    Sir, I am using two sims of airtel Nos are [protected] and [protected] on my double SIM mobile. On [protected] I uses internet pack of Rs.125/- per month. All of sudden on my no.[protected] I got SMS that I have used internet usage of Rs.2350/-for which I never requested. When I contacted customer care they bluntly told that they can only waive Rs. 1000/- only. I request to waive the entire amount on internet usage as I can not use Internet on both the SIMs. Moreover I never requested to activate Internet on my mobile No. [protected]. At present my no.         I manoj kumar activated pack after 00.00 Pack activated. But i used nearby 50 mb Net connection lost. Costumer care told me On every monday there is maintainence . But no information is given to anyone. My problem is " i only used 50-60 mb out of 1gb but i paid full amount. Company could tell Me while i activated pack because i activated Pack on same day . I lost my time ' money & net . and company not ready to payback. If company noticed me while I was activating pack that "there is maintainence and net will not work i didn't activate.           Hi All, I have requested for MNP via Airtel website and your executive collected all the documents on 28th May, 2015. He commented i will receive the new Sim card after the verification. Previous Sim card with Vodafone has been deactivated on 03 Jun 2015 and till now i haven't received a new Sim card from Airtel. Now i am unable to contact the Airtel executive as his number is out of service. I visited Airtel store to have a new sim card, they said they can't help me.             Hi, My name is Raj, and airtel account number is [protected] . I am getting worst services by AIRTEL broadband in bangalore. The landline number provided along with the internet connection never works and the back ground voice is mixed with songs, news so you can hardly hear anything. From past 10 days, phone is NOT working and from 2 days, internet is NOT working, and FRAUD Airtel saying it'll take another 1-2 days for issue to get resolved. My advice - Never Ever go for AIRTEL Broadband in Bangalore To me, AIRTEL looks FRAUD customer service department, No voice quality over land line number provided WORST Customer care - Yo uhave to wait minimum 7-10 minutes, to get answered and the people sitting at other end are damn arrogant and NON responsive and will disconnect your call..again 7-10 minutes .. Amount of rs 200 has been debited from my bank account and recharge benefit not received.                       today morning about 11;30 am recharge airtel 3G (1GB 154rs) . after confirmation message, started using mobile data for checking purpose ( i had very worst experience with airtel from last 3 months 200-250 rs losses ) turn off the mobile data, they had deducted 54 rs from my main balance .instead of data balance . immediately called customer care asked the details .they were given irrelevant answers and wanted to confirm one more thing last month i recharged 1gb 2G data it will expire on[protected] and data remaining was 1.56MB when i checked in the morning after that am turn off the data .customer care telling that am browsed more than limit and i asked if i consumed more data how come its showing 1.56 MB remaining, after this they started acting smartly that they will refund only 30rs .if am agree he will pay otherwise disconnect the call.as a reputed network i didn't expected .so i need a permanent solution for balance deduction by airtel .

                        Hi, I have raised a request for new Airtel Broadband connection. I was told that concerned person will call me with in 72 hours if connection is feasible. The sales person for our area called me less than two days saying that connection is feasible and with in no time he came and collected the documents and money saying with in less than 3 business days I will be given connection(as on May 8th 2015). After three days I called him, he gave excuses that technician will be coming next day, that way he delayed one more week. Later I called him next week. He almost stopped responding. He kept on giving excuses. Till today I havnot got my connection. It is very annoying and so disrespectful not attending the calls. At last I spoke to him asking for a refund, but then again he said connection will take more two days. I completely relying on this connection and the response is worst. Testing patience. Very irresponsible. Its been four weeks and still nothing has been done.

                        Finally after several weeks, I was told that the ports of the box which is available in our location is full, and that is what took them so long(yup took them so long to just inform the customer about the problem...IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE), and told me they are working on that (GOD KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE WORKING ON). Instead they could have informed me about the issue I would have at least felt better for their concern and responsibility.

                        Not refunding
                        No response
                        No work
                        No update.

                        VERY ANNOYING!
                        Been exactly I month. And no connection yet.!

                          4G SIM CARD ISSUES

                          I was recently issued a 4G SIM card as part of an upgrade by Airtel, when i inserted that SIM into my phone (IPHONE), it did not recognize the SIM. After speaking with their customer care without any proper support or technical understanding of the problem (their approach was to "change my phone", i have an iPhone 6 ! I at the very atleast asked them to revert to my 3G earlier SIM since that was working alright, but it seems that is also...

                            I am very much disappointed with last bill of my postpaid airtel mobile as it includes a self activated booster pack of std call rate worth rs.149 per month which has been activated without my knowledge or permission and i will not like to pay it for the last month as well as running month onwards..

                              Dear Sir, My Mobile no. is [protected]. I had given application to convert my postpaid connection to Prepaid at Sector-5 Dwarka, New Delhi. My postpaid connection stopped at 1730 hrs on 03/06/2015. At 1950 hrs, still my prepaid sim has not been activated. Prepaid sim no.[protected]. Pl resolve ASAP. 1. I had given request on 01 Jun 15 at sector-5 Dwarka outlet of Airtel. My documents were verified and request accepted. I was told that the process would be complleted within 24 Hrs. 2. On 03 Jun 15 (more than 24 hrs later and after calling customer service twice) my post paid sim was deactivated. After 30 min, I installed prepaid sim and called 59059 for verification. I was told that my profile was not updated, but that the same would be done after 4 hrs. I even called customer serv 121, 129 etc five times. 3. On 04 Jun 15, at 0830 I again called 59059 but was told that there is some bank end problems and the process is taking time. 4. This all is clearly a procedure to harass customers. The mail which I am attaching frm Airtel has not even understood what the problem is. 5. I am an Armed Forces Officer and Airtel is blocking all my communication. 6. This problem requires resolution at Supervisor/ officer level.

                                Sir, my name is P P Sen and my mobile Number is [protected] and amount of Rs.150 deducted from my account without my concerned on 03.06.2015. On 03.06.2015 a message received from Air tel that "You have successfully activated Mobile TV and deducted Rs.150/- permonth". I have not activated Mobile TV function. please refund my amount immediately. Thanks

                                  I have using this since Long, n I found it ver weak n tired, y?? This is my no [protected] n check !!! No offence but what going on? So sick internet service! ! Please fix it Why doesn't concerning about customers convenience ? Is that necessary to complain about everything thn they n their brain cell stimulate n.w the work on it, Or it was ma biggest mistkn wen I bought this sim No offence please concern about it Who has time That much to wait for every single page no man after payed money no 1 will appreciate. No offense. Please fix this asap, !!! :-/

                                    Hi, I have lost my mobile yesterday around 7pm. I have spent almost 30min to search and finally I've noticed I lost it. I reached Airtel office at 7.45pm. The security guard says, the time is over and he didn't allow me inside to process blocking my SIM. It's my office number and I receive Very urgent calls from Onshore. I tried calling customer care and again very poor service, they didn't respond properly.. I would like to Block my SIM and re-issue it with in a day. Is that possible ? Can anybody help out there!!
