Dear sir/mam I recharge my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) through their website www.airtel.in of amount 297/- regarding 2000 local airtel minutes.but I am not avail facility of this pack. I send advertisement display link of website to airtel but they can't refund my money.same day I were registered complaint against that and complain no.CONRC[protected] but they don't do any thing regarding this complain.       for the first time in my mobile operating life i have seen such an issue my airtel prepaid number [protected] automatically rejected while in use although it was safely inside my new mobile i then made a call to the customer care they told me that the status of the sim is "term rejected" what the bull is this ?? what type of term is it ?? sim functioning efficiently automatically getting rejected and the company is claiming it to be the best network in india !! then a gentleman sitting on the customer like suggested me to go to my nearest airtel office with a fresh id proof and passport photo. i went there but the fellow sitting there probably the airtel distributor of my town then referred me to a retail shop for the fixation of the issue. the fellow sitting on the retail outlet told me the server is down come tomorrow. i asked him whether my issue will be fixed on the next day or not. but i m surprised to hear his reply "what is the guarantee of the server ?? it may come may not come". airtel u think your service delivery procedure is correct or not ?? number to mujhe wahi chahiye but when i get my number back i ll certainly port out to some other network for sure

      i don't have time to go here and there to get my sim back
      do take necessary step to solve the issue otherwise i ll drag airtel to the consumer court

        Reference - Airtel 4G Broadband WiFi Postpoid Connection #[protected] Though I have not been using their Internet service during April'2015 through June'2015, Airtel has charged me Rs 8940 in the name of VAS (Value Added Service). I have neither activated this service nor I was concerned by Airtel. They mentioned it only during my process of cancelling this account in June'2015. When I have been demanding for justification of charges, their representatives called me and started using foul language and also threatening me. Finally, I have paid this amount unconvincingly to avoid physical abuse. I would like Consume Compliants forum to help me in taking any legal action against Airtel for their improper billing, cheating, employing (perhaps) goondas, threatening, causing social and physical insecurity.

I recharged for 1000 INR for US International Roaming but still I am not able to call/receive calls from any numbers, Hence request you to activate my roaming in US as soon as possible.               My phone no [protected] I am using this no. For internebelet Date.4/7/15 on this day at morning recharge 285 plan 1.5 GB but on that day itself 1 GB was lost without anything download or upload how it is possible. My complaint is where is my data how it was lost give me details or give sam e data where it is

                  Hi, I was working in bangalore till May, 2015. My vodafone number was [protected] I moved to Hyderabad last month. I requested for portability to airtel for the same number on 17th June, from Paradise Mobile's S.No16-2-225/1, Beside TV Tower, Moosrambagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad - 500036. After a few days, on 24th June my Vodafone Bangalore sim got deactivated. Next day i put the airtel sim. And Verification was done by the customer service. They told to switch off and on the phone after 30 minutes. I did the same. But sim did not get activated. For the next two days i made lots of calls to customer care. They kept on saying issue would be resolved as soon as possible. On 24th a customer care executive told that there is a technical issue at airtel and told it would be resolved within 24 hours. On 25th when i try to call customer care from this sim, it stopped reaching the customer care. After i select English and press 9 for customer care talking, the call dies off. I mailed to the airtel team several times. They also couldnt help. Some of the mail replies from airtel said that my number is already activated as per airtel records. But till today when i dial any number on the airtel sim, it goes to the automated message saying "Your sim activation is in progress. Please switch off and on the phone after 30 minutes" I did everything. Removed the Sim and inserted again. Tried the sim in another handset. But nothing helped. Finally on Sunday, when i called from one of my friends phone to customer care, one customer care executive told me that bangalore to hyderabad portability cannot happen. I have contacted airtel customer care exeutives in hyderabad. I have raised complaints with airtel(http://www.consumercomplaints.in/airtel-b100013) with reference numbers : 1.OT[protected]. OT[protected]. OT[protected]. OT[protected]. OT[protected]. OT[protected]. OT[protected]. PR[protected]. PR[protected] None of my complaints were taken seriously. I sent many number of mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com. I didnt get any favourable replies. I have asked for help from airtel twitter. They called me. But did not offer any solutions. They asked about the problem and tactically ended the calls. This number is very important to me.It is my official number . My netbanking is linked to this number. Also I have suffered lots of losses due to the service unavailability to this number in the past few days. I have missed many calls to my numbers and I have lost lots of business in last few days due to this portability problem. Lots of couriers are returned and lots of my work is affected. Also I have spend lots of time trying to contact customer care for help during the past 11 days. This is a really a horrible experience. I really want to know what airtel did to my number. Have they lost my number. Or have they lost my documents? Why are they not responding? Then as usual they ignored my issue. Same issue is happening with airtel customer care in twitter. Every day i ask for update on my portability issue to their customer care in twitter. And everytime they casually repeat that they will send an "update" to me soon. I really have a suspicion that they are not replying because something has happened to my number. May be Airtel is not able to solve the issue and they are hoping that if they keep ignoring my issue I will eventually lose patience and move on with my humiliation silently.

                    Hello Everyone, I am writing on behalf of my father Lt. Col. Lakshmanan Velikkath, who has been tortured and humiliated by Ur Airtel Staff. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE from a company like Airtel. I am contacting you after having a horrible service and even more pathetic service from Airtel. To be honest I don't know where to start from and where to end. I don't even know if my concerns would be looked into or just moved to the trash. But its high time I think I have to raise my concerns with the Highest Possible Authority in Airtel. The above mentioned 4G LTE Telephone no. [protected] A/c no. [protected] is in the name of my father Lt. Col. Laksmanan Velikkath. He is a retired colonel in the Indian Army and on my recommendation he took up this connection, which was probably the biggest mistake he made. Right from first month we faced an issue on data usage, which was reported to the useless agents and the even more useless supervisors and even worse so called Assistant Vice President. Yes, I have a record of most of the people he spoke with at Airtel and of course I have recorded conversations as well. Here is the history of the issues. 1. 10 GB data gets exhausted in less than 15 days, sometimes even 10 days. 2. Customer care knows only once song, "You have used the full 10 GB data". They do not know any other song unfortunately. 3. Reporting issues only means a mode of selling Smart Bytes. 4. The Most Unhelpful Staff. Thats the name for the People Handling Customer Care. 5. Finally adding to it.. the Supervisors, Managers and VP (so called). Amazing Attitude. 6. After struggling for about 9 months, when Airtel could not provide a solution. I came up with a solution and requested to DISCONNECT the service, which Airtel was more than Happy to do. Here is the history of calls made to Airte. 30.06.2014 - Chandana (Agent) and then Asma (Assistant Manager) 18.07.2014 - 10.45 AM - Spoke to Suchitra (Agent) and then Harish (Assistant Manager) 29.07.2014 - 11.20 AM - Shivakumar (so called Assistant Vice President) Ill Mannered Guy with a Bad Attitude. 15.04.2015 - Wazia (Agent) who disconnected the line, Shine (Agent), Binod (Agent), Rafi (Assistant Manager) and Harish (Assistant Manager) 03.05.2015 - Jai Prakash (Floor Supervisor) 09.05.2015 - Madhu (Agent), Parmesh (Floor Supervisor), Harish (Assistant Manager) Here is the Best Part 11.05.2015 - Madhu (Agent), Harish (Assistant Manager) and Preethi Krishna (Manager Operations) 12.05.2015 - Vidya (Agent), Rashmi (Supervisor), Preethi Krishna (Manager Operations) I might have missed quite a few conversations in between. Now the Amazing thing about all the people is that NO ONE could provide a solution till the End. What they did BEST was they kept blaming the customer (which Airtel does BEST). Finally after sending the Technicians to my residence several times, they realized that it was a NETWORK ISSUE. And when there is Network Issue, how can a customer exhaust the 10 GB data..???????????????????? This is a question that NO ONE in Airtel could answer. But when it comes to payment, you guys are very prompt and I didn’t let you down either. I made regular payment irrespective of the fact that I never got the service. But Finally when it was too much to take.. I decided to disconnect the service and I clearly mentioned on a call with Preethi Krishna (the so called Manager Operations) that I will NOT be making any further payments. Well Heard and Well Recorded on the call that it is DUE to Airtel's Incapability to provide a Solution to the Network Issue, I am DISCONNECTING the service and NO Further payment will be made. After all this Drama, Airtel still contacts me to make payment of the last bill generated. What a Shame..??? You are asking me to pay for something that you never gave. What a Shame..??? It€™s like Daylight Robbery. The story doesn't end here. Somehow the service was disconnected but I kept getting Annoying Calls asking me to make the payment. Which was really getting into my nerves. One fine day I got a call from some Cibil Lawyers Office, Threatening me that they are going to file a case on me. Well I narrated the whole story in short the lady, which I am not sure how much she understood but she did say that she will contact Airtel and discuss the case. Since then I have never heard back from her. Couple of days back, I started getting calls from some number in Chennai, who seem to be from collections team. Now they started harassing about making payment. Don’t you think this was too much on your part..?????? This was the limit of testing anyone’s patience. Now I am waiting to hear from you. I want to see what people at your level do to resolve the issue and stop the Harassment. I am now pushed to the Edge where I don’t know what to do. Airtel is a Disaster in anyone’s life and a mistake that can’t be corrected. I will make sure that NO ONE ever takes any kind of service from Airtel, though I know it won’t make any difference to you but Yes, being a company that believes in providing 6 Sigma service, I expect a solution to my small problem. Yes, one small suggestion. Your staffs is great asset to the company, please teach them to do justice to the money they take home at the end of the month. Especially the Manager Operations, Preethi Krishna. She doesn't belong to where she is sitting at the moment. Hope to hear from you.                       This is to inform you that I had applied for one DSL broadband connection for my office at the address as mentioned below:- SolariseIndia 32, 2nd Level, Shakti Vihar Delhi-110034 After, processing my document, the executive for my colony informed me that there was some dispute with one of my son Raghav's connection bearing no.[protected], therefore, unless the dispute gets resolved, they would not be able to install the connection. It is quite unfortunate, that, despite none of our fault regarding this connection, we have been made a scapegoat and are being harassed by your company constantly since January 2015 onwards. (correspondence mails attached) We asked for a rufund of the amount of Rs.1000/- that we had deposited at the time of applying for this new connection in the name of our firm "SolariseIndia" and the people at the backend had assured me that my deposit of Rs.1000/- shall be refunded to me, by cheque only; as per company's policy. I am quite astonished and feel stunned at this behaviour from a professional company like yours. I feel so disgusted and feel very ashamed that the company and its entire team, from top to bottom, every person in the hierarchy is responsible for his/her act of commission and omission relating to this. I have been regularly asking people to co-operate, but nobody seems to care. Nobody feels responsible enough to inform me of the discrepancies in my submissions. I believe AIRTEL has recruited work shirkers in its office, who are careless, and unconcerned of the clients grievances. More than six months have elapsed and still I do not know, whether your company will act like a company with some difference and provide a proper redressal to all my grievances. If you feel proud to be AIRTEL clan, then this is the time to prove it to me. Have the courtesy to initiate some fast & favourable action in the interest of justice and resolve this problem or refund Rs.1000/- with interest @18% to me which I submitted at the time of applying for this connection. This is my last notice to you regarding this or otherwise I shall be forced to initiate a legal action in the consumer forum to get a proper redressal to my grievance.                         I have purchase mobile on 28/06/15 that is Samsung a7 i got airtel offer double data pack, offer is till june-2015, i recharge rs255 on 30/06/2015 but the data is not get double when i speak to customer care he told that offer is not applicable for me, offer is expired. another thing is my data was 200mb i was using viber when i complete using viber my balance got deducted around 65rs but internet balance was 6mb remaining when i have internet balance still it deducted from main balance, i speak to customer care he is telling that my internet pack got over so it got deducted from main balance.my mobile no is [protected]

                            Hi Sir, I have been using the airtel prepaid number([protected]) for 6 years. I have recharged rs 200 on 30th June, 2015. But till 3rd july, 2015, I was having 116 rupees in my account. But on 4th July 2015, this amount was fully deducted from my account.(Please find the screenshot for details) I have been tried calling the airtel customer care 121 number, but there is no one to pick the call and I can here is computer generated automated response.. It is really ridiculous. Please look into this issue and address the same to Airtel.

                              I have bought a 4G Airtel datacard few months back. Last month bill I had couple of clarifications on how the amount was arrived at. I had called the helpdesk and they were unable to give me details on the bill. I had also visited the nearby airtel customer centre in person to get clarification on the bill. But even they were not able to give me the required clarification. I have doubt on how the bill amount is being arrived at. If there is a set calculation process, then I do not see a reason why customer care is unable to clarify. Also, I expect the team to know the usage details based on which they charge the customers. I had similar experience with airtel previously during this year when I cancelled my airtel landline and I was charged for couple of days when the phone was disconnected in my old address. I had raised a query still there was no response from them on clarifying the same. I am thinking of raising this to TRAI for further clarificaitons. I am reachable at [protected] in Chennai.

                                    You are service pathetic and frustrating. I am using your service for last 6 years and did expect that from you its completely unfair to me as customer. Your Customer service executive don't bother about the customer they say go away if you want. What is this boss??? I will definitely move to other. I called because 255 rs deducted from my account but validity extended for the present day but executive did not mentioned that he told 3g balance will be added but did not tell the validity date. So I asked the customer care service to cancell the offer and refund my money but he was not at all interested to hear...he said not possible but did not use a single KB then why not possible? You can deduct money but cant add in genuine case? then your are cheating with the customer. on top of that executive is like king want my service use or go away kind of attitude. Pathetic, Airtel you are loosing a long term customer and not only that I will asked my friend move to any other service except Airtel and also I will make sure that I will post me experience in all Social Media site so people dont get fooled by you.
