In the first week of May 2015, I enquired with the Airtel office in Marathalli, Bangalore about what action I need to do to put my landline[protected] and broadband in safe Custody. I was advised to call Airtel on the day of my departure and request Airtel to do so. Accordingly, I telephoned Airtel on 14 May 2015 evening and requested to put my Landline and Broadband on Safe Custody. This was confirmed by the Airtel executive. I was told that I will be charged Rs 150 per month for three months for the 3 month period of Safe Custody, up to August 14, 2015. I have not used my Landline or Airtel Broadband Since then, as I am away abroad. Now I note that I have been served with a bill for Rs 1024.86 due before 16 July 2015. This is outright cheating by Airtel. Airtel billing department and service department do not seem to be connected to each other. I have also logged into my Airtel account with my login and sent this complaint. I have not received any acknowledgement from Airtel so far. I demand an immediate rectification of the above bill and a confirmation mail from Airtel.

        I want to put your kind attentiion on the misbehave & raugh language used against me by Your airtel Collection Centre (near Ittanwala chowk Ludhiana), head Mr Rajnish alongwith ordered me to leave the showroom.on when i request him to accept my bill payment. This type of misbehavior to a Customer is not acceptable at any cost without any proper reason. i m giving u just 24 working hours to look into this matter to do the needfull as early as possible No action taken yet No call from Nodel officer Pb. till now Pls do the need full as early as possible

          i hav lost my samsung grand mobile.. it had two sims. both r of Airtel numbers 1) [protected] Haryana circle 2) [protected] Rajasthan cicle but i m unable to block the numbers.. due to my illness... now i m admitted in hospital.. the mobile was lost 3 days before..on tomarow i will on opted for an major operation.. may it can take 15 days more to blocked my num myself... both numbers r on my Id haryana circle sim activated in oct/nov 2012 rajasthan circle sim activated in april/ may 2014.. so pl frm ur side i[censored] r able to blocked the numbers.. it kinds help for me.. so i can spare frm mis use my numbers name. veer vinay id addredd.                 मेरा सेल नो. ९९८७६९९०२१ जो की एयरटेल का है / मैंने २६/०६/२०१५ को रिचार्ज २००/- का किया था और मेरे सेल का बैलेंस अमाउंट 85.92/- पैसे था कुल अमाउंट हुआ 285.92/- पैसे / में अपने सेल से कभी भी इंटरनेट सेवाओ का उपयोग नहीं करता हूँ /इसी कारन से में नेट पेड नहीं रिचार्ज करता हूँ / पीछे दो दिनों में बिना डाटा यूज्ड किया ही मेरे बैलेंस ०००/- हो गया और मेरे सेल पर डाटा यूज्ड ऑफ होते हुए भी मेरे सारा पैसे काट गया है / आज दिनांक २९/०६/२०१५ को जब कस्टमर सर्विस में बात की तो मुझे कोई भी सन्तोषजन उत्तर नहीं दिया गया / मेरी शिकायत को भी दर्ज नहीं किया गया/ अत: मेरे सेल का पिछले रिकार्ड को भी चेक कर सकते हो / इस तरह का कार्य में साथ ये दूसरी बार हुआ है / जब मेरा बैलेंस बिना इंटरनेट का उपयोग किये बिना ऐसा हुआ है / अत: आप से विनम्र निवेदन है की मेरा ये अमाउंट को रिवर्स करने की कृपा करे / अन्यथा मुझे उपभोक्ता शिकायत का सहारा लेने को मजबूर होना पड़ रहा /यदि लोगो का पैसा ये कंपनियां इसी तरह से उड़ाते रहे तो फिर उपभोक्ताओं का क्या होगा इसका अंदाजा आप खुद ही लगा सकते हो / एक तरह तो देश के प्रधानमंत्री जी स्वेच्छया और भ्र्ष्टाचार मुक्त भारत की बात कर रहे है और देश की टेलीफ़ोन सेवाएं देने वाली एयरटेल का ये हाल है / आशा ही की आप मेरी प्रार्थना पर अवश्य ही ध्यान देंगे / संजय जैन मो. न.                     My number is [protected], i am using 3g data plan approx one month its new connection, i am suffering lots of problem for extra deduction my mb, in approx one month 3-4 time recharge on 1gb plan. I am just suffering net without downloading, without online watching video, like u tube or any thing.
                    I am humble request please check my uses and find out my problem and resolve it asap.
                    Note- i am called up customer care on 29/06/2015 at approx 11:50 am and he will responding very badly including senior.
                    If this is the service i wil switchover to another connection

                      We have taken connection of broad band with one landline phone. Your branch band is not support to work with our programme (Forticlient). We are regular follow up with your concern area incharge but nobody is supporting to resolve the matter. This connection is in the name of Rakesh Kumar vishwakarma but using in Corporate co. M/s Amco Batteries Limited, G-16/49, Transport Nagar, Lucknow. Our 2 days month is very critical because of monthly closing. We are regular follow up with the following person but not support given us till time. Mr Abhaya Kumar- He is not picking my phone. Mr Avneesh Sharma- He has same problem as above

                          On 30.5.15 I inadvertently subscribed for house of models and rs 75 was deducted.then i unsubscribed.money not refunded.on 15.6.15 a balance of 550 mb data and rs 54 was there in my mobile [protected].Also i recharged for rs 02 and 300 mb data added.on 16.6.15 morning my data balance was 42 mb and main balance zero without its use in night.it is learnt that such incidences are common practice in airtel. i want an answer. ajay kumar mob...

                              Hi, My number is [protected]. I have an Airtel data plan of 512 MB free which has NEVER crossed the limit for the past 5-6 years that I have been using Airtel. Every month my bill is around Rs.300-350. This month I got an inflated bill of Rs.911 which I found out is due to crossing the free internet useage limit of 512 MB. I have attached my bill and if you look into the itemized section, you will find that the internet useage has been around 40mb everyday from 6th June, 2015 onwards. This is due to some fishy activity which I haven't used ever. Just think, is it possible to use exactly 40MB everyday? I have attached a few screenshots highlighting the fishy transactions. I called up the customer care and they are not willing to understand the issue and are just blaming me for the internet overusage. Now, if this crazy amount is not reverted, then I have no option but to close my connection. Also note that I will NOT be paying this amount either.                                 I have problem since 26th June in my Airtel Digital TV ([protected]). No signal error B001 was only appearing on the TV screen. I registered the complaint (Ref no:[protected] on 26th June, 2015. They told me to resolve the issue till 15:30 hrs on 27th June. One call came for attending but he asked me details and asking money for service. So I referred him by clarifying my warranty period is live and I do not need to pay. Then he cut the call and nobody has come yet. The issue still persists. When I called customer care, they said call is already closed. I asked to transfer the call to senior so call was transfered but senior changed the statement and said it has been rescheduled for 9 pm on 28th June. When I was asking for reason he cut the call intensely in my continued talk. I again call customer care and they are saying it was rescheduled due to heavy rain. Fact is that there is no rain in surat city since last 3 days. On 28th June one more call came saying your call will be attended till tomorrow. This way they are delaying the calls and closing the complaints without attending. I am attaching the snaps of complaints with status. Thay are closed without resolved.

                                  No call from airtel up to now about my issues
                                  18 days gone but my problem is not resolved upto now, on regular basis after complaining between 4-5 days airtel customer support call me asking about my problem and after that they said your isssues is forwated to our senior team they resolve your issues within 3 days and after 3days same process repeated this what going from 18 days and validity of my data balance is 30 days and only 12 days left and Airtel just doing this.

                                      I, Arun sharma is having 2Nos. of Set top boxes operational, but i am unable to avail multiconnection offer @ 200Rs./Month. Sharma) Registered Mob. No.- [protected] Both the connection is having separate customer ID, one is registered on my name & other one is on my father's name. I asked the same query to airtel's executive but they denied that you Can't avail this offer, for getting this facility both connection should be on single person name. I request them to merge both the account as a single user since both connection is being used in one roof only as well as of same service provider. According to me, this is not an issue, if this is so kindly change/convert both connection on my father's name. Request Airtel to kindly co-operate & provide me to avail Multi-Tv connection facility without further delays, because i cant pay such high rentals every month inspite of having 2 connections of the same provider.
