I have been customer of Airtel DTH for the last 7 years. But the company's customer service made to realized that this is the worst DTH company to deal with. I had 2 DTH connections. About 7- 8 months back i discontinued one of the connections that too after requesting them for more than 3 months. finally their technican came and removed all connections. I was assured that now i wont be charged for my second connection. But after every alternate month my second connection gets activated and money gets deducted from my account. I have called Airtel customer care several time spoken with multiple reps and their supervisors pbut of now use. Its high time now how difficult it is to remove the second connection from my account ??? This month on sep 9th i spoke with one of their supervisor PROMISED THAT WITHin 48 hours my second connection would be deactivated and whatever amount has been deducted that would also be refunded. But again nothing happened this morning when i called the customer care again. I am documenting here what happens as it seems like Airtel does keep track of any customer interactions. spoke with a another Rep name: Avinash his supervisor is Mr Vashist. He didnt have any clue about the issue and same answer " you are using second connection " when i explained that i have been calling multiple times for this issue the Rep had no clue when i asked for supervisor the call was escalated to Escalation Rep: Divya Dyal Location chennai Call center. When i asked her the who situation and told her that last supervisor promised me the same and even gave me a case number( which my mistake i didnt keep it handly). I was surprised to know that they dont have any records or case numbre of my speaking with supervisor for more than 10 minutes. I was promised that she would check the call recording and get back to me with 2 hours which again now does not happen. What is wrong with the customer service of airtel? I dont want any refund or any compensation they are admiting that its a mistake from they side but it keeps happening and m loosing my patience now. After all this i could never be their customer but atlest i should not get my money deducted unnecessary. Their customer service cell, their managers which look after the customer service, their trainers who train the Reps i think its all of no use when 8 years loyal customer like me have to seek help of outside consumer complaint forum to get their issues fixed. Very disappointing. Lost complete trust need to think twice before opting for Airtel DTH connection. Because it sucks.

    Its airtel again. I requested for a data recharge - 3G, on 24th Sep 2015. Although my savings account got debitted but the recharge never ever happened.         महोदय मेरा ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन दिनांक १०.०८.२०१५ से बंद है और मेने कई बार कम्प्लेन की जिसके कम्प्लेन नंबर ५५४४०६३२-१०.०८.२०१५, ५८८३८२०६-२१.०८.२०१५, ५९२५३४२८-०४.०९.२०१५, ५९३३८६९२-०७.०९.२०१५, ५९४१८८९२-०९.०९.२०१५ जो की आज दिनांक तक चालू नहीं हुआ है . और न ही तकनीशियन सही जवाब दे रहा है. जबकि मेरे पड़ोस में इंटरनेट चालू है और मेरा लगभग दो महीने से बंद है अगर मेरे ठीक पास वाली दुकान में इंटरनेट चालू है तो मेरा इंटरनेट अभी तक बंद क्यों है ? यह बंद कनेक्शन से मुझे बहुत बहुत नुकसान हो गया है और हो रहा है. इंटरनेट के बिना मेरे सभी कार्य रुक गए है अगर दिनांक २८.०९.२०१५ तक कनेकशन चालू नहीं हुआ तो कृपया मेरा ब्रॉडबैंड कनेकशन काट दीजियेगा. क्योकि बिना नेट के मेरी कंप्यूटर की शॉप पर बहुत नुकसान हो रहा है.

          Sir, i got sms from airtel 2 times on 19/09/15 at 1255 hrs & 1507 hrs thati am eligible for 1 gb data on recharge of rs 158. evening on the same day i recharge rs 158 from a retailer at colaba, mumbai.i got confirmation sms at 2016 hrs same day of 7 days benefit 200 mb.i asked retailer why it is 200 mb.he told remaining balance will add after few days.i did not got any confirmation so far.the area where i stay is provided with very poor network.i could not use the data so far.yesterday i was doing software update which require 500 mb data.it was so slow that i thought to do some work outside leaving the phone to update software.on returning i saw, after 195 mb data downloaded it showed update failed.i checked the network which shows very poor strength.today i want to make a call to my relative to my surprise i found my main balance is finished.i could not make a call.i called up customert care executive, he told that my data pack expired, i availed 19 mb & 14 mb data after expiring 1 gb data.they charged it from main balance.but i know i could not even use 400 mb data till now.i talked further to sr executive ismail patel.he told that there was no offer on that day & i only got 200mb data.i finished that & they cut further from main balance.i told him that it was your fault i recharged according to your sms.he told there is no offer on that date on my number.he told me to talk to nodal officer & lodge complaint. now my questions are as follows:- 1.why they are charging as 3g rate while unable to provide even 2g service. 2.i talked 2 times to customer care, why different executive are providing different explanation.i.e, one told i finished over 1 gb data, while other telling i had no offer & only got 200 mb. 3.if i did not got balance 800 mb data, who is responsible for that ? 4.why the company cheating customers by sending offer through sms & not acting over it ? 5.if my data pack was finished, why they did not inform me before deducting main balance ? 6.why common people being harrased in this dirty way ? 7.i lost 200 mb some data while software updating & meanwhile it stopped.i have to again do the update.not only that my main balance finished.i could not make a call when i required.i have to recharge it leaving my all work. therefore, i want to give a lesson to this company through you so that it will rethink to do it further to any consumer. regards

            I want a new broadband connection and i am being following up from last 15 20 days. I have talked to Airtel customer care executive which is as hard to reach as God. He told me i will get the connection on the same day but these people are hopeless as forget about connection i have not even received any call stating the reason for delay or any follow up. I think Airtel is so complacent about their customer base that they dont want any new customers. I would suggest everyone not to use Airtel or go for it. As small players like Nextra and all atleast listen to their customers, much better than Airtel.

                    I did a recharge for 1 year with South Max Tamil, which expires in March 2016. In the mean while, I'm not interested with the package, so I'm asking for an another plan which is lesser than the present package. So they are not accepting my request to change the plan.                       Firstly i would like to say that i have done a mqistake that i have bought a conection of Airtel Digital.they have a very pathetic service.lot of times i faced issue regarding signal and i had to call call center for that.so i did not recharge airtel tv for a long time. But day after yesterday i trusted again and recharged my account with Rs 1643. When i switch on the tv again signal issue. Yesterday today i lodge a complaint and after few hour representive named amit came and he harrased me alot.sometimes he says that there is cable issue you have to change cable, sometimes says that issue in set top box you have to purchase a set top box of Rs 600. I was with him almost half an hour but he could not rectify the issue. Then i just went away for 5 minutes and he changed the part which just infront of dish. And says that it was defective. How can he judge the issue in 5 minutes and also rectified it. He just wanted to change the part which he did when i was not there even he did not asked for that. And told we have to pay Rs 360 /-.when i spoke with his senior he told me that it is not the cost what he said.so he was making me fool. When i said that plz place my old part. Then he annoyed on me. And said that this is not my duty but he changed and left away. He has a attitude problem.Still my issue is not solved but i got sms that my issue is resolved. Very bad experience i faced.the worst thing is that i recharged with Rs 1643 and my tv not working.

                          महोदय, मेरे पास airtel के चार Number हैं इन दो numbers ( [protected], [protected]) में मैं internet चलाता हूँ अभी कुछ दिन पहले इन दोनो number की sim खराव हो गई थी ओर इन दोनो number में 699-699 रूपये के 3G unlimited internet pack डले हुए थे मैने जव duplicate sim issue करवाई तो वचा हुआ internet data वापिस नही मिला costumer care में वात की तो उन्होने कहा कि duplicate sim में data वापिस नही मिलता है अत: आपसे अनुरोध है कि अगर आप मुझे अपना costumer वनाए रखना चाहते हैं तो मेरा internet data समय खत्म होने से पहले वापिस करें. अत: आपसे मैं फिर अनुरोध करता हूँ कि मुझे मेरा internet balance data वापिस दिया जाए जिससे मैं भविश्य मैं आपकी service का लाभ ले सकूँ आपका अपना costumer KRISHAN PAL [protected] [protected]

                              *I was raised issue with AITEL from last 8 month, AITEL is unable to resolve my issue since 8 month and still AITEL is required 3 month to rectify the same as AITEL Team confirmed,
                              *I was intimidated to AITEL TEAM with email that I will not pay the bill until resolving my issue, Just think if customer delayed paying 1 month payment AITEL will charge us for the late payment fine, but AIRETEL will give response and service always delay, In this case who is going to take the responsibility customers problem faced by AIRTEL and the pain of the customers, Did the AITEL paid any fine to customer's so-for,
                              *Instead of giving fake advertisement to attract new customers like 4G Challenge and life time bill free, I recommend to give the best service in time to the existing customers, than new customers will come automatically

                                Hi have purchased a pocket wifi 4g elite from airtel shope gee gee telecom bathinda date 5.8.2015 and pay advance rentel 9000 for 8 month in this plan they give me 8 months free useges of net but now customer care calling me for the pendng bill i have copy of plan voacher and a reciept of payment

                                  My internet connection is not working since 20 days and I have been calling to the customer service number 10 times atleast. No one is bothered. Even I got a call to renew my service and when I told them that the current connection itself is not working they told me that they would send someone but alas I never received any call. A pathetic, fake, full of liars. I have been suffering like hell. After a lot of patience, 1 engineer comes and fixes and the result other day is the same as before. The internet connection comes and goes away. I am never ever going to us their service. It has pissed me off badly.

                                    I am already sent the mail to you eairlier, regarding my pending bill last three months. My mobile no. -[protected] and i have some issues for generating my bills like that i am calling to some person for duration 59 seconds but you generate the calling duration 1 minute 02 seconds. I am watching my calls and bills last three months, i am found in all ougoing calls have extra 02 second to 15 seconds. I am also comlaint to your representative Mr. Mohanraj, Mr. B Murali Mopoori and Mr. Vageesh V by mail and i receive the mail from your side but not give any solution from your side. As per your representative Mr. B Muralai Mopoori, they confirming that for crediting of Rs.285/- towards call charges in your account on[protected] but this isusses not for few calls, that’s for all calls in my last three months bills. So, as above mention issuse kindly resolve my peoblems and deduct the actual amount in my account and also deduct the late fee of last three months of my bills.                                       I wanted to install a broadband Wifi connection at my house. I chose Airtel and send a request on-line. On Sept 11, I was approached by an Airtel rep who checked my location and the airtel connections on the side street next to the house and confirmed that they would be able to install the broadband connection. I was informed of the various plans and I chose one with a monthly rental of RS 1099 with 4mbps speed. I was asked to provide address proof and a check for 1000 for installation. I was assured that the installation would be done in one day. The name of the agent was Kuldeep. Nothing happened the next day. On 13th I was informed via sms that my request had been processed and installation would be completed in 3 days. ie by 17th. That was the last i heard from Airtel. I made repeated complaints on their customer care number, I was promised that there had been some confusion about the address but someone would call within 2 hours. There was no call. Suspecting something was wrong I called Mr. Kuldeep again. After keeping me waiting for 2 days he finally called to say the installation is not possible because there is no port available. There has been no formal intimation from Airtel so far and my check has not been returned. I find this service unacceptable. If they were unable to do the installation they should not have accepted the check and debited it. And when they knew they could not install, they should have informed me on their own so I could make other arrangements. This is the second time this has happened with Airtel at this house. Is this some kind of scam?
