Hi guys, i have made the payment of 1672r. yesterday and it hasn't been reflected in my airtel account.I have a payment receipt with the me .I called to customer care and talked to even manager's but they said they don't have access to track the transaction reference number.Now how should i actually contact them.I mailed to [protected]@in.airtel.com. and they says this reference transaction number doesn't exist. My account has been deactivated due to this and i still don't know how to enable it.What about my money which i paid. Worst payment service i have ever seen. Kindly Help me in this case.As proof i am attaching my bank statement and the bill generated by airtel.

    Dear Sir, This is in reference against our complaint numbers 60575926; 60946737, on 7th April complaint lodged and number is 61136995:- . Please note that our problem is still continuing at same place. Airtel Officers are self closing our complaint. No technical person came and solve this issue. Please visit our place and kindly rectify the problem. If could be possible we need contact detail of area manager of Jaipur and Complaint officers. Kindly requested to provide us these details We are facing following problem from past 5 months :- Extremely Low Network connectivity . Low internet speed. In fact when we are making any call it automatically gets disconnected. We have complaint many a times but we got no response from your people. We have 30+ users in our company who are using air tel corporate connection from last 3 years or more than that. Kindly solve our problem at your earliest since we bearing a high business loss. Otherwise number portability is the only option for us. We are requesting if this problem can not be solve within 2 Days. kindly port our all corporate number to vodaphone Waiting to hear from you soon.

        Dear Sir, we have 20 Airtel CUG connections in our office. The signal in this area is very weak for the last 2 months. No effort has been done by the Airtel Mobile service to repair or look into the issue inspite of several complain to the service persons or customer cell . All the customers are facing problems and not able to use the mobile. The strength keeps on fluctuating through out the day. It is requested to solve the above issue at the earliest and covey this problem to the highest authorities of the company..

Airtel Type of Mobile Connection: Prepaid Unique Porting Code (UPC) AR595195 Validty end on 18.06.2015. .I port my no to bsnl. but AIRTEL is refusing my request to port any where. I have called so many times. Please port my mobile no to BSNLPlease resolve the issue as it is very important to have this number activated for me. otherwise i think i should complaint against you and your local service provider to TRAI & consumer court.                   i think airtel not have capability to handle 4G connection in india, after registering complain they not able to resolve that complain many many days and i am facing this type of behavior from last many months my airtel 4g number is [protected] and i registered a complain[protected] on 15th june apprx 8:30 AM and in last four days i made many calls to their customer care and every time getting same reply, your issue will be resolve today EOD or before 5PM etc etc but no body care . even a person from airtel service center told me you registered complain on 16th june, please any body let me know if i registered a complain on 16th then how i got a complain registration message on my mobile on 15th june 8:56 AM so frustrating Today lot of words with their care center executive, i asked to forward my call to your senior after many minutes wait on call, he told his senior will call you back in few seconds and still waiting for call Airtel treat their customer with so ill mannered, felling so bad i had faced same issue in my last complain[protected] also, they take approx ten days to resolve this issue we choose private services so that get proper support but Airtel is very far behind in providing good service

                    I have been not using my Airtel sim and wanted it to be deactivated. Since i am out of the country for the last two months my wife has been continuously going to the Airtel relationship center's in Kolkata to get my number deactivated. They are always creating new problems and saying we cannot deactivate the number, without the subscribers presence even though i have authorised my wife to deactivate the number on my behalf. She carries all the documents they ask for and still they are always asking that the subscriber be present or some problem or the other. From the last two months, they have been charging my rental amounts and sending me bills. I just want the amounts reverted and the number deactivated. The number i want deactivated is [protected]

                      Reference Number[protected] Mobile Number-[protected]. 1) Date and Time when you have talked to our Customer Care Executive- Date- 21/05/2015 Time-12.23pm. 2) Executive name- Akhil Bhaktula At first i activated ISD plan of Rs.9999/- (On Date 19/05/2015) after that on May 21st i cancelled plan of Rs.9999/- and activated Rs.999/- and i got a mail from you that Rs.9999/- was deactivated and Rs.999/- was activated. When i talk to your customer care representative he told that i will get charged on daily basis from 19/05/2015 to 21/05/2015 for which i activated of Rs.9999/- i thought it would be around approximately Rs.1000/- that i will charged for that . But i got my bill of Rs.14, 936/- when i saw the itemized bill they charged me Rs.9999/- on 19/05/2015 and Rs.999/- on 19/05/2015 . They charged me Rs.999/- on 21/05/2015 which i agree with this. You can take the call record on that day for over conversation. Now i got my bill of Rs.14, 936/- which i was charged for Rs.9999/- and Rs.999/- on 19/05/2015 and tax and call charges .So its not my fault i deactivated and i got a mail on May 21st . Today on 13/06/2015 talkedto customer care representative Name-Venkatesham and Billing Department Member- Name- Ali i said to take the recordings which i spoke on may 21st. I request you to resolve this issue and send the New bill By taking of Rs. 9999/- and Rs.999/- on 19/05/2015 and tax for that amount because its not my fault . I am attaching the Proof that you sent to me regarding Deactivation of plan. Its been 8 days but no one gave me feed back or mail regarding this issue so many times called customer care number they are telling please wait every time telling the same . I dont know how much time i have to wait. I am a customer since 20 years this is the worst experience .

                        My request: Hi I stay in Padmarao nagar beside Gharonda super market. This is a very well established place and very crowded area. It is very near to Secunderabad Railway Station. We have 3 airtel numbers - 2 postpaid and 1 prepaid. There is no proper airtel signal in this place and we are having lot of difficulties in accessing the network. We are thinking about porting our numbers to another network within the end of this month. Your feedback acts as the roadmap for our planning on network deployment and I have forwarded your location details to my technical team for future network planning. Airtel reply: Network enhancement involves clearance and approvals from local authorities and some external factors owing to which it may not be possible to provide you a specific time frame for resolving your concern. I would like to assure you that it is our continuous endeavor to provide high quality service to the satisfaction of all our customers. I expected atleast a technician to call or check in the area to investigate the reason behind network issues. The area is densely populated and still there are network issues.

                          someone with [protected] this mobile no calling my friends frequently and asks them about me with my name and address. He asks for money. He then tells them that there is a Case filed against me in Delhi. the same sort of issue with same number i found on internet http://forum.tikona.in/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=85403 this is the link where there is a complaint against tikona company which provides internet connections. By harassing people they earn money.

                                I got a message saying there is a 3G internet plan for 257Rs, 1GB internet pack for 30dyas and 100Rs TT. But i recieved only 500MB. I tried calling customer care, and they are not picking up the call. This is really fraud system. We should bring in a law to sue these kind of Companies. Thanks, Somanath A.S. [protected]

                                What an irresponsible company is this Airtel. Its been a more than a day already and there is no response/address for complain logged.

                                  as per airtel on duty customer care officer Hot Chillies services started on 2nd june 2015. my next recharge 10 june rs. 200. and suddenly deduct amount rs.35. and after deduction I have received messege your Hot Chillies services has been activated... i call to customer care officer and asked him, He said YOUR AMOUNT WILL NOT BE REFUND BUT I will deactivate this service and but again i have received a message in ther morning today Hot Chillies services has been renewed. I call to customer care service and request him, but he will refused to refund the deducted amount rs.35. But i have received a massege that hot chilli services has been deactivated.. More Important he said that he has no record to my privious communication... after 5 hours I have received massege again Hot Chilli Services has been renewed.. after that I call again to customer service on duty officer she said Hot Chilli Service is start. I am totaly shocked a one customer care officer tell me through massege your Hot Chilli Service is deactivated and one is telling that your service is start..my total amount deducted rs.140 till date..

                                  this is way airtel loot money. same issue with me as well.
                                  Same case with me([protected]), Airtel deducted 99 rs from my balance at the time when my mobile was kept idle on desk. What more to say? I have no idea "What is this Red Chilli ?" and why my balance got deducted fraudulently. I have seen similar other complaint by other users recently on the website. We together should file a strong case against such malpractice and teach them a lesson.

                                  Other than doing a copy-paste reply service, I don't know what else they are doing to alleviate the customers grievance.
                                  I am using no [protected], without my knowledge Hot Chilli services has been activated.When next time I have recharged with 476 immediately they deducted @99 rs from my account. I am using another network if they are not return my amount.

                                  This happened with me a couple of weeks earlier too. Thid is insane of Airtel to have this service even when you are browsing these pop ups. They should ask for complete registration if a user wanted to register

                                  I did not notice this until today. I never opened messages from Hot Chillies because I thought it was spam.

                                  They have been deduting 35 Rs a month for several months now. No idea how it was activated in the first place.

                                  The biggest white collar criminals the bunch of them!!
                                  I don't know how this HOT CHILLIES is activated but please if the customer do not activate it please stop activating such things which we so not required

                                    I had a digital TV connection with ID #[protected] which i got disconnected one month back and also surrendered the setup box. despite of my several requests to customer care, i continued to receive messages on my registered mobile for recharge which irritate me a lot. I lodged my last complaint yesterday (16th Jun 2015) and today i did not receive any message but from today i have started receiving automated telephonic calls from[protected] for recharge. Is there any solution to this problem?

                                      Hi Airtel Helpdesk, My Complaint is, yesterday I have recharge of RS 31 to reduce my STD charges as 30 paisa Per/Minute for UP and Bihar. Recharge has been done Succefully and i also get the message special benefit will be applied within 4 hours which has not done till now. I was not aware its not applied till now and i have called to one of my STD UP number and talk on the same arround 20 to 25 minutes and 20 Ruppes has been charged me for the same. If you dont have such kind of Facilitys, then why are you sending this type of messages to us.Seroiusly i dont like this type of nonses messages which dont work. If you dont want to give this special benefits to customers, then please dont send such kind of messages as well. Now i want my money back which are (31 Ruppes + my uneccassry charges 20 Ruppes= Total (51 Rupees) or else activate the same benefits on my number as 30 Paisa per/Min for UP and Bihar. Please activate this as soon as possible or refund my money which i have mentioned in my complaint. My mobile number is [protected] on which i have recharge of Rs 31 yesterday night.

                                        I am an user of Airtel Prepaid service since last 1 year I have been using 3G 1GB plan since then. I am experiencing frequent network fluctuation, network switching between 2G to 3G within few seconds, & some times there is zero network detection, I have to perform whole network search after almost every 10 mins. I am experiencing this irritating inconvenience in nashik region since last 1 week due to this i am not able to use my internet connection on my cell properly.According to airtel customer care executive they have tied-up with IDEA CELLULAR for a better network in nashik & this network fluctuation is due to the up-gradation processes. The executive assured me that problem will resolve in 24/48 Hrs on 12-June-2015. Please take note of that this problem i am experiencing has not been resolved till date (17-June-2015). There are couple of financial transactions pending due to this network problem. I therefore demand that this problem should be resolved as soon as possible because I am feeling so annoyed & disturbed as I am not able to make any kind of transactions & unable to contact anybody either. If the problem is not taken care by airtel then i'll get forced to forward same complaint to consumer authority.
