Kindly be informed that Mr. Srinivasa, from Airtel Mob no [protected], gave me a call at about 1730h and said he is coming for address verification checks. This was for the 4G post paid data card that I had applied for. He came and asked my name. I said my name is Jasmini Chandran. He asked my job which I said. No of years of service. Then he asked me to sign on a form. The form had rows where it was mentioned that dongle provided etc. I told him that I have not received the dongle yet which was the fact. (Ms Kanthi Shetty, manager from Airtel Office had spoken to me and told me about the 4G plan. Mr Pranesh visited my house 2 days back, however he had not given me the dongle yet). I signed one form and gave Mr Srinivasa. He gave me another form and asked me to sign it. while I was reading the form, he suddenly pulled the form out of my hand and crumpled it. He also crumpled the other form that I signed. He started yelling at me at my apartment complex. He said I asked you to sign. Why are you not signing. I was shocked at the behavior. I have not witnessed such harassment from any official so far. I gave him all details he asked for. Iam an Air Force Officer with 19 years of service in defence and outside. I told him this is very shocking .He cannot shout at a customer. He shouted at me that he will stop my connection. If Airtel has such employees, it is very bad for the company. I will request you to look into this on top priority and deal with Mr Srinivasa for the harassment that he has rendered visiting my apartment. Regards Jasmini Chandran [protected]

    I called the airtel 121 customer care for more than 20 times today but everytime i was given a wrong information. Also my balance was detected by Rs. 200. And service was provided even after I visited the Airtel store. date of event 25 June 2015.

      I have Airtel DTH connection with HD + Recorder STB. From last few weeks I am not able to do recording. "It gives HDD0001" error and description says unable to record, contact customer care. Another, issue is after 1-2 hour of continuous watching, setup box gives error and restart every 5-6 min. I have first registered complaint in this regards on 16th June (Ref No :[protected]. Airtel engineer came and confirmed that issue is with setup box and we need to change that. He ask for recharge for at least 1000 INR for same. We did that right away. :( He told he will come next day with new Setup Box. From that day, we are waiting to resolve the issue and there is no show from Airtel Side. On top of that they closed my complaint as resolved on next day, 17th June. I again called customer care and they have open new complaint on Saturday, 20th June with ref . no : 44764956. Till now no action taken on this. I again called on Tuesday, 23rd and got new ref no : 44839906 but as of Thursday, no call and no resolution. I have recharged earlier for 1 year plan and again for 1000 for setup box. With this, I am loosing ever day and not sure when my issue will be resolved. I need help from this forum and want Airtel to refund my full amount of recharge and 1000 for setup box. I will shift to some another provider. Very bad experience from Airtel. Regards

          my airtel mobile number is [protected]. i got a new 3G data pack on[protected] at 11.23 AM of Rs. 246.0 . The TransID is[protected]. But my data pack is not working even though mobile data is on. Please look into my complaint and rectify it immediately.

              I have make a request to close my dongle no [protected] Name: Anand Jebaseelan D R Completing the dues the request is taken 0n 25th April 2015 in Airtel showroom - SR No: 61543484 After 2 days a gentle man called and said it is closed Again i got a bill in next month Again i raised a complaint through the customer care on 27 th may 2015 - SR no: 62168323 After 2 days a new gentle man called and said it is closed, sorry for the error Again the third i got the bill - so as usual i have to call the customer care and make a request - SR no : 38102928 But still there is no reply from Airtel Are Airtel playing with the customer or cheating the customer by doing these type of activities Cant they have basic sense to close the deal This is the main reason i hate Airtel - Poor customer support and back end process This have to be done within 24 hours of time otherwise i have to file a legal action for these type of action It is totaling ridiculous and making me panic every month Please help us to get out of these type of activities I hope the concern higher officials will make action immediately and fix my problem Waiting hopefully

                Hello I am using Broadband with land line with the combo plan of 615/- 40 GB and with 4MPBS speed with a Top up of 199/- which is a unlimited local calls. But when I check online on internet, it says there is a top up of 99/- with unlimited local and STD is available for normal customers. Why Airtel is cheating customers with the name of corporate customers? why a corporate user cannot get this plan as 99 topup? Even I have enquired with Airtel many times through emailing Applette team and dailed 121, but no one has enough information and every day they say they will resolve it by EOD and they will call me to confirm but I never recieve a call from them and I will have to call back again everyday. this process repeated for 1 month closely. and I am fed up with Airtel. please let me know the reason for not enabling 99 top up on my landline.                       I had Airtel Mobile connection with No.[protected] with the 3G data connection. I had about 2335.64 MB data on 15th June 15. The recharge date is due on 15th June. On 15th June I tried to extend the validity by recharging. Inspite of my repeated trials I unable to recharge it due to the maintenance of systems by Airtel. I contacted the customer care and informed about the difficulties. The Airtel website is not at all responding to the recharge.Finally I contacted the customer care two time on 15th June at 2300hrs and the customer executive informed that due to maintenance the the recharge is not possible now and you may recharge tomarrow and the remaining balance will be credited into your account. Moreover I tried to recharge the data from ICICI Pockets and finally got confirmation from airtel that “ your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID 827175 of Rs. 153 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.” Inspite of the confirmation the balance 2335.64 MB data not carried forward. I again contacted the customer care on 16th June and it has been assured that the data will be carried forward if you make fresh recharge for atleast Rs.153 only from the retailer. Then on 16th I had recharged for Rs.153 from the retailer. I have been informed that the previous will be credited to the account and it will take atleast 48 hrs. When the data not carried forward, I contacted the customer care on 18th June 15 and now it was straightaway denied. I tried to convince the customer care as well as their superintendent and no body bothered to hear me. In this case I have at no fault as I tried my best to recharge it within the time frame but due to some technical fault on the part of Airtel I unable to recharge and I have contacted the customer care repeatedly to find a wayout but they also not done any thing. After that, On their assurance I had recharged again on 16th June with the pretext that the previous data will be credited into my account. Now denial at this stage is clearly against the morale and ethic of business. It is not a matter of megre 2GB data but a matter of principal. Because on the fault of Airtel I unable to recharge from this website Inspite of that I done recharge from ICICI Pockets and got confirmation on 15th June and now they are telling that recharge was not done. It is requested that the matter may please be takenup with appropriate level and my due balance data may please be credited into my account please. Rajat.

                        In my phone a message from airtel came promising ₹57= 1gb data in which 275 mb was to be provided instantly and rest an hour later.. In which i got the instant one but the remaining data which i was supposed to get later was around 270 or 280 mb(not clear).. I was to get 749 mb of data later but i got only 270 or 280mb and when i complained to Customer care they told that plan was of only 500mb (₹57=500mb) and when i argued them that i got the message claiming 1gb for 57 and told them that i can send their message back and or i can show the message through email... They replied i dont see any kind of offer like that and they even didnt tried to verify or look into my message which was a great proof ... They told that there must be a mistake in message sent to you from airtel and if you want your benefits as promised in your message you can claim it legally.. Ya really legally, they meant me to go legal for 57 [censored] rupees or half a gb data.. But my question is the fault in the message was from there side so why i should suffer, i mean they should compensate me for fault from their side.. WHY IT IS EVERY TIME THAT CONSUMERS ONLY SUFFER, NOT THE MULTI BILLION GIANT COMPANY. I got this advertisement message on 23 june 2015 and i did my recharge on 24 june ...

                          Hi, On my airtel no [protected] i am currently active with the local/Std Rate Cutter of Rs.34 from[protected], which allows rate cutting to 1p/sec on all local/Std. But the call rate on my airtel no is being made at the rate of 80p/min for local calls and 1.5Rs/min on Std calls, which is wrong as i have valid rate cutter running on my no. So, why wrong deduction is being made on the calls. So resolve the issue as soon as possible. Frustrated of poor airtel services.                             I am a prepaid airtel user from Delhi and my mobile no is [protected]. I got a message from airtel about the plan of Rs. - 89 /- for which they provide me 210 STD mins. I got that message several times and I had done that recharge and even got the talktime as well but on[protected] I recharged with same amount and I got the message about recharge has been done successfully but I did not get the talk time of 210 STD mins. when I talked to customer care they told me that they did not have any offer of Rs. - 89 /- and when I asked him to take a complain regarding that and to hand over the call to supervisor he cut the call. please help me I recharged with same amount on[protected] and I got that talk time as well and after that even I got message regarding that offer many time .                                 I had 200mb 3g balance and try to download from net but after few minutes my main a/c balance deducted by 80rs although my 3g balance remain 56mb available. Customer care says its airtel policy. How its possible that my 3g balance available but main balance deducted?

                                  My Wife is travelling to NY and on the day she is on flight Airtel is saying she used 7.5 MB of data and bill is 5300 INR. Earlier executive said it was 7.86 GB and now they said 7.5 MB o[censored]sage. My Credit Limit is 1500 and not saying that they will only get information from Roaming partner on daily bases. I would like to pay amount, but only which is used for calls. There Customer care has not given me any instruction or any of the information when i activated international roaming. This all are recorded on Customer Care Recording.

                                    This is in regards to a cancellation request for an airtel broadband connection
                                    That i've been chasing for a while and still hasn't been dealt with.

                                    I applied for a broadband connection through an agent who collected the docs
                                    After which i got a message from airtel on 25th march stating that docs have
                                    Been received against fixedline installation order number 33362632 and
                                    Connection will be done in 3 days and on 26th march, got another message
                                    Stating my fixedline number as[protected].

                                    On 30 march, i got another message saying that docs have been received against
                                    Fixedline installation order number 33455765 and connection will be done in 3
                                    Days. Anyways, on 31st march, a technician came to my place and got the wiring
                                    Done after which another technician came and got the router configured. The
                                    Fixedline number he shared with me was[protected] which was different than
                                    What was initially sent to me by in the message by airtel[protected] .

                                    The connection worked for 4 - 5 days after which it stopped working. I called the
                                    Customer care and found out that there were two numbers showing on my name. One
                                    Was pending activation[protected] and another one that was given to me by
                                    The technician at the time of installation[protected] was on someone else's
                                    Name and that there awere some ports issues due to which my services were
                                    Stopped. I again called on 12th april and spoke to a supervisor manjunatha who
                                    Said that i was issued a temporary number and since airtel has figured out that
                                    There are some port issues, therefore they are closing my application and my
                                    Refund amount of rs 1000 will be processed within 21 working days. Since then,
                                    I have called airtel numerous times and have spoken to associates / supervisors
                                    (Vishwas) and even people from cancellations (Dhanush and nandini) who have
                                    Done nothing but beat around the bush telling me that my issue is still open
                                    And they can't tell me when the money will be refunded and i'll have to wait
                                    Which apparently seems a never ending wait.

                                    If you'd like to validate, here are the various interaction id's that have been
                                    Given to me during these calls[protected], 55072392, 55104582, 55118348.

                                    I again called the customer care on the 4th of may and spoke to someone who
                                    Told that his manager would call me back today but that never happened.
                                    This is certainly not acceptable and gives one an impression o[censored]tter
                                    Callousness and disregard for a customer.

                                    If this was not all, to top it up, i received a call from someone asking me to
                                    Pay the bill for this broadband connection. Airtel really has the audacity to ask
                                    Me to pay bill for a service that i barely used for 4 days and now instead of
                                    Getting my connection de - activated and sending me my money back, they are asking
                                    Me to pay? Isn't that extortion??

                                    I also escalated this to their appelate to which they wrote a very rude response to me (Mail attached) . The mail clearly stated that all my claims and grievances were fake and they were right and that i should pay them an amount of 1207. 53 asap. Here's what they wrote back:

                                    Me. After two agonizing months of follow ups and spending hours on phone with
                                    Various supervisors / customer care agents followed by harassing calls and sms
                                    Alerts to pay for something that i never used, here's the verdict i receive
                                    From an appelate authority who is supposed to give a fair decision. After
                                    Giving them all interaction ids of countless calls that i had with them and
                                    Explaining them the issue with all proofs, they tell me that they've validated
                                    My account, checked everything and that i need to pay them instead of me
                                    Getting a refund. Well, my installation fee money seems to have added

                                    My conversation. He also confirmed that airtel is closing my application as

                                    Available, which apparently they already knew, i should have been told about it
                                    But they chose to take the money and then allot me a number which was pending
                                    Activation and another one which worked for 5 days but was on someone else's
                                    Name and stopped working after 5 days which was done without me knowing about
                                    It. I was always interested in getting and keeping this connection but i was
                                    Told that by manjunatha that my application has been closed as there are no
                                    Ports available and my refund will be processed within 21 working days and
                                    Since then several people have confirmed that my disconnection is in progress
                                    And i will get my refund by 04 june 2015 (Interaction id[protected] . It was
                                    Airtel's inability to provide me the services and now basis 5 days of a
                                    Workaround, a makeshift arrangement that was made for their own benefit so i
                                    Can be harassed and go through this agony or a full two months, i have been
                                    Outrightly declared a liar by asking me to pay instead of giving me a refund.

                                    I hope that this issue gets resolved here with your intervention.

                                    I also got an sms on june 1st which said that the reference number for my airtel fixedline[protected] is 56214022 and my concern will be resolved in next 45 days. This is the same number that i was given to begin with and was pending activation when i escalated this issue and now instead of giving me the refund back for the connection that airtel themselves said cannot be given to me because of port issues, they have raised a cancellation request for a number that was not even activated leave apart me using it. I am getting calls and alerts three times daily to pay the amount of 1207. 53. This is nothing but harassment and i will not take this anymore.

                                    I have lost my patience now and would want this to be resolved once and for
                                    All and after this i'd have no alternative left but taking this up in this forum. I hope i get justice here and if i don't get respite here, i will open a facebook hate page and also take this up on twitter till someone hears my plea.
