Automatically deduct money from mobile recharge

Dear Team, I'm lodging this complaint against Airtel after being so disturbed by their unnecessary calls to me and my family 'n' friends. Cannot Share Talktime

regarding use of 121 service

balance deduction and no help from customer care department

When asked, every time I am fooled around of internet being used on my phone(samsung hero) . It has happened recently twice in four days, 70 rupees have gone this way. 37rs and 33 rs... fraud of deducting balance

excess charging of money
