I have recharged Rs. 76 after referring the offer mentioned in web that it is full talk time offer for 7 days. But after recharge i didn't get any balance. As per customer care it only for A2A local balance given which i do not require at all.i need refund of my money. ph:[protected]

    Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, other institutes. This problem started from 15th Jan 2015 and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response. This is really frustrating as I am unable to do online banking at the moment and this is IMPACTING my work big time. My number is [protected], please resolve immediately. Rgds, Shibreen Kaur

      yesterday i got a data pack recharge of 149 on my airtel mobile number, and after 15 minutes of receiving it, it showed my data pack expired? and when i tried to contact a executive, no such facility provided by customer care which are of no use ! i am really pissed, and after seeing all the complaints against airtel for balance theft, i will take serious action if the company won't. after this my next step will be SUING airtel, no matter if it is for rs. 149, the matter is of theft and i will deal with it if you won't.

          I take connection of postpaid 3g internet in jan 2015 Many times i have raised complain regarding that i am unable to use 3g internet service. After all customer service miss guide and not give proper response. Even they didnt send bill so i was stop payment. When i deposite payment my airtel services was stopped by company. So i raised complain but there was no resolution complain No is 61426656. All over my issue is that they did not provide service but they are sending bill every month. I have totally mentally disturb with airtel services

              I have been taking up this matter of poor voice quality & signal for last 6-7 months with your team but surprised with such a casual approach.On one side Airtel boosts of Customer satisfaction on other side no one seems to care about the misery of customers. In this regard please refer to my Service Request number 60594809 and communication with your team between Jan, 2015 - March, 15. I have two mobile nos [protected] & [protected] which are used at my residence at S Block 479, Greater Kailash-I N.D. Both these nos use top smart phones and it is certainly not hand set issue.We use 3G plans. In fact most of Airtel users in neighbor also have similar complaints but no one is listening at Airtel.Simple response is we have referred to engineering department as it is a Tower issue.

                Dear Airtel India, This has been my worst experience with any service provider. I use your mobile app and made online payment to pay outstanding payment of my broadband connection. Payment was done on 09-Apr-15 for Rs 3623.64 and same was not updated in your records and after few mails and calls (even I informed that payment is done) the connection was disabled. I shared my bank account statement and mobile app screenshot (still showing in successfully payment history) but still your team was unable to find details and my connection was disabled again. Even I shared my credit card number to the team but of no use. This is pathetic... I have spoken dozen no of times with as many people (junior, senior and billing department). Everyone only promises (including your written email) but OF NO USE. WORST PART... since day 1 I have been telling your customer care that in my mobile app my payment is still showing in the history (attachment was shared twice) and asked them to check internally however of no use. No ONE even made the attempt to check why is it getting featured there. You ppl have WORST of SYSTEMS if a simple reconciliation like cannot be done that too on customer request/complaint... Axis Bank team confirmed that the payment is already settled. Yesterday when I said that please cancel the connection... team responded sir please dont do that... We will ask someone to call first thing in the morning.. no call yet.. I called the customer care again... informed that I have got transaction details and it is already shared over the email but the answer was Sir although it was sent yesterday night we will need 4 working hours to reflect here so I can't help you... I will check and ask someone to call you in next 2 hours... 2 hours completed and no call... I even called the call center 5 minutes back... but same response ... Sir we are working on this... are you guys trying to harass customer by doing all this. My old ticket no: 55382652... and new number 55643676... I just need two help from you: 1) Please stop this connection for me and I will not make any outstanding payment for this pathetic service 2) please share what is the process to lodge the police complaint for this as I would like to follow the process like you guys are treating me as customer on the name of your internal process... cant handle this anymore

After that i replied to deactivate this service that was STOP TO 155223 at 9.09 A.M 4 may 2015. When today 10 may 2015 i recharge my number with rs.250 the same service cut rs.125 from main balance... i called customer care two time but no one helped me...even the seniour person disconnected the call by saying that it was your mistake... Respected sir, if you want please check my sent messages on 4 may 2015 i sent a sms STOP TO 155223... even after that your company deducted my balance...please sir do something for me...

                      My airtell mobile no:[protected]. As my due date for 3g internet is due on 9/5/2015 I tried to renew through net banking but that option didnot work. So allthe way I went to the show room of Airtel in vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad and contacted one Mr.Naresh for recharging 3g. In stead of recharging for 3g he recharged for talk time. Above all he said there is no possibility to recharge for Rs.102 (300 Mb for one month) which I am doing every month. Moreover his attitude is quite impertinent and evasive even when I told him that every month I am recharging 3g for Rs 102(300MB). He further said that there is no intertnet balance in my account which is very much there. In the Light of the above suitable and appropriate steps may be taken to reprimand the staff concerned to be attentive to the problems of the customers.

                        The signal shall be full, but one cannot use the network to call even for a minute. Even when the #-G Internet facility is activated, one seldom gets the H+ network. Only during the night time of 11:00 PM one gets the 3-G signal. This problem is in the city of Mangalore. The area being Gandhinagar 5Th cross. If one calls the cell via the land-line, one can hear his own voice in the call. Regular complaints to the customer care has never given any results.

                          I have applied for a new airtel 3G sim as i had previous aitel 2G sim.I have got the new 3G sim after 15 days and after getting it till now the sim is not activated.When i call the customer care they told me to contact the dealer & improper photo is the reason for the delay.But when i contact the dealer he has told that he has not received any such queries for airtel office regarding photo problem.Is the way of working of the india largest telecom network.A phone number is so important in the present time.So please dont repeat the same with other people

                            i got airtel roaming recharge done for 188 from paytm, which clearly stated all incoming calls free, and outgoing at 1.2p per sec whereas, im being charged Rs 80p per min for local outgoing calls, and Rs 1.15 per min for STD outgoing calls when i called up paytm, they say this issue will be handled by airtel and they cannot help me with it. whereas airtel customer service says that there is no issue and im getting confused with the rates. outgoing at 1.2p/sec does not mean all outgoing calls. this is highly unacceptable and very disappointing,

                                  I'm very disappointed by your service. My current bill dated on 6th March, 2015 shows me an amount of 1236 Rs. According to your customer care executive they have charged 800 Rs for using 80 Mbs extra which did not included in my data plan. I didn't receive any alert message from Airtel and despite this I've checked several times on the day before my bill renews. It showed a data usage of 1005 Mb out of 1024 built in plan for past 2 days. It even showed usage of 1005 on 3rd may a day before my bill renews. And after that according to my phone app it showed I hardly used 10 Mb and your system shows I had usage of 80 Mbs extra. This is really absurd. Apart these I don't care about your system I've screenshots with me about the data usage. Please sort it out as soon as possible. I hope that Airtel gets my point. And yeah if this continues I don't feel like using Airtel service anymore. Please take action against it.

                                  I have faced the Same problem. I have been charged Rs. 3548.68 saying I have used excss 350mb 3G data. Whereas I used 1019 mb of 1024mb data pack and deactivated it the same day when I used 1019mb. But now these fellows tell me they have charged me over pro rate basis wherein they don't consider the as free on the day when its deactivated. Thus giving me a total bill of Rs. 4682. And I have contacted many of their officials but everyone has given me same answers and hasn't resolresolved the issue yyetyyet.

                                      I migrated to Airtel postpaid from Prepaid on hearing lots of fake offers given by marketing executives. Later on seeing huge bill amounts I wanted to move back to prepaid where I was made to stick to postpaid for 3 months as the showroom executive told that's the process. Now I've paid all my bills and asked to be migrated back to prepaid and my postpaid numb was deactivated on Friday late noon where in, the prepaid numb was activated only after 3 full days leaving me without any service. I put a 3G internet booster for Airtel the subjected number. It has been 2 days but still I didn't receive my booster. The worst part is when i called customer care a girl called Divya told that there is no such transaction id which i received. These are the related messages I've received. Your airtel mobile [protected] bill payment txn id 5072423 of Rs 255.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference. Your airtel mobile [protected] bill payment txn id 5072423 of Rs 255.0 is processed successfully. The amount will be credited to your account within 48 hours.Get discount coupons every time when you pay through myairtel app. Click airtel.in/myairtel. The recharge was done via Airtel android application. There is not even a reply when I dropped to Airtel mob app email address. Please try to help me out.

                                        There is two numbers with CUG connections.One person stays in chandigarh and one in delhi, there is problem in calling, whenever chandigarh person calls on delhi numbers it says that particular number is not valid.But it works from delhi side.Its getting frustating.And i am not getting solution of this problem from last 2 months. i keep on contacting customer care people, but they sometimes reply so bad and escape it to get it done.
