    I have been charged close to Rs. 400 for data usage on two occasions in the last three months. These people are so pathetic they dont even arrange a call back for the customer to explain their side of things. The airtel customer care office in INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE is so pathetic, they dont know half the things and are plain rude when talking to clients. I have used their service *121*114# to check my usage, these people just want to loot their customers. I would advise airtel users to please check their bill. These people levy extra charges. Beware of this pathetic company. Especially if you are in INDIRANAGAR, BANGALORE. The customer service people will act as though they are doing you a favor by listening to you. Another thing, every weekend there will be maximum 2 executives working at a time. You will have to wait an average of 45 min to talk to these people.They may not know Hindi and WILL be rude. Dont think you wont need to talk to customer service, because you will. And after the 1 hour you waste in their offices, you will leave with a fake promise which will never be fulfilled. Their attitude is EXHAUST THE CUSTOMERS INTO DEFEAT.

        I have called Airtel Helpline 12 times on 12 different days, requesting to de activate the hello tune on my landline [protected], however every single day the same story repeats. I am told to wait upto 4 hours after calling for de activation to process. Mailed them thrice to receive no response from their end. This is the worst customer care service.

          I stay in Visakhapatnam..lm getting 4 g speed everywhere in my city except my own house it goes back to 3g.. Airtel office says to wait for sometime and customer care say to wait for 24 hours every time i call...if they don't have a solution they say that they will connect my call to the supervisor and then they hang up without connecting my call to the supervisor... Aitel has increased their service charge from 12 to 14 % and this is the type of service they give? My recharge validity is getting over and yet i haven't used 4g service..

              Last month I have recharged my no. [protected] with 3G pack of Rs 265/ 1.5gb whose validity is expiring today. Yesterday I got a message from airtel stating that I need recharge before the validity expires to save the unused data. So today around 10pm I recharged my no with pack of Rs 48 to save my unused 940MB data. But when I checked the data balance it is still showing that my previous data is expiring today(13.06.15). When I talked to a customer care executive, I was being told that airtel does not have any carry forward scheme. When I told him about the message I received he simply denied it and started speaking nonsense things. Again I dialled the customer care no. And this time they told me that I had to recharge on the day I received the message to carry forward the data. So every time you will talk with them they will give you every reason but not the solution. So I just want to ask airtel, What is the actual carry forward scheme?? And if there is no such scene then why the company of such a big stature is fooling people with such kind of messages?? And please educate your customer care persons so that they can solve our problem rather than arguing like a illiterate person who knows nothing about the company and its schemes and also don't know how to bahave with the customer.

                With the announcement of Mumbai being a separate circle, atleast there should have been respect in the sense to let the customer's complete their active packs, which concern maharashtra being a local and not a roaming! ​On calling the customer care(numerous times) with a holing time so huge, it took almost a huge chunk of my balance out(again a cheap trick by airtel)​, they had the same blank poker faces they always do in regards with what they can do to "help" in this situation. Their final answers being monotonous and with the same sentence construction : "Hum kuch nahi kar sakte sir!" I recharged my mobile with 299 which is A2A Local Minutes, i have currently 4000 airtel local minutes which i used for a long time to contact people outside mumbai. With this another dramatic profit making trick, of asuming mumbai to be a new circle, that pack was instantly disregarded without notification nor waiting for it to expire! On a request to the customer care for atleast providing equal amout of some other benefit, they had the recorded and trained reply "Hum kuch nahi kar sakte!". A conclusive dialogue with the customer care is always something like this, Me: "To aapka kehne ka matlab hai ki mere itne paise poore waste gaye, haina?" Customer Care: "Aapki baat sahi hai lekin hum kuch nahi kar sakte !" This is not something i've made up, and i have been using airtel for a while now, you can check all the complaints logged from my mobile number, and listen to the recordings if you really want to help in any way. Airtel has constantly managed to cause me pain and agony. I request you to consider this case if there is any, literally any consideration about your customers. please for God's sake try to provide some benefit of the wasted money which can no longer be used for which they were used to. Also if someone is actually reading this, at least someone can call us and talk the matter, rather than pale fake empathy emails. @Airtel congrats, you've successfully made another customer beg for the worth of his money. ​Please do something of this complaint, if someone actually can, ​

                  13.6.15 Good evening! I got the mobile portability from reliance (CDMA) to airtel (GSM) and the same was activated at around 10 PM on 12.6.15 i.e. yesterday. When in the morning i made the first call a window appeared with a caution that for making a call roaming charges would be applicable. This was quite amazing since my phone is registered in chandigarh and i wanted to call someone in the same city only. Since it was an urgent issue so left with no option i clicked on yes and was able to talk. Then i made the other call the window appeared with the same words but this time i clicked on no and the call did not materialize and when i talked to the so called customer care first they gave bizarre solutions and when i requested them to let me talk to a senior initially they resisted and when i talked to the alleged senior he was also not able to provide a solution. Now when ever a local call is made from my Cell No [protected] the word "R " is displayed on top right corner. of the set. These roaming charges by airtel is unjust enrichment at your end and extremely unethical. . They say first impression is the last impression please orient your staff that they are not working in a " LALA " company but a professional one and instead of providing a workable solution they just keep on rubbing a point and which when is reasoned out with them they keep the call on hold and do not reply for long. They are really not bothered if damages are claimed for this trade practice of air tell because all they are concerned with their pay package and two hoots for the Company"s reputation which the MITTALS have built over the years. As a busy man, i am a lawyer by profession, i can claim damages . But being a thorough gentleman and coming from a rich background i may not go in for it. Please allow me to use a few harsh words which i am forced to and that is SHAME ON YOU this is how i have been welcomed in the airtel family. Now the long and short of my grievance is that no solution has till time been provided to me. For the sake of your company's reputation the redressal of my grievance should be at the earliest.                   Now I find that even for local data usage with respect to mobile No. [protected] you people are charging roaming tariff which is nothing short of gross abuse and again an unjust enrichment at your end.

                      I am a customer of your company for more than 10 years. Your company representatives had hidden the information while offering new plans to me twice. First time I lost the internet unlimited plan of Rs. 125 which I was using right from beginning of my mobile connection. And now on 1st June again your representative offered me my plan 299 (calling and internet) and assured me that my monthly charges will be reduced significantly and for the existing plan proportionate amount will be charged in the next bill. But I am feeling sorry I have got a bill in which internet service proportionate bill was not considered, due to this my bill has been enhanced to Rs. 769 otherwise on average my bill was around Rs. 550. Repeatedly I had asked your representative about this (You can check from voice recording), because I have already had a bad experience Even I am surprised how a company will charge two times for the same service. Although this is a small amount and I have alternatives to switch over to other mobile subscriber. But this will go against the reputation of the company. Kindly do the needful.                         I applied for Airtel connection, after calling the customer support number @ [protected] they created a lead and forwarded to a DSA based in Tilak Nagar. I was looking for 5 connections, their executive was suppose to come to my office to explain the plans and packages but no one turned up on 9th June 2015, next morning at 12:30 P.M. I received a call from a guy named Pradeep from the same DSA stating that executive couldn't make it so he is the one who can assist me over the phone. I was desperately looking for the connection as my existing phones had some trouble. There was no plans only for calls wherein I could get unlimited local and national calls, therefore I had to buy a combo with broadband for no reasons. Though I already have 40 mbps lease line in my office still I had to buy a combo coz of no other available options. Thereafter this guy told me to pay though the card online which was giving me an advantage for cash back, since I was in hurry so without a second thought I made the payment. I had two conditions & queries before applying for the connection one is I was looking for some easy to remember series for my phones ans secondly I wanted to make sure that I get my connections installed within 2-3 days. On their sure shot commitment I placed the order and submitted all the documents. Next day another guy Rakesh called me stating that your file is in process and we would want you to spare us a day so that we could get you best of the numbers. I agreed thinking that these guys must be working hard or it may be the part of their process. The worst part is that I did not receive any call the next day rather a different lady named Parminder called me to state that my documents are not complete so they are sending the executive. Next morning another female called me stating that "Mam we have received your request regarding the broadband connection", I blasted on her and asked her to make me speak to Pradeep/Rakesh/Parminder, her reply- "Parminder is on leave, Pradeep is busy in a meeting and Rakesh is out of office". After that I started shouting on her and immediately Pradeeep & Rakesh came on the phone. Whatta coincidence after I shouted meeting was over and other guy came back from the field, I had no clue about my super powers. The story doesn't ends here this guy then called me back in evening that Mam we could not get the number that you are looking for however what we can do is that since you have urgent need for the numbers so get your numbers installed tomorrow morning and as and when we will have good series for you then we will change the numbers. I was so disappointed and angry that I asked him to install the phones and forget the numbers. Today morning 13th June 2015 my phones were suppose to install, I waited till afternoon and no one came or called. After a long wait till 1:30 I called Airtel customer support to know that status and the kinda response I received was the worst of the treatment to the customer. I raised a complaint with the complaint number[protected] and at 3:15 I received a call from a guy Rahul another DSA guy from Rajouri Garden from [protected] stating that Mam I am calling you from my personal number and the executive who was suppose to install the connection is been asked to resign as he brought the wrong box for your connections. I am sorry but we cannot help you anymore you connections will now be installed in Tuesday 16th June 2015, you file is been sent for scanning again. I am so fedup with these human beings calling me from different numbers and different DSA's. I had no clue that a brand like Airtel can also do such things otherwise I could have never switched. These guys do not have call back numbers the only number that they have is customer support and customer support team only creates call back as they never have any information with them. The team who calls you does not even understand english properly. Such acts from a brand is not only disappointing but a straight HIT on the reputation. My only request is please make sure that my connections get installed ASAP and I should receive apology letter from the top bosses for all the trouble.

                              Dear M/s Airtel, I am associated to airtel for more than six years, and have regularly faced the problem of elevated bill amounts in the past, same has happened this month to add my pain, where a bill amount of whooping Rs.3910 (bill period 5'may'15 to 4-Jun'15) has been raised against my Rs 1599 solitaire plan. When contacted, customer care guys told me that I have overused my 3g data, and a total usage of around 8.8 GB against my allotted 8 GB, but to tell you, I also topped up my account with smart byte for Rs 300 for 1 GB, i.e technically a total of 9 GB for the said month I had and issue of over usage of data doesn't arises . Kindly look into the matter and resolve it by scraping off the extra data usage amount, so that it doesn't burden me to pay the bill and I can pay it asap.                                 My airtel number is [protected].When I found that the airtel SIM is not showing signal I contacted Airtel customer care outlet at Bhanjanagar (Odisha).The lady who attended me had the number [protected]who told me to change the SIM by producing necessary documents, old SIM and 50/-.I got the new SIM on 20/5/15 with the same number.But the lady had not submitted the documents in airtel office. That is why after I came back to Sunabeda my SIM was deactivated..Then here at Semiliguda (Odisha) again I applied for the new SIM with same number by depositing one set of documents.Meantime I had put one net pack whose validity is finishing on 21/6/15 with 460 unused MB.The customer care person here since then closed his shop leaving me at bay.Who will compensate my mental harassment and loss of money and energy?                                 Air-tel services in Kolkata is just horrible. They have stopped outgoing of all numbers since yesterday. Despite having paid against bills for the past two months (proof already given through mail), a lady called (LL no[protected] to threaten me to pay up or else, she would send some persons to my place.

                                Have you guys gone nuts? I would expect a senior official from Airtel to immediately tender apology. Now I must switch to a better service provider in Kolkata.
