    I applied for Airtel Broadband on 3rd July, 2015 (CEF no : 3860832), but its been 4 days after that and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Mr. Usman - [protected]), who promise me daily that I will get the connection in couple of hours, but nothing happens. He finally routed me to Mr. Vibhas ([protected]) [Mr. Vibhas is supposed to be responsible to get my connection done], who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Luckily I got a chance to talk to Vibhas, yesterday, and I am surprised to see the way he speaks to the customer, as if customers are beggars. Any ways, I have lost all my trust on Airtel, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). Menawhile, I would like to add that, whenever you make payment by cash, sales people doesn't provide any receipt/bill for the cash payment, in return they say that you should not apply for the connection if you need a bill for the payment.

    I applied for Airtel Broadband on 10 Dec, 2015 (CEF no : TBLR 7057614), but its been week and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Shiva [protected]), who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Any ways, I have lost all my trust on Airtel, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). Menawhile, I would like to add that, whenever you make payment by cash, sales people doesn't provide any receipt/bill for the cash payment, in return they say that you should not apply for the connection if you need a bill for the payment.

      bloodt airtel cheated me 5th july 2015 activated 3g dongle 3gb post paid service to my device. 2hrs before my internet usage only 1.5 GB but i dont suddenly they sent a message my quota is expired even i do not use internet. I want my money. please i want justice.my device number [protected].

      Airtel Worst service provider and cheater. Last year I port out my connection to Airtel and had taken service as normal plan later while receiving bill i found my bill as per Ipaln, then i requested airtel representative to change my plan to normal but according to them iplan will not be shifted to normal due to which have to pay extra charges in all bill and also requested to change my billing cycle that also was not change, finally I port out to another service, and before porting I made payment of Rs. 2600/-against my bill of Rs 2146/-, but porting was not done and according to another service provide Airtel was leaving network, for which I called and send mail to airtel but not get any solution and generate another bill which is not valid. if I already made proper payment then why airtel is not leaving network I faces many problem with airtel and still facing. after 6 month airtel disconnected my service also In the month of June I receive call from Airtel and person call for payment and he talk very badly with my parents of which I made complaint in police.

        Rs.55 has been deducted from my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 6 july at around 9 to 10 p.m. when I enquire about this on customer care, executive response was that it has been deducted because of internet use. This occurs when my net pack has been expired.but I hadn't been told about this.Airtel should sent an sms regarding this. Same incident happened with me in past about 4-5 times. The executive response was also rude.he told that an sms has been sent but in reality nothing has been told to me regarding the expiry of my net pack.the information provided to me was also wrong. I am using a smartphone and I can check how much internet I had used. So I checked my data usage n it was much less then what the executive told me.so it was clear that they charged extra.i just want them to reimburse my money which they deducted now n if possible that too which they had deducted in past.

          My compliant number 57274778 has been closed but no resolution provided and also I have not agreed with the person who come to repair my airtel number. Why airtel is cheating me. I have such a long relation. I have mailed for surrender also but till date no response from airtel.

            our broadband is not working and we are complaining daily at airtel office but 5 days ago they came and check and replied that cables are dead so we tell them to change that but then they are not responding to our complaints they are telling to complain at 444198 sometime at 121 etc.

              I have a prepaid connection and I travel out of the country and I don't get incoming calls. I also cannot give a missed call to Indian number. I have sent a letter by SPEEDPOST to appellate authority and sent a series of emails. There has been no response to resolve the issue. Also they don't want to meet me in person at their Chennai office. They have deducted the amount for not using the mobile for more than 90 days and deactivated the number. IT IS NOT MY FAULT AND THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. SINCE MONEY IS IN THE ACCOUNT THEY DEDUCT. They provide some contact numbers and if I call it goes through menu and states press this and press that. It is very frustrating and we cannot even speak directly to the customer service team PLEASE HELP

                I have airtel postpaid mobile connection. My number is 91 [protected]. I have been using this number since 10 years. In February 2015, I bought Redmi Note 4G phone thru Airtel 4G store at Vijaynagar. They offered me to get 4G connection and the tariff will 250 rupees for 1GB/month for 4G speed. They also told that, since i am buying phone, I will get extra 1GB per month free at 4G speed. So I got it activated. Since then, in every month billing they have been charging extra amount in my billing. When i asked them, they are telling, whatever extra 1GB i am getting, that has to be used in 4G speed only. If the speed is at 2g/3g, that will be charged extra. I always preferred to use 4G only. But sometimes automatically it switches over to 2g or 3g speed and i don't have any control on it. And Airtel is charging me extra amount for that usage. Since i have got an offer for 4G speed, it should be fine to use lesser speed network.How can they charge extra for that? While buying mobile also, they did not tell anything about this. They just said, i will get extra 1GB and i can use it however i want. Later they are charging extra amount. Airtel is simply trying to fool customers saying that they are giving offers and cheating people later. Please take necessary action and help me to get my bill adjusted.

                  Hi, I bought a 4G dongle on 2nd July, provided all the details. Verifucation on call is done but physical verification is not happening at all. I got so many calls from the customer care but everyone is transferring my call to some other department saying that they are not the concerned people. Please help. Earlier I had an airtel broadband connection, which is not working and no one came to check that also. Ultimately, I had to opt for the dongle, but in that also, they are creating trouble.

There is a tower for BSNL near by my house (ULLANOOR FOR BSNL (Tiruvalla) Ground Based interior Tower and last week IDEA AND RELIANCE has shared with BSNL Tower and Installed). I like to take a connection from AIRTEL and there is no coverage. I came to know that you have tie up agreement with sharing of towers with BSNL and if you can utilize this tower for AIRTEL also then coverage for AIRTEL also we will get...                       GOOD AFTER NOON SIR,

                      i want to know that how much time the application take in processing of new connection of fixed line and broadband. i have given documents on the name of GOYAL GAS AGENCY and 2000/- rs. for new connection of broadband having a plan of rs. 748/- monthly on 26th june 2015 (friday) in city DABRA distt. GWALIOR ( MADHYA PRADESH ). but no action has been taken till now there is no response from dabra airtel office. on 26th june (friday) 2015 i have given 2000/- rs. to Mr. GOVIND ([protected]) for new connection they promising me that on 29th june 2015 (monday) they will set up the connection but nothing has been done till today..on 30th june 2015 (tueday) i have a contact with Mr. pawan ([protected]) from gwalior airtel office, they too promising me that the connection will set up within 2 working days but no action has been taken till now. i have asking for receipt to Mr. govind for rs.2000/- they said when we done setup and than we will provide receipt this the rule of airtel company your receipt is not provided by dabra airtel office it will be provided from gwalior airtel office when set up has been done. and the set up is included a modem only with wifi router and a charge of wifi router will be taken by company rs.50/- every month which will be settled in bill. please take appropriate action and resolve my problem otherwise cancel the request of my connection and refund my money.

                          Due to some reasons I was unable to pay d bill fr a couple of months amounting fr rs 8724. I got a call from Miss Jaya fr d payment of Rs 7000 as adjustment against Rs 8724 as dey were giving me a waiver of Rs 1724. I paid Rs 7000 as settled and cnfrmd d same to Miss Jaya on no [protected].. Der after I was getting message of an overdue pending of Rs 1724. When I again contacted d sales executive abt d overdue of Rs 1724 she told that she has updated d waiver in the system but due to some technical issues in d system d waiver has not been updated and vll get updated by monday that is 6 july 2015. On 6 th july morning again my no got deactivated and when I again contacted d sales executive from my alternate no she said it vll get updated and my services vll b restored soon.. but now dey have blocked my alternate no also and are not responding to my calls nor activating my no. Is dis the way the airtel execuvtives are fooling d customers.dont dey mean d words dey say.. what was d waiver for. I am using d no since 4 years..and in my family and friends and colleagues we r using almost 50 connections.. I assure u ill discontinue this connectin and all other connections as well.. I vll also file a rti against airtel and vll take d complaint to consumer forum as well..

                            Dear sir/mam I recharge my airtel prepaid mobile ([protected]) through their website www.airtel.in of amount 297/- regarding 2000 local airtel minutes.but I am not avail facility of this pack. I send advertisement display link of website to airtel but they can't refund my money.same day I were registered complaint against that and complain no.CONRC[protected] but they don't do any thing regarding this complain.                                 for the first time in my mobile operating life i have seen such an issue my airtel prepaid number [protected] automatically rejected while in use although it was safely inside my new mobile i then made a call to the customer care they told me that the status of the sim is "term rejected" what the bull is this ?? what type of term is it ?? sim functioning efficiently automatically getting rejected and the company is claiming it to be the best network in india !! then a gentleman sitting on the customer like suggested me to go to my nearest airtel office with a fresh id proof and passport photo. i went there but the fellow sitting there probably the airtel distributor of my town then referred me to a retail shop for the fixation of the issue. the fellow sitting on the retail outlet told me the server is down come tomorrow. i asked him whether my issue will be fixed on the next day or not. but i m surprised to hear his reply "what is the guarantee of the server ?? it may come may not come". airtel u think your service delivery procedure is correct or not ?? number to mujhe wahi chahiye but when i get my number back i ll certainly port out to some other network for sure

                                do take necessary step to solve the issue otherwise i ll drag airtel to the consumer court

                                  Reference - Airtel 4G Broadband WiFi Postpoid Connection #[protected] Though I have not been using their Internet service during April'2015 through June'2015, Airtel has charged me Rs 8940 in the name of VAS (Value Added Service). I have neither activated this service nor I was concerned by Airtel. They mentioned it only during my process of cancelling this account in June'2015. When I have been demanding for justification of charges, their representatives called me and started using foul language and also threatening me. Finally, I have paid this amount unconvincingly to avoid physical abuse. I would like Consume Compliants forum to help me in taking any legal action against Airtel for their improper billing, cheating, employing (perhaps) goondas, threatening, causing social and physical insecurity.

For internebelet Date.4/7/15 on this day at morning recharge 285 plan 1.5 GB but on that day itself 1 GB was lost without anything download or upload how it is possible.
