    I am residing in New town Rajarhat Kolkata, Using Airtel network, and from last one month Airtel service is damn worst I am not able to use my Internet neither able to make call or receive, I already complaint earler but there is no result ...Airtel service is like suffocated to me, instead of genuine company and spending lots of money in adds reqesting please provide better service.

      Hi Team, This is regards to that airtel made me fool and had given fake information from Jan 2015. Complaint: I am not able to change freebies from my account. I had discussed with 121 team for my problem till 4 Month as airtel do promise that can resolve the issue in next 48 hours. But Jan 2015 to May 2015 I am facing the same issue and still they are misguiding me. they didn’t slaved my problem within 48 hours to till 4 month then airtel doesn’t have any policy but now I want to port my sim card as because of this bad experience then I have to pay my bill as per airtel policy. Even they can disconnect my sim card if i will not pay my bill as per airtel policy. But they are making me fool and did fake promises several time then they don’t have any policy. I have almost 200 email conversation with 121, nodal Mumbai and appellate Mumbai team. 121 Team, nodal Mumbai Department and appellate Mumbai department not giving me any feedback. All department is saying that your complaint still in the concerned department from last 4 month. I have already sent 1 copy in ABP news and AAJ tak ad DNA News Paper also. Kindly look in to the matter as they are misguiding me from Jan 2015.

        Dear team I received the below Bill from airtel. I didn't use any airtel connection or land line or broad band now.I have once used the connection and disconnected during 2013 dec itself but now they are telling that i have surrender for 3months . I ddnt surrendered it i have disconnected it and paid the whole amount . Further regarding this i have raised a concern to 121 and they send an email that i wont receive further bills .even though i am getting the bill and calls regularly . Every time i explain to them and they saying that further they wont be such calls but still i am getting calls to pay. Kindly let me know why i should pay if am not using the service itself. If i surrendered for 3 months my last bill is on 2013 dec and the issue bill started from this jan 2015. How could you hold a connection without my acknowledgement for more than a year and how could you activate without my concern. .           Hi, This is Ravi Krishna Mayura, I have applied for mnp to the airtel postpaid for my number [protected], My number got disconnected from Tata Docomo from 6-May-2015 and Since that time the new airtel 4g sim which was issued to me also not working along with my previous sim. I made several calls to Airtel Customer care to fix this issue but not yet fixed till now. I came to know from airtel service center that the sim issued to me is damaged one and my number is pending for TV Approval. My straight question to Airtel is how many days they need to finish this process. I'm facing severe problem and I no longer can tolerate this. I already lost my most important calls and unable to make bank transactions.

            Sir, I recharged for Rs 249 on my airtel mobile no [protected] vide trans id [protected] on 11 may 15 through netbanking. I recieved 500 min of STD in lieu. I actually wanted 3 G data as given on the website. I again went to the airtel website and recharged for the same amount Rs249 vide Trans id 728026. This time I got 1 Gb of 3G data as advertised. On speaking to the call center, the person told me that it is given in the terms and conditions (small print somewhere), that you may get something different if you do not recharge on airtel. The transactions have been confirmed by the airtel call center. I believe this is cheating. This caution should come up when you recharge through the net banking. In any case you cannot have different things coming up for the same recharge. I do not want these 500 STD minutes and would like the money, Rs 249, to be refunded in my account or if that is not possible, credited in my phone as normal talktime. I have not used any part of this 500 min as of now and cannot use it also as I am on roaming. The call center people have clearly refused to even lodge a complaint saying that I have got what I was supposed to get.

              I am the airtel customer for the past 13 years, i have not paid the mobile bill for the past 3months due to my mobile billing issue, i have raised many complaints to customer service no body had resolved my issues, i have not used any application on my internet, suddenly my data usage is crossed as per Airtel, this is totally reduculas, i tried contacting customer service i didnt get proper response internet connection got disconnected one airtel person confimed that it will be waived of in next month you can pay 1000 RS will adjust in next month billing, i have paid the same but no adjustment made and internet also not activated. now outgoing and internet is disconnected, i have already moved to different service provider, now i am ready to pay exclude internet charges and DO NOT WANT TO continue with AIRTEL any more. I have been getting calls from airtel collection departement person by name called ARUN[protected], [protected]. he is using unparlimentary words for making the payment without even understanding my issue, i am ready to file a case against this to airtel to meet leagally in a court. working in a corporate company airtel collection departement the way spoken i am totally dissatisfied. i do not want anyone disturb be me for payment, i am ready to meet leagally for this issue.

                I've been charged excess Mobile Internet Usage Charges for Airtel No.[protected], Bill Period : April to May. Airtel charged me extra Rs. 1200. Every months my bill comes under Rs. 400. but Last month airtel sent me bill with rs.1617 amount and told me i have been charged for extra Internet usages. But i checked my data with sending "DATA USE" message to 121 and airtel reply me that my use on 7th May 2015 01.14 PM it was 843MB usage out of 1024 MB, So how it will be possible that i will use extra 90 MB that means in half day i used =1027-843 which is 181MB plus 90MB extra means total use was 271 in half day. I am requesting you to pls remove Internet charges from my Bill, which i have not been used. I am planning to take My family plan for my family members, But after this Bill I changed my plan.                   I have given request to migrate my PostPaid Airtel No-[protected] into PrePaid and now 7 days has been completed and my problem didn’t resolved. The bad things is that they don't pick the phone and each time i have to go their Center to ask the status. Each time they do false commitment and never fulfill them. I have submitted all the required doc on 6th may 2015 to convert post paid to prepaid at the TC palya Airtel outlet, and still the migration is not happened at all. so many time i called to 198 and raised complaints with the SR "61801949".. When ever i called to Customer care they are saying that it will happened in 48 hrs. its been 7days to till date I checked with the store where i submitted the doc for prepaid conversion, they said all the docs and my Aitel form has been accepted but still no idea why which is not happened. and there is no outstanding bill amount for my number. Please help me here. Therefore I request you to please take proper action ASAP regarding my Issue. Hoping kind co-operation from your side.                             Dear concern, I requested for Airtel 4G connection at my office. A sales person Amit Wankhede from Nagpur, Vardhman nagar came with all the info but the way he talked was very abusive. When one of my junior tried to talk to him he started asking very inappropriate question of how much is your salary and do you how much I earn. This incident took place today. I hope that the company will take this incident seriously and take some action.

Ffrom last two months i am giving request for resolve my query to Airtel, but no action has been taken.I am facing following problems for using airtel : 1. NO RANGE INSIDE HOME 2. WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY CALL 3. WE ARE ALSO UNABLE TO ATTEND ANY INCOMING CALL ALSO. for above complaint airtel is making fool from last two months i.e from 15.03.2015 i am making calls to airtel customer care.                                 I've been charged excess Mobile Internet Usage Charges for Airtel No.[protected], Bill No.[protected], Bill Period : 20-Jan-19-Feb-15. I travelled to Switzerland with Data Roaming as on, but internet was not used at all. Being a bonafide old customer of Airtel, I would request a waiver for international Internet Data Charges (Rs.11151), as the internet was not used at all. This was done by OVERSIGHT failing to notice the VALIDITY part of the scheme.I am made to loose Rs154/..[totally] I am a senior citizen and your customer for very Long years.                                     Hi, I have applied for conversion from prepaid to postpaid on airtel. I got a confirmation message and signal is lost on my phone, when I asked the executive he said I should use a new sim card which he would give me an hour, which didnt happen till now even after 35 hours of disconnection.

                                        The above number [protected], is an add-on number to my ITC Corporate connection [protected], which I had to switch over to some other service provider due to immense connectivity and network problem at Airtel. An amount of Rs.444/- was paid on 1st May'15 to Bama Telecom (Airtel Store), 117 Motilal Colony, Majumder Para, Kolkata-700079 vide receipt no.1766 towards the last bill payment to be made to Airtel From the following day the above number has stopped working. Inspite of several requests and reminders Airtel is not releasing this number. You must appreciate if a number suddenly gets out of order what effect it has on an individual. People are not getting through to the user of this number. Why this sudden action from Airtel? Request you to please do the needful as soon as possible and let us get the above number active.
