    Im Using karantaka airtel connection from last 5 years. Beginingg days they were having good customer care and good network and Internet speed. Currently I'm working in Muduppu, Manglore infosys technologies. Here most of the times my network shows as Roaming. When i called customer care he spoke very roughly and asked to recharge the roaming package.Sometimes phone shows the dummy network. Shows full network but if i try to call it says like mobile is switched off. I lost many important calls. Sometimes i t says not reachable if i call from my landline to mobile even if mobile shows full network. and about Internet speed, only god knows when it will connect to Internet. g speed is very slow less, works in 0.00 mbps,

They have said ok we will process but Plan rental Charges will be charged as pr FLAT rental Rs.899/-. But when I called to your Customer Care on 04-May-2015 for De-activation of Blackberry Plan Rs.399/- and Activation of BlackBerry Enterprises Plan Rs.899/- agent said same will be charged as per Prorate basis only.         Sir, This is to draw your attention towards a manipulation of your regular customer lodging this complaint. One of your local Airtel Centre, located at Gandhinagar Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur manipulated us regarding a post-paid plan. They ensured us with 360 minutes Local minutes, 160 minutes STD minutes and 240 MB 3G data and after that said the speed will fall to 2G and you can use the net unlimited without any further charge except the plan amount which was set at Rs. 299/- per month excluding service tax. As we are habitual to check our unbilled amount, came to know that the data charges are applying @4 paisa / KB Or Rs. 4.70/ MB from your customer care and the local Airtel centre also manipulated us regarding that Rs. 250 receipt, they told us that this is a security deposit and will be refunded and we came to know from your customer care that this was a conversion fees from getting your connection converted from pre-paid to post-paid. We are a regular customer and are highly disappointed from such an act of your officials. A reputed company like yours is known for customer satisfaction and not for customer manipulation but we are highly disappointed. Hope you will look to our query and try to reimburse us all the money that we have put in, otherwise we will have to switch over to another connection and will approach to more higher authorities for the reimbursement.           i would like to inform you that i am using airtel prepaid/connectionph -+91 [protected]/i am not receiving any calls but unfortunately money deducting from my balance everyday Rs.30, i am staying in UAE, but my india no.is on in another mobile.no roaming facility, just to keep the active i am using this no.so that when i can go for vaction or trip it will work just to recharge it, for active the no.every month i am doing from uae 1 call and receiving 1 call as wel from last 2 years, it was working fine, this time when i came back from india(kolkata) all of a sudden every day without receiving any call balance deducting automatically, i called your helpline(kolkata) they are fully useless just transferring my line to another person as a senior executive, but they are also helpless, yesterday they give the solution that from those no. i get calls i have to go in setting and i have to reject those no.calls, but again it is not helpful, i gave my mobile also in authorized service center for check is some setting problem or not, they checked and said it is fully OK, no automatic call received active. i am sorry to say that your helpline executives are fully helpless they do not how to talk to the customer, they are only hearing not listening, they are not allowing to speak, just giving their opinion, you can check my calls with UAE# +[protected] and can listen the recording also, yesterday i asked them to lodge a complaint and give me complaint no, they refused, yesterday i talk with them 35 mins from international calls, you can imagine how i am suffering, kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem ASAP and update me in my email [protected]@rediffmail.com.

            R/sir, Sub: Wrong demands of overdue amount even after cancellation of airtel mobile number- [protected]. I had a Airtel postpaid mobile connection no. [protected] up 15th August’14 using by son which was cancelled on 20/08/2014 with cancellation no. 57681223 & balance bill payment receipt no.25341 from M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat, as my son gone to abroad. I have given cancellation request with two ID proof to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and cancellation no. 57681223 given by them. Copy attached. Surprisingly, after cancellation of a moth I have received bill for that mobile number. I have approached to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and asked about that cancellation request but they told that you have held that cancellation, which was not right as I had not given any request for that. I had approached customer care of airtel official officer and request that you please check in your system that live connectivity of that SIM Card because I have cancelled the number, but on the spot only they have told we will check and conform. After several reminder of cancellation and discussion with Airtel customer care phone they are not ready to cancelled this connection and asking for payment of last six months without use of this connection which SIM card is not exist since 15th August’14. If same attitude of airtel marketing remain with customer, than I have only option to switch over service provider for remaining three airtel mobile connections and airtel DTH connection. I WAS VODAFONE USER FOR 5 YRS AND NEVER HAD ANY NETWORK ISSUES IN ANY OF THE STATES.ONE OF MY FRIEND ADVISED ME TO SWITCH TO AIRTEL AND YOU WILL HAVE BETTER NETWORK EXPERIENCE IN HIMACHAL. I PORTED MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE TO AIRTEL TO AVOID ANY KIND OF NETWORK ISSUES. BUT AS I REACHED HERE, MY 3G IS NOT WORKING IT WORKS ONLY IN THE MAIN AREAS OF SHIMLA LIKE AREA NEAR MALL ROAD. I WENT TO YOUR AIRTEL OFFICE TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUES BUT THEY RELPIED THAT WE ARE TESTING 4G NETWORK HERE, IF YOU ARE TESTING YOUR 4G SERVICED THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAMPER AND HARRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE USING 3G, I AM NOT GETTING ANY NETWORK AT MY PLACE VIJAY NAGER SHIMLA AND NO 3G SERVICES IN PANTHAGHATI SHIMLA. YOUR STORE REPRESENTATIVE HAD PROMISED THAT YOUR TECHNICAL DEPTARTMENT WILL CALL AND VISIT YOU BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL NIETHER ANY BODY VISITED.                 Hi, I am Prafull Jaware having airtel post paid number from six to seven years, and not facing any billing issue since i use the services but suddnely airtel has sent me a mobile bill of rs. 9500/- for the data usage and monthly rental but this is not actual i have not using the internet on the particular day and they have charged the maximum data usage on the same day. When i ask them for it they told that other apps are running in background that is why the usage is high. my mobile number is [protected]. Please help to get it resolve.

Airtel company seriously need fire all services provider executives, who always giving wrong information & fake promises. If AIRTEL can't port one number in 20days so why you saying porting will be done only in 7working days, always fake commitments. If Airtel Brand still continue with these kind of executives, God knows what will be loosing graph of customers from Airtel Services. Here in our area many people are willing to take airtel broadband connection but these airtel people are not providing feasibility in our area and talking very harsh to the people. I want 4 connections right now in our area with 100gb plan but airtel never responds us. They dont even call andand provide connection. Its the worst service. My contact number is [protected]

But SMS received in my mobile reads as "Recharge successful on 6.5.2015 07.58 AM.MRP:Rs.24.S.Tax Rs.2.64. TransID:850520. Validity : 2 days Benefit : 60 Local airtel minite, For myPack, Call 1294" This is not the first time that benefit is not being shown properly is SMS received upon Airtel Prepaid Mobile online recharge. If this is the condition, how do I believe online recharge??? Kindly resolve and let me know whether I enjoy ISD discounted tariff .

My airtel money number is [protected]..my prblm is first ur excutive saying thats froud transtion my wallet a/c blocked ...nd i will be provide u my icici bank[protected] transation details nd ur excutive said its number unblocked with in 4hr but its not activated than i again contact custmer he say my airtel money number never unblocked ..i ask him wats prblm than he say hdfc bank complain so i cant unblocked ur airtel number ..i nvr used hdfc bank any debit/credit card i only used icici bank credit card so pls help me ...                                 Dear Sir, I'ed like to bring it your notice that some unwanted Value Added Service (VAS) plan as be added to my plan without any confirmation from my side and which has never ever been subscribed by me. Airtel customer service executive insist that I might have subscribed it by Internet, but I have never used Internet on phone neither I am using a smart phone. Requesting you kindly take the necessary action and make sure that I should not be billed for that. Also airtel hardly cares for DND. You somehow keep receiving massages. Thank you very much.

                                  I would like to draw your attention on deduction of talktime of last two occassions, details as below . On 24th April I had refilled my talk time with rs 200 and 2G 1GB internet of rs 155.next day it has been observed that my internet usuage got finished and further internet usuage all amount has been taken from talk time. When i contacted your customer care I have been informed that in that 155 rs you have given me only 512mb internet usuage but I tell you I got sms that which states that you activated 1GB 2G internet. Today again i experienced the same thing, I had activated rs 25, 125mb usage and rs 200 talktime now my balance is Zero. I completely believe you are customer orientated company since i am using this number since 5-6 year or more. therefore I request you to compensate me and refilled my talktime with rs 400 and going forward please get sms confirnation for taking internet usage money thro' available talk-time to avoid any such circumstance in future.

                                      Dear Sir, I m Mr.Nirmal Shah and having customer id no.[protected] of airtel-dth. further i have recharged on 21st oct.2014 for 6 month + 15 days extra with rs.1555/- and now they siad that it is expired on 7th may, 2015 but as there was a provision that if you go out of station for week or month than in that case we can put it on hold or safe guard and for that they charged rs.30 and same way i have done it on 29th oct.to 4th nov.2014 due to visit of rajasthan with family and it is done accordingly but today they said that there was no call from me for stoping the same now we donot have any proof of the same. so please help me in this and i think it will expire on 10th may, 2014 instead of 7th may, 2015.
