    This is in regard to the bill generated on April 20, 15 for mobile number [protected], address - 48, Bharati colony, Preet Vihar, Delhi - 92. There are some severe discrepencies in the bill amount. In the past six months bill where the amount was always in the bracket of Rs 800-850, even when I made international calls from this number. This is the first time the bill amount has gone almost doubled with Rs 1805. I made a plan change on the insistence of your customer care executive who gave me an assurance the bill wont exceed from Rs990. The issues here are listed below: *I was told that Rs 550 (in addition to Rs 990) had been charged for international calling. First I would like to bring to kind notice that the calls were made on the following number - Phone:[protected] Mobile:[protected], the calls were never answered. I have a proof in a form of emails I sent to the concerned person that the calls were never answered. Thus the amount was deliberately and falsely added into the bill amount. * Second, the service charge worth Rs 188 has been added to the bill amount. I was told while opting for the plan that the plan has been offered to me keeping in mind my current usage and it will never go up from Rs 990, if I stick to my current usage pattern, which has remained the same. The earlier bill amounts of Rs 850 were including this service tax. I thought that while paying 100 ruppes more, I will be getting some extra benefits in a form of more free calls or lesser call rates, but here I was fooled by Airtel by making me shell out Rs 300-350 for same usage. This is so appalling how Airtel dupe customers like this. * Thirdly, executive told me that I was also charged seperately for calling landlines. I am speechless on this kind of apathy you guys have been using to make fool of customers. Airtel records show that I made last international call on April 21, 15. The phone numbers mentioned here are of Indian Embassy Kyrgyzstan. On the same day, I informed the MEA official over email that I am not able to speak to him over the phone as his phone is not answering. I have emailed the Airtel customer care team at [protected]@aitel.in proofs of the email conversation. But despite this, they are not ready to reverse the charges. Since I have all the proofs with me, I will approach the consumer court if Airtel hasn't addressed the issue asap.

      Dear Sir, Reference Mobile No- [protected]( Sushila Gala) This is to complaint you that i have been deducted the balance of Rs 50 from the account Balance Which i got to know when i read the message showing the real sports game 2012 details something of that stuff. Further I want to bring to your Knowledge that the Number is used by my mother and she has just work of attending the call and requesting call thats it nothing she does with her mobile phone except that. And this is to acknowledge you for your traditional reply that its activated or used from your end and so on. So better make it clear that I dont want theses idiotic and nonsense replies from you. So Kindly see the Matter and credit Back the Rs 50 deducted to my account as earliest as possible. Its better to solve issue rather been complaint should go to Consumer Forum's desk.         I am using the Airtel sim in Kerala circle only for internet and also I have auto debit feature where every month 149 INR will be deducted for 1 GB 2G data. On May 3rd my 12.00 my data was expiring, so to make sure I have continous internet I have recharged for 110 RS and my balance was 181 RS maintaning sufficient balance to debit for internet pack. Next day morning when I woke up (slept with data ON) the balace was 118 RS and internet was not activated. When I called up the customer care the info I got was it will take one hour to activate the next month internet. From 12.00 to 1.00 AM 62 RS was deducted and no balance for auto debit. This is rediculous I have activated auto debit for continous internet and now I am stuck here. If this was the case I would have went to shop and recharged, why will I go for auto debit!!! The response from customer care was really rude, she was like "if you want to recharge it manually cancel auto debit and go for it". When I told I am going to disconnect the sim as I am unhappy with the service and such details where never informed, she is like she is ok with that!!! That's a bloody hell of service!! 1.The delay with auto debit is not informed. 2. This is how airtel deal with customers? You just lost another customer! Ref no: CBDMO[protected]

          The Airtel is not deactivating the Imlee WAP weekly service from my mobile number [protected] despite my repeated request. All my SMS to stop this service is reported SMS not sent, thus waisting my precious time to send the message time and again but in vain.               I've surrendered my land line cum broadband on Dec 24th 2014 and since then I'm following up with Airtel to refund my security deposit of Rs 3000/-. While the policy states refund within 45 days, its' been approx five months now ... I have written numerous mails and called up customer care numbers hundreds of times but in vain. Every time each executive has a new excuse or just lies about sending me a cheque. I've also mailed my bank details 9 times so far requesting for a bank transfer but nothing has happened!                     For the past 7 months i have been using Airtel Postpaid CUG sim-[protected] taken from HCL Technologies where i am presently working. Each month i am made to pay some 300-400 rupees extra just because the system, as per the nodal and appelate authorities, is generating bills wherein i have send SMS to a specific number which, as per them, is an ISD one belonging to Bangladesh. on confirming with the respective user of the number as well as with authorities, that number belongs to West Bengal which stands to be STD. This made me to add a '0' before the 10 digit number but in the bill it is taking as '00' instead of one single '0' making it an ISD number. i raised the issue to the customer care a couple of times and also went upto the level of Nodal Authority and Appellate officer for southern region but instead i am getting blamed for the issue. I informed them i am not going to pay the bill for the month of April until and unless it is getting solved. FYI, for the month of April, i got a bill of 1173 out of which Rs. 620 is taken for that ISD issue. Request immediate assistance for this problem as it is persisting for quite a long time now and i am getting no help from the respective authorities from Airtel, which strangely is regarded as the country's biggest telecom operator. Thankyou!!

                        Dear Sir, I am Sourav Chandra. I am using Airtel more than 6 years. My AIRTEL no is [protected]. On 4 May 2015 there is total balance Rs188 in my Main Balance account. On this day I have surfed net with net balance but when I check my main balance it shows 0.00. Then I have contacted with Customer care (198) & then with one senior (SOURAV BANERJEE, Sr.Ex Executive) but they said that due to net surfing it was deducted. I told them I did not get any kind of LOW NET BALANCE ALERT message though it was ALREADY ACTIVATED on my number from earlier. I told them that why then they did not send any alert messages to me. But they did care my problem & forcefully cut my call. Then I call them many times but they ignore my problem. Now I am really unsatisfied with this kind of ignoring & rude behavior & I have choose another way if no action is taken.                           Dear Sir, I am Santosh Nanavati, presently working with Pidilite Industries Ltd, Mumbai. It is for your kind information that I had taken CUG mobile connection from Airtel having its no [protected] as per the organisation scheme in Year 2012. At the time of joining with the organization, I was working at Dahej, Dist Bharuch but currently transferred at Mumbai office. Due to transfer of myself from Dahej unit to Mumbai office, I had converted my post paid CUG connection into prepaid connection in Mar'15. After issue of new SIM by Airtel, Adajan, Surat office, it was observed that my mobile no [protected] is not working in roaming condition from Mar'15 (earlier with postpaid CUG condition, the same no was working nicely). I had visited talked with Airtel customer care, contacted twice in Mar & Apr'15 at local Airtel office at Surat and forwarded several mails to customer care/nodal officer/appellate authorities as described below. But the problem is still not resolved from last 50 days. At last I have also send mail to TRAI on 30th Apr'15. As per the information described above, I have been working at Mumbai from Monday to Saturday and coming back at my hometown Surat at late evening on every Saturday. It is observed that the mobile no [protected] is working satisfactorily without any problem, when I enter in Gujarat circle but unable to get connectivity (even mobile towers are also disappeared), while entering into Maharastra state on every Monday morning. I have checked all setting of my mobile handset as well as checked functionality of SIM with my other mobile handset but result is unchanged. I have logged mobile no [protected] with bank, income tax, insurance other govt sectors etc. Presently I am not receiving any information from above sectors due to non-functionality of mob no [protected] between Monday to Saturday. It is my humble request to resolve the issue at the earliest and take necessary action against Airtel for not resolving the issue from last 50 days. Thanking you.                             I recharged for Rs.150 on 2 may 2015.Without my approval for the activation of 2G plan, it got activated and my balance of 76 Rs.was deducted . I did not even get the message of activation. Even after calling several times, the customer care did not resolve my issue.I want the refund at the earliest.

                                  On new connection no [protected] retailer given Rs 145/- talktime on FRC of Rs 150/-.The SIM packet states that 50 MB data free with all FRC, but it is not credited yet. I have contacted both to Airtel as well as retailer but both are passing the buck. Against online complaint no PR[protected] on 01/05 I have received a message from Airtel vide ref No, CBNRD [protected] that your complain has been resolved without any solution/decision. This is a clear cut case of breach of offers by the company by misleading the customers.I wnt to know fro the Bharti Airtel, whether FRC of Rs 150/- comes under all or this(150) number is not available with airtel database. If yes then I have to be given 50MB data else Airtel has to prove that this 150 FRC does not fall under all as per their self proclaimed system of numbers.

                                    I had a post paid connection with IDEA . my mobile number [protected] I decided to port to Airtel post paid and applied on 27/04/2015. Idea accepted my request on 28/04/2015 and the id no C1-[protected] by 11.00am and informed me that the action will be completed by 44 hrs.the same was informed to Air tel agents who approached me.and promised to give connection immediately after Idea diconnect my service but in vain. From 30/04/2015 00.00 hrs the Idea disconected their service to my number. I approched the Airtel persons they said new conection will be made only by 05/05/2015 ie after one week of submitting the application. being Sunday none of your people will be in office, what is the fate of new customers like me wants to shift to airtel. Now I, m in desert without any connections neither Ideea nor Airtel . Slove my problem and coonect me immediately. T.c. Ganesasubramanian.

                                      Today, therthe airtel have charged Rs. 125 wrongly from my airtel balance. I called customer care for help but they denied to help me. They told it has been charged for nextgtv subscription but I had not activated. They have not refunded my money. It is very much undesirable work done by airtel . I want my money refund. Plz help me
