Dear sir Sub: i have air tel prepaid connection no is [protected] I use every month more call to air tel to air tel that why I was contact to Chamarajpet air tel store I was ask for air tel to Air tel call recharge .but they was not informed to this information .they was forced to convert In to post paid connection .there girls sitting in airtel store not given information about prepaid they only only give information only post paid. And I was call customer care that is not connect ed.please help Yours faithfully Yathiraj

    I am a customer of your company for more than 10 years. Your company representatives had hidden the information while offering new plans to me twice. First time I lost the internet unlimited plan of Rs. 125 which I was using right from beginning of my mobile connection. And now on 1st June again your representative offered me my plan 299 (calling and internet) and assured me that my monthly charges will be reduced significantly and for the existing plan proportionate amount will be charged in the next bill. But I am feeling sorry I have got a bill in which internet service proportionate bill was not considered, due to this my bill has been enhanced to Rs. 769 otherwise on average my bill was around Rs. 550. Repeatedly I had asked your representative about this (You can check from voice recording), because I have already had a bad experience Even I am surprised how a company will charge two times for the same service. Although this is a small amount and I have alternatives to switch over to other mobile subscriber. But this will go against the reputation of the company. Kindly do the needful.       I applied for Airtel connection, after calling the customer support number @ [protected] they created a lead and forwarded to a DSA based in Tilak Nagar. I was looking for 5 connections, their executive was suppose to come to my office to explain the plans and packages but no one turned up on 9th June 2015, next morning at 12:30 P.M. I received a call from a guy named Pradeep from the same DSA stating that executive couldn't make it so he is the one who can assist me over the phone. I was desperately looking for the connection as my existing phones had some trouble. There was no plans only for calls wherein I could get unlimited local and national calls, therefore I had to buy a combo with broadband for no reasons. Though I already have 40 mbps lease line in my office still I had to buy a combo coz of no other available options. Thereafter this guy told me to pay though the card online which was giving me an advantage for cash back, since I was in hurry so without a second thought I made the payment. I had two conditions & queries before applying for the connection one is I was looking for some easy to remember series for my phones ans secondly I wanted to make sure that I get my connections installed within 2-3 days. On their sure shot commitment I placed the order and submitted all the documents. Next day another guy Rakesh called me stating that your file is in process and we would want you to spare us a day so that we could get you best of the numbers. I agreed thinking that these guys must be working hard or it may be the part of their process. The worst part is that I did not receive any call the next day rather a different lady named Parminder called me to state that my documents are not complete so they are sending the executive. Next morning another female called me stating that "Mam we have received your request regarding the broadband connection", I blasted on her and asked her to make me speak to Pradeep/Rakesh/Parminder, her reply- "Parminder is on leave, Pradeep is busy in a meeting and Rakesh is out of office". After that I started shouting on her and immediately Pradeeep & Rakesh came on the phone. Whatta coincidence after I shouted meeting was over and other guy came back from the field, I had no clue about my super powers. The story doesn't ends here this guy then called me back in evening that Mam we could not get the number that you are looking for however what we can do is that since you have urgent need for the numbers so get your numbers installed tomorrow morning and as and when we will have good series for you then we will change the numbers. I was so disappointed and angry that I asked him to install the phones and forget the numbers. Today morning 13th June 2015 my phones were suppose to install, I waited till afternoon and no one came or called. After a long wait till 1:30 I called Airtel customer support to know that status and the kinda response I received was the worst of the treatment to the customer. I raised a complaint with the complaint number[protected] and at 3:15 I received a call from a guy Rahul another DSA guy from Rajouri Garden from [protected] stating that Mam I am calling you from my personal number and the executive who was suppose to install the connection is been asked to resign as he brought the wrong box for your connections. I am sorry but we cannot help you anymore you connections will now be installed in Tuesday 16th June 2015, you file is been sent for scanning again. I am so fedup with these human beings calling me from different numbers and different DSA's. I had no clue that a brand like Airtel can also do such things otherwise I could have never switched. These guys do not have call back numbers the only number that they have is customer support and customer support team only creates call back as they never have any information with them. The team who calls you does not even understand english properly. Such acts from a brand is not only disappointing but a straight HIT on the reputation. My only request is please make sure that my connections get installed ASAP and I should receive apology letter from the top bosses for all the trouble.

        For last 2.5 link light is not stable. there is huge waste of time in making complain. And after complain attend the phone from airtell office the status of correction give appointment to engineer and they ask again to change the time and the ask for next date time.some time junior people come only to comply.             Dear M/s Airtel, I am associated to airtel for more than six years, and have regularly faced the problem of elevated bill amounts in the past, same has happened this month to add my pain, where a bill amount of whooping Rs.3910 (bill period 5'may'15 to 4-Jun'15) has been raised against my Rs 1599 solitaire plan. When contacted, customer care guys told me that I have overused my 3g data, and a total usage of around 8.8 GB against my allotted 8 GB, but to tell you, I also topped up my account with smart byte for Rs 300 for 1 GB, i.e technically a total of 9 GB for the said month I had and issue of over usage of data doesn't arises . Kindly look into the matter and resolve it by scraping off the extra data usage amount, so that it doesn't burden me to pay the bill and I can pay it asap.               My airtel number is [protected].When I found that the airtel SIM is not showing signal I contacted Airtel customer care outlet at Bhanjanagar (Odisha).The lady who attended me had the number [protected]who told me to change the SIM by producing necessary documents, old SIM and 50/-.I got the new SIM on 20/5/15 with the same number.But the lady had not submitted the documents in airtel office. That is why after I came back to Sunabeda my SIM was deactivated..Then here at Semiliguda (Odisha) again I applied for the new SIM with same number by depositing one set of documents.Meantime I had put one net pack whose validity is finishing on 21/6/15 with 460 unused MB.The customer care person here since then closed his shop leaving me at bay.Who will compensate my mental harassment and loss of money and energy? This is what the service of AIRTEL which has no systematic guideline and hold over the airtel customer care franchise and executives.-PRADEEP KUMAR MISHRA

              Air-tel services in Kolkata is just horrible. They have stopped outgoing of all numbers since yesterday. Despite having paid against bills for the past two months (proof already given through mail), a lady called (LL no[protected] to threaten me to pay up or else, she would send some persons to my place.

              Have you guys gone nuts? I would expect a senior official from Airtel to immediately tender apology. Now I must switch to a better service provider in Kolkata.

                      This is to bring to your notice that, my phone services were cancelled without verbal intimation or reason for disconnection.I have not been using your services since second week of March. This month someone called on my alternate no for overdue amount. Same could have been done before disconnecting the services. Till date all bills have been cleared on time, there is no problem with respect to intention of payment but a customer should know what is happening. Last bill paid was in the month of March for the services used. Please clarify the reason for the amount that is pending on the account, which does not seem correct, post which I would want to discontinue the services.                         Transaction 1: Date : 9th June 2015. Amount : Rs. 25 for 2G Data(125 MB for 5 days). Transaction 2: Date : 12th June 2015. Amount : Rs. 100 for Topup. Both the transactions has been debited the amount from my Cards, but the services not got activated and the amount hasnt been rechargeed.

                          I have been charged for internet = 558.5 Rs and corresponding service tax charges as well. I was not told that I will be charged after 1 GB upto 1.17 GB. I was told by the Airtel Customer Care Representative that it is 1 GB 3G data and then after unlimited 2G data. It was activated back in March 2015. Now I am charged for the bill wrongly for the bill[protected] for the period 05-May-2015 to 04-Jun-2015. Please ask Airtel to waive this amount of rs 600 approximately.

                            Dear Sir, I had port out my ph. no. [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel the tell caller from Airtel offer me a plan ie Rs.399/- Rental 990 local 330 STD & 500 mb data. but after been ported on 19-05-15 and there was no signal on my phone I came to know that my no. has been ported without any information. Then a call came from [protected] &[protected] to activate the sim first and then you will get the desired plan. till then I am trying to contact these nos. to get the said plan.                               This is to bring to your kind notice that I am an unfortunate AirTel user who very wrongly ported her number from Vodafone to AirTel. My AirTel number is - [protected], it is registered under the name of Mr. Neeraj Gulati, registered Email ID is [protected]@gmail.com On 6th June, 2015 I reported a complaint stating that i am unable to make or receive calls on my AirTel number. On making calls, the call drops and on receiving calls it says "the phone is out of service". I was told that the complaint will be resolved in next 2 days and my complaint number was[protected]. After 2 days I tracked my complaint through SMS only to get a reply - "No Records Found". The customer Care told me that this will take another 2 days. After 2 days the problem continued to exist but your customer care informed me that the problem has been resolved on 8th June by Mr. Bhanu and the same has been notified to me by Mr. Bhanu himself. How is such a thing possible??? This is nothing but fooling around with customers. On top of it they told me that the best they could do is raise my complaint once again, which will take another 5 days!!! How do you expect a customer to work without a mobile for 10 Days!!! And what is the guarantee that some one else will not fraudulently again write - Complaint Resolved!!!

                                Dear Sir/Mam, sham fool your customer care no. your tally caller not satisfy replay given to customer and behave very rudely and shut the phone harsh way. My probelm is not a small. last night between 10-11 pm i was try one pack activate from airtel no. *129*4#. the pack detail is calls and sms pack try for activation in my no. [protected]. i was try so many times in this one hour but all time one msg show in screen this is " UNKNOWN APPLICATION" Or INVALID OUTPUT ETC... I FEEL THE PACK IS NOT ACTIVATE SO I WAS TRY SO MANY TIMES IN THIS HOUR. but no one msg i can received from airtel site for a activation i a was not confirm the pack is activate or not. i was try customer care no. but no body responding here. any how, in morning 12th june, 2015 i was try customer care no. at 7am in the morning. one person came in line and shutting me and put down the phone. it s name is vikas something and he said go any where and complain for me i am not worry etc... anyhow i was again try 121 and talk to another person. he listen all and last line he said please talk to my supervisor after 1/2 an hr or one hr. how funny... why are you listning all things if you are not conceren of this??? after that i will try soo many times to talk to supervisor but my call not pass on him. and also deducted my charges. recently i recharge of Rs 100 and 86 rupees credit in my mobile but after few sec my balance again deducted and rupess shown 24 in my mobile. what i do sir please help me. Rs. 300 is a not a small amount. and nobody fool again again one pack activate in same time. if the verification is wrong came to your site what i do and what do teh customer. so many customer face this problem with aietrl. if the pack is activate one time and msg not come from airtel co. site for activation and customer again try this so why a single line include there that is " already pack activate but msg soon shortly" i feel this is the technique for money decution for the company benefits.                                     Yesterday (4th day of my bill cycle), I straight away received an email showing 97% of my mobile internet data used up. My mobile internet is OFF from past many days as I use WiFi at my place. It is really shocking and I am unable to understand as to how this is possible. Never thought airtel would cheat it's customers.

                                      Hi, On June 1oth I had time made 2 recharges. 1 for Rs 200 for full talktime and Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge for [protected] for Swagata Swamy However I was charged twice Rs 201 for 1.25gb 2G recharge. When a complaint was filed on 11th June (complaint#[protected] the executive Priya who took the 1st call and confirmed on recorded line that by 12th June 2015 I would be receiving a refund of the same in my bank account. However today (12th June) I was contacted by a Malayali speaking supervisor for a resolution but understanding my impairment towards the language I was routed to a Hindi speaking supervisor Nandini who was utterly rude and sarcastic and not at all helpful tried to convince me that it is my fault that i ad not deactivated my auto renewal of 1.25gb from last time. Hence Airtel is right in deducting the same, completely disregarding the fact that just the other day her executive promised on recorded line that it is a technical error on Airtel's part and a refund for the money deducted was promised on a recorded line by Airtel executive. The supervisor was inconsiderate and was not ready to empathise/sympathise with the customer. Her toe on the call sounded as if the customer was lying and disrespected the fact that Airtel did not send and reminder for deactivation of any auto renewal service before charging. When requested to provide the customer complaint email address and the corporate address to file a complaint to Consumer Forum, supervisor placed the call on mute. This incident shows utmost insincerity and unethical behavior towards Airtel customers. I would like to get the refund as promised and an action taken against the executive and supervisor as a compensation for mental harassment and being financial discomfort.
