I was using airtel sim no.[protected] for my dongle with Rs.950/- plan (unlimited plan 3G upto 6GB thereafter 128kbps plan). while paying my monthly bill i came to know that they have introduced new 950 plan (unlimited plan 3G upto 10GB). I have requested service executive at Kodambakkam Airtel centre to change my plan to new scheme. He suggested me to utilize fully in my old sim [protected] and deactivate it and to buy new sim with unlimited plan 4G upto 10GB. As per his suggestion i have utilized fully in old no and have deactivated it on 18/06/2015 and got new sim no.[protected]. Now they have charged me Rs.3893.23 stating that as per prorata basis i should have utilized 2662.4 MB only above that they are charging 3 paise/10KB. I have utilized upto my limit as per the suggestion of the service executive at kodambakkam centre, on 18/06/2015 before deactivation i was in the unlimited plan and i have the right to utilized 6GB fully on any day of the month and there is no daily limit prescribed for utilization. Hence this is clearly a fraud, since the service executive suggested me to utilize fully before deactivation and suggested for the deactivation to get a new sim.

    Hi, I have been airtel customer for almost 9 years by using airtel number [protected]. Recently i moved to USA for 1 year. i dint use my number for last 2 months and it is now deactivated. I need this number as to be in active status as i will be using for official purpose. can you please reactivate the number as it is not yet recycled.

      I have noted that the Airtel has been looting my recharge money by way of sub standard service, deficiency of service I had requested the Airtel to relocate my dish antena from 1st Floor to Terrace and the technician came on 8th after frantic every day call for 7 times in a day wasting my precious time energy and mental torture to me and my family. My Recharge package was for month, recharged on 13th June but on today 8th it has suspended my account and meesage is issued to recharge, On 5th when i asked why my recharge is cutting to everyday Rs 50/-they said we will waive, I fail to understand when from 1st to 8th of this month is my television is shut due to deficiency of servive of Airtel then why do customer penalise This is the way they cheat customer and loot

        today...9th july 2015...i had selected a asfalt6 game in my handset...there was no option for purchasing or charges about this game...i had simply go ahead...and my 50 rs were deducted instantly...i got one sms...your keycode for asphalt6 is 53065. please visit the main menu of the game and enter your keycode to enjoy the full game...from:55435...now thing is that...i never wanted to follow this step...so why i hav forced to play this game...???...i am not playing this game...so i am not used ur keycode...so i want my 50 rs back in my account which is deducted without my permission or giving me any warning...your customer care executive...ignore my problem...and talk with me carelessly...so i want a complete solution of this...i want my 50 rs balance in my account...if i haven't got satisfied solution...or my 50 rs refund in my account...then i am declaring here that...i am unhappy with your service...and system...airtel company had cheat me...so i want to close relationship with this company...airtel service...replay...hopeful...!!!

          I had 1Gb plan to be expired on 23 july and had a balance of 430 MB at the start of the 9th july 2015. I use 3g only for whatsapp and few websites, maximum of 50MB per day.. suddenly the whole 400 MB and my balance of 400 rs from main account has been deducted. where as the 3g was used only for 5-10 minutes. Last time i had recharged 1Gb plan which lasted just for 2 days, most of the time i was using my wifi during those 2 days. My Complaints Regarding Internet and SIM are as follows:- 1.AIRTEL 3G is not working Properly in The AMLA TOLA region located in Katihar, Bihar since Three months.2G is Working in 3G AIRTEL SIM recharged with 3G packs. 2.I have 6 cards of Rs.55 of five days Validity.I want to have These cards Replaced but the TM-ZSM of this region is not responding to my complaints. 3.I have 15 SIMs of AIRTEL.There are FRCs in all the 15 SIMs without my consent.All these SIMs are expired.I want to have these SIMs replaced, , but no one is giving response. 4.Regarding all these complaints I am calling to TM-ZSM but he hasn't received my call even once.               Last night at around 03:21 am i subscribed for night plan for 3g data service of 500 mb @29 rs (From 00:00 hrs to 00:60 am) . My balance gor deducted at d same time but 500mb data was not got credited into my account (As per airtel plan, u will got a confirmation msg within 30 min) . And in dat time i also cheched data balance and i waited till 5 am but not even single mb got credited into my account. So i want to get my 29 rs in my accout back. . . Plus i also talk to customer care the case sill unresolved

                  I purchased the captioned sim for prepaid connection on 08.07.2015 at 11.00 am from Airtel gallery at Mira Road East, District Thane. The gallery's official Mr. Avinash Chauhan promised me that the captioned sim will be activated by evening of 08.07.2015. But, the number is not activated untill now. I phoned him today but he first did not pick up the call and then after several attempts very rudely answered the call saying that the captioned phone number belongs to Airtel.                       The credit limit will get increased automatically without customer permission in Aitel. I have requested many times Airtel customer care to reduce the credit limit .But intentionally they did not do it. Since my credit limit was more than 4000, I got a bill of 4300 for the month of July 2015. This is purely mistake of Airtel. They are asking me to pay Rs4300 for their mistakes. I need help from GOVT of India to take necessary action on Airtel. They are looting customers. Thanks, Raveendra [protected]

                        I have faced worst behaviour from Airtel executives appraching home when i am not available asking for money, if not, they wont leave from home. Executive names are Kumar & Sankar, they mis-behaved asking for money in home. I have been customer for airtel almost 10 years, having all broadband, postpaid, DTH, etc. But i never faced this kind of behaviour earlier. I want to dismiss those two empolyees. Since if i am being customer, they need to contact me or come to me for collecting payment.

                            date of incident:5th July 2015 I had activated Rs.38 WA pack but not able to use internet as usage is charged from my main balance.I have got a message from service center no:[protected] on 5th at 12:13PM stating that internet pack is activated and Rs.38 was deducted from my balance.So i request you to refund the amount. number :[protected]

                              I took duplicate sim last month after blocking my lost sim on 4rth June. After repeatedly giving my Aadhar card as proof, my sim is not getting activated. Customer care tells that they don't have any information about this . What's the next step I can take or Airtel don't want to keep me as their customer.                                 Hi, I had taken an Airtel 4G connection at Pune and I have been using it for more than 2 months. Post this I had taken one more connection of 4G and the instrument was handed over to me on 2nd Jul by the DSA Agent and the no is [protected]. I was informed that this will get activated with in 24 Hrs. When I checked the network after 24Hrs, I could only see the 2G/3G net work and not the 4G net work but my old instrument is working fine without any issues at the same location. I had raised a complaint on 3rd Jul and the complaint no is 62971548 @ 11.48 Hrs. When no one had bothered to called me, I had again called the Airtel call centre on 6th Jul and again one more complaint is registered and the complaint no is 63005706 at 10.37 Hrs. When no one again had called me back, I had again lodged a complaint on 07th Jul and the complaint no is 63035501 at 12.19 Hrs. Again when no one from Airtel had called me back to check the issue, I had again called their call centre today i.e. 08th Jul and one more complaint was registered and the complaint no is 63058851 @ 10.49 Hrs. After having a problem for almost 4 to 5 days, I have decided to cancel my connection and move to other service providers. Request Airtel people to improve on their customer service. Srinivas Kumar

                                  I have used airtel 4g last 15 days. I am used internet on my all computers. But my wifi is not working in my laptop only show the icon on my network area but when i'm enter password so he can't connect and going invisible. So every time i'm restart my laptop and the highligh the airtel icon on my network area. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    Hi Airtell Prepaid My name is Harisankara babu, somebody is misusing my proofs it seems. one of my friend got verification call for new Airtell prepaid connection and enquired about me. He said "YES i know harisankara". then he called me and asking me about this new connection. i said i did not take any new connection - so i am in impression that someone misussing my proofs. my friend Rajes - [protected] got call from[protected] on July 8th 1:30PM, please check it. thanks Hari
