I am using two Airtel Digital TV connections (Cust ID [protected]) - one is HD and other is Standard. On April 2015, I called customer care to put my standard connection on Safe custody. It was informed to me that Rs. 30b will be charged for activation purpose. However, it was NOT informed to me that this Safe custody will be valid for one month only. Today when I called customer care to Re-activate my connection, I have been informed that Safe custody was automatically deactivated on 17-May-2015 and since then I have been charged at normal rate. But, for this I have not received any information. Also, when I switched on the TV today, I found the channels are still not coming (Error code - 6 : Account suspended). Note that I have enough balance in my account and I have kept my set top box on for long time to see if the channels are coming.
So, basically I have been harassed in multiple ways :
First, it was not informed to me that Safe custody activation is for one month only.
Second, when the Safe custody was deactivated no intimation sent to me and charges started to be deducted.
Third, Account remaining in suspended state even though charges are being deducted till today.
I request Airtel to resolve the issue immediately and refund the charges deducted from 17-May to till date.
Note that I am using Airtel digital TV for more that six years now and it is highly disappointing for me to face this kind of harassment.

Updated by ch.pratik Update : Airtel has contacted me. I have requested for refund of the amount which has been deducted from 17 May to till date. They have informed that they will contact me with further detail within 48 hours.
