0600 hrs deduction made from my main balance instead of 3g balance. I was having appx 30mb 3g data then also deduction done from main balance that to rs 380/- appx. I made
Contact with email to 121 and they assured through message that problem will be
Short out within two hrs.But no response till time. I also make contact at 121
Through voice service but your customer service was not able to reply me in 7
Minutes also.
Please do the need full at earliest for my satisfaction and good relations

      Hi, My number is [protected]. I have an Airtel data plan of 512 MB free which has NEVER crossed the limit for the past 5-6 years that I have been using Airtel. Every month my bill is around Rs.300-350. This month I got an inflated bill of Rs.911 which I found out is due to crossing the free internet useage limit of 512 MB. I have attached my bill and if you look into the itemized section, you will find that the internet useage has been around 40mb everyday from 6th June, 2015 onwards. This is due to some fishy activity which I haven't used ever. Just think, is it possible to use exactly 40MB everyday? I have attached a few screenshots highlighting the fishy transactions. I called up the customer care and they are not willing to understand the issue and are just blaming me for the internet overusage. Now, if this crazy amount is not reverted, then I have no option but to close my connection. Also note that I will NOT be paying this amount either. So I want Airtel to resolve this thing ASAP. - Debopam

        I have problem since 26th June in my Airtel Digital TV ([protected]). No signal error B001 was only appearing on the TV screen. I registered the complaint (Ref no:[protected] on 26th June, 2015. They told me to resolve the issue till 15:30 hrs on 27th June. One call came for attending but he asked me details and asking money for service. So I referred him by clarifying my warranty period is live and I do not need to pay. Then he cut the call and nobody has come yet. The issue still persists. When I called customer care, they said call is already closed. I asked to transfer the call to senior so call was transfered but senior changed the statement and said it has been rescheduled for 9 pm on 28th June. When I was asking for reason he cut the call intensely in my continued talk. I again call customer care and they are saying it was rescheduled due to heavy rain. Fact is that there is no rain in surat city since last 3 days. On 28th June one more call came saying your call will be attended till tomorrow. This way they are delaying the calls and closing the complaints without attending. I am attaching the snaps of complaints with status. Thay are closed without resolved.

          No call from airtel up to now about my issues
          18 days gone but my problem is not resolved upto now, on regular basis after complaining between 4-5 days airtel customer support call me asking about my problem and after that they said your isssues is forwated to our senior team they resolve your issues within 3 days and after 3days same process repeated this what going from 18 days and validity of my data balance is 30 days and only 12 days left and Airtel just doing this.

              I, Arun sharma is having 2Nos. of Set top boxes operational, but i am unable to avail multiconnection offer @ 200Rs./Month. Both of them consumes 340Rs./month rental separately. 1. Customer ID: [protected](registered on Arun Sharma) Registered Mob. No.- [protected] 2. Customer ID:[protected](Registered on S.S. Sharma) Registered Mob. No.- [protected] Both the connection is having separate customer ID, one is registered on my name & other one is on my father's name. I asked the same query to airtel's executive but they denied that you Can't avail this offer, for getting this facility both connection should be on single person name. I request them to merge both the account as a single user since both connection is being used in one roof only as well as of same service provider. According to me, this is not an issue, if this is so kindly change/convert both connection on my father's name. Request Airtel to kindly co-operate & provide me to avail Multi-Tv connection facility without further delays, because i cant pay such high rentals every month inspite of having 2 connections of the same provider.                 Customer Number : [protected] Complaint No 1: 44601489 Compalint No 2: 44649007 Background : I bought a Samsung TV from US 3 years back and I setup Airtel HD setup box for DTH without any external convertor. I tried all possible options and finally airtel HD box only worked using component cable and none other DTH including normal airtel setup box. This was working fine so far without any issues on airtel HD setup box. Current Problem : For the past one month I used to get "help" menu popped up automatically and we need to manually close this for every minute which was frustrating. So called up customer care few days back and they tried fixing the issue remotely it didn't work. I again called up customer care on 12th June stating the same problem and they gave me a complaint number : 44601489. The technician came to home and tried to fix the issues, but instead of fixing the current problem they have created a new problem. The TV now not displaying the picture in colour, its coming in black and white only. When we asked the technician they are saying they tried all possible ways and the TV won't work for the setup box. Now as a result the left the work and happily closed the job stating that its TV problem without even taking concern from customer. I tried to escalate this and tried to speak to several manager staff but every time I hear they are not available or busy. Now instead of trying to fix a small problem your technician came and screwed the picture quality from colour to black and white. I really can't imagine how a professional company like can airtel can handle the customer issues like this, creating a bigger problem for customer than what they had and close the call without even discussing with the customer. I am really not sure what to do now.. If I go to some local DTH technician and fix the issue on my own can you guys refund this money.. why the hell I should spend for your technician incapability? now because of your great customer support I ended up watching my TV in black and white and not sure how to proceed form here..

                    I have made a recharge of rs 204 for 22500 secs on 26 Jun 15 late night and I am currently in roaming. The benefit was only applicable within Maharashtra circles. I use my air-tel sim in roaming always. Catch here is that the service providers is looting money by making this options available for recharge without instructions o[censored]se in roaming. Apps like free-charge etc show up this tariff as available for recharge.Which is wrong. when complaint was raised at Airtel customer care, first they avoided me for 4 times. (no law to get refund on such cases as they charge us to register complaint) after this I was told that as per airtel policy: they will not refund, convert or deactivate this service. even if i have added this service and not used from recharge within 12 hours. I request you to take stern action on this day light robbery. We bestow faith in consumer forum to help us. You are our voice, please bring back my hard earned tax paid money of rs 204.                           Subject: Incorrect charges levied on POST PAID No [protected] 1. Ref my complaint no 62556858. 2. The following is intimated (a) I requested for Bill plan change from Myplan 199 to Myplan family 599 with effect from[protected]. (b) However my monthly internet pack 175 Plan was stopped from[protected] without any request from my side. Also, i was not informed about the deactivation of the internet plan by message/ phone from customer care representative. The same can be checked from call recording with customer care representative on[protected]. Without any intimation of deactivation of My 175 Internet Plan I kept using internet thereafter and hence have been charged Rs 3438/- at the rate of 10paise/10KB for total GPRS usage 365.91 MB. Whi;e my plan was 1 month 1 GB free internet plan. (c) Also the successive complaints have not been addressed by airtel customer care representative till date as they have never registered correct complaint or their escalation team have never spoken in time that have been told by customer care representative while registering the complaint. (d) As is evident the charges were levied because customer was not informed correctly regarding the deactivation of plan which is onus of service provider. Hence the amount should be borne by airtel as the customer was always under impression of browsing within prescribed internet pack. (e) This incident has caused extreme harassment since[protected] till date without any appropriate redressal from airtel authorities. Also I have been informed about the late bill clearance charges which will be levied after [protected] and the same not been cleared because the complain is stiil open. This has led due undue aggravation of the problem.

                            I am using Blakberry 9220 phone.Today I got a message from customer care that if I want to stop the prepaid net package of Rs 399, I should send a SMS---airtelbb to 121.I send it to 121 but uptil now I did not get any confirmation SMS from 121. Then I called 121 atleast four times but the people attending the calls are useless and noncoperative.They keep me waiting for sometime and then every time reverted the calls to Airtelmoney desk(Everytime I was charged for the calls). I must say Airtel sholud be penalised for keeping these noncooperative fools in the customer care section. So my request is to stop my airtelbb plan from 26.06.15, otherwise I have to take legal steps. Dr.Anindita Mukherjee [protected]

                              I am a post paid customer and have been using Airtel Post paid connection for last one year. I have been facing a lot of problems ever since i got my post paid connection ([protected]) started. I have given lot of complaints as well. ( call interruption, call tapping, poor billing system and the like) . I paid my airtel bill always in a prompt fashion despite these problems every time. Of late, I felt that, the problems with Airtel post paid is not getting sorted out permanently so that it is better to switch over to pre paid connection. I approached Customer Care executives for necessary directions and they in turn told me that there is no problem for converting a post paid number to prepaidlife time connection without changing the existing number. They rightly explained to me the procedures that I got to follow for the same. But, contrary to my expectations, when I approached the local Airtel outlet here in Portblair, they told me that in Andman Nicobar Islands it is not possible to have the above mentioned conversion. I was surprised to here this.Is it my mistake to work in Andaman? What is so wrong with Andaman ? Why are your company's policies often becoming detrimental to customers? If I say that I have got a policy that " Since my post paid is not getting converted into prepaid i wouldnt pay the due amount".. would you accept that ? A comapny's policy should always be favouring the customers ? is it not? Every other mobile companies in and around Andman is giving this facility and why can't Airtel give the same ? I have given this number to all my relatives, friends and colleagues and you people wanted me to give another number to them once againand spending anothe lot of bucks all over again ? You post paid connection and confusing executives and professionas have harrased me enough and subsequently my social image has been tarnished. You company and its whims and fancies have destroyed my mental peace and solace I request you to sort out my problem expediently

                                Today I received a call from RAHUL AGARWAL airtel companyphone no [protected] saying I won the prize mentioned in the subject line. He was asking me to give bank account number without disconnecting call to transfer money thru airtel money. To confirm he also mentioned my accurate talktime balance If it is frude call how come he got my talk time balance so accurate? I secpect airtel company is involved in this frude.

                                After that call i immediately tried to call airtel customer care team 121 number but after lot of diversions when my call was supposed to connect customer care person it was disconnected saying I pressed wrong option or number.

                                I would like to know from airtel company how could any frude can get my talk time balance which is maintained be airtel company.

                                I doubt all our other data transmitted through airtel customer is misused by airtel company. It is not safe to use this company.

                                  Using broadband at[protected] for many years, facing intermittent connection whether at speeds 2 Mbps or 512, the visiting engrs has tried change in settings and asked to change the router, still no relief. Contact to Nodal offs is connected to call center and mail is bouncing. The said trouble for 6-8 months have shaken belief in services of Airtel.                                         I am writing this for complaint about unnecessary balance deduction from my Airtel Account mobile number [protected], From 16th June to 20th June, Around 120 rs were deducted from my account, I tried to call airtel customer care and surprisingly no one responded me correctly, One customer representative says that there is technical issue in their system and on other side other one says that he do not have any details about my account, and I should call after 4 hours!! Pathetic, Why should I call again and again if they do not have the details ????? Anyhow I tried to call the appellate number and nodal office numbers, but seems like they are no longer interested to give service from there too, then why you have given those number on internet ????? Then Finally I wrote a message to Get number ported and suddenly all their system started working fine and I got around 5-6 calls in 2 Days, and one of their representative promised me to refund me the amount in next 24 hours, Sounds Good, But around 72 hours has been passed to that called and still I didn't get any response !! Now My concern is if these people are not interested to serve their customer and listen them, then how they are running this org. Looking forward for getting my concern resolved .
