    I have recharged my air tel mobile number [protected] with rs.175/ on
    09/07/2015 through paytm and money has been deducted from my bank account vide transation reference - ccacg1hvt551ig0ahxlzy7 transfer to [protected] avenues india
    Private. But by mobile number did not recharge and money rs.175/ deducted from my account .

    You are requested to recharge my mobile number or refund my money.If money has not been credited to air tel account please let me know why this happened

      Just from the momemt my number [protected] ported from vodafone to airtel. I am still not able to to receive incoming calls from airtel numbers. Incoming and outgoing sms service is also barred from airtel. I trusted airtel so much but this time they are disturbing me to the core. My work is disturbing due to this problem, people are not able to contact me.

        I've been a loyal Airtel customer since the last 5 years, using my first landline no:[protected] and 3 mobile nos. Since I was reasonably satisfied with Airtel's services, I decided to take another broadband connection and a new landline from them. After I contacted their marketing executive, on 25 May 2015 a new landline number[protected] was installed at my residence. A couple of days later, I received two welcome calls from Airtel. I asked them to activate my new landline and broadband connection[protected]. I also spoke to another associate from Airtel who confirmed that the services on the above number were activated. I used this phone[protected] and the accompanying Broadband connection for almost a month till 19 June 2015. On that day I suddenly noticed that my landline and broadband connection were down. I called 121 from my other landline[protected] and spoke to a Floor Supervisor called Mr Shiva. He told me my landline has been disconnected, as I didn’t pick up the Welcome calls made to me. I told him this was rubbish and that I received two Welcome calls. Then when I asked him to tell me the mobile number registered on the account. He gave me some other number, I’ve never used in my life. Mr Shiva told me then, that my number[protected] was not yet re-alloted to anyone else and that he would take a request to re-activate it for me. He gave me the Reference No: 56882228. When there was no further progress on this issue I called Airtel's Customer Care again on 22 June 2015 and this time your escalation desk spoke to me and gave me the Reference No: 56945036. After that on 23 June 2015 I received a text message on my mobile with another Reference No: 56983988. When I called up your call centre, they said this was a new Reference Number generated for my Broadband connection. I was told this issue will be resolved by 27 June 2015. On 27 June 2015 I received a call from Mob: [protected] where a lady by the name Ms Swati informed me that the number[protected] was allotted to some other customer. When I told her that I already had the phone No:[protected] printed on visiting cards, receipt books and letter heads, she transferred the call to a Supervisor Ms Punyashri who promised to take personal responsibility for this issue, and call me back in 48 hours. But she never called me again. After this we received another call from Ms Kiran from the Mobile No: [protected] on 1st July 2015. She promised to look into the issue and get back to us in 15 mins. But we never heard from her again.

            Hi, my name is Deepak Adhana. I am using a airtel postpaid number . Airtel company added a 10 GB 3G data pack in my account . When i got to know about it, customer care executive said that i have added this service on June 19 of 2015. But I never made a single call to airtel on 19th of June. So i filled a complaint which again they replied that your problem has been resolved as you applied for the data pack on 19 June of 2015. What should I do . This is not the right way to sell earn money . How should i procede with the complaint .

                India Got Talent was asking to SMS to 56882 during the season6 and later we find that it is charged by our service provide as Rs 3/- per SMS. I felt cheated by both India Got Talent and Airtel. I am not sure why they are charging so high for this SMS. Is there any way that I can put my complaint with Airtel and IGT?                         I have a strange experience by Airtel, In Mumbai has introduced a New Plan of 50GB @8mbps @ Rs. 1149 pm where as it charges Rs. 1250 for 25 GB @4 mbps with old Customers . I came to know from my neighbors about Airtel New Plan, While I talked to the Team they had taken the payment from me and Now denying to issue me the Plan saying the migration is not possible. I had referred the case to the Appellete in AirTel vide COMPLAINT [protected], where they also keeping the same stand that old customers can not migrate to New Plan, I just wonder how the Company of the stature of AIRTEL can do this cheating openly. I think these 2G and 3G Scam will haunt the common man for long, The Govt by eliminating completion is doing bad for people.

                                I took connection from Ascends Airtel showroom last month. When I took connection, the agent explained the package and advised me to take 499 plan with add-on 250 for DAta. He told that the data is 1 GB with 4G, after 1GB the speed with reduce. However, I got huge bill, for extra DATA. When I inquired about this, the showroom told that they will revert the extra charges and spoke with backend office. Till yesterday, they maintained that it was disputed amount and advised not to pay. Now, they got clarification from backend office and telling me to speak with customer support and the bill amount is correct. Since this mistake is from agent and I did not get clarification on my plan from customer support at the time of taking connection, why should I pay extra amount.

                                      Sir/Madam The Tower inside the house is nil but outside the quarter is full tower.I had given complain three times. but no respond from the customer care.Lastly given a complain on 6th july. the ref no is CINDL[protected].The problem was since 2 months.No action had been taken. kindly do some necessary action at your end and thankful.                                         I received a staggering amount of bill for Rs 5805.88 for the bill plan of Rs. 999 shown as due from the past month i.e for June 2015. I'm using this number since past a year and never had a complain to them but recently I placed a port request to switch from airtel postpaid to prepaid. Since then they decided to show this dubious amount of Rs. 5805.88. I've the screenshots of all the payments I made since I brought this number and I also have my bank statement standing my claim. I always paid my due and also the late fee. For the month the bill was generated, 426.72 MB of data left so there is no question of data overusage, there's no VAS for my number. A total bill of Rs.14-1500 is what is expected from the previous month. I, now, would like to ask airtel to stop conning me and help me in paying my actual withstanding bill.

                                        first, I registered this complain to your customer care on 11th July around 12.30 A.M, and today is 14th July but they haven't solved anything except blaming me for internet overusage.
                                        I've mailed you details with Account Number: [protected], also I've attached the required screenshots and comments to prove there's something wrong with this bill. Please look into the matter asap. I've to port this number to prepaid or else I'll have to disconnect my services.
