as per airtel on duty customer care officer Hot Chillies services started on 2nd june 2015. my next recharge 10 june rs. 200. and suddenly deduct amount rs.35. and after deduction I have received messege your Hot Chillies services has been activated... i call to customer care officer and asked him, He said YOUR AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUND BUT I will deactivate this service and but again i have received a message in ther morning today Hot Chillies services has been renewed. I call to customer care service and request him, but he will refused to refund the deducted amount rs.35. But i have received a massege that hot chilli services has been deactivated.. More Important he said that he has no record to my privious communication... after 5 hours I have received massege again Hot Chilli Services has been renewed.. after that I call again to customer service on duty officer she said Hot Chilli Service is start. I am totaly shocked a one customer care officer tell me through massege your Hot Chilli Service is deactivated and one is telling that your service is start..my total amount deducted rs.140 till date..

this is way airtel loot money. same issue with me as well.
Same case with me([protected]), Airtel deducted 99 rs from my balance at the time when my mobile was kept idle on desk. What more to say? I have no idea "What is this Red Chilli ?" and why my balance got deducted fraudulently. I have seen similar other complaint by other users recently on the website. We together should file a strong case against such malpractice and teach them a lesson.

Other than doing a copy-paste reply service, I don't know what else they are doing to alleviate the customers grievance.
I am using no [protected], without my knowledge Hot Chilli services has been activated.When next time I have recharged with 476 immediately they deducted @99 rs from my account. I am using another network if they are not return my amount.

Imidiately i never do reqest for same but when i recharged my mobile this service automaticaly renewed please waiver my amout RS.20
This happened with me a couple of weeks earlier too. Thid is insane of Airtel to have this service even when you are browsing these pop ups. They should ask for complete registration if a user wanted to register

I did not notice this until today. I never opened messages from Hot Chillies because I thought it was spam.

They have been deduting 35 Rs a month for several months now. No idea how it was activated in the first place.

The biggest white collar criminals the bunch of them!!
I don't know how this HOT CHILLIES is activated but please if the customer do not activate it please stop activating such things which we so not required

    I had a digital TV connection with ID #[protected] which i got disconnected one month back and also surrendered the setup box. despite of my several requests to customer care, i continued to receive messages on my registered mobile for recharge which irritate me a lot. I lodged my last complaint yesterday (16th Jun 2015) and today i did not receive any message but from today i have started receiving automated telephonic calls from[protected] for recharge. Is there any solution to this problem?

      Hi Airtel Helpdesk, My Complaint is, yesterday I have recharge of RS 31 to reduce my STD charges as 30 paisa Per/Minute for UP and Bihar. Recharge has been done Succefully and i also get the message special benefit will be applied within 4 hours which has not done till now. I was not aware its not applied till now and i have called to one of my STD UP number and talk on the same arround 20 to 25 minutes and 20 Ruppes has been charged me for the same. If you dont have such kind of Facilitys, then why are you sending this type of messages to us.Seroiusly i dont like this type of nonses messages which dont work. If you dont want to give this special benefits to customers, then please dont send such kind of messages as well. Now i want my money back which are (31 Ruppes + my uneccassry charges 20 Ruppes= Total (51 Rupees) or else activate the same benefits on my number as 30 Paisa per/Min for UP and Bihar. Please activate this as soon as possible or refund my money which i have mentioned in my complaint. My mobile number is [protected] on which i have recharge of Rs 31 yesterday night.

        I am an user of Airtel Prepaid service since last 1 year I have been using 3G 1GB plan since then. I am experiencing frequent network fluctuation, network switching between 2G to 3G within few seconds, & some times there is zero network detection, I have to perform whole network search after almost every 10 mins. I am experiencing this irritating inconvenience in nashik region since last 1 week due to this i am not able to use my internet connection on my cell properly.According to airtel customer care executive they have tied-up with IDEA CELLULAR for a better network in nashik & this network fluctuation is due to the up-gradation processes. The executive assured me that problem will resolve in 24/48 Hrs on 12-June-2015. Please take note of that this problem i am experiencing has not been resolved till date (17-June-2015). There are couple of financial transactions pending due to this network problem. I therefore demand that this problem should be resolved as soon as possible because I am feeling so annoyed & disturbed as I am not able to make any kind of transactions & unable to contact anybody either. If the problem is not taken care by airtel then i'll get forced to forward same complaint to consumer authority.

          I have Airtel Post Paid connection no [protected] & I use 399/- plan…According to my Plan I took 3pack for local calls (means 5hrs) but as per the bill I used 4.5 hrs & that should not be chargeable…but it was charged…& also I took 7pack for 3G…even for that Airtel also charge nearly 100R/s per day…& that is not correct because from 9-5.30 I am in the office & during the office hour I use my office WiFi…& also at home I use my home wifi…very rarely I use my 3G plan…if possible please explain me…or otherwise I have to move the other service provider…

              Airtel Website myaccount does not work

              The airtel website does not work properly most of the time. Problems range from no response, error, to several other issues, but it leaves poor user experience and leaves one frustrated. For example, this address https://www.airtel.in/myaccount does not even open, and after several tries, one odd chance it will work, it is all so erratic with almost most options inside the my account as well. Overall terrible experience - wish they improve...

                  On 9th of June, I accidentally subscribed to Myplex mobile tv for which I was charged RS 20 .The said subscription was for 6 day, today 16th june RS 99 was deducted from my account withouth any intimation tthat the said service will be subscribed automatically and RS 99 instead of RS 20 will be charged.I talked to customer care airtel and they said that its not their responsibility to intimate the customer regarding automatic subscription and deducting 5 times the amount that was originally charged doesn't seem unfair to them Kindly Help Manuj Kumar jha [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

                    My airtel broadband Number[protected], 1.5months before, I gave a request with a local airtel executive([protected]) to decrease my plan from 2800 to 800. Last month when bill is generated then 3000rs bill is coming, when I ask to airtel executive then he said your next plan is working in this month because its works on billing cycle, but this month same 3000rs bill generated.who is responsible for this? Now I ask to executive he makes execuses.I mention executive contact number also.Airtel Internet service is good but executive is worst in karnal.I am now disconnecting broadband and suggest dont use this type of cheap mentality persons's service.

                      This is in regards to a cancellation request for an Airtel Broadband connection that I've been chasing for a while and still hasn't been dealt with. I applied for a broadband connection through an agent who collected the docs after which I got a message from Airtel on 25th March stating that docs have been received against fixedline installation order number 33362632 and connection will be done in 3 days and on 26th March, got another message stating my fixedline number as[protected]. On 30 March, I got another message saying that docs have been received against fixedline installation order number 33455765 and connection will be done in 3 days. Anyways, on 31st March, a technician came to my place and got the wiring done after which another technician came and got the router configured. The fixedline number he shared with me was[protected] which was different than what was initially sent to me by in the message by Airtel[protected]. The connection worked for 4-5 days after which it stopped working. I called the customer care and found out that there were two numbers showing on my name. One was pending activation[protected] and another one that was given to me by the technician at the time of installation[protected] was on someone else's name and that there awere some ports issues due to which my services were stopped. I again called on 12th April and spoke to a supervisor Manjunatha who said that I was issued a temporary number and since Airtel has figured out that there are some port issues, therefore they are closing my application and my refund amount of Rs 1000 will be processed within 21 working days. Since then, I have called Airtel numerous times and have spoken to associates/supervisors (Vishwas) and even people from cancellations (Dhanush and Nandini) who have done nothing but beat around the bush telling me that my issue is still open and they can't tell me when the money will be refunded and I'll have to wait which apparently seems a never ending wait. If you'd like to validate, here are the various interaction ID's that have been given to me during these calls[protected], 55072392, 55104582, 55118348. I again called the customer care on the 4th of May and spoke to someone who told that his manager would call me back today but that never happened. This is certainly not acceptable and gives one an impression o[censored]tter callousness and disregard for a customer. If this was not all, to top it up, I received a call from someone asking me to pay the bill for this broadband connection. Airtel really has the audacity to ask me to pay bill for a service that I barely used for 4 days and now instead of getting my connection de-activated and sending me my money back, they are asking me to pay? Isn't that extortion?? I also esclated this to their appelate to which they wrote a very rude response to me (mail attached). The mail clearly stated that all my claims and grievances were fake and they were right and that I should pay them an amount of 1207.53 ASAP. Here's what they wrote back: On Sun, May 31, 2015 at 9:06 AM, wrote: Dear Navneet, This is in reference to your email dated 25-May-2015, regarding refunds related issue on your airtel account number: [protected]. Kindly be informed that regarding your highlighted concern of refund, we have validated your account and basis of our validation we found that the account in question is not applicable for any refund. The current outstanding amount against the account in question is Rs. 1207.53, we request to you kindly make the payment accordingly. In case, you still continue to face any problem in this regard, please do let us know, so that, we may further follow up on the same. Customer touch points: Level 1: Customer Care: [protected]@in.airtel.com and 121/198, working hours - 24/7. Level 2: Nodal Team: nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and[protected], working hours: 9:30 to 6:30, Monday to Friday. After this, I also escalated to TRAI and Ombudsman with their [protected]@customercare.in address to which they responded saying the following - Both emails (mine and their response are mentioned below) [protected]Original Message[protected] From: [protected]@gmail.com To: appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com Cc: appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com Sent: 31/05/2015 11:51:43 PM Subject: Fwd: AIRTEL COMPLAINT - DISCONNECTION REQUEST FOR FIXEDLINE NUMBER 080 ¿[protected] REFUND PENDING Dear Ombudsman/TRAI Authority, I am writing this to you as both of you are the highest authorities that I can reach out to raise my grievance formally and I hope you will not disappoint me. After two agonizing months of follow ups and spending hours on phone with various supervisors/customer care agents followed by harassing calls and sms alerts to pay for something that I never used, here's the verdict I receive from an appelate authority who is supposed to give a fair decision. After giving them all interaction IDs of countless calls that I had with them and explaining them the issue with all proofs, they tell me that they've validated my account, checked everything and that I need to pay them instead of me getting a refund. Well, my installation fee money seems to have added to Airtel's already huge corpus of funds but apart from this, I won't be paying anything else as I have not been given any services that I should be paying for. If someone thinks that this verdict means that my options are exhausted, then they are mistaken because they've seen my patronage but definitely haven't seen how far I can go for getting justice bacause for me it's not only a outright denial of justice but also a message that it's time for loyal customers like us to start giving chances to new entrants who may not be a big brand but are atleast not disrespectful and callous to their customers as how I have been made to feel during the last two agonizing months by Airtel. You will see all the details pertaining to this issue in the email trails below. I was given me two numbers without my consent just so Airtel can let the connection work temporarily which a supervisor Manjunatha acknowledged during my conversation. He also confirmed that Airtel is closing my application as they are uanble to make it work so it's not my fault. If there were no ports available, which apparently they already knew, I should have been told about it but they chose to take the money and then allot me a number which was pending activation and another one which worked for 5 days but was on someone else's name and stopped working after 5 days which was done without me knowing about it. I was always interested in getting and keeping this connection but I was told that by Manjunatha that my application has been closed as there are no ports available and my refund will be processed within 21 working days and since then several people have confirmed that my disconnection is in progress and I will get my refund by 04 June 2015 (interaction id[protected]. It was Airtel's inability to provide me the services and now basis 5 days of a workaround, a makeshift arrangement that was made for their own benefit so I can be harassed and go through this agony or a full two months, I have been outrightly declared a liar by asking me to pay instead of giving me a refund. This is the same number that I was given to begin with and was pending activation when I escalated this issue and now instead of giving me the refund back for the connection that Airtel themselves said cannot be given to me because of port issues, they have raised a cancellation request for a number that was not even activated leave apart me using it. I am getting calls and alerts three times daily to pay the amount of 1207.53. This is nothing but harassment and I will not take this anymore. I have lost my patience now and would want this to be resolved once and for all and after this I'd have no alternative left but taking this up in this forum. I hope I get justice here and if I don't get respite here, I will open a facebook hate page and also take this up on twitter till someone hears my plea.                         Airtel mobile network and data network is very weak in Central block of Shriram Smrithi Appartments, Sarjapur-Attibelle Road, Bangalore whereas it works fine in South Block which is hardly 100 metres away from Central Block. 3g services are fine in South Block but pathetic in Central Block. Not able to understand why. Can anyone from airtel check and resolve the issue.

                              I am using two Airtel Digital TV connections (Cust ID [protected]) - one is HD and other is Standard. On April 2015, I called customer care to put my standard connection on Safe custody. It was informed to me that Rs. 30b will be charged for activation purpose. However, it was NOT informed to me that this Safe custody will be valid for one month only. Today when I called customer care to Re-activate my connection, I have been informed that Safe custody was automatically deactivated on 17-May-2015 and since then I have been charged at normal rate. But, for this I have not received any information. Also, when I switched on the TV today, I found the channels are still not coming (Error code - 6 : Account suspended). Note that I have enough balance in my account and I have kept my set top box on for long time to see if the channels are coming. So, basically I have been harassed in multiple ways : First, it was not informed to me that Safe custody activation is for one month only. Second, when the Safe custody was deactivated no intimation sent to me and charges started to be deducted. Third, Account remaining in suspended state even though charges are being deducted till today. I request Airtel to resolve the issue immediately and refund the charges deducted from 17-May to till date. Note that I am using Airtel digital TV for more that six years now and it is highly disappointing for me to face this kind of harassment.

                                I activated blackberry internet pack on my airtel number ([protected]) on 6th june 2015 . with that my main account balance was also deducted without any reason (I dont have any value added services on my number) . I called customer care services to request a refund but they denied to do so .they dont even have any idea regarding this problem they just blankly replied that they wont refund . They just wasted my time didnt provided any solution . After wasteing so much of time they ultimate said this problem cannot be resolved by us you may call to blackberry service 7070 . seriously what was that when this was the ultimate option why they were just kept me holding for so long .                                     I recharged my airtel number with a plan 1GB + 200MB (3G DATA). I only got 872MB as a balance. I called the customer care and they informed me that the data plans have been changed. I asked them to cancel my recharge but they didnt do anything. I am really disappointed from Bharti airtel services. I will criticize airtel services forever until I receive an apology and some free coupon. This is cheating customers and I will not sit idle. Airtel cannot cheat customers like this.
