I am writing this complain on behalf of my Retired Father. His name is PK Saxena, he lives in B16, Nehru Apartment, Nehru Nagar 3rd, Ghaziabad U.P.(201001)
He bought this house in 2009, and my family shifted in this house in 2010, then they saw the airtel Internet connection out box installed in our house premises. It was a shock for us. It is installed in our outer porch wall, which is covered by almost 6 meter tall wall. In this space we keep our washing machine, our plants, our few expensive articles and we use this space for our day to day house chores activity. In short this space is not a public property. However, Airtel employee enter/ climb/ jump in this space without any prior information on pretext of repairing this box or making any new connection. With passing years their frequency on entering our house without our permission has increased. My father is having sleepless night because it is highly unsafe for my parents. This situation is indicator of how your Airtel ignore a common man problem. My father has gone so many times to Ghaziabad based Airtel office, handed over application stating please shift your Airtel box somewhere else but, to our Surprise AIRTEL, has a good system of passing on issues to one team to other. We called customer care, and they said WE CANNOT HELP. I am writing this complain to ask, WHO WILL HELP US THEN? I cannot leave my parents with this situation anyone can start jumping in our house and who knows with what intention they come again and again in our house. From last one year, we are holding construction in that area, but now we have our own need. That land belong to us NOT TO AIRTEL. We are not responsible for any damage happening to your airtel box during construction time. My parents have suffered a lot of mental tension due to this already, we request you to take action, else by July first week we will start with our construction. I hope someone out there can help us.
This second time i am writing. Nobody from AIRTEL CALLED US.
