I have requested for Airtel broad band connection. My airtel account number [protected]. Reference number is 56750292 They charged INR 1000 towards installation. Because of their technical issues they couldn't give connection. They asked me to send cancelled cheque so that they will refund into my bank account. I sent that on 15/06/2015 to mail: [protected]@in.airtel.com But there is no response from them. and amount not credited. They said in 48 hrs amount will get credited into bank account once they receive cancelled cheque. Asked them not to send cheque as it takes long time. But no one is responding.     Dear sir/madam With reference to the above subject, I request the company to issue me a duplicate sim of my airtel up east prepaid number [protected] which I have lost two months back and even after continuously visiting and requesting to airtel relationship store for the sim I got vry unresponsible and shameful responses from the airtel representatives. They have made excuses like sim is not arrived yet, unavailability of the sim at the airtel ware house, etc. I am visiting airtel stores for my duplicate sim from one and a half month and now I got tired. The company must has to look and resolve the problems of its existing customers instead of running behind for the sake of making new customers.

      I checked the data plan in airtel site providing 1GB in 251INR.But it gave me 650MB on my recharge.I asked the same to customer care but they replied its been changed since 20th June.I recharged it on 22nd June. But their site was not updated till the evening of 22nd june, the time I recharged. So I request for clarification of same for the anomaly as this is sheer cheating and fraud of the company.why would customer pay for their mistake?

          On 29 May complained to customer care. All hd and several other channels not working, engineer. Ansari naseem on checking informed lmv not working and charged 150rs +845 fr the part, did not give receipt saying airtel will mail the receipt.later I checked the tv, channels were still not working, several days and. Calls later Ansari came checked the dtv on terrace saying new lmv not working, several complaints later raj Shukla your senior executive rudely says entire Mumbai and mah is not getting hd channels and engineer will come only when it's sunny, filed a complaint again today, engineer saif Ali sorted the problem saying Ansari has never put a new part, it is the same old part.i would like my money refunded along with a months refund for both tvs and compensation for all the mental stress including being on hold for minimum 15 minutes on every call .on complaining to supervisor AbhiShek mishra after listening to the entire complaint he says he cannot help us in any manner.

            Sir My Airtel mobile Number ([protected] issued from Punjab) has been de-activated by Airtel wef 13 Jun 15. My SIM is showing signal, but giving the message that not registered with network and still is having the balance of around Rs 70/-. I am on roaming presently. My this number is registered with my Bank as well as Sbi Card. i am facing the problem, to operate my bank as well credit card. I have registered my concerns with Airtel helpline vide PR[protected], dated 20 Jun 15. I have also given e-mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, but no solution till date. Please help

            Is Airtel playing with the customers? Closing the user complaints without giving any solution's. And giving advices to purchase new SIM.

              real theif in india are telecome company and first position to airtel hello i an shubham goyal my airtel mobile no. is ([protected]) facing a problem for airtel services for very long time. choosing airtel service is the wrost part of my life as it unnecessary cut the balance sometimes every month from 20 to 300 rupees for uneven purposes. now this time they cut 30 rupees from my account.when i talked to the coustomer care centre they firstly take the call after a long wait and when i told about the reduction then they said you have used your net to activate it. as i have not touched my phone at that time and the person who i m talking is a very rude towards me as he wants to bite me because i called in care. and he refused me said you should drop the airtel services.and he cut the phone while i m speaking. after again i called them another person also said the same thing rudely and he transfered the call to someone and that person is just a real bastered as he said rudely and misbehaved also and said the same thing again and again and he also said you all people dont know to use the phone.and when i said i will complain it to counsumer forms then he also aid go to hell and he did not give me any complain no. as their are no rules for that and said do whatever you want to do. and no. of such cases of airtel every month is more than 3000.as they try to run the company by our company. if anyone is thinking of choosing airtel i suggest please do not choose airtel as they are real theives which work in aircooled offices bloody hole airtel and their representatives.

                    Ph No - [protected] I recently moved to Delhi and I am continuing with my number which is registered in Kolkata region. I had recharged my number with the roaming pack on 10th June worth INR 84 (transaction details attached) which entitles me to get free incoming calls. Still, I am being charged for each incoming call that I receive. I tried calling their customer care but it always is busy and I have no idea how much more time (and my money) will be spent before this comes into their attention.

                      Dear Sir, I have 2 complaint. Detail as per below. 1) I have done Rs. 41 recharge (mo no. [protected]) in that whats up 200 mb free for chats purpose but when i start chats after starting mobile data connection after chats completed i have found that money deducted from my main account. 2) I have done online recharge from website rechargeitnow for same number of Rs. 45 in that shown 500 STD/LOCAL sms free but i get other scheme on my number of STD call rate deduction.                         AFTER INFORM AIRTEL SPECIAL OFFER AS SMS SERVICE THAT AT RS-45 I CAN AVAIL ROAMING FREE INCOMING SERVICE FOR 15 DAYS. BUT AFTER RECHARGE RS-45 FREE INCOMING FACILITY NOT AVAIL TILL NOW.WHEN I AM INFORM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE RUDELY BEHABE AND THEY DENY TO AVAIL THIS FACILITY AND THEY TRING TO CONVINCE THAT ON THAT RECHARGE OPTION 135MB NET BALANCE GIVEN.

                          Full summary: I requested for change in FUP plan from 100GB to 160GB. This was done on the 15th of June with the initial ref no [protected]. However this request was not processed (promised time to change plan - 30 mins) and on the 20th of June I was charged extra for exceeding 100GB. Multiple calls made on 20th for changing the plan and this was still not processed. Example Ref: [protected]. I have finally requested next billing cycle plan be downgraded (Ref [protected]) Issues: I had to pay extra because the plan was not changed when I made the request. It has been now one week since the initial request has been made. Still no update. Rgds, Ninad

                            From the past 2 weeks im not able to get 3G range in Pune i called the customer care but they keep my call on hold and dont respond or cut my call. customer service is become worse. Pune is city and 3G network should be very strong but still not getting any coverage. i have a Nexus 5 and i dont think there is any problem with my phone.

                              I lost my phone with sim card on 19/6/2015. My mobile number is [protected]. I went to Bharti Airtel(Main Branch) and made complain about this. Unfortunately I don't remember the customer care person name. He advised me to get the duplicate sim card for the same number. I purchased it, also filled the form and submitted my ID proof. they told me that it will be activated in a day. Today is 22/06/2015 and the sim is still not activated. I made call to customer care many times they told me to speak the person with whom I made this complain. The main branch is very far from my home and I am unable to go because I have office to go. I want to know when it will be activated? Please reply me back about this ASAP Thank you.

                                I have Ported my Airtel number [protected] from Postpaid to Prepaid in the month of April 2015. And from last one month I am unable to make calls and even the incoming calls have been barred from my number. Because of this I am facing severe problems at my work place. My client's are unable to reach me and I am losing Business because of this issue. I have approached several Airtel Customer care outlets and they only give reasons and not resolving the issue and they sent me to airtel Head office in Bannerghata Road, Bangalore. even there they couldnt resolve my issue. They dont even know what is wrong with my connection. I even called customer care executives, After a long long wait they spoke to me and when i told them the issue, they either disconnect or put my call on hold and dont resolve. This has been a daily tension for me. From last one month almost everyday i visit customer care outlets. I even wanted to switch the connection from airtel to other service but Airtel is not even allowing me to switch over as they are cancelling the porting request as well. Let Airtel Either resolve my issue at the earliest or grant my request to port from airtel to other service provider. Infact if this is the service provided by Airtel it is better for me to port my number to other service provider.

                                  Sir I am having prepaid Airtel connection since year 2012 bearing No. [protected] and having my pack mode of payment of Rs. 270/- for 28 days consisting of 30000 Seconds & 340 SMSs now a days. The present my pack mode of payment will culminate on 7th July 2015. But from yesterday whenever I made a call or SMS from above said mobile no.certain amount is being deducted, which is totally unauthorized & not fair on your part. I have tried at your customer care Phone Nos.121,[protected], 198 & [protected], it seems that there is problem in your system I could not talk to the concerned Customer care Executive You are therefore requested to stop this unauthorized deduction & restore the amount deducted immediately.                                     I got message on my Airtel mobile no. [protected] dated 16th May 2015 at 10:50 hrs from 'AD-650011" which is used generally by airtel to update to its consumers for sending message of new offers provided. The message was as below: "Khaas Data Offier! Rs.149=1GB (500MB+Free 524MB) 3G, 28 din. Rs.255=1GB+Free 1GB 3G, 28 din. Extra Laabh 1ghante mein.Offer 16-Jun_15 tak retailer dwara ya call 121314" I have applied on dated 13-June-2015 at 12:00 Noon for the same for Rs.149/- data. But only 450MB have been credited into my accounts with the validity of 14 days i.e. upto 26th June 2015. I briefed all the details to the consumer care of Airtel and it was suggested by Senior Officials to send all the details through e-mail to "[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com" The same was done from my self on dated 15th June 2015 and 19th June 2015 and also forwarded the same on 22nd 2015. Reply is still awaited. Pl. do the needful and credit my 3G account with extra MB.

Dear Sir, I have bought 4G Hotspot Huawei Dongle ( Model No. E5573s-606), (IMEI: [protected]), (S/N: R3TDW[protected]) on 19th June, 2015 with 4G SIM No. [protected]. I have paid by credit card the entire sum of Rs.3350/- which includes 2GB/month for 6 months and cost of Dongle. This was the day when you announced 4G in Delhi and I immediately bought it in first half of the day itself. The SIM is activated and I am getting yellow light and I am getting 3G connection. However, despite calling customer care many times and also re-visiting Airtel Express Store at Malviya Nagar, New Delhi (where I bought the system), I am still NOT GETTING 4G (to be confirmed by green light). Even the store had mailed the problem to you in the evening of 20th June, 2015 and they had told me that it was network issue and will be cleared within 24 hours. I am still to see a 4G connection.
