Sir/Madam
My Airtel prepaid no. [protected] is being debited inappropriately. I have been subscribed to ALERT pack & LAILA pack although I didn't subscribe. I talked to the customer care representatives but they are least helpful. I tried to explain to them that neither I use internet by that SIM & neither had I subscribed to any of the services, they didn't believe me. One of them said, "All that I don't know." And one of them said, "We don't use your mobile." Also, data is being used from my mobile although I didn't use it. When checking for the last 5 debits, this is what I got:

I didn’t subscribe & confirm to any of the above services. Also, I didn’t use data. It is very much possible that I am just noticing this now & this must have been going on since long. I want my money refunded.
I know I didn’t subscribe to these services or use data because I get these messages from nowhere. The mobile would be lying in front of my eyes and suddenly, I would get such texts.
It’s my request to solve my problem ASAP.
