Hi, my name is Deepak Adhana. I am using a airtel postpaid number . Airtel company added a 10 GB 3G data pack in my account . When i got to know about it, customer care executive said that i have added this service on June 19 of 2015. But I never made a single call to airtel on 19th of June. So i filled a complaint which again they replied that your problem has been resolved as you applied for the data pack on 19 June of 2015. What should I do . This is not the right way to sell earn money . How should i procede with the complaint .

India Got Talent was asking to SMS to 56882 during the season6 and later we find that it is charged by our service provide as Rs 3/- per SMS. I felt cheated by both India Got Talent and Airtel. I am not sure why they are charging so high for this SMS. Is there any way that I can put my complaint with Airtel and IGT? My Airtel # are [protected] [protected] and [protected] [protected]. Hi, i made complaint for my landline - chennai. looks like they cheating. mine is Rs.999 for 8GB in 2Mbps. and my friend's is Rs.999 for 40GB in 4Mbps with 1000 mins free calls. The location difference between is just 5 kms. Within 5 Kms so much difference. Is there value for I pay is not worth for them??? pls contact me @[protected]

I have a strange experience by Airtel, In Mumbai has introduced a New Plan of 50GB @8mbps @ Rs. 1149 pm where as it charges Rs. 1250 for 25 GB @4 mbps with old Customers . I came to know from my neighbors about Airtel New Plan, While I talked to the Team they had taken the payment from me and Now denying to issue me the Plan saying the migration is not possible. I had referred the case to the Appellete in AirTel vide COMPLAINT [protected], where they also keeping the same stand that old customers can not migrate to New Plan, I just wonder how the Company of the stature of AIRTEL can do this cheating openly. I think these 2G and 3G Scam will haunt the common man for long, The Govt by eliminating completion is doing bad for people.

An unwanted deduction has been made by a fraud caller and then money was deducted from my bank account twice as i received two sms from my bank that the fraud has used it to make two payments at bill desk mumbai, airtel.
Sir, maam please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible as i m facing tremendous problem and refund me my deducted amount.

I took connection from Ascends Airtel showroom last month. When I took connection, the agent explained the package and advised me to take 499 plan with add-on 250 for DAta. He told that the data is 1 GB with 4G, after 1GB the speed with reduce. However, I got huge bill, for extra DATA. When I inquired about this, the showroom told that they will revert the extra charges and spoke with backend office. Till yesterday, they maintained that it was disputed amount and advised not to pay. Now, they got clarification from backend office and telling me to speak with customer support and the bill amount is correct. Since this mistake is from agent and I did not get clarification on my plan from customer support at the time of taking connection, why should I pay extra amount.

Sir/Madam The Tower inside the house is nil but outside the quarter is full tower.I had given complain three times. but no respond from the customer care.Lastly given a complain on 6th july. the ref no is CINDL[protected].The problem was since 2 months.No action had been taken. kindly do some necessary action at your end and thankful. I received a staggering amount of bill for Rs 5805.88 for the bill plan of Rs. 999 shown as due from the past month i.e for June 2015. I'm using this number since past a year and never had a complain to them but recently I placed a port request to switch from airtel postpaid to prepaid. Since then they decided to show this dubious amount of Rs. 5805.88. I've the screenshots of all the payments I made since I brought this number and I also have my bank statement standing my claim. I always paid my due and also the late fee. For the month the bill was generated, 426.72 MB of data left so there is no question of data overusage, there's no VAS for my number. A total bill of Rs.14-1500 is what is expected from the previous month. I, now, would like to ask airtel to stop conning me and help me in paying my actual withstanding bill.

I was using airtel sim no.[protected] for my dongle with Rs.950/- plan (unlimited plan 3G upto 6GB thereafter 128kbps plan). while paying my monthly bill i came to know that they have introduced new 950 plan (unlimited plan 3G upto 10GB). I have requested service executive at Kodambakkam Airtel centre to change my plan to new scheme. He suggested me to utilize fully in my old sim [protected] and deactivate it and to buy new sim with unlimited plan 4G upto 10GB. As per his suggestion i have utilized fully in old no and have deactivated it on 18/06/2015 and got new sim no.[protected]. Now they have charged me Rs.3893.23 stating that as per prorata basis i should have utilized 2662.4 MB only above that they are charging 3 paise/10KB. I have utilized upto my limit as per the suggestion of the service executive at kodambakkam centre, on 18/06/2015 before deactivation i was in the unlimited plan and i have the right to utilized 6GB fully on any day of the month and there is no daily limit prescribed for utilization. Hence this is clearly a fraud, since the service executive suggested me to utilize fully before deactivation and suggested for the deactivation to get a new sim.

Hi, I have been airtel customer for almost 9 years by using airtel number [protected]. Recently i moved to USA for 1 year. i dint use my number for last 2 months and it is now deactivated. I need this number as to be in active status as i will be using for official purpose. can you please reactivate the number as it is not yet recycled.

I have noted that the Airtel has been looting my recharge money by way of sub standard service, deficiency of service I had requested the Airtel to relocate my dish antena from 1st Floor to Terrace and the technician came on 8th after frantic every day call for 7 times in a day wasting my precious time energy and mental torture to me and my family. My Recharge package was for month, recharged on 13th June but on today 8th it has suspended my account and meesage is issued to recharge, On 5th when i asked why my recharge is cutting to everyday Rs 50/-they said we will waive, I fail to understand when from 1st to 8th of this month is my television is shut due to deficiency of servive of Airtel then why do customer penalise This is the way they cheat customer and loot

today...9th july 2015...i had selected a asfalt6 game in my handset...there was no option for purchasing or charges about this game...i had simply go ahead...and my 50 rs were deducted instantly...i got one sms...your keycode for asphalt6 is 53065. please visit the main menu of the game and enter your keycode to enjoy the full game...from:55435...now thing is that...i never wanted to follow this step...so why i hav forced to play this game...???...i am not playing this game...so i am not used ur keycode...so i want my 50 rs back in my account which is deducted without my permission or giving me any warning...your customer care executive...ignore my problem...and talk with me carelessly...so i want a complete solution of this...i want my 50 rs balance in my account...if i haven't got satisfied solution...or my 50 rs refund in my account...then i am declaring here that...i am unhappy with your service...and system...airtel company had cheat me...so i want to close relationship with this company...airtel service...replay...hopeful...!!!
