I applied for Airtel Broadband on 3rd July, 2015 (CEF no : 3860832), but its been 4 days after that and I have not received any phone call/sms/notification about my connection. I am speaking to Sales Representative (Mr. Usman - [protected]), who promise me daily that I will get the connection in couple of hours, but nothing happens. He finally routed me to Mr. Vibhas ([protected]) [Mr. Vibhas is supposed to be responsible to get my connection done], who doesn't even care to pick up the call. Luckily I got a chance to talk to Vibhas, yesterday, and I am surprised to see the way he speaks to the customer, as if customers are beggars.
Any ways, I have lost all my trust on Airtel, and just hoping, if I can get my money back (Rs 1000/-). Menawhile, I would like to add that, whenever you make payment by cash, sales people doesn't provide any receipt/bill for the cash payment, in return they say that you should not apply for the connection if you need a bill for the payment.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
