i recharged my airtel no . [protected] with 100 rupees from my airtel application through debit card. i paid 100 rupees for full talktime and my no. was recharged with 86 rupees only . I want my remaining balance as soon as possible . I recharged on 6th may 2015.

    whoever calls me, my phone is shown switched off even if its not. after a while i get to know that somebody called me since i get the message that i have these missed calls from these people. my phone is never kept off, but due to network problems it is shown off

      Today Rs 50 has been deducted from Airtel Number [protected] for installing a game " Avenger". I called Airtel helpdesk number 198 from my phone to inform that the Game was not installed intentionally as My Mother was playing the game and there was may be a pop up which was clicked mistakenly. Mr. Pintu Roy when received the call, I asked whether there is any way to get back the balance as it was very weird that the amount was deducted without any confirmation rather just a pop up. Mr.Pintu ordered me not to play any games in future in my phone otherwise same thing can happen. My question is who is he to order me?? Then I asked is there any solution or contact or mail details of any where I can raise my problem he strictly said NO. I even asked can you transfer the Call to Senior System executive he said "NO I Can't, Try somewhere else". He even put the call on hold and disconnected the line. My question is how dare he is to behave with a Customer this way? WHY 198 number is there if any Customer doesn't get any help?? How dare he is to disconnect the line this way?? How dare he is to give order to a customer Not to play any games?? This is really a dissapointing service from Airtel and its Executive. I need a formal Apology from Airtel and I need the money back which was deducted in a wrong way. This is really Disgusting and ridiculous.

          I had applied for number portability on [protected] from airtel to Vodafone and I paid around 100rs more than the bill so that I could use it if I needed to and still be able to port to Vodafone in a couple of days. I was going to Mumbai that very week for a couple of months and was tired of airtel's lousy service. My number kept working for about a month and then it stopped working so I went online to search for the problem. Turns out after the porting request was filed and denied because the greedy telecom operators were charging me according to their will and not by the plan I had opted. After the number stopped working I had to get a new number to stay connected so I switched back to Vodafone. Since the services on the sim were terminated by airtel, I trashed the sim. Whereas airtel has started sending bills after 2 months of terminating my services. Please make sure the telecoms are not operating out of the law.

            Hi Team, Just to request if you can get the concern resolved. This is the last time, I’m trying to contact you guys. Hope you will help me in this regards. I’ve sent emails to Airtel almost 10-12 times including all channels, however no one is bother about the customer frustration and wastage of time & money. Now I am feeling so cheated and harassed even after dealing with one of India’s best telecoms company, I didn’t think that had to face so much of mental torture. I have raised the issue with Airtel Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appellate Authority and after doing too much of follow-ups. I’ve not been even acknowledged. They never heeded to that request. I have recording of the conversation and sent the same as proof. They do not listen to me which is adding lots of the frustration. Can you please register the complaint for immoral tactics followed for selling the product. Original Email Regarding the concern: Hi Team, This is in regards to the procurement of a Wi-Fi dongle. I purchased it because of the information/details were provided before the product was handed-over to me. I was said that the dongle doesn’t cost anything and further it has been charged total for Rs.3250/- hence the plan has been set of Rs.2550/-. and second point – I was informed that I will get the 3G speed with unlimited browsing and only 2GB for downloading. But this is the worst speed, I am getting now. So the payment was made because of the aforementioned words. If you cannot fulfil these, then kindly have your product with you and refund my money back. (Please refer attached communication between your sales agent). Hope for the helpful response.                   I submitted a form and all my documents and Rs.4770 cheque to an Airtel representative on 4th may.He assured that the connection would be installed by 5th of May...Its the 7th and no one has installed it till now. Today someone called from Airtel and told me that the connection could not be installed due to the box is full of connections in my area and so no more new connections can be taken and hence the cheque would be refumd.This is very bad service I have experienced from Airtel. I am an advocate of Calcutta High Court and because of your assurance I surrendered my old broadband connection and now I am facing huge problems. Now I have to pay again for the installation charges of my previous broadband connection.This has left a very bad impression on me about Airtel.I don't want my cheque to be refund but I want the installtion to be done.

                    My airtel number is [protected] and using as 3G modem, but i am very happy to tell u that u never give me 3G speed, i always get speed up to 40kbsp... gr8 jobs guys... I try to complaint this issue on customer care, i got reply that they are sending some people at home or sending config detail on my number or tell me some settings, but i did nt get speed more than 50kbps. i recharge my number with 655 or 599 rs amount for 3G but never get 3G speed. I am loosing my control so plz solve this issue else i will stop this service.

                                Dear Sir, I bring to your notice a fraud happening with consumers in selling of smart bytes packs. We own a landline number[protected], on which we have been extended broadband service as well. We subscribe to 15GB pack at the rate of ₹ 799/- I have to report a fraud which took place in my previous 26 Mar to 25 Apr 2015 billing cycle and also now happened today in my current running billing cycle. The fraud goes like this:- The speed of the broadband reduces considerably to prompt user to check the current usage of the pack. On checking of current usage it shows that the usage has come close to finishing the authorized use, in our case 15GB. Hence to continue a good speed one chooses a smart byte pack. Once chosen the speed regularizes. But after a few hours when you check the usage you find a usage of the current package still outstanding with large data. One such print screen is attached. Last month I raised this concern as a feedback on the 11-12 April 2015, and I was told that such smart bytes are never considered, whereas the bill shows the purchase as included, which is a fraud. I have raised this feed back but Airtel has yet to respond. I would request you to kindly send me an itemized bill of my data usage for last month and also of the current month till 04 May 2015. Kindly investigate the matter before I raise the level further. Also this is to inform you that the bills shall not be paid till a clarification is offered regarding the actual data usage on my number. Best regards Col Pankaj Goel [protected]

                                        Double payment taken for broadband([protected]) Dear we received your sms as given below and paid immediately online by debit card Today I visited bank and learnt you have sent a wrong msg and the bank duly honoured my cheque and it appears they have debited the same amount TWICE. It is unfortunate that u cheat your customers which is unthinkable Shame on you Cheque 230119 paid against airtel landline has been returned by your bank. Reason: MAT.ALTERATION REQ.DRAWER SIGN. Please pay immediately to ensure continued services.. Payment options:(a)myairtel app- www.airtel.in/myairtel(b)visit www.airtel.in(c)airtel money-dial *400# (d)ARC details-SMS ARC <pincode> to 121. Ignore if already paid./ this is a gross misstatement
