I am having a post paid data card [protected]. I was getting only 100 Rs per month as I was not using it. And I was getting mails and sms regarding bill every month. Till April 13th as per the SMS received from Airtel my outstading amount was 224 + data usage of 300 MB exceeding the lower limit. ie. 224+Aprils 100+April 300MB = 500 Rs approx. And I removed the sim from my Tab to avoid extra charge. But unfortunately AIRTEL DID NOT SEND SMS /Email regarding the bill and I thought it wont be more than 500(outstanding). Now I have received call from Airtel and the bill is 1300 Rs. I came to know that April bill alone was 850 Rs. I am not sure how is my April bill 850 when i stopped using it when I exceeded by 300MB??? Why did not I get SMS or email from the month of April to intimate me regarding bill? How would I know that bill would be 1300 where last outstanding was jst 224? Dont you thin its your responsibilty to remind the user about the bill? Please revert as soon as possible.

    I have applied for new Airtel postpaid connection on 16th June, submitted all the documents, and all verifications done successfully, but the SIM card registration is failed, and this issue is there form last 1 week, no from receives the call, and also disconnect the call. 3 times I have visited to the centre also, everytime, they said it will be done in 2 hours.But the issue is still there

      I am having Airtel postpaid connection [protected] from last 10 years. I am facing Network problem ZERO SIGNAL from last 20 days where i stay ( 4A Cross, 3rd Block, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar ) my reference number ( [protected],[protected]. First day when I logged complaint, I have been told that my complaint has been registered and our executive will contact within 4 hours but even after 72 hours nobody contacted.


      Last week after constant follow up a network enginner came home to inspect and told will update nothing happened later i received a call from a manager ( After i called up customer care and requested ) and again I complained about no network zero signal, then I was told that there is a network issue where i stay and Airtel will fix it.


      When will airtel fix it it is already 25 days after my complaint and why is that I need to pay the bill when i dont have network or service from Airtel where i stay.


      It is so annoying that no one can reach me( Elderly Parents) and neither data please fix it ASAP or only other option is to port to other network as other network has good signal at my place.

        Hi, From my Citi bank credit card ( last 4 digit 3153), a fraud payment of Rs.5, 040 has been made to Airtel Payment yesterday -30th June, 2015 @ 4.52 pm. 318392 is the transaction number provided to me by the Citi bank. Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details. Now their executives don't even feel the need to intimate and when asked, say that the reasons for increase are confidential. This is the most careless attitude i have ever seen.             I am Amrut Godbole i hv launched a complaint previously with airtel about very bad network strength at nasik area bt it hasn't been taken care of even after repetitive calls & complaints with airtel's customer care service, not a single executive or their seniors were able to solve the problem or give a satisfactory solution for the same. They told me that problem will be resolved within 48 hrs but it has passed more than 1 month & problems still remains the same i can say the intensity of network fluctuations are increased by several times since then. Now i am feeling sooooooooooooooo irritated that there is no response to a complaint from a telecom company who claims to be number 1 network in india. Its a shame that they are not able to solve the problem or even to justify the reason of it. I request to please take some strict actions against airtel telecom on this particular issue.               I recharged my net pack from *567# and rs. 153 was deducted twice from my main balance. i called the customer care but they 'cannot see any transaction against my contact number since sept 2012'. I sent multiple emails, but no revert. this has happened third time in past 4 months. I have been using Airtel since 2006. If this is the customer service for old loyal customers, it proves that the company is degrading and customer service has gone for a toss. I want my refund back at the earliest. Forget about winning this customer, let us start with providing resolution first.

                Yesterday also i did recharge of full talk time 200 Rs, They deduced 33Rs from my account again. Now my mobile balance is only 168 Rs. Please note that i didnt do any messages or call from that number.

                  I am prepaid(+91 [protected]) user of Airtel. I got a SMS from airtel for special recharges. So I selected 3G Recharge of Rs 149 for 500MB for 28 Days. But after recharge I got only 450MB and only for 14 Days. So I would like to request you to take action against airtel. Seriously for past 2 months airtel is doing very cheap kind of activities for taking money from customer. And their customer service also don't response.

Every time I got a call from your executive who briefed me about the post-paid plans, etc. and the required documents. Every time he fixed an appointment to collect the documents and the required fee.But it was very unbecoming that they kept me waiting and nobody turned up. It was an unwelcome gesture for a company like this with whom I am associated for the last so many years. Please resolve, if you are to retain your customer base.                             i have mailed and called the billing department anormous times i am being harassed by airtel in a found of since i have the billing problem...we complained several times...they have been extremely rude to us i also complained regarding the billing ... they made our bill from 7000 to then 19000 then again from 36000 then to 75000 and now to 100000 this is extremely dissapointing i have names also ..i spoke to the senior department raveen and rakhi regarding our issue also got the complain number 62767780 another number is f[protected].. we have also informed the cops and we realy are having a difficulty... our lines were also disconnected for a long time also before the bill payment ... then i use wifi all the time so they increased our internet bill too and also on roaming they put me without sending any message... we kindly request you to take action against airtel billing department and they have realy been harrassing with foul words... please take some actions as soon as possible because this is not the right way to deal with a customer...our numbers are [protected] and [protected]...

                              Hello Sir I'm a loyal Airtel Mobile customer from more than 3 years and i live in Jorhat (Assam). Our business place is at the heart of Jorhat town and BSNL Mobile Network work fine here. I have been complaning about Airtel Poor network and mostly No Network issues from last 2 years and everytime I complain they say and assure me that they will resolve it in within 2-3 weeks and 1 time they asked me 3 months time ( a year before ) And after that i tried to do MNP to BSNL mobile 2 times and both the times AIRTEL customer care personnel calls me and request me to stay with AIRTEL mobile and and assure me that they will resolve the Network issues very soon in 10-15 days but they failed to do so. But till date no Network improvement. I am loosing my business and customers because of them and they are fooling me with their fake promises. Sir i request you to please take strict action against this Mobile operator and ask them to compensate my losses and pay fine for fooling their customers. Sir I'm also attaching 5 pictures of my talks with Airtel via Twitter from last year march, and also I have many telephonic conversations with Airtel officals but no actions yet.                                 Phone connection keeps dropping or becomes silent

                                We took airtel family plan 2 months back. Since then I am having tremendous issues with my mobile calls. Calls either keeps dropping after few minutes or becomes silent during the conversation. We have reported this to Airtel many times. They even visited our place however issue is still not resolved. I am totally fed up and going to port out as soon as I can....

                                This is related with the HOPE LESS services given by Airtel, First they try to call repeatedly for the caller tune support then incase one takes the caller tune service then he/she's almost a fool to avail that. I took the caller tune as my firm's name but it was i think genuinely misinterpreted something else which i surely not willing to have. Now the balance has been deducted & i am awailing a silly unwanted tune which even after complaining in not being changed. i am ready to pay some more money for having my firms name as a tune but call centres are CUTTING THE CALL AFTER FEW DICUSSIONS. tHIS HAPPEND TO ME 5, 6 TIMES. I am really hopeless from airtel & would like to port all my family members conatacts & also my firm's people. may be airtel was good initially but are loosers now. This kind of services shall not atall be entertained by any customer.

                                  Hi, I was Ported My Reliance [protected] in to Airtel Postpaid When your agent come for collect the documents i was told him want to 99 rental plan but at activation time customer care person told me about plan as 299 per month. when i was calling to the agent he was told me call my senior person Agent no: [protected] and Name : Nirmal His senior Person no : [protected] Name : Sanjana Her Senior No: [protected] and [protected] Pravin Patil [protected] [protected]

                                    We are using around 10 Mobile Connections at our place and giving the monthly business of Rs. 10, 000/- to the company. From last 2 months we are chasing Airtel for connectivity problem in our area but no one cares for customers like us. Neither the call center people bother nor the management. They have sent the technical team also and they release the problem is big and there is a need of telecom tower in our area. And they have informed the same to the management but Today we have got the reply that Airtel management will not do any thing for this problem so we can switch to any other telecom company of our choose. If the company like airtel is not bother to solve the connectivity problem then why the Indian Govt had given them telecom license. I request the competent authorities to look into the matter and guide me how can the problem can be solved and what action the govt can take against these kind of companies who are not bother for there clients.
