yesterday i got a message from airtel recharge with Rs17 std& Local calls 1.2p/2s for 90days at the time of 3.45pm. Iam recharged with Rs17 at 7.40pm, my benifit std& Local calls 1.2p/2s for 90days not add in my account i want my 90days benifit offer immidiately

    I submitted a form and all my documents and Rs.4770 cheque to an Airtel representative on 4th may.He assured that the connection would be installed by 5th of May...Its the 7th and no one has installed it till now. Today someone called from Airtel and told me that the connection could not be installed due to the box is full of connections in my area and so no more new connections can be taken and hence the cheque would be refumd.This is very bad service I have experienced from Airtel. I am an advocate of Calcutta High Court and because of your assurance I surrendered my old broadband connection and now I am facing huge problems. Now I have to pay again for the installation charges of my previous broadband connection.This has left a very bad impression on me about Airtel.I don't want my cheque to be refund but I want the installtion to be done.

      My airtel number is [protected] and using as 3G modem, but i am very happy to tell u that u never give me 3G speed, i always get speed up to 40kbsp... gr8 jobs guys... I try to complaint this issue on customer care, i got reply that they are sending some people at home or sending config detail on my number or tell me some settings, but i did nt get speed more than 50kbps. i recharge my number with 655 or 599 rs amount for 3G but never get 3G speed. I am loosing my control so plz solve this issue else i will stop this service.

                  Dear Sir, I bring to your notice a fraud happening with consumers in selling of smart bytes packs. We own a landline number[protected], on which we have been extended broadband service as well. We subscribe to 15GB pack at the rate of ₹ 799/- I have to report a fraud which took place in my previous 26 Mar to 25 Apr 2015 billing cycle and also now happened today in my current running billing cycle. The fraud goes like this:- The speed of the broadband reduces considerably to prompt user to check the current usage of the pack. On checking of current usage it shows that the usage has come close to finishing the authorized use, in our case 15GB. Hence to continue a good speed one chooses a smart byte pack. Once chosen the speed regularizes. But after a few hours when you check the usage you find a usage of the current package still outstanding with large data. One such print screen is attached. Last month I raised this concern as a feedback on the 11-12 April 2015, and I was told that such smart bytes are never considered, whereas the bill shows the purchase as included, which is a fraud. I have raised this feed back but Airtel has yet to respond. I would request you to kindly send me an itemized bill of my data usage for last month and also of the current month till 04 May 2015. Kindly investigate the matter before I raise the level further. Also this is to inform you that the bills shall not be paid till a clarification is offered regarding the actual data usage on my number. Best regards Col Pankaj Goel [protected]

                              Im Using karantaka airtel connection from last 5 years. Beginingg days they were having good customer care and good network and Internet speed. Currently I'm working in Muduppu, Manglore infosys technologies. Here most of the times my network shows as Roaming. When i called customer care he spoke very roughly and asked to recharge the roaming package.Sometimes phone shows the dummy network. Shows full network but if i try to call it says like mobile is switched off. I lost many important calls. Sometimes i t says not reachable if i call from my landline to mobile even if mobile shows full network. and about Internet speed, only god knows when it will connect to Internet. g speed is very slow less, works in 0.00 mbps,

                                  Sir, This is to draw your attention towards a manipulation of your regular customer lodging this complaint. One of your local Airtel Centre, located at Gandhinagar Mod, Tonk Road, Jaipur manipulated us regarding a post-paid plan. They ensured us with 360 minutes Local minutes, 160 minutes STD minutes and 240 MB 3G data and after that said the speed will fall to 2G and you can use the net unlimited without any further charge except the plan amount which was set at Rs. 299/- per month excluding service tax. As we are habitual to check our unbilled amount, came to know that the data charges are applying @4 paisa / KB Or Rs. 4.70/ MB from your customer care and the local Airtel centre also manipulated us regarding that Rs. 250 receipt, they told us that this is a security deposit and will be refunded and we came to know from your customer care that this was a conversion fees from getting your connection converted from pre-paid to post-paid. We are a regular customer and are highly disappointed from such an act of your officials. A reputed company like yours is known for customer satisfaction and not for customer manipulation but we are highly disappointed. Hope you will look to our query and try to reimburse us all the money that we have put in, otherwise we will have to switch over to another connection and will approach to more higher authorities for the reimbursement.                                     i would like to inform you that i am using airtel prepaid/connectionph -+91 [protected]/i am not receiving any calls but unfortunately money deducting from my balance everyday Rs.30, i am staying in UAE, but my india no.is on in another mobile.no roaming facility, just to keep the active i am using this no.so that when i can go for vaction or trip it will work just to recharge it, for active the no.every month i am doing from uae 1 call and receiving 1 call as wel from last 2 years, it was working fine, this time when i came back from india(kolkata) all of a sudden every day without receiving any call balance deducting automatically, i called your helpline(kolkata) they are fully useless just transferring my line to another person as a senior executive, but they are also helpless, yesterday they give the solution that from those no. i get calls i have to go in setting and i have to reject those no.calls, but again it is not helpful, i gave my mobile also in authorized service center for check is some setting problem or not, they checked and said it is fully OK, no automatic call received active. i am sorry to say that your helpline executives are fully helpless they do not how to talk to the customer, they are only hearing not listening, they are not allowing to speak, just giving their opinion, you can check my calls with UAE# +[protected] and can listen the recording also, yesterday i asked them to lodge a complaint and give me complaint no, they refused, yesterday i talk with them 35 mins from international calls, you can imagine how i am suffering, kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem ASAP and update me in my email [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                      R/sir, Sub: Wrong demands of overdue amount even after cancellation of airtel mobile number- [protected]. I had a Airtel postpaid mobile connection no. [protected] up 15th August’14 using by son which was cancelled on 20/08/2014 with cancellation no. 57681223 & balance bill payment receipt no.25341 from M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat, as my son gone to abroad. I have given cancellation request with two ID proof to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and cancellation no. 57681223 given by them. Copy attached. Surprisingly, after cancellation of a moth I have received bill for that mobile number. I have approached to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and asked about that cancellation request but they told that you have held that cancellation, which was not right as I had not given any request for that. I had approached customer care of airtel official officer and request that you please check in your system that live connectivity of that SIM Card because I have cancelled the number, but on the spot only they have told we will check and conform. After several reminder of cancellation and discussion with Airtel customer care phone they are not ready to cancelled this connection and asking for payment of last six months without use of this connection which SIM card is not exist since 15th August’14. If same attitude of airtel marketing remain with customer, than I have only option to switch over service provider for remaining three airtel mobile connections and airtel DTH connection.                                         HI I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVIES IN SHIMLA. I WAS VODAFONE USER FOR 5 YRS AND NEVER HAD ANY NETWORK ISSUES IN ANY OF THE STATES.ONE OF MY FRIEND ADVISED ME TO SWITCH TO AIRTEL AND YOU WILL HAVE BETTER NETWORK EXPERIENCE IN HIMACHAL. I PORTED MY NUMBER FROM VODAFONE TO AIRTEL TO AVOID ANY KIND OF NETWORK ISSUES. BUT AS I REACHED HERE, MY 3G IS NOT WORKING IT WORKS ONLY IN THE MAIN AREAS OF SHIMLA LIKE AREA NEAR MALL ROAD. I WENT TO YOUR AIRTEL OFFICE TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUES BUT THEY RELPIED THAT WE ARE TESTING 4G NETWORK HERE, IF YOU ARE TESTING YOUR 4G SERVICED THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL HAMPER AND HARRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE USING 3G, I AM NOT GETTING ANY NETWORK AT MY PLACE VIJAY NAGER SHIMLA AND NO 3G SERVICES IN PANTHAGHATI SHIMLA. YOUR STORE REPRESENTATIVE HAD PROMISED THAT YOUR TECHNICAL DEPTARTMENT WILL CALL AND VISIT YOU BUT ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL NIETHER ANY BODY VISITED. IF YOU CANNOT GIVE PROPER NETWORK COVERAGE THEN KINDLY SHUT DOWN AIRTEL SERVIES IN HIMACHAL.
