Unwanted service is active on my postpaid mobile number for which I have been charged Rs. 149 per month since May 2014. I have not asked to activate but it's active. The service is International Roaming which i never used. Now they are not refunding these charges which are Rs. 149 × 12 plus service taxes. They are refunding for 3 months only....
