I'm using airtel prepaid. I did a recharge for 3g 103rs and I got a 3g data of 300mb. When I use the internet from the data which I had, same time airtel is deducting from my main balance and making the amount zero. This happened with me many times and specifically happened with me continuously on 15th June'15, 16th June'15 and 17th June'15. Airtel people having rights to deduct from my main balance only when I finish my data. But here in my case they continuously deducting from my main balance even if I have a date. If I call to the customer care nobody is responding to my query. One of the executive said, they can't refund full, if I want they can refund Rs.24. They deducted my money like anything from me without my fault and saying that they can't refund my money. I request you to help me on this to avoid this kind of cheating. See my attached screenshot. Still I have a balance. only reason I use the internet because I have the data showing when I check it or else I would have recharged and use it.

    I am writing this complain on behalf of my Retired Father. His name is PK Saxena, he lives in B16, Nehru Apartment, Nehru Nagar 3rd, Ghaziabad U.P.(201001) He bought this house in 2009, and my family shifted in this house in 2010, then they saw the airtel Internet connection out box installed in our house premises. It was a shock for us. It is installed in our outer porch wall, which is covered by almost 6 meter tall wall. In this space we keep our washing machine, our plants, our few expensive articles and we use this space for our day to day house chores activity. In short this space is not a public property. However, Airtel employee enter/ climb/ jump in this space without any prior information on pretext of repairing this box or making any new connection. With passing years their frequency on entering our house without our permission has increased. My father is having sleepless night because it is highly unsafe for my parents. This situation is indicator of how your Airtel ignore a common man problem. My father has gone so many times to Ghaziabad based Airtel office, handed over application stating please shift your Airtel box somewhere else but, to our Surprise AIRTEL, has a good system of passing on issues to one team to other. We called customer care, and they said WE CANNOT HELP. I am writing this complain to ask, WHO WILL HELP US THEN? I cannot leave my parents with this situation anyone can start jumping in our house and who knows with what intention they come again and again in our house. From last one year, we are holding construction in that area, but now we have our own need. That land belong to us NOT TO AIRTEL. We are not responsible for any damage happening to your airtel box during construction time. My parents have suffered a lot of mental tension due to this already, we request you to take action, else by July first week we will start with our construction. I hope someone out there can help us. This second time i am writing. Nobody from AIRTEL CALLED US.

    Hello Mr Umesh Arora and Rakesh Kumar,

    We never had any AIRTEL Connection, so how can we give you the airtel number? same problem we face with your customer care. We told you thousand times we donot have any Airtel Internet connection ever. Your box is installed in illegal manner in our premises. You could have sent any Airtel person to the mentioned address but no you didnt. Instead you still asking us details.

    Please note we have started our construction work. After Dusshera we will built a door and will enclosed that area. We are just fade up with your response. You could have given us your number. We could have called you. We waited for a AIRTEL GUY but instead we only get written polite words but no action. Good system you have.

    It is your Setup box, and it is your concern now. We like a good sensible citizen wrote to you and also registered our complain on your AIRTEL website with our contact number. But till this date no action. We cannot chase you now.

      1. The matter was taken up with Nodal Officer and Appellate Authorities of Airtel but no positive response. 2. Complaint under Consumer Protection Act was lodged with Hon'ble District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum on 9th Dec'14 ( by post ). Not acknowledged so far. 3. Thereafter sent an E-mail to the State Redressal Forum on 2nd Jan'15. Also addressed the complain to the Registrar National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission on 8th Jan'15. None of the authorities acknowledged the complaint so far. 4. I was out of country from Feb 15 to April 15. As such could not pursue the issue . 5. The copy of the complaint can be provided, if you are able to help me in pursuing the issue further.         Hi Team, I am a user of Airtel Wifi through my Wifi dongle and getting charged for heavy 3G plans but the signal is quite low @ my place. I have contacted Airtel customer care regarding this around 10 times. They always say that sir we will ask our networking team to get in touch with you and resolve the issue. But its been 3 months now that I have been trying to contact them and tell our issue but seems they are not bothered about customer issues and showing ZERO sales service. They just want customers to pay money to them for 3G plans whether they get service or not. My data card no. is [protected]. The company can contact me at my registered no [protected]

          It was my Airtel Post Paid Number in the Name of Mr Ashish Bist, SO of S.S Bist, which was issued in my name through my original Identification Record details.In the Month of December I was not able to pay my bills because i was stuck in Uttaranchal due to accident and bill was paid later by my Brother with all the LPC charges but they never activated my service so since month of December 2014 i have not got my number.I made several Request and later complaints as well but all in Vain.They always makes me fool and gives me lame excuse because my number [protected] which i bought in the Year 2011, which is five years Old and they are trying to sell this number in higher price.Its my humble request to look into my complaint as this is complete consumer Rights violation.

          Thanks for concerning about my problem .I came too many times in your help centre nearby to my residence but they were not switching ON my number.Your airtel service employer left me no chance than registring complaint .it's my humble request to you to get me out of this.
          With your company i had made so longer connection just because i think that it's best in services and customer satisfaction but after this it's very hard for me to believe in your services.Now it's very hard for me to pass more time please ON the services of my no. As soon as possible .

              Airtel recently introduced roaming tariff for Maharashtra and Goa numbers, if they live or travel to Mumbai. First of all, I don't understand why they introduced this. Many people got message that, to avoid roaming tariffs once has to do recharge of Rs 4 only ( for 60 days ) I got these messages multiple time. But, this recharge was not available at Store or online anywhere. When I inquired at customer care, they said that I have to do recharge of Rs.12. I am surprised with the kind of response I got from CC. Nowhere they sent this notification to any of the customer. This is totally misleading act from Airtel.

Though other problems have been resolved by taking number of steps by me. But, the Internet connection is not activated till date. I have recharge my no.[protected] with airtel app there mention a3g data plan 259 for 1 gb but they are activated different sceme and when I calling customer service he says the plan is updated and that's no t my fault because his airtel app is not updated... Please solve my issue and activate my same data plans ..

                        I am a resident of Electronic City Phase 1 in Bangalore city. Over the last 6-7 months the network services provided by airtel has been terrible. 3G services are always activated on my phone but most of the time I can't even send a simple text through 'Whatsapp'. The network is such that I cannot even book a cab in most situations. I have restart my phone at east 3-4 times during a day so as to refresh my network. Even after that the internet seems to work fine for 30-45 mins but beyond that the same problem starts again. The problem is not only with the internet service, it is also with calling services. On multiple occasions my phone is out of reach. Moreover, I have tried calling the customer complaint number 198 on multiple occasions but I never get through to a customer representative even after staying on the line for 5 mins. This service has been really pathetic and the company has done nothing about it. This needs to be rectified. Also, I am not the only one suffering from this problem. Other customers have similar issues.

                          Date: 18th June, 2015 Client Number: [protected] Description: I've been using airtel for years now. The service offered used to be top class. Recently I moved to Pune. I did not want to change my number and thus I've continued using the same sim card. However, the network quality dropped and the roaming rates spiked. While I could manage with their initial roaming rates, last month they spiked the rates and it is no longer financially feasible to continue using Airtel services. I tried contacting 121 and found out the procedure to port the number. However, I'm unable to send any kind of messages from my phone. I tried to submit a complaint with 198. After 8 minutes on the line, a customer service executive picked up the call and said he cannot answer any query as my sim card is registered in Kerala. I called the Kerala number that he gave me then, but I could not get through to another executive and now my sim card is blocked from contacting the customer care services. I tried then to call the nodal officer, but however, that was another pointless effort. I selected the section where I tried contacting 121 and 198 and failed and the only response I got was to call 121 or 198. Desired Resolution: If Airtel can assure good service, well and good. Otherwise, I want to port my number to a better service provider.

                            Ref: My postpaid no [protected] Airtel Mumbai circle. Since 26/5/15, I have a very slow data speed on 2G. On 26/5/15 SMS was received and since then, Nodal and Appellate Mumbai both are writing contradicting statements (within the sae email) stating that my quota has been used and so the reduced speed. In the same email they are confirming I have used 304MB of my quota of 720MB. Please help. I have 40 emails, 2 Airtel Express visits 4-5 calls done, and am helpless.

                              I made an online transaction on 15th June 2015 against an advertisement requesting for charity in the below website https://my-airtel.com/pay/SelfcareTopUp/LPrmVL3DMj3CheudFfGuhSx2Fu8UJKJQoPT/ The transaction amount entered was Rs.10 After entering my details and OTP for the transaction, the result came as transaction failure. But Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my SBI bank account no: [protected] and credited to POS PRCH POS[protected] WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI Please resolve this issue in a day or two. If not resolved, I will file a complaint against Airtel (I thought it would be a safe transaction since it was Airtel's official website) to the Cyber Crime wing of Police Department and also go to the news papers to highlight these type fraudulent loop holes available in Airtel money (which is being advertised as very safe over the television).                                 Hi guys, i have made the payment of 1672r. yesterday and it hasn't been reflected in my airtel account.I have a payment receipt with the me .I called to customer care and talked to even manager's but they said they don't have access to track the transaction reference number.Now how should i actually contact them.I mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com. and they says this reference transaction number doesn't exist. My account has been deactivated due to this and i still don't know how to enable it.What about my money which i paid. Worst payment service i have ever seen. Kindly Help me in this case.As proof i am attaching my bank statement and the bill generated by airtel.

Please note that our problem is still continuing at same place. Airtel Officers are self closing our complaint. No technical person came and solve this issue.                                       Dear Sir, we have 20 Airtel CUG connections in our office. The signal in this area is very weak for the last 2 months. No effort has been done by the Airtel Mobile service to repair or look into the issue inspite of several complain to the service persons or customer cell . All the customers are facing problems and not able to use the mobile. The strength keeps on fluctuating through out the day. It is requested to solve the above issue at the earliest and covey this problem to the highest authorities of the company..
