      I am using two Airtel Digital TV connections (Cust ID [protected]) - one is HD and other is Standard. On April 2015, I called customer care to put my standard connection on Safe custody. It was informed to me that Rs. 30b will be charged for activation purpose. However, it was NOT informed to me that this Safe custody will be valid for one month only. Today when I called customer care to Re-activate my connection, I have been informed that Safe custody was automatically deactivated on 17-May-2015 and since then I have been charged at normal rate. But, for this I have not received any information. Also, when I switched on the TV today, I found the channels are still not coming (Error code - 6 : Account suspended). Note that I have enough balance in my account and I have kept my set top box on for long time to see if the channels are coming. So, basically I have been harassed in multiple ways : First, it was not informed to me that Safe custody activation is for one month only. Second, when the Safe custody was deactivated no intimation sent to me and charges started to be deducted. Third, Account remaining in suspended state even though charges are being deducted till today. I request Airtel to resolve the issue immediately and refund the charges deducted from 17-May to till date. Note that I am using Airtel digital TV for more that six years now and it is highly disappointing for me to face this kind of harassment.

        I activated blackberry internet pack on my airtel number ([protected]) on 6th june 2015 . with that my main account balance was also deducted without any reason (I dont have any value added services on my number) . I called customer care services to request a refund but they denied to do so .they dont even have any idea regarding this problem they just blankly replied that they wont refund . They just wasted my time didnt provided any solution . After wasteing so much of time they ultimate said this problem cannot be resolved by us you may call to blackberry service 7070 . seriously what was that when this was the ultimate option why they were just kept me holding for so long . All i want is either refund my deducted balance or refund my 399rs that i spend on my blackberry internet pack which never worked .I hope that you will look into the matter . thankyou

            I recharged my airtel number with a plan 1GB + 200MB (3G DATA). I only got 872MB as a balance. I called the customer care and they informed me that the data plans have been changed. I asked them to cancel my recharge but they didnt do anything. I am really disappointed from Bharti airtel services. I will criticize airtel services forever until I receive an apology and some free coupon. This is cheating customers and I will not sit idle. Airtel cannot cheat customers like this.

              Hello Sir, This to inform that I have filing a legal case against Airtel since from last 2 months balance is been deducted from this stupid service laila which is activated from your side without my acknowledgement.                 I am a AIRTEL Port IN Customer with the Number [protected], also registered in DND from last few years. Inspite of a DND Customer I am getting Promotion Calls like Credit Cards, NGO on my number very frequently, although my Number is registered in Banking sites but I have not registered for any sort of Promotional Calls to the best of My Knowledge.

                    We got a new Airtel 4G connection and called up airtel helpdesk to get the activation done from our Primary/Alternate Contact number and they promised us it will be activated in 30min. After 2 hours when i logged in, it was nt activated yet. I called up the helpdesk 4 times but they refused to listen to me, adamnatly saying to call from alternate number ( my husband number from where we called in the morning). Now he had left for office, i was calling from my number. There were 2 girls : MEGHNA AND RENUKA, both of them stupid and adamant. Though my number is also there in their data base, they are not understanding the gravity of the situation and speaking . These exceutives are nonsense people, who just learn their pre defined script and speak that.

                      I had bought airtel prepaid sim card ([protected] (Rs150)) from Mahalxmi Mobile shop, Destination center, Magarpatta city, Hadapsar, Pune 411013 on 10June2015. I was told that sim will be activated in 24 hours but its not activated after 144 hours. I connected with customer care & then visited airtel gallery as per their advice. In airtel gallery I was tole retailer hasn't submitted the new sim application with relevant document hence airtel can not start processing. Retailer says he submitted documents on 11 June 2015 & Airtel hasnt done processing. Both are passing buck on each other & my sim is not activated so far. Please do the needful activate my sim today or please refunc my money so I can buy connection from other efficient service provider.

Loc Calls 40p/min, STD Calls 35p/min for 55 Days has been activated at Rs93.BUT I not get this benefits instead they activated 100 ISD CALLING VALUE ON MY NO.                           I requested deconsolidate request on 2nd Jun 15. The reference no.is 62206309. But still now the query not resolved. Again I raised the same on 9th June. Feference no. for this is 62427276. Every time they said within two days the issue will be resolved. But no changesin the process.Within the period I paid my bills for Apr & May. Bill payment reference no.for April month is[protected].And May month is [protected]. Even though My mobile outgoing & internet service has stopped from today morning itself (16/06/15). I highly disappointed with this even the bill payment is made & the service has stopped.

                            I hav changed my simcard from 3g to 4g by taking a new one.It has been 15 days since i hav taken a new sim of 4g.Bt still thers a H+ sign only that is been generated and signal is also coming of H+ only.And LTE signal is not being displayed. I hav tried calling on 121 a many times bt i hav not received any proper attention and answer regarding my calling them many times and complaining a many times.They are responding us to call at airtel gallery.I hav tried calling at gallery also bt still there is no response of them towards us. The customer care people are telling me to go to airtel gallery and airtel gallery people are telling me to go to customer care and talk to them.Then now wat should i do exactly?? After that i mailed to total of 3 nos that is basically 121 + Nodal Officerand + appelate.west; but still wat i hav got by talking to them is just courage and console. After that i received a call from appellate.west and nodal officer after some time that we hav registered your complaint.We will solve your problem in 24 hours and will come back to you again. As soon as the call ended i received 3 sms that your problem has been solved. This is truely your good and awesome way to fool a customer! Isn't it? I hav checked trying that sim in 4 mobiles bt its not working in any of the one. Which is:- 1 - Samsung Galaxy A5 2 - Apple Iphone 5c 3 - Lenovo Vibe X2 4 - Huwaei Honor 4X And if you want to check it in any of the model then please let us know that specific model no.Bt if you think this then i am sure that you may be also thinking that you can easily fool mumbaikar's is your misconception.                               Yesterday there was a message received on my number i.e. [protected] that do recharge of Rs 175 and get 1.5GB data, 28D .Extra benefit 1 ghante mein. I did the same on [protected] and still today when I was writing this email no extra benefit on recharge was credited on my number . Do the needful . I APPROACHED YOUR VELACHERRY OFFICE FOR A DUPLICATE SIM( MOB NO. [protected])ON 6 JUN 15. MRS. ASHA OF YOUR OFFICE PROMISED THAT THE OLD SIM WILL BE DEACTIVATED WITHIN TEN MINUTES AND NEW SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED AFTER TEN MINUTES.IT WAS NOT ACTIVATED FOR NEXT 72 HOURS. ON SECOND APPROACH THEY HAD DIACTIVATED THE OLD SIM AND THE NEW SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED SO FAR. MRS ASHA WHO HAD SUPERVISED ALL THE THINGS IS NOT PICKING UP THE MOBILE . NECESSARY ACTION MAY PLEASE BE TAKEN AT THE EARLIEST.

                                  I deactivated 3G services on my phone and then activated another package after a couple of hours. But I do not have any 3G services on my phone. I tried getting through to the Customer Care executive through 121, 198 and one more phone number, at the end of which every call got disconnected.

                                    I have applied for Airtel Wiredline broadband online on 5th June. I have selected Fibernet internet connection and paid INR 1000 online. After few hours I got a call from Airtel executive who confirmed that Fibernet Airtel connection is not available at my Address and asked me to cancel the online request and apply for Copper wire Airtel internet connection. I did the same. I gave cancellation request on [protected]@in.airtel.com. My CAF application number is ONPUNE[protected]. Airtel keep on saying since then that issue will be resolved in 2 days but none of the executive ever calls. The executive number is [protected]. He has stopped picking my call. I want a quick action to be taken against such company who is continuously harassing the customers.

                                      Hi, I have screwed with you guys... my friend have purchased two sim from ASHOK-[protected] on 6 june, he told her that both sim will activate after 2 days and he asked for 500 rupees as security. After 2 days my friend called him, he told her that it will activate today(10 june) but till now (15 june) no sim get activated. Both sim has a slip over cover having IMSI Numbers :- [protected] [protected] sim number :- [protected] [protected] But he told her that these wrapper were not same as sim including it... He gave sim number as [protected] [protected] She called him again number of times but he never picked the call and if after 50 calls he recieved he said mam i ll give your money back i ll come to your office soon. Then after that he switched off his phone. Bloody hell how can AIRTEL be so irresponsible to hire such people. I ll do police complaint against him . I have posted his phone number with his name Ashok. I want all compensation from AIRTEL. When I called to customer care from another postpaid airtel then I would get to know that [protected] this number had already registered for any other customer. Customer care executive told her that they already had documents against this number [protected] and didn't get any documents against [protected]. Is Ashok is an employee of your company or not .If yes, then fire him ASAP and give me full compensation. Ashok should be fired. I also mailed to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com regarding above complaint but didn't get any response yet . This shows how irresponsible AIRTEL is, they do not bother about their customer..

                                        For the past 2 months, Airtel DTH call center agents are calling me for pending payments for DTH connection that they claim I have. Here is the story, I disconnected the Airtel DTH service by following all proceeders suggested by their DTH support team and this happened about 2 months ago which is April 2015. I even received a call from their Head office confirming that the DTH connection has been disconnected and the agent also assured me that I will receive my 1000 rs credits that I had in my Airtel account before canceling the connection. But Airtel did not cancel my connection, instead they charged my account every day even after disconnection and after consuming all the credits I have had in my account and I have been receiving calls every 2/3 days asking me to 1) pay for the service that I had cancelled 2) to explain the same thing over and over again 3) they also claim that I did not cancel the DTH connection. I do not have any proof to substantiate that I have cancelled my DTH connection since everything happened over the phone. Please advice and help me out of this.
