i registered for airtel DTH Service in virar west on 25th may (date is imp as all messed they have done is the date) for some 1 year plan – offer for all channels for a package of rs 7000/- .i had to follow -up with the customer service for 6 hrs as the engineer informed before leaving that within one hour the service will be up ……but the service took 6hr i had to follow- up with the customer service and they kept my call tossing between the dealer and them …….the agent even said pls don’t call us call your dealer ….the engineer did not give any brief just installed and left he is not contactable till date ……and since then i am still following with no response as they have registered my service for 18th may and that is when my package has started as informed by them 8 days earlier where i have received on 25th a SMS from them for payment done and service update…..i am calling the customer service since then and informing them that i have the welcome message of installation that the service was up on 25th 11pm in the nite i wasted that whole evg following up wasting my calls money now that i have paid them the whole year money they are taking customer for granted …..what a waste ……. can’t they just check in the system that when did the service start …..they are saying this info is given by the engineer….in today’s advance world they are given me such stupid answers i have all messages and response from them i have also recorded their calls ……my last option is to just launch a complaint…..it’s being more than a month following now how frustrating

    Kind Atten: Appellate HelpDesk - Airtel Re: Deduction of 20 paise for NET uses (Mob: +91 [protected]) Sir/Madam, Regretfully I would like to inform you that yesterday night I kept my mobile on my table before I went to bed at 11 p.m. I mostly got up late i.e. 8 a.m. daily and today also I got up at 8 a.m. and checked my mobile screen, as usual. I got that there was a flash message regarding deduction of 20 paise for NET uses when my mobile was idly kept on table. I immediately called to you FUNNY TYPE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE and asked about the deduction at 08:05 a.m. She was not able to help me out so she transferred my call to your PRINCESS TYPE SUPERVISOR regarding the issue. She was not ready to listen anything while I was explaining her that Data is already disabled, GPRS setting is not saved and I never use net in my mobile but I was told that I am giving her the wrong details. I was really surprised!! Mr. Airtel, as your company is pioneer one, I would like to state you that I am using Airtel SIM when incoming calls were for Rs. 8/- per call. That particular customer care executive and supervisor must be aware that they are child behind me. Anyways, I would like to retain your kind attention regarding the DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND SERVICES PROVIDED by you and your customer care. The points are as follows: 1. As per your genius customer care executive and supervisor, I was wrong because the deductions were made for NET uses and no wrong deductions were made (twice). So, Mr. Airtel, would you like to state that who told you that MACHINES are not wrong at all or who told you HUMAN BEINGS are wrong always? 2. When GPRS is not enabled, Data is Disabled, WiFi is off then can you explain how theses deductions were made and for what?? 3. Do you think you and your executives are more valuable than your customers?? I think you are tired with your business now that's why your customers are no more important for you and your executives? Am I right? 4. I am using this SIM, number mentioned in subject line, since 2005 and 2-3 times I have faced these type of DISGUSTING things which have made me really puzzled. 5. As your Airtel company is on top, so don't you think it all because of your customers only?? Do you think without your customers you could be able to achieve these top ranking communication company in India, hence, your customer care executives are not ready to listen anything? 6. So, would you like to tell me you are only made for GATHER INCOME from your company, make some wrong deductions from customers' balances or you are following some COMPANY ACT regulations like SOCIAL WELFARE, ECO FRIENDLY, CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and so on also? There are so many things I want to explain you. But in short, if you are getting me clearly then I think it's more than enough. And, I am only instructing you to do these few things: 1. You have to revert back my deductions of 20/- paise without any further discussion about the matter because definitely the deductions were made due to your fault. 2. You have to disable all the VAS and GPRS or any other FRUSTRATING THINGS, as your customer care executive and supervisor have already denied to do so. 3. You have to value your customers' time and money, as your customers are GOD for you otherwise you are nothing.. HOPE, IN FUTURE I WON'T FACE THESE TYPE OF DISGUSTING THING AND ATTITUDE OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND WILL GET BACK MY MONEY AT THE EARLIEST.         In the first week of May 2015, I enquired with the Airtel office in Marathalli, Bangalore about what action I need to do to put my landline[protected] and broadband in safe Custody. I was advised to call Airtel on the day of my departure and request Airtel to do so. Accordingly, I telephoned Airtel on 14 May 2015 evening and requested to put my Landline and Broadband on Safe Custody. This was confirmed by the Airtel executive. I was told that I will be charged Rs 150 per month for three months for the 3 month period of Safe Custody, up to August 14, 2015. I have not used my Landline or Airtel Broadband Since then, as I am away abroad. Now I note that I have been served with a bill for Rs 1024.86 due before 16 July 2015. This is outright cheating by Airtel. Airtel billing department and service department do not seem to be connected to each other. I have also logged into my Airtel account with my login and sent this complaint. Every time I did so I got a message "Your request has been registered. we will send u a confirmation soon." But I have not received any communication email from Airtel regarding their corrective action, so far. I hope the consumers complaint forum will help elicit a response from Airtel.

              Airtel so called number one service provider sucks with customer care and with their equipment. 1) Equipment: When taking the connection airtel charges huge amount as part of their initital process many of the customer thinks they are paying for equipment but not because when we disconnect they will recover the equipment. In that case Airtel smartly giving warranty for their products instead of customers equipment. My questions: 1) Why we have to pay for their eqipment service? 2) If we are not owning why we are paying for initial connection 3) Do we pay when the cable system is there for cables? service is all time free there right. 4) For using their service we already monthly paying a huge amount, for using their they smarly grabs the customer and never cares after that. 2) Service: They are worst service provider of AP. Why we have to pay for service charge, their equipment is so bad for every season they have problems !!! Every season we have to get it serviced and finally we servicing to the equipment which we don't own.               I never recieved any resolution for the above !!! One more example how your customer care people care about the customer...1) I called today to confirm my cancellation of the services as per the last time conversation the executive updated me that your service is never cancelled !!! Woow what a service !!! I got confirmation also for the cancellation and now all together you didnt cancelled the subscription but from next day itself you stopped the services ( telecasting )I never recieved any resolution for the above .. may I know what kind of resolution you guys provided !!

                My name is R.L.MEENA on 3janaury 2015 i called customer care for disconnection of my one digital tv connection and they said that they deactivated my services and they took the setup box on next day. But they are still charging me for two connections. And when i come to know to i called customer care for 2-3 times but they did'nt took any action, just saying that your problem will be resolved in 2-3 days. But there is no action regarding my complaint. my complaints are 44647441, 44948441, 45009048. Kindly take some action against them and the unnecessary charge which is charged for should be refunded to me.

                  I have made the payment of Rs.1000 towards installation fee for the new broadband connection in airtel portal through online on 20th June 2015 and after constant follow ups to their customer care, one person called me to collect the documents and asked me to come to the main road because he cannot come to my place due to the time constraint. After he collected the documents from me, , 2 persons came to do the wiring and after that there is no response from airtel for the last 6 days. I called their customer care and there is no proper reply. The application number : ONCHENN01141100.

[protected] number is name of our company name ERAWAT PHARM ALIMITED and [protected] number is name of DEVENDRA THAPAK. Please note that I had requested to your marketing executive Mr. Suresh (Mob: [protected]) for activate MP NEW 125 CUG plan on above said both numbers but your executive activated MY PLAN service on mobile no. [protected] by mistake. Now I am requesting to your executive for change the plan on no. [protected] as MP NEW 125 CUG instead of MY PLAN but your executive (Mr. Suresh) not responding me properly. Your executive (Mr. Suresh) not picking my call so long and today I called him by new number then he attend my call and spoke me loudly and said that he will not help me and don't call him again.                         Hi Airtel, My mobile no. is [protected]. Today I got my Postpaid mobile bill as Rs.2985.73/-. Actually my plan is CUG 199, for which I will be getting 500 MB of 2G data. Then I called Customer care and they mentioned that I have used 750 MB but as per the messages I have received on 4th June 2015 22:03:00 (PFA), I have used 429.3 MB only, which is not more than specified limit (i.e., 500 MB). Whenever I cross 500 MB data limit I will get message and mail from Airtel Service, even that I haven't received. Can you please rectify this issue ASAP. PFA for messages I have received from 121.

                          my mobile number [protected], I have been calling the customer care and call drops every time without connecting to the customer care executive and the charge for it.I call customer care because the recharge to another number [protected] never gets recharged when I do it. please take strict actions against then for call drops and harassment caused to the customers and they have to pay the compensations tome for all the call drops and time wasted

                            I have received an email it will be credited back to my account with 8 working days. But till today no response. When we call on the customer care they say from today it will take 21 more days. I don't why will it take Airtel 21 working days to put my money back to my account . If that is the case, then can i make any of airtel bills after 21 working days ?? will guys be ok with that.

Before proceeding to USA I requested for international roaming for which my number was changed to post paid and international roaming was activated. I was shocked to note that at Dubai airport, there was no signal and in USA also there is no signal.                                     I have done a recharge of rs. 186/- towards net pack on 29 jun 2015 still my netpack is not activated. I tried to contact customer care but of no use no response from them. . I have been using this airtel from 2009 i always face these kind of problems how can you expect me to refer to service others.

                                    Kindly resolve the issue either recharge netpack for my prepaid no. [protected] or else refund the amount to my account

                                    Fyi i tried to attach a copy of the transaction of recharge done through my account but could not able to attach.

                                      Hi I have ported to airtel on[protected] and to my horror, people who are calling me most of the times get an error message as 'Number doesnt exists' or ''Please check the number dialled . Now after compaling to airtel also they have closed the request as completed . This issue was spoused to closed withing 20 hrs but more than 40 hrs and no resolution, Additionaly i am they are now saying no issues from their side, where as even from airtel numbers i am not getting calls I am stuck on this network now which i am apying etra for a better service and now paying for not getting incoming calls . Kindly resolve the service asap or i want to switch back to my previous network . Complaint number '62887019'

                                      As per my discussion with airtel technical team, this issue is from tata docomo side where they have made some wrong configuration of number after mnp porting out .

                                      And airtel team is working with them to resolve the issue .
