Dear Sir,
I have bought 4G Hotspot Huawei Dongle ( Model No. E5573s-606), (IMEI: [protected]), (S/N: R3TDW[protected]) on 19th June, 2015 with 4G SIM No. [protected]. I have paid by credit card the entire sum of Rs.3350/- which includes 2GB/month for 6 months and cost of Dongle. This was the day when you announced 4G in Delhi and I immediately bought it in first half of the day itself.
The SIM is activated and I am getting yellow light and I am getting 3G connection. However, despite calling customer care many times and also re-visiting Airtel Express Store at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (where I bought the system), I am still NOT GETTING 4G (to be confirmed by green light). Even the store had mailed the problem to you in the evening of 20th June, 2015 and they had told me that it was network issue and will be cleared within 24 hours. I am still to see a 4G connection. PLEASE HELP URGENTLY.
