i think airtel not have capability to handle 4G connection in india, after registering complain they not able to resolve that complain many many days and i am facing this type of behavior from last many months
my airtel 4g number is [protected] and i registered a complain[protected] on 15th june apprx 8:30 AM and in last four days i made many calls to their customer care and every time getting same reply, your issue will be resolve today EOD or before 5PM etc etc but no body care .
even a person from airtel service center told me you registered complain on 16th june, please any body let me know if i registered a complain on 16th then how i got a complain registration message on my mobile on 15th june 8:56 AM so frustrating
Today lot of words with their care center executive, i asked to forward my call to your senior after many minutes wait on call, he told his senior will call you back in few seconds and still waiting for call
Airtel treat their customer with so ill mannered, felling so bad
i had faced same issue in my last complain[protected] also, they take approx ten days to resolve this issue
we choose private services so that get proper support but Airtel is very far behind in providing good service
