No.: +[protected] Fax No.: +[protected] From: SUB: REGARDING CLAIM OF MONEY WHICH WAS DEPOSITED BY ME. Respected Sir, In connection with above subject I want to inform you that on 27/05/2015, I received a call from your company’s executive named Shri Ankit Gupta by no. [protected] on 08:00AM. He informed me that my SIM No;[protected] has won a lucky draw among 2 crores numbers on event of Shri Sunil Mittal’s Son’s Birthday. Then I asked him for confirmation whether he was real an executive of Bharati Airtel Ltd or other fake call. He replied with his address, post and informed my SIM no. (18 figures) which is written on behind part of my SIM Card. Then I have put trust on him. After that he explain the thing and call for recharge of Rs. 550/- as a activation charge in[protected] among this 5 digit contains the number which lies behind on SIM Card and other 5 contains company transaction code which was given by Shri Ankit Gupta) i.e. That was not a regular Mobile SIM No. Then I inquired to him for further verification and my confirmation, as a question was of my money and time as well because I am an employee. He replied that he is a full time fully paid executive/Account Manager of Bharati Airtel Ltd at Dadar Head Office, Mumbai. And whenever I called him a tone was tuning of Airtel Company saying “kindly beware that you have called a respectable officer, kindly talk with him with full respect”. Then after a basic call ring rang. That one thing that is why I have put faith on him. Therefore I recharged of Rs. 550/- as an activation charge in above said Number on 09:20 AM from Amreli. Then a message has been received with Transaction ID [protected] and I have been said a call will be received by another person very soon. He demands for this transaction ID and then after a process of transferring a whole amount in my bank account number will be processed in 15-20 minutes. As per he said that this is the only amount which should I have to pay. He has said that this is the only amount and after that total money of Draw will be transferred to my account no : [protected] standing at IDBI Bank, Amreli Branch after 15 - 20 minutes of this activation charge. I have received more than 10 calls before I have remitted amount of Rs. 550/- at mobile shop. After about an hour I have received another call from Shri Ankit Gupta saying that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 6, 200/- as a Government Security in Bank of Baroda or in Punjab National Bank. I said that I am not able to deposit as I am an employee and date was running 27 and my pay will be occurred on every 1st on each month. But he sticks with his explanation and transferred the call to his higher supervisor/manager. Now I have contacted by another person who introduced himself as a Account Manager of Bhrati Airtel Company . His name was Shri Amol Singh. He informed me that all the transactions related to finance is running in the name of Shri Amol Singh, Account Manager. I said that I am not able to pay such a big amount then he console to me that kindly take some money from another person for a short term and put faith on us, we are not fraud persons. He said that this is the last amount to be deposited by me and as well as I deposit the money in PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK in the account number [protected] of Shri Amol Singh, The Account Manager of Bharati Airtel LTD, then after in 5 to10 minutes total amount of draw transferred in my IDBI Bank A/c No. immediately. He said that he has prepared a file of my name and he was waiting only for this transaction, then he can do further process. Then I was going to PNB, Amreli Branch and deposited Rs. 6, 200/- in Amol Singh’s A/c Number on 27/05/2015 on 11:00 AM. After 30 - 35 minutes, I was informed twice that amount of 5, 25, 000/- is not a small amount hence I have to deposit Rs. 10, 300/- as a Transaction Deposit in Bank of Baroda and this amount will add in main draw amount i.e. I will get Rs. 5, 35, 300/- . I felt cheated and as I have deposited amount of Rs. 6, 200/- earlier so I have no choice because my money has been credited to Amol Singh’s A/c Number. So as a broken person tries for some survival I asked him so many time that would it be last transaction? He said with full consolation and told me not to worry about my money. Therefore I was going to Bank of Baroda and deposited an amount of Rs. 10, 300/- on 02: 00 PM, 27/05/2015 in A/c Number [protected] which belongs to Shri Deepak kumar Narayanbhai Solanki, another Accout Manager of Bharati Airtel Company Ltd. I waited and waited and at last I was said that due to technical error and because of server is down I will contacted between 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM. A call has been received at 09:30 PM saying that my procedure has been completed and I have to wait for next day. A very next day on 28/05/2015, 09:30 AM, I was informed by Shri Ankit Gupta that as an Income Tax Charges an amount of Rs. 15, 400/- which has to be deposited by me in above said BOB account number. Sir, I have been totally broken down by your company’s this kind of policy. I was informed for payment continuously after and after whenever I had completed transaction, another unexpected new charges had been charged only after completion of transaction. Sir, as I mentioned above that I am an ordinary employee and belonging from lower middle class family. I am not able for such risk but as I mentioned in earlier that Rs. 16, 500/- have already been credited in your company’s account manager’s bank account. As a result, I hardly arranged for deposit amount of Rs. 15400/- and done a transaction in Shri Deepak Kumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account no. at Bank of Baroda, Amreli Branch on dated 28/05/2015 at 11:30 AM. After that as per my belief an another call received from Shri Ankit Gupta mentioning that I have to pay the amount for Rs. 9700/- as donation to Bank which was demanded by the Branch Manager of SBI, Dadar Branch (IFSC CODE: SBIN0000353). Now I had no choice. Again I refused to deposit such type of big amount and told him that I will contact nearby Police Station and file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Co. Ltd. “ for cheating, money laundering, public mentally harassment, waste of time and money”. As positive response was needed but I received negative saying that If I wish to contact Police, I am free to lodge a complaint and after that the call cut off. After 5 minutes, he told me to talk with the owner of Shri Sunil Mittal. I talked with you i.e. With the Shri Sunil Mittalji . And you also consoled me and said me that this would be the last amount to be paid and you suggest me for my benefit that if I am holder of a ration card then after I have to deposit Rs. 5, 200/- in above said BOB account number. Then you had transferred the call to Shri Ankit Gupta and he asked me for Ration Card No. I told him the number and I deposited amount of Rs. 5, 200/- in your account manager’s account in Bank of Baroda Account on 28/05/2015 on 02:30 PM. Even after I had been told that as I am not belonging to below poverty line I have to deposit remaining 4, 500/- . I was exhausted totally with this kind of harassment but my money was entrapped in your company hence I had to deposit. I was permitted for deposit on the next day and he told me that I can do the transaction of deposit the amount on next day i.e. on 29/05/2015 without any problem because I have not even a single rupee on that day . On 28/05/2015, 07:00 PM, on 29/05/2015, 09:00 AM, I asked to Shri Ankit Gupta that kindly confirm that this would be a last transaction or not. He replied positively as so far. Then I did transaction in Shri Deepakkumar Narayanbhai Solanki’s account at BOB Amreli on 29/05/2015, 10:00AM. Now, I was informed as so far previously, they told me to deposit late charge Rs. 5, 200/- on 29/05/2015 . Then I refused not to do any kind of transaction further regarding to this. Particulars of Bank Transactions are as under: SL NO Amount A/c No. A/c Holder Date 01 5, 50/- [protected] Ankit Gupta 27/05/2015 02 6, 200/- [protected] Shri Amol / Amul Singh 27/05/2015 03 10, 300/- [protected] Shri Deepak Kumar Narayanbhai Solanki 27/05/2015 04 15, 400/- 28/05/2015 05 5, 200/- 28/05/2015 06 4, 500/- 29/05/2015 Total 42, 150/- Rs. Forty Two Thousands One Hundred Fifty Only Calls have been received from two numbers :[protected]/[protected], Airtel Office Phone Numbers. Belonging to Bharati Airtel Company’s executives. Kindly tell me Sir, how kind of policies your company have? If all these fair to me? Even all these things happened with me I request to you for refunding me only those amount of Rs. Which were deposited by me in your Company’s officers’ accounts time to time. This is my humble request to give my money back to me and oblige to me. With the hope of positive anticipation.

    I have replaced my normal SIM with Micro SIM due to my new handset requirement on[protected] at Edayarpalayam pirivu, Airtel Relationship Center, Coimbatore. I have submitted all the required documents . However, till now[protected] my microSIM was not activated. I have called customer care more than seven times and visited the same Airtel Relationship Center(Edayarpalayam pirivu, Coimbatore) Two times ). While taking that sim that showroom girl said sim will activated within 4 hours. But till now no response.

      I took a post paid connection [protected] and the physical verification failed since I was supposed to travel outstation for an urgent matter for a duration of 4 days. I called up airtel toll free number and informed the same before I left. [protected] is activated on 29th April. Suspended on 2nd May I was asked to go to relationship center to resubmit Documents and I was not in a position to do it. Airtel executive advised to go for a new connection and to use the same dongle and I took a new connection again from airtel [protected]. I spoke to customer care executive on 13th of May when I got a bill for [protected] he said it will be waived off, To make sure things fall in place, I also have sent a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com "I have received a bill for this number [protected] which was suspended since the physical verification failed since I was supposed to travel outstation for an urgent matter for a duration of 4 days I never used this connection. I spoke to your customer care executive just now and he said the bill is waived off and not required to be paid . Please make sure your system is updated with the same " Airtel never informed me I am supposed to pay the bill. Never corrected the wrong understanding provided by customer care executive. There was no replay from Airtel for the mail other than an auto acknowledgement, On 9th of June I received a mail from Airtel stating "This is to bring to your notice that an amount of Rs 831.47 is overdue for payment for the mobile services availed from Bharti Airtel Limited [BAL] towards mobile no. [protected], account no. [protected]. We are not in receipt of the said amount, despite sending several reminders through telephone, SMS & personal visits. The non-payment amounts to violation of the terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form [CAF] which forms a legally enforceable agreement between you and BAL." I spoke to airtel customer care executive today on 10th of June and to his supervisor (he said so) and they were not even ready to admit it was a mistake not to replay to my mail. Now I am forced to pay the bill and I am forced to go to relationship center to pay the bill. More over I am Insulted telling a non payer of bills.

        Call Drops/Number not reachable/Voice breakage

        I have been using corporate Postpaid Airtel connection from last 10 months. The most frequent and common problems which we face in a metro city like NCR are 1) Most of the time when caller tries to reach me on my cell phone, he gets an automated revert "Number is not reachable". Although my office is in KG Marg, Cannaught Place (heart of the DELHI city), but still i am not reachable for the caller. It frustrates me the most as sometime...

        I, Sumit Grover, recharged my no. [protected], on 9th June’15, Tuesday, through Airtel application downloaded on my mobile. The recharge amount was Rs. 176/- wherein provision of 1GB 2G data was reflected for 28 days and the same was also reflected as successful in “recharge history” in the said application as well(screenshot enclosed herewith). However, when I received the contradictory SMS for confirmation of recharge(screenshot enclosed herewith), I was amazed to see that my account been credited with only 700MB, instead of 1GB as offered and that too for only 21days, as against proposed 28 days. Thereafter, I contacted the customer care executive, ref. no. being CBNRD[protected], dated 10th June’15, and I was told by Mr. Akhil, the concerned personnel, that though he agrees that the services should have been provided for 28 days with 1GB 2G data, however, the Airtel has revised its tariff rates just a few days ago, but the mobile application displays the erstwhile tariffs and they are trying to resolve such kind of errors. Nevertheless he insisted that I was supposed to be credited only 700MB 2G data for 21days. In the absence of convincing reply by the customer executive, I lodged a grievance to the Nodal officer of Delhi Region of Airtel, vide mail dated 10th June’15, briefing him about the issue involved in the instant case. On 10th June’15 itself, I received a revert mail from the Nodal officer addressed by Mr. Karan Sawhney, wherein the documents (i.e. screenshots) enclosed by me in the original mail were overlooked and the contention as stated by the customer executive were reiterated and it was mentioned in the revert mail that as per revised tariff plans, the credit of 700MB 2G data for 21 days is correct. However, no convincing reason was given as to how it amounts to price revision in the instant case, since the mobile application shows successful recharge for 1GB data for 28days. Hence I require you to register my complaint & redress thereto. post issuance of the docket reference number.

          we talked with customer care but he told that he unable deactivate the package because this is company's policy. But I dont know how the company activate the packages without customer preference whether he willing to avail the package or not. This is very irregular in point of customer view. Customer must know what package he prefers.

            I have had my prepaid airtel mobile since 2010. I have rarely used it for public or business purposes. I am also a very private person. Since, the past one year, I have been getting calls and messages on this phone number from unknown people and unknown businessmen and telemarketers. None of them are willing to disclose how they are getting my number which is not available publicly or in the phone directories. i think someone in the company is selling our personal information and contact details from the KYC norms forms that they collect. Some of the callers are even aware of the banking and insurance details of the customer probably by data mining from the PAN numbers in the form.

              This email is regarding the refund that i was supposed to get by 5/62015 of a broadband connection that had been rejected due to some faulty cable or whatever. The application number is TBLR6971591. I have applied for a connection two months back and it took around a month for you to tell me that the connection cannot be provided. Due to this i was supposed to get a refund of Rs 1000 that i paid as an installation fee. I have been calling the customer care number but nobody is picking up. I'm not at all aware of the status of the refund. I'm asking you to take necessary action and kindly refund me back my money. I'm really frustrated and disappointed at Airtel. You have wasted my time and consumed a lot of my enegy.. A company of your reputation should have some responsibility towards a customer. Anyways I'm requesting you to kindly refund me my money ASAP.                 On 9th June 2015 I got my airtel recharged with Rs 192 for 1 GB 3G data. I also got erecharge succesful confirmation mesaage from airtel stating that your number has been successfully recharged with Rs 192, Benefits - 1 GB 3G data for 21 days. But when I switched on and switched off my mobile data to check the available 3G balance it was 524 sumthing MB data only. I called up customer support to complain but they refused to file the complaint saying that the plans have been changed. If the company's plans are changed then why the hell they are sending out recharge successful messages for 1GB data instead of 524 etc.. I had spoken to Mr Rakesh Kumar with reference no. - [protected]

                              dear sir/ mam, greetings of the day, this mail is is in reference to my complaint no's/reference id's [protected], [protected], [protected] any many more. let me first brie[censored]p the matter, i am ur customer having [protected], not only this I am having three other numbers running on my name with my family and 2 numbers running on name of my family number also, all of them are with Airtel. I have so many grudges with the airtel for past 2-3 months but this time all the height which has got crossed. I have called customer care on 20th may 2015 night to Activate my International Roaming, they have told me that its the 999 plan so, i told them to activate it. i received the message same night about the conformation and same night my phone network goes. i called customer care again and again from other numbers regarding the problem I have been facing but they replied me that ur request is pending and ur no will be activated in 4 to 24 hours. but all in vain. my family members, who are in India, remained in touch with customer care(CC) about the problem and every time they assured them that it will start working in 2-3 hours. even after reaching abroad my phone doesnt picks network and problem persists. on 26th evening when i landed in india my phone doesnt picks network, i called CC notified the problem that said because of international roaming pending request it has not been working, they cancelled the request and after 1-2 hours my phone starts working. after repeated attempts made by me by contacting CC and going to ur airtel office in my city and noting my complaint regarding the bill of Rs.999 which is pasted along with my bill, for which ur organisation have not provided me services. i have personally contacted CC many time some says that it was pending, some says it has been activated and some says that CC executive make a mistake that 999 is a pack to make calls in International Roaming cheaper. he has to first activate pack of Rs 149 to pick up network outside India. now my question arises that, 1) where is my mistake.. 2) I havent used any o[censored]r the service during International Roaming neither u provided me. 3) infact for those 6 days, for which my phone doesnt picks network, my monthly rental and data pack rental for 6 days needs to be waived off morally and ethically along with Rs. 999. 4) Ni-ether my requested call with seniors have been arranged even after repeated attempts since last one week. now ur good self is requested to waive off my Rs. 999 from my monthly bill along side 6 days rental and email me my new bill as early as possible as i will not be responsible for ur late payment charges, as i will not be paying up my bill till the matter get resolved. in wait of of a justice from ur end as i have got harassed many a times. not only the harassment, but amount of time i am wasting in contacting CC and writing these mails is not possible for me all days. this is type o[censored]nprofessional behavior from a company of such repute is neither acceptable and nor expected. so i am waiting for a quick and positive reply from ur end else i will be forced to shut all my numbers with airtel and forced to sue a case in Consumer affairs and lodge a complaint with TRAI, and CCI. and i will be forced to go to media and social to open a protest against the ur company. my last suggestion to ur company is that kindly recruit those CC Representative who knows something or train them fully before they are behind the desk to help anyone, so that persons like me can be avoided of any such harassment. this is my last mail and next time i will be writing it directly to Telecom Secretary and telecom minister, Prime minister, PMO and TRAI also...

                                    Hello Sir, I bought an airtel sim two years back. From that time the sim is in roaming. I bought the sim in my home circle (Chennai) only. Last Week I bought An 3G enabled Android Smart Phone (Karbonn Titanium S1 plus ) . Today Morning(09.06.2015) I recharged my airtel sim with 28Rs 3G data package in freecharge.com website. And I received a message from airtel regarding the activation of the data pack. It got activated. In my Phone first sim slot is 3g Capable So I inserted it there.Then i switched on the data connection setting and it started showing Roaming Symbol (R) near the Signal Tower of your Sim.So I contacted the customer care from my frnds mobile and they made me to do the possible selections but then too it didnt work out. It was still working out in 2G speed. It was too too slow. So it is in roaming it has higher tariff rates . My Sim Is Still in 2G Speed and it is still showing Roaming Symbol. I want to claim money for this .Waste of time and money being your Customer .Please help me out.i can't change this number as I have given it to my friends and relatives & others. Proof *I have attached the recharge screen shot of freecharge.com *I have taken various screen shots of my phone at various situation while activating 3G. -those Contains of me trying possible options to select 3G Network manually.Whenever I Click IND Airtel 3G its showing Can't Connect to this network. Try again later. But i tried once again afterwards its showing the same thing again and again. Please have a look at it and help me out of this problem .
