Airtel postpaid Complaint no. 62458877 Mobile data not working. Complaint filed on 11th June 2015. Committed resolution date by company 18th June. But no resolution as of now. While online tracking status of the complaint says "resolved". But actually no resolution, no feedback received from company. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

    sir, i am complaining for over a month on your telephone numbers, twitter, facebook but no one is ready to help me. there is no proper services for over a month and the worst part is all i am getting phone calls but of no benefit. i want you to help me on this and if not possible then tell me upfront why waste our time. i will then atleast change my connection.           From last 3 days. I'm unable to make any call from Airtel number to Airtel number. I have never faced such bad service in last 15 years from any telecom provider. customer care said that our server is down. Great from last 3 days server is down and listed as top telecom provider is sleeping...

            Mobile number [protected] I got SmS tat recharge of Rs 294 and get 1gb 3g data, all call rate 30p per min, 103 talktime.. But its not working... The worst service by airtel.. When ever i call customer care i have to wait for 15mins and finally they give wrong information and disconnect call automatically..

              my airtel fixed line number :[protected], and my account number is [protected], on january your company retailer said that if we pay 1500 rs he will deactivate the account because we are moving to our native place frm there, your company employee came our home and we paid the bill, they have send a email staed that they will deactivate it in 2 hrs, but now account is still running and they are saying that we have a due amount 3441 rs. it is so harsh and resolve it now...

                Dear Sir, I have bought HD+ Value Prime 12HD Plus package on 17-Jun-15. In the list given on the site, “star sports 3”, "Hungama" is listed and I bought package based on that. Now from last 2 days I am calling at 121 and getting response that star sports 3 is not in my package. I have never been cheated like this at least from Airtel. Even I don’t know and can’t check all 136 channels which are promised and not being transmitted on my HD+ connection.

                  Hi Team, This is very disappointing from the service of airtel, Today I have recharge of Rs. 246 for 1Gb data from paytm application, then received message from airtel "3G Plan is now activated on your airtel mobile Create your own myPack Call 1294, Dial *129*4#, www.airtel.in/mypack" But I m unable to see 3g network and then from *121# enable my 3g also and calls up 121 customer care after a long hearing all the option when I m about to reach customer care representative call get disconnected.                     i've bought data plan of 955 on dated 13 june 15, using airtel my app which mentioned i was suppose to get 6 gb and i recieved only 4 gb, i've talked on 198 helpline but of no avail, they've raised a complaint and even after a week they keep saying you'll get 4 gb only. Even though, till today they have the same offer available on their app. my transaction id is 371252, i really appreciate i could get my remaining 2 gb back. I'm attaching the snapshot of app history mentioning 6 gb for 955, recharged in specified date. also attaching the snapshot of plan mentioned in airtel my app

I frequently checked my usage data by sending request to customer care they sent not more than 1gb which is my monthly limit every time .. then I happily used data .. but yesterday I got bill which is showing excess amount .. . I have proof msgs from customer care which showing not more than 1 GB . .

                          I recharged for watspp 200mb yesterday and my talk time got debited by 150 rs yesterday. tried my best to connect to airtel customer care yesterday couldnt connect to executive.Today again the same thing then what is the point in charging for the same, on the top of that i recharged for ISD offers it was also not availed because of that i again lost 238 rs today. i guess they know only how to debit money from customers not to credit it back. their service is so bad. they are cheating customers

I was in roaming from 5th to 15th june 2015 where I have no network to use internet. Back to Delhi on 16th June where I used 294 MB data only and which is showing OK in my mobile data usage. Suddenly I got message from airtel that 'you have consumed all your data' . Tried to get help from aitel customer care but no action yet. They are just forcing me to agree upon I have used all data which is very disappointing. Please someone help. Biswajit [protected]

But after completion of six months company raised/ the bill and send me to be paid. But he Does not response and i have again to again request but he says that you courier has been transfered but i have not recieve my Airtel bills and I have not satisfy to Your Pigeon Courier Service So I Complaint to You .                                   I'm using airtel prepaid. I did a recharge for 3g 103rs and I got a 3g data of 300mb. When I use the internet from the data which I had, same time airtel is deducting from my main balance and making the amount zero. This happened with me many times and specifically happened with me continuously on 15th June'15, 16th June'15 and 17th June'15. Airtel people having rights to deduct from my main balance only when I finish my data. But here in my case they continuously deducting from my main balance even if I have a date. If I call to the customer care nobody is responding to my query. One of the executive said, they can't refund full, if I want they can refund Rs.24. They deducted my money like anything from me without my fault and saying that they can't refund my money. I request you to help me on this to avoid this kind of cheating. See my attached screenshot. Still I have a balance. only reason I use the internet because I have the data showing when I check it or else I would have recharged and use it.

                                    I am writing this complain on behalf of my Retired Father. His name is PK Saxena, he lives in B16, Nehru Apartment, Nehru Nagar 3rd, Ghaziabad U.P.(201001) He bought this house in 2009, and my family shifted in this house in 2010, then they saw the airtel Internet connection out box installed in our house premises. It was a shock for us. It is installed in our outer porch wall, which is covered by almost 6 meter tall wall. In this space we keep our washing machine, our plants, our few expensive articles and we use this space for our day to day house chores activity. In short this space is not a public property. However, Airtel employee enter/ climb/ jump in this space without any prior information on pretext of repairing this box or making any new connection. With passing years their frequency on entering our house without our permission has increased. My father is having sleepless night because it is highly unsafe for my parents. This situation is indicator of how your Airtel ignore a common man problem. My father has gone so many times to Ghaziabad based Airtel office, handed over application stating please shift your Airtel box somewhere else but, to our Surprise AIRTEL, has a good system of passing on issues to one team to other. We called customer care, and they said WE CANNOT HELP. I am writing this complain to ask, WHO WILL HELP US THEN? I cannot leave my parents with this situation anyone can start jumping in our house and who knows with what intention they come again and again in our house. From last one year, we are holding construction in that area, but now we have our own need. That land belong to us NOT TO AIRTEL. We are not responsible for any damage happening to your airtel box during construction time. My parents have suffered a lot of mental tension due to this already, we request you to take action, else by July first week we will start with our construction. I hope someone out there can help us. This second time i am writing. Nobody from AIRTEL CALLED US.

                                    Hello Mr Umesh Arora and Rakesh Kumar,

                                    We never had any AIRTEL Connection, so how can we give you the airtel number? same problem we face with your customer care. We told you thousand times we donot have any Airtel Internet connection ever. Your box is installed in illegal manner in our premises. You could have sent any Airtel person to the mentioned address but no you didnt. Instead you still asking us details.

                                    Please note we have started our construction work. After Dusshera we will built a door and will enclosed that area. We are just fade up with your response. You could have given us your number. We could have called you. We waited for a AIRTEL GUY but instead we only get written polite words but no action. Good system you have.

                                    It is your Setup box, and it is your concern now. We like a good sensible citizen wrote to you and also registered our complain on your AIRTEL website with our contact number. But till this date no action. We cannot chase you now.

                                      1. The matter was taken up with Nodal Officer and Appellate Authorities of Airtel but no positive response. 2. Complaint under Consumer Protection Act was lodged with Hon'ble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum on 9th Dec'14 ( by post ). Not acknowledged so far. 3. Thereafter sent an E-mail to the State Redressal Forum on 2nd Jan'15. Also addressed the complain to the Registrar National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 8th Jan'15. None of the authorities acknowledged the complaint so far. 4. I was out of country from Feb 15 to April 15. As such could not pursue the issue . 5. The copy of the complaint can be provided, if you are able to help me in pursuing the issue further.                                         Hi Team, I am a user of Airtel Wifi through my Wifi dongle and getting charged for heavy 3G plans but the signal is quite low @ my place. I have contacted Airtel customer care regarding this around 10 times. They always say that sir we will ask our networking team to get in touch with you and resolve the issue. But its been 3 months now that I have been trying to contact them and tell our issue but seems they are not bothered about customer issues and showing ZERO sales service. They just want customers to pay money to them for 3G plans whether they get service or not. My data card no. is [protected]. The company can contact me at my registered no [protected]
