    i have mailed and called the billing department anormous times i am being harassed by airtel in a found of since i have the billing problem...we complained several times...they have been extremely rude to us i also complained regarding the billing ... they made our bill from 7000 to then 19000 then again from 36000 then to 75000 and now to 100000 this is extremely dissapointing i have names also ..i spoke to the senior department raveen and rakhi regarding our issue also got the complain number 62767780 another number is f[protected].. we have also informed the cops and we realy are having a difficulty... our lines were also disconnected for a long time also before the bill payment ... then i use wifi all the time so they increased our internet bill too and also on roaming they put me without sending any message... we kindly request you to take action against airtel billing department and they have realy been harrassing with foul words... please take some actions as soon as possible because this is not the right way to deal with a customer...our numbers are [protected] and [protected]...

      Hello Sir I'm a loyal Airtel Mobile customer from more than 3 years and i live in Jorhat (Assam). Our business place is at the heart of Jorhat town and BSNL Mobile Network work fine here. I have been complaning about Airtel Poor network and mostly No Network issues from last 2 years and everytime I complain they say and assure me that they will resolve it in within 2-3 weeks and 1 time they asked me 3 months time ( a year before ) And after that i tried to do MNP to BSNL mobile 2 times and both the times AIRTEL customer care personnel calls me and request me to stay with AIRTEL mobile and and assure me that they will resolve the Network issues very soon in 10-15 days but they failed to do so. But till date no Network improvement. I am loosing my business and customers because of them and they are fooling me with their fake promises. Sir i request you to please take strict action against this Mobile operator and ask them to compensate my losses and pay fine for fooling their customers. Sir I'm also attaching 5 pictures of my talks with Airtel via Twitter from last year march, and also I have many telephonic conversations with Airtel officals but no actions yet.         Phone connection keeps dropping or becomes silent

        We took airtel family plan 2 months back. Since then I am having tremendous issues with my mobile calls. Calls either keeps dropping after few minutes or becomes silent during the conversation. We have reported this to Airtel many times. They even visited our place however issue is still not resolved. I am totally fed up and going to port out as soon as I can....

        This is related with the HOPE LESS services given by Airtel, First they try to call repeatedly for the caller tune support then incase one takes the caller tune service then he/she's almost a fool to avail that. I took the caller tune as my firm's name but it was i think genuinely misinterpreted something else which i surely not willing to have. Now the balance has been deducted & i am awailing a silly unwanted tune which even after complaining in not being changed. i am ready to pay some more money for having my firms name as a tune but call centres are CUTTING THE CALL AFTER FEW DICUSSIONS. tHIS HAPPEND TO ME 5, 6 TIMES. I am really hopeless from airtel & would like to port all my family members conatacts & also my firm's people. may be airtel was good initially but are loosers now. This kind of services shall not atall be entertained by any customer.

            I have been a loyal customer to airtel for more than 8 years now . I am using a postpaid no ([protected]) . From last 2 months i am using roaming services of airtel . I was told that roaming charges would be 80 paise per minute for both STD and local once i exceed the free usage pulse allotted to me . But to my horror when i checked the bill yesterday i released that have charged 1.15 rupees per minute for STD calls . Airtel has inflated the bill and sent it across to me . When i raised the issue with the customer care, they were unable to figure out the issue . They kept on telling that they would give the discount and they expected me to drop the issue for which i refused . I told them i would like to speak to their manager, so arrange a call back . They told me that they have arranged a callback within an hour, till date i have never got a call back . I already called up thrice and i have been wasting the time explaining the issue over and over again . They have given me the reference no[protected], please look into the issue as soon as possible . As a customer it hurts to see Airtel treating us in such a bad way . I have been literally begging airtel to arrange a call back . All my efforts have turned Futile .

              We are using around 10 Mobile Connections at our place and giving the monthly business of Rs. 10, 000/- to the company. From last 2 months we are chasing Airtel for connectivity problem in our area but no one cares for customers like us. Neither the call center people bother nor the management. They have sent the technical team also and they release the problem is big and there is a need of telecom tower in our area. And they have informed the same to the management but Today we have got the reply that Airtel management will not do any thing for this problem so we can switch to any other telecom company of our choose. If the company like airtel is not bother to solve the connectivity problem then why the Indian Govt had given them telecom license. I request the competent authorities to look into the matter and guide me how can the problem can be solved and what action the govt can take against these kind of companies who are not bother for there clients.                 Connection got disconnected on 28th june and still yet to be rectified. daily morning am getting an SMS stating the problem will be resolved next day from monday onwards. Even today i get an SMS that it will be solved next day at 4PM. I have to call the customer care and check the status of the request and those doesnt even bother to call and inform me what is the problem behind it. I am paying 1300 everymonth even though the connection is not restored. God Save me

                  My name is Karni Singh and my Airtel Mobile number is - [protected]. On 21.4.2015 I had initiated a recharge of ₹ 1000 which failed due to some technical issue. (Transaction ID[protected] I was still charged for the same and have been waiting for the refund since then. I have called number of times but there has been no help at all. On 25.6.2015 I was assured that I will get a call back but it's 30.6.2015 today and still no response. (please check my customer care history for the same). As a responsible company, your employee should have resolved the same by now. I am a 14 year old Airtel Customer but now ashamed of your customer care department. Kindly initiate my portability process of you cannot resolve the same in 48 hrs.

                    My name is Dalehwar prajapati . My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 30th June, 2015 at 2:17 pm that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. Also resolve 220.226.188.56 Web address pop up window. whenever i browse any website its redirect this web address, i just hate this kind of inconvenience.

Recently I upgraded my phone, however Airtel charged me for Rs. 49 against a game however I never bought one. I registered complaint online at Airtel website however there was no follow up.                         While I was waiting for my 1st concern to resolve. I have another challenge while recharging my no. [protected] from my Airtel App. I have clearly pic the offer that gives Rs. 100 full talktime recharge, however I received around 83 Rs. Now I habeas 2 concerns one is on my othere mobile for Rs. 49 & the latest issue for Rs. 17.

                        Please look in to this & do the needful asap.

                        Prior filing my complaint here, I wrote an e-mail at airtel.[protected]@airtel.com. However there was no response.

                        While I was waiting for my 1st concern to resolve. I have another challenge while recharging my no. [protected] from my Airtel App. I have clearly pic the offer that gives Rs. 100 full talktime recharge, however I received around 83 Rs. Now I habeas 2 concerns one is on my othere mobile for Rs. 49 & the latest issue for Rs. 17.

                        Please look in to this & do the needful asap.

                            Hi,

                            I got a call from airtel to convert to a postpaid plan of rs 330.

                            The lady said i would be getting:-
                            1) 500 mb data
                            2) 750 std+ local minutes
                            3) 300 sms

                            I reconfirmed and she said it's the best plan.
                            So i said ok. Then one person came and took my documents.(Contact number of the
                            Person:- [protected])

                            The number got converted. Got a call and they said data plan will start in few
                            Minutes. It did and i started using the internet happily.

                            Then i just checked my balance and it was saying rs 197 unbilled amount
                            (Excluding rental). Send a tweet and called airtel office, i was surprised that
                            There was no internet pack.

                            No one called that there was not any internet pack or that i was not having a
                            330 pack.

                            This is such a pain. Since i converted my number, am feeling like it was a big
                            Mistake to trust airtel.

                            Now airtel refuses to accept this and they have billed me rs 300 for 6 days of postpaid.

                              In the first week of May 2015, I enquired with the Airtel office in Marathalli, Bangalore about what action I need to do to put my landline[protected] and broadband in safe Custody. I was advised to call Airtel on the day of my departure and request Airtel to do so. Accordingly, I telephoned Airtel on 14 May 2015 evening and requested to put my Landline and Broadband on Safe Custody. This was confirmed by the Airtel executive. I was told that I will be charged Rs 150 per month for three months for the 3 month period of Safe Custody, up to August 14, 2015. I have not used my Landline or Airtel Broadband Since then, as I am away abroad. Now I note that I have been served with a bill for Rs 1024.86 due before 16 July 2015. This is outright cheating by Airtel. Airtel billing department and service department do not seem to be connected to each other. I have also logged into my Airtel account with my login and sent this complaint. I have not received any acknowledgement from Airtel so far. I demand an immediate rectification of the above bill and a confirmation mail from Airtel.

                                    I want to put your kind attentiion on the misbehave & raugh language used against me by Your airtel Collection Centre (near Ittanwala chowk Ludhiana), head Mr Rajnish alongwith ordered me to leave the showroom.on when i request him to accept my bill payment.                                       i hav lost my samsung grand mobile.. it had two sims. both r of Airtel numbers 1) [protected] Haryana circle 2) [protected] Rajasthan cicle but i m unable to block the numbers.. due to my illness... now i m admitted in hospital.. the mobile was lost 3 days before..on tomarow i will on opted for an major operation.. may it can take 15 days more to blocked my num myself... both numbers r on my Id haryana circle sim activated in oct/nov 2012 rajasthan circle sim activated in april/ may 2014.. so pl frm ur side i[censored] r able to blocked the numbers.. it kinds help for me.. so i can spare frm mis use my numbers name. veer vinay id addredd.
