whenever some phones to my No. they hear a message that the subscriber cannot be reached. After some time I get an sms stating that you have missed call from so and so No. I have made several complaints, changed the sim but problem persists. I am airtel customer for last 12 years, but this problem is there for the last 2 months. Thinking of migrating to some other service provider. Can anyone in Airtel can resolve my problem?

Problem not solved and aggravating day by day. I think its high time to shift /migrate to some other service provider.

    I've cancelled my connection on 12.02.15 itself. but till today it is not activated and the bill value accumulated to Rs.4400 .00. So i request you to kindly deactivate my connection and the amount of outstanding pls write it off. As per the cancellation letter also i attached for your reference. Sub : Cancellation of Data card number reg: Ref: My data card Number is [protected] With reference to the above number I’ve been using for the past 6 months. I’ve request the plan of rs.500 to 600 in a month. But till today the plan was not activated. Every month my bill amount was rs.900 to 1000.00 Even though I’ve been paying the amount on regular basis. But last month my bill amount was Rs.1700.00 were am not using 100% b’se iam not in the station on last month. When iam using 100% my bill amount was below rs.1000.00 and when iam using below 50% my bill amount is Rs.1700.00. So, how it will possible?? So, I request you to kindly provide me the details to make the minimum payment and cancelled the number with immediate effect.           Sir, I have activated roaming pack in my mobile no.[protected] on 12/05/15 at hazaribagh (Jharkhand) but after I entered in hyderabad I am not receiving any incoming call only outgoing facility is active. I have sufficient balance then why I suffer for this kind of problem. Customer care executive not receiving my call. Please do the needful.

            Sir/madam, I Sudhakar Varanasi and my mobile number is [protected]. For this service provider is Airtel. On 13th May, 2015 i saw a offer in Airtel mobile application for Rs. 7/- regarding call rates. Immediately i recharged that amount through my net banking facility. But that offer not activated in my mobile till now. In this regard i made a call to Airtel custmer care on 16th May, 2015. Buy they are not responding properely and disconnected my call during conversation. Please take necessary action on Airtel and do a favor to me.               I made a call on customer care no i.e [protected] at 2.25. & 2.35 p.m on 13.5.15 and spoke to ur reprentative Ms.Pooja regrding my airtel net dongal . She behaved very rudely and disconnected my call twice with giving solution to my probslems. Forget about solution she didnt hear me. hence, i request you to kindly take serious action against your employee.My complaint was rearding my net speed . I reacharged 3G connection but from 3 months i am getting two speed.My net no is [protected]. Kindly reply me on [protected]@yaoo.co.in Thanks

                Hi, I am using Airtel for few months and today i was surfing internet and suddenly 35 rs got deducted from my main balance. i got a sms saying you have subscribed LAILA services but i did't subscribed any things on my number. I call customer care also but i am not satisfy by their response and they have stopped the service.                   I bought an Airtel wifi dongle (wingle) with a new data card/SIM on 8th May, which was verified and, as reported by airtel customer representative, activated on 9th May. The dongle came with 3GB 3g data free. However, when I tried to use the dongle, it got conneted to the device (laptop) but there showed "No internet access". I have been trying to contact airtel customer service and technical support since than to get the issue resolved. First of all their initial reponse was very poor, they kept passing the issue from one forum to next. Finally after 48 hours they registered the complaint and told me to wait for 72 hours. Now it has been more than 144 hours and the issue is still the same. I have been once told that the SIM is not registered or invalid. Next they told me that my data balance is nil and the bundled data of 3GB that came with the dongle has not been activated or updated. They keep asking for more time, but never revert back with any answer. I have had to repeat my problems more than 30 times over the last 6 days and yet have not received any answer.

                    My Data card #[protected]. I have made the full and final payment for the above said data card on 18th Feb 2015 directly in Airtel showroom in Medavakkam, I even gave all the required proof and letter for cancellation, They forgot to cancel my datacard, as the particular person who supposed to cancel my datacard has left the showroom. Now I still receive the bill for March and April.When I go to medavakkam showroom asking for details they told to gave another letter, I gave a letter on 30th March and still no action is been taken. Now I am asked to pay the both the bill for March and April. The showroom people are not responding properly as well.

                      I am changed my network service form Docomo to Airtel with MNP facility. My Docomo service end at 27 April 2015. But the airtel not activated after my complaint they activate tower but calls not activated.[protected] only they activate outgoing calls. Still not my incoming calls activated. I tried all the way .                         Airtel one of the worst customer support i have seen. In past 2 weeks i have received two calls from customer care numbers[protected] Deepak) i was talked in an abusive language with his senior. I have the recording for the call too. Second call u recieved from a lady (name not disclosed[protected] this lady when asked for an email for customer care disconnected the call on my face rudely.

                            I wanted to change the ownership of a prepaid Airtel SIM numbered [protected] from my sister to myself. I went to Airtel office on 6th May 2015 and submitted my documents for the same. On 11th May 2015 I went again to the office and found out that They had mistakenly had issued an active SIM. They behaved so carelessly. To rectify the matter, issued me a new free SIM and told me that within a day or two it would be activated. Nothing has happened. Why these people are so adamant and careless. At the end of all, they start giving the reasons of technical glitches that persist outside their purview. Especially, at this office, all the staff are very cold to customers. They treat them inhumanly. They intimidate the customers. They don't listen to customers."

                              I recharged my airtel number from My Airtel app. There i saw ₹42 recharge for 200 MB of whatsapp data then I proceed recharge. After that i got a message saying I got 450 sms on recharge of ₹42. When talked to Customer care, they told me for 200 MB whatsapp data pack is ₹43 Not ₹42 n disconnected call again n again. I have a screenshot showing data plan during recharge on My Airtel app.

                                  Hi Team, This is regarding a complaint pending with Airtel Customer Care team since July 9, 2014.. My Email ID [protected]@gmail.com has been updated on Airtel Database against Broadband User ID [protected] however the Broadband connection doesn't belong to me. I have tried to connect with the Customer Care Team several times on the issue of removal of my Email address from their database as I continuously keep on receiving quite a number of irrelevant emails from Airtel Team. No resolution was provided to me as yet and even now after a number of escalations made to the team, I am still receiving those emails related to Broadband User ID [protected] on my Email ID. I have been instructed to follow the Escalation Matrix and write emails to several airtel contacts like nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com; however none of them could actually help me with a resolution. This is a kind of harassment to public who is not associated as a customer to your broadband services. I am looking for forward to a permanent fix to this issue so that I don't receive any more emails from Airtel related to Broadband User ID [protected]. Kindly make necessary arrangements to fix this issue and let me know at the earliest. It is the worst experience ever for me with Airtel. The team neither co-operated nor tried to re-verify the matter. This kind of negligence to an issue is really very rude and unprofessional. Such a response is absolutely not acceptable. Your inability should not make a customer suffer. I was so much disappointed that I finally lost my trust at your products and services. No customer would appreciate a question on the authenticity of any personal information given out by them. This is not correct and even can be considered illegal. I need a complete explanation to this matter and expect a fair co-operation from your company. I would also like to talk to your Senior Management for a better understanding of your operations. I request you to kindly provide the contact details of the above mentioned officials or else connect me over phone if you have a privacy condition. I hope you can understand the core practicality of the situation and will certainly make your best efforts by taking necessary steps for a resolution. I have attached the supporting documents on this email. I hope to meet your kind consideration and prompt attention at the earliest.

                                    I have requested for 3G services on 8/4/2015 which has been activated on 10/04/2015 19:40 due to your technical problem. I have been charged Rs.250 for a 4:20 hours o[censored]sage in April Bill And then again charged Rs.250 for usage from 11/04/2015 to 10/05/2015 Indirectly I have been charged Rs.500 for 1 month of 3G Usage. So Airtel has not borne penalty for 2 days of inconvenience caused to me, but I have to pay my bill. How is this justified?

                                        Hi, I have got bill of 3043.82Rs for apr8 to may 7 period. As per my corporate I have 1GB free 2G usage. However since 2G is slow I activated 3G for 250Rs per month. Last month since 3G limit was over and smart bytes were highly charged I decided to use my default 2G service upto 1GB. 1) Incorrect plan applied -- They activated it for only 512Mb -- I am supposed to get 1GB as per the plan no matter which date I use. Do they reduce rental i[censored] switch off your cell or their poor service sometimes ? 2) No account usage details are provided -- Since in this postpaid service we don't get each and every detail what we use and how its recharged as we go ; I noticed large amount o[censored]nbilled amount getting accumulated in my account after activation of 2G. When I contacted 121 care and asked the reason whats causing this huge amount each day they said they don't have access to such information and I need to contact only after bill generation.. I am bewildered as the support people who are supposed to give your usage statistics just referring to server on request of customer say vague things like they cant do it..Then who can see statistics data if not customer and even customer service agents? As unbilled was growing each day and was reaching credit limit I asked them to at least increase credit limit.They wouldn't do it.. They have policy that once you reach your credit limit you need to pay that amount in advance so that to keep your outgoing services active .. a. They don't want to respond to account balance unbilled related concern from customers b.But they want advance payment even though mistake is at their end. However they increased my credit limit from 1700Rs to 2500Rs 3. Incorrect usage notification from server -- I kept checking my datause by sending specific msg code reserved and also set my data limit so that my usage doesn't cross the limit .They said 512.. Till last day of billing cycle I got msg response mentioning I have consumed only 385Mb of 512Mb of built in data. And my android device doesn't show that I have crossed that limit of 512Mb. Lets say device app is not 100% accurate but its nearly accurate .Its simply impossible that I have used 250Mb more that the set limit. Then also in the bill its mentioned that I have used around 765Mb which is 240Mb approx. more than 512Mb so I have been charged in Thousands and its valid. How its valid I wonder.! I pay for 3G services differently and I should be allowed to use my data limit. Leave that at least inform the customers correctly about their usages as everything gets stored in database and its not rocket science to learn to see that info or security breach as its customer who is asking that information for his sake as you don't have proper automated self service to view that info customer himself. 4. Incomplete information in bill -- Every month I used to get itemized bill mailed to me or I can check it from airtel site. However this month they have removed session wise data usage details which would help customer to argue in disputes. They have directly shown that I have used 934Mb of 3G data(its shocking that they have charged extra for this also saying I used more than the limit. I always learnt in school that 934
