On 29 May complained to customer care. All hd and several other channels not working, engineer. Ansari naseem on checking informed lmv not working and charged 150rs +845 fr the part, did not give receipt saying airtel will mail the receipt.later I checked the tv, channels were still not working, several days and. Calls later Ansari came checked the dtv on terrace saying new lmv not working, several complaints later raj Shukla your senior executive rudely says entire Mumbai and mah is not getting hd channels and engineer will come only when it's sunny, filed a complaint again today, engineer saif Ali sorted the problem saying Ansari has never put a new part, it is the same old part.i would like my money refunded along with a months refund for both tvs and compensation for all the mental stress including being on hold for minimum 15 minutes on every call .on complaining to supervisor AbhiShek mishra after listening to the entire complaint he says he cannot help us in any manner.
