the details showing outstanding as previous i.e. Rs.1707.72. It is intimated that the details cannot be corrected this month. But it will be reflected next month. Same was told for 3rd Sept. bill but the mistake remained and furnished wrong bill of 3rd Oct.

How funny. I am told by service specialist of Airtel that the system of showing details of billing cannot changed. These days in computer programming that too by such an organization like Airtel responded like this.

Anyway waiting for 3rd Nov. Bill. Let me see what happens.

    Hi, Myself Akshay Sonawane, I have started using Airtel 4g from April 2015 and stopped using it after 2 months only because I got another internet provider at my place, but I did not initiated request to terminate number so I received bill of 2 months including month of May and June which I thought irrelevant because I should be getting one month only which is of May because I used the service till may only. So one fine day around 6th Aug I got a call from Mr. Mahesh Sharma from Airtel saying sir you have a due bill of 2 months and you need to pay this ASAP then I asked him about all the details and then he said sir it is okay you just pay for the service you have used and we will wave off your remaining amount and the bill amount was 3415. Then I paid same amount on that day only and requested to terminate the number once the remaining amount gets waved off and he said okay sir we will do that. But again one month later I got another bill saying you need to pay this bill ASAP even though I havent use their service I called up Mahesh again and I asked him about the termination of number he said sir I will check and it will happen in few days. I said okay no problem but please do it then he said sir trust me I will do it then again I called up his number then there was one executive named Neha received my phone (It was Ganesh visarjan that day) and said sir tomorrow is Sunday so call me on Monday and I will terminate your number right away so I tried calling her but she didn't received my number. then I mailed to Airtel grievances office complaining about everything (nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com) but again no success from here too. so today I called up Mahesh again and now he is saying sir do you have any proof that you requested for termination I said I have called you multiple times then he asked do you have history of it I said obviously no, then he said sir you never requested for termination and you need to pay all the bill we cannot help you in this. Then I tweeted to Airtel on twitter saying all this thing then one executive called up and said sir we have checked all the details but we cannot do anything as there is no termination request on our portal.

      My bill amt is 1097. Usually when my net usage crosses the limit, the data gets disconnected automatically.But this month it was not disconnected and it was niether intimated. So I will not pay this amount.I called the customer care but no response.Am very sure I will pay this amount.

        Hello, Please let me know what legal action can be taken on Airtel Customer care officer regarding this issue ? Today I called Airtel broadband customer care regarding the issue that my complaint is closed by their end without even resolving it. Then she started giving some excuse that my complaint is closed by their technical team and all, then I said its none of my business who closed my complaint I want my complaint to be opened again. She refused to do so and used a slang word against me and acted like my voice is not coming to her and disconnected the call. So please let me know what legal action can be taken against her for using slang language and Airtel for closing my complaint without even resolving it and without informing me ???           HI I was interested with airtel broadband and some local agent came to my home and gave a CEF form and collected my 1000rs money and went away. CEF form number: TBLR 6993073 Later I got message that airtel broadband account is in progress. Account number:[protected] Later some customer care wala told me that No feasibility here. But what happened with my money of 1000rs? HAs airtel eaten it? or some agent has eaten it deliberalty? Coould you please process for refund?

            My name is aakash and i have been using airtel landlines for my business for last 8-10 years . And upon requesting for broadband connection on of the lines which started on july 31, for landline number[protected] . Till date i have not received any proper response from them. And only aug 27 i have submitted a set of new documents for a fresh line w=for which technical team say they are ok to provide line for the smp located in the area . And now they call up to say they cant give me the connection as there is no space available . These ppl make u run around for a connection as if we are requesting them free of cost .               Dear sir / madam, i am arindam. I am a new airtel prepaid mnp customer who comes from reliance prepaid network. I had port - out my reliance network numbers to airtel prepaid network. Yesterday my reliance no. [protected] ported in airtel network. At morning i do televerification call on 59059 already 24 hours done but my airtel no. [protected] not activate incoming & outgoing call facility.I am too harassed with that big problem. My problem is, after sucessful port - in i am not able to receive incoming and outgoing call and also ussd not working.                 My name is Karankumar Anil Sawant, and I've the complaint against Airtel is that for the current month period of 26 Aug- 25 sep 2015, the Airtel company has forwarded me very excessive and totally wrong Bill...Rs. 3071.79 In previous months I never got such a Bills even my uses was the same as now... Then how it's possible that they give me such a Bill.. Generally I never use the services other than SMS, calling (only local calls), INTERNET ( what's app(only texts) (I've another simcard which I use generally for big use of Internet... Idea...no... [protected]...), PayTm...(I never think that paytm can bring my bill till 3000 rs.) 9apps ... No too much downloads ) For only for this purpose Airtel has forwarded me the Bill of rs. 3071.79 Even the usages are till same as previous month periods... The same thing was happened for the second Bill of my no. The amount shown to me by UNB was rs. 2700 in the middle of the month period... But gets reduced day by day... And finally I got the bill of rs. 855(250+605) 250/was my activation charge which I was not paid at the time of purchase... I've talked with customer care executive and contacted with appellate (Varun Sainy) through e-mail... But they are not listening me and providing me the same Bill by giving reason that I've used internet and charges are valid... If my uses are same as previous use then how can disserve such a excessive Bill... And I always use the text facility to check my usages... UNB--- to check existing amount Data use.. To check data use Then how can I let it go to cross limits... When I last check my data usage it was 489 mb ... My free data for every month is 500 mb... I have that msg...till date... Then how can they say that I've used extra data., I hope you have understood my query... And you will help me To get correct bill for me... Thanks & Regards, Karankumar Anil Sawant Mob. [protected]

                  I have recently upgraded to the 4G plan and also bought there 4G dongle but i am not getting 4G. i have called there customer service now numerous times and they connecting to a new number which they disconnect by saying that the lines are busy soon after someone speaks. i have today alone called them 13 times. please help in getting justice...

                    SIR/MAM, In my Airtel postpaid connection ([protected]) I noted that there is an very huge increase in the bill value irrespective of my usage as mostly am confined with my mobile usage. So I started tracking my mobile data usage as most of the billing increase was on that. I even sent them the snapshots but there reply was its all processed automatic so no chance of mistake. So I paid all the bills even without using the services but for the last month when I checked my unbilled amount I noted a strange thing that my unbilled amount first increased and then the next day it got decreased from the previous value . How is it possible, unbilled amount can always increase as we use the service daily or remains stationary when not used. So this is a major defect in their system. Due to thus reason only there was always a major increase in my bill amount for every month. And I even complained about it to the concerned department for every single month. So they did some waver in beginning and told that they will look into the issue. But now when I enquire they just say tat your connection is disconnected and the bill amount is valid. But they never provide any answer about my query and about the snapshots which I have sent them. This is an major forgery against consumers I want this to be answered by them, many times I paid for the services which I haven't used. But this time I want justice. I have been complaining about this from very long you can get the entire complain history from the customer care executive for the number [protected] Please do the needful, attaching the snapshots and I got all the mails and reply's from the concerned department. There is a major flaw in their system with which they are making their customers a fool. Regards Vignesh

                      I have had a lot of problems with Airtel.. Sometimes it doesn''t work and sometimes the speed is too slow they promise about 2mbps but I get nearly 1.5mbps.. Recently I spoke to them and they were like there might be problem in the modern so they decided to change it and they were supposed to sent their executive and get it replaced but he yet didn''t come..I''m paying for service but I''m not getting it in return..                         Account no: [protected] Landline no: [protected] I have brought this connection last year, where i had asked for 16 mbps plan. According to the customer support that I talked to, airtel executive came to my house and installed the airtel broadband connection. At that time, I was promised that currently due to either hardware or server issue I can not be given 16 mbps line. I had settled for 8 mbps connection, as the airtel executive ( Mr. parthiban - area Bilekahalli/ JP nagar phase 3) promised me that within 2-3 months I'll get the 16mbps line. Its been more than a year now that i have taken connection still the speed has not been upgraded to 16 mbps and i still have to use 8mbps speed and pay for 16mbps, (I am having 1399 plan which is actually for 16mbps speed but I am getting only 8 mbps speed.) This is unacceptable. Please take the necessary action. My whole apartment is facing the same issue from the airtel side. They are not willing to take any action and its been more than a year now.                         Hi Umesh,

                        I have already sent three different mails to various Airtel departments but i have not received response from any of them. Hence the step.

                        I would urge Airtel to start taking actions rather than just reading my problem.

                          Dear Sir, I have taken Airtel 4G connection on 29 th August. It was found that there is no 4G coverage in our area. I have lodged a complaint with Airtel. They could not provide 4G with hotspot . Then they tell me to take OD/ ID unit. after which I was getiing network. It took around three weeks but they make me to pay for 4G for that period. Now again since last few days tthere is no internet access and after complaint I have been told that due to system proble it will take 4/5 days to resolve the problem. I have surredered my broad band due to airtel connection and now I am totally cut off from internet. Airtel customer care person is very rude to say 4 days is as per our SLA.                               Dear Sir I have two Airtel postpaid mobile connections. I waned to cancel one. I was trying to deactivate the connection on line. But there is no easily accessible link for Deactivation. Finally when I want to Airtel shoppee/customer service center I was given an email id and was told to send a mail to this email id retail.[protected]@kaycomm.in I verified this email id also by calling customer service no 121. I have sent mail to this email id on 22nd September 2014. The content of the mail is as follows ''This is to request you to close down and permanently disable my mobile no [protected]. Please note that I will not be paying any bills for this number from this date on wards ' On the same day I paid the entire amount of the bill Rs 3000/0 so that no dues will remain. Despite of that my account is not yet deactivated.

                                With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to lodge a complaint against the Airtel
                                Postpaid mobile Services. I own a connection and for checking 3G internet with SMS i.e(DATA USE to 121) its giving same message for last15-17 days that my current data uses is only 95.31 MB is used from 3.87 GB, which i know its wrong because in cell phone its showing more and my connection is my family plan which is having 2 numbers with it so for counting correct use I have to depend on SMS.

                                Here are my grievances towards the process:

                                I requested this thing to customer care on 121 on 02 Oct 2015 and a lady answered from Customer care, I asked the current uses she given me same information that its 95.31 MB and when I told her that is not correct and the whole scenario she replied me that is problem coming from last 10-15 days and our back end is working on it, so I asked the lady then why she first told me that uses is 95.31 Mb instead of that she can give me correct information that there is a issue with every person so it will take time, but instead of that she start giving me rebuttals and getting rude and raising her voice and then asked her to launch the complain she taken the request with reference ID: 65325593, F[protected] and she told me that back end team will get back to you in next 24 hours .

                                Next day i did’t got a call but got a email and SMS that my issue is resolved,
                                I was shocked that what the hack it is without my confirmation how you can close the complain???

                                Install the latest update of airtel app on your mobile. The latest version of airtel app allows you to check your data usage, set alerts, view unbilled usage and outstanding bill amount.

                                You can download the myairtel application by any one of the following means:
                                a. Visit m.airtel.in/myairtel or airtel.in/myairtel
                                b. Visit google play & search for airtel app & download the app.

                                After reading this email i was thinking that service specialist its a robot or a person??? Then i called customer care 121 again on 03rd Oct 15, a man taken the call and said me that we have to close the request in 24 hours so the team has closed the request and they called you on your number and alternate number but they were Off, i told them that it’s a complain and without the confirmation of customer how you can close it with this type of reason then he said he is taking the complain again for this and back end team will check it and call me in next 2 working days (complain id:[protected], i was not satisfied with this so i went to Airtel store which is at Mangalam fun square, durga nursary road Udaipur, there i explained all this thing to the CRO and told him to make a preferred complain for this and also take action against the person who wasted my time on 121, also asked him to make change to my plan to 999 from 799 and also to reset the Data pack and free minutes pack with changing the secondary number to yearly (199 or 200) but instead of helping me out they given a very good reason that there Ultra net is not working and they can’t help and they told me to go to another Airtel Express store which is at sector 6 main road udaipur and there was a lady who was very rude and unkind without listing my proper issue asked me to go and get a photo copy for identity card, i asked her is that Airtel store people can’t give a photocopy service to customer ??? she rudely reply No go and get the photocopy by your self, and when i came back instead of listing me she asked me to write the phone number and all problem on that photo copy (to make change to my plan to 999 from 799 and also to reset the Data pack and free minutes pack with changing the secondary number to yearly (199 or 200) and then there team will process it in next 4 hours. I asked her that they can do it now, but she refused to do it. And now on 04rth Oct after getting all frustration still no action was taken for my request,

                                This is weird and I want to settle this as soon as possible. I am highly dissatisfied with Airtel

                                  Hello, I face problem, I call 121 and dial no according caller voice, and activate 49 pack unlimited local calls, after call ending thanks messge. after 3 octi socked my bill 1300 Rs. call charges 570 . i asked customer support then say sir, caller through activate plan not possible. you call customer support. I ask Airtel when thsi service not apply then why provide I need answer.

                                    If I will recharge rs. 251 then I will get 1 GB 3g data. But I recharged with rs. 265/- and I got only the same 1 GB 3g data in place of 2GB 3g data. My complain is that if its not in offer 4 me then it will be invalid for me. How I will pay different amount for 1 GB 3 g data. Resolve the issue immediately otherwise I will go for consumer complain.

I' m using Airtel from 4 years recently I ported from Chennai circle airtel to Andhra Pradesh Airtel circle. I did recharge for 200 rupees full talk time and my Airtel shown me that I have 50MB 2G data and I used only 2G data. There is no intimation to me they deduducted my balance from 163 rupees to 33 rupees. And I call to customer care @9:10PM I didn't get any solution and that to he is speaking against me. I need resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
