Hi, I submitted a complaint for pending refund from Airtel on May 4th. My Airtel number is [protected] which I disconnected on 19th Jun 2014, since 1 year I have not got the refund from Airtel and contacting or escalating this issue to customer care, nodal officers or Airtel appellate did not help hence I registered a complaint on this forum. But this has been of no use. I have not heard from anyone till date and my complaint is still unresolved. I want to know how this forum works or is it really useful to file complaints on this forum.     Dear sir, 1. I am using services of Airtel since last 05 years and found it to be quite trustworthy. 2. Recently, one minor issue has come up and i would like to bring it to your notice. 3. I did a recharge of Rs 350/- on 21 Feb 15 and on 24th Feb 15, my account balance was 18/-(dates may be plus or minus one day) 4. Case was taken up within 60 days only with your customer care executives. 5. I have been speaking to your customer care executives but did not get any satisfactory reply.Even reply from nodal officer is automatic which says that since i have not taken up the case, she cant not do anything about it. 6. I want my deducted money refunded rather then some flimsy excuses by a reputed and trustworthy company like airtel 7. Please look in to the matter and refund my money at the earliest with warm regards, Shivani Prashar

      My airtel broadband number 40608012its not working from 30th april 2015 but i complained on 3/5/15 and my fault has not been cleared till now. everytime excuse is being given that local area people are not letting work. this is not my lookout why dont the area office complain poluce about it. i am fed up with this airtel internet. i dnt need this connection anymore. and i want my last payment back.

        I tried to recharge my Airtel Prepaid No [protected] for Rs.1555 on 11.04.2015 . The transaction failed at the final stage. My Axis Bank Account was debited for Rs.1555. The Airtel transaction id corresponding to this transaction is[protected]. I have been regularly contacting airtel customer care for one month. No proper response from them. The transaction Status at airtel website still shows open and pending. I have not received refund till date. this has become a regular thing by Airtel.

        I have been in touch with your people for the last one month on daily basis through facebook, through customer care., nodal authority, appealleate authority etc. I had mailed to airtel presence also earlier. No satisfactory response so far. I really couldnot understand how faulty your mechanism of online transactions are. I have lost hope.
        Even after submitting bank statements and regular follow up There is no resolution from Airtel. Is their transaction management system so poor, so that they couldn't track even a single transaction even after notifying them, even after two months have elapsed.Will they remain silent if it is a bill outstanding from a customer? They are so lethargic in resolving customer issues. If on daily basis so much amount is being cheated by Airtel, doesn't it count for financial fraud and black money accumulation. Are you guys waiting so that the customer will fed up and give up so that you guys can swindle my hard earned money.

          I am using airtel for last 9 Years and average recharge of Rs.600/Month, Am not receiving any special offers from airtel, but my friends who all are using airtel for only incoming calls they are get a excellent offers like, Recharge 9 & Get Local calls @ 35p/Min for 28 days & Recharge 131 & get 1GB 3Gdata for 28 days. I am raising this query to 121 customer care, online customer feedback form, they are not even response fairly, They reply like i[censored] want you also use Airtel only for Incoming calls. Very Worst response i never get in last 9 years from Airtel. Thank you for your service for the last 9 years. Today somany networks are waiting for customers.             Hi, This is regarding a new broadband connection(In Bangalore) that i have applied in Airtel website and i got call from customer care and they had assigned an executive on 08-May-2015. With CEF # TBLR 6974713. I have paid 1100 rupees and submitted all the required documents to Sales Executive Mr.Umesh Mobile # [protected] & [protected]. From that date he stopped picking my calls.I am not really sure to whom I have to escalate this issue. Request Airtel to reply with the status of the Connection.

              my balance suddenly got deducted and when i call the customer service they dint respond in fact they kept me on hold and disconnected... this happened continuously for 8 calls... thank you for your worst service... i[censored] cant help the customer then its better I port my network

                Have been chasing Agent, Nodal officers, Appellate authority to update my address for which supportive documents were already submitted however there have been no response by either of them. All of this started when after my denial of paying extra money to the Agent who came to install Airtel Broadband...Been a customer of Airtel since last 8 years but first time experiencing such an issue. Hope the management of Airtel will wake up and take some actions against such agents and will do the needful.

                  I am customer of Airtel. I am having post paid connection from Airtel and my number is [protected]. Airtel is sending me worng bill and asking for payments. When i have called customer care they said yes the bill is not correct and registered a complaint but no action has been taken yet. I doubt in case if have not revalidated the bill then i would have paid the same and these guys would take my money and never come back. I doubt that these guys must have same these wrong bills to number of customers and those who did not validated may get trapped in their unnessary and wrong charges.                       I was recharged on Rs-250+ISD Booster Rs-14 - Earlier balance total Rs-344 on last Sunday 10pm - after that i called only 2mins talk with Isd NO - now my balance was zero rupees . for the same i unable to speak to your customer care due to your system was not allow to speak .                           Hi, This is Pavan I have requested for relocation of my broadband connection from my previous house to recently moved location( I have already submitted the recent address details). I have raised a request with customer care. My req no is 54986026. The problem is not resolved. I recently received a bill even though I'm not using the service for more than a month. I'm not sure on how this billing works. I'm not at all happywith the services provided by Airtel.

                              I am from Kolkata and having Airtel connection on my phonephone with 3g internet service. On 24.04.2015 airtel suddenly stopped my internet services and ssince then till today 13.05/2015 they have not resumed the service. I have gone almost everyday to the customer care service department and call 6times the executives and always they hung me up saying pproblem will get resolve in24hrshrs. AAnd now I am frustrated as they wasted my hours and with no result. The funny thing is that even the technical people cannot resolve this problem. I need help as they have been ththe worst service provider. And now nobody is looking in this problem even after my numerous complain.

                                    I am residing in New town Rajarhat Kolkata, Using Airtel network, and from last one month Airtel service is damn worst I am not able to use my Internet neither able to make call or receive, I already complaint earler but there is no result ...Airtel service is like suffocated to me, instead of genuine company and spending lots of money in adds reqesting please provide better service.

                                      Hi Team, This is regards to that airtel made me fool and had given fake information from Jan 2015. Complaint: I am not able to change freebies from my account. I had discussed with 121 team for my problem till 4 Month as airtel do promise that can resolve the issue in next 48 hours. But Jan 2015 to May 2015 I am facing the same issue and still they are misguiding me. they didn’t slaved my problem within 48 hours to till 4 month then airtel doesn’t have any policy but now I want to port my sim card as because of this bad experience then I have to pay my bill as per airtel policy. Even they can disconnect my sim card if i will not pay my bill as per airtel policy. But they are making me fool and did fake promises several time then they don’t have any policy. I have almost 200 email conversation with 121, nodal Mumbai and appellate Mumbai team. 121 Team, nodal Mumbai Department and appellate Mumbai department not giving me any feedback. All department is saying that your complaint still in the concerned department from last 4 month. I have already sent 1 copy in ABP news and AAJ tak ad DNA News Paper also. Kindly look in to the matter as they are misguiding me from Jan 2015.

I didn't use any airtel connection or land line or broad band now.I have once used the connection and disconnected during 2013 dec itself but now they are telling that i have surrender for 3months . I ddnt surrendered it i have disconnected it and paid the whole amount . Further regarding this i have raised a concern to 121 and they send an email that i wont receive further bills .even though i am getting the bill and calls regularly . Every time i explain to them and they saying that further they wont be such calls but still i am getting calls to pay. Kindly let me know why i should pay if am not using the service itself. If i surrendered for 3 months my last bill is on 2013 dec and the issue bill started from this jan 2015. How could you hold a connection without my acknowledgement for more than a year and how could you activate without my concern. .
