I took connection from Ascends Airtel showroom last month. When I took connection, the agent explained the package and advised me to take 499 plan with add-on 250 for DAta. He told that the data is 1 GB with 4G, after 1GB the speed with reduce. However, I got huge bill, for extra DATA. When I inquired about this, the showroom told that they will revert the extra charges and spoke with backend office. Till yesterday, they maintained that it was disputed amount and advised not to pay. Now, they got clarification from backend office and telling me to speak with customer support and the bill amount is correct. Since this mistake is from agent and I did not get clarification on my plan from customer support at the time of taking connection, why should I pay extra amount.

I am from village sattasar tehasil chhatargarh dist. bikaner. in our village sattasar airtel service is very low quality. we are face many trouble with net problem.please solve this problem other then many people switch over from airtel to BSNL,
