My airtell mobile no:[protected]. As my due date for 3g internet is due on 9/5/2015 I tried to renew through net banking but that option didnot work. So allthe way I went to the show room of Airtel in vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad and contacted one Mr.Naresh for recharging 3g. In stead of recharging for 3g he recharged for talk time. Above all he said there is no possibility to recharge for Rs.102 (300 Mb for one month) which I am doing every month. Moreover his attitude is quite impertinent and evasive even when I told him that every month I am recharging 3g for Rs 102(300MB). He further said that there is no intertnet balance in my account which is very much there. In the Light of the above suitable and appropriate steps may be taken to reprimand the staff concerned to be attentive to the problems of the customers.

    The signal shall be full, but one cannot use the network to call even for a minute. Even when the #-G Internet facility is activated, one seldom gets the H+ network. Only during the night time of 11:00 PM one gets the 3-G signal. This problem is in the city of Mangalore. The area being Gandhinagar 5Th cross. If one calls the cell via the land-line, one can hear his own voice in the call. Regular complaints to the customer care has never given any results.

      I have applied for a new airtel 3G sim as i had previous aitel 2G sim.I have got the new 3G sim after 15 days and after getting it till now the sim is not activated.When i call the customer care they told me to contact the dealer & improper photo is the reason for the delay.But when i contact the dealer he has told that he has not received any such queries for airtel office regarding photo problem.Is the way of working of the india largest telecom network.A phone number is so important in the present time.So please dont repeat the same with other people

        i got airtel roaming recharge done for 188 from paytm, which clearly stated all incoming calls free, and outgoing at 1.2p per sec whereas, im being charged Rs 80p per min for local outgoing calls, and Rs 1.15 per min for STD outgoing calls when i called up paytm, they say this issue will be handled by airtel and they cannot help me with it. whereas airtel customer service says that there is no issue and im getting confused with the rates. outgoing at 1.2p/sec does not mean all outgoing calls. this is highly unacceptable and very disappointing,

          i was registered under star super advantage scheme, but without notifying me i am off it. ur office in vaIdara keyur communication, kothi char rasta says they cannot put me back into the scheme because of some technical problem. talked to the manager here

            very poor service had been provided by Airtel customer care executives. They never pick up the phone. And even by change if they pick up they might just say system service is low or have some technical problem. They put the call on hold most the times. Very disappointed by your service. !!

              I'm very disappointed by your service. My current bill dated on 6th March, 2015 shows me an amount of 1236 Rs. According to your customer care executive they have charged 800 Rs for using 80 Mbs extra which did not included in my data plan. I didn't receive any alert message from Airtel and despite this I've checked several times on the day before my bill renews. It showed a data usage of 1005 Mb out of 1024 built in plan for past 2 days. It even showed usage of 1005 on 3rd may a day before my bill renews. And after that according to my phone app it showed I hardly used 10 Mb and your system shows I had usage of 80 Mbs extra. This is really absurd. Apart these I don't care about your system I've screenshots with me about the data usage. Please sort it out as soon as possible. I hope that Airtel gets my point. And yeah if this continues I don't feel like using Airtel service anymore. Please take action against it.

              I have faced the Same problem. I have been charged Rs. 3548.68 saying I have used excss 350mb 3G data. Whereas I used 1019 mb of 1024mb data pack and deactivated it the same day when I used 1019mb. But now these fellows tell me they have charged me over pro rate basis wherein they don't consider the as free on the day when its deactivated. Thus giving me a total bill of Rs. 4682. And I have contacted many of their officials but everyone has given me same answers and hasn't resolresolved the issue yyetyyet.

                  I migrated to Airtel postpaid from Prepaid on hearing lots of fake offers given by marketing executives. Later on seeing huge bill amounts I wanted to move back to prepaid where I was made to stick to postpaid for 3 months as the showroom executive told that's the process. Now I've paid all my bills and asked to be migrated back to prepaid and my postpaid numb was deactivated on Friday late noon where in, the prepaid numb was activated only after 3 full days leaving me without any service. I put a 3G internet booster for Airtel the subjected number. It has been 2 days but still I didn't receive my booster. The worst part is when i called customer care a girl called Divya told that there is no such transaction id which i received. These are the related messages I've received. Your airtel mobile [protected] bill payment txn id 5072423 of Rs 255.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference. Your airtel mobile [protected] bill payment txn id 5072423 of Rs 255.0 is processed successfully. The amount will be credited to your account within 48 hours.Get discount coupons every time when you pay through myairtel app. Click airtel.in/myairtel. The recharge was done via Airtel android application. There is not even a reply when I dropped to Airtel mob app email address. Please try to help me out.

                    There is two numbers with CUG connections.One person stays in chandigarh and one in delhi, there is problem in calling, whenever chandigarh person calls on delhi numbers it says that particular number is not valid.But it works from delhi side.Its getting frustating.And i am not getting solution of this problem from last 2 months. i keep on contacting customer care people, but they sometimes reply so bad and escape it to get it done.

                        Need to close a post paid number but not responding any status on the same. Given a mail confirmation on the closing the same to AIRTEL but not responding till now from yesterday. Kindly help on this. Previously they have misplaced my security deposit to another unknown number as a refund without my approval or notification. This is worse now so i wanted to close this number. i even got a confirmation from them there is no due on the number to clsoe the same.

                            I am Udit Gupta with mobile number [protected]. Few days back, I had requested to port my number from Tata Indicom to Airtel. Your executive Mr Monish with mobile number [protected] called me and asked my requirements and as per my requirements, he gave me some plans. As per our conversation, he said in RS 399 I will get 800 LOCAL AND STD CALLS WITH 300 SMS AND 1.5 GB OF DATA. But now I am very surprised to see that after portability I got only 600 MINS AND 1 GB of DATA. Now even he is not taking my call. After getting frustrated while calling again and again from last 3 days, I have been totally disappointed. This is really unexpected and surprising for me from such a reputed company like AIRTEL. Please activate my plan as he told or give my money back.

                              Dear service team, I am Albort Bilung having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091 [protected]. I lost my mobile yesterday. Hence, I earnestly request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP. Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM).                                 My complaint is regarding long delay in my airtel HD+ STB's activation. Customer ID- [protected] New HD+ STB was installed on 6th May at 11AM and I was told that the connection would activate in half an hour max. Its close to 2 days now and in the last call I received from airtel on 7th May, I have been told that it can take 48 hours more. My issue here is that whatever root cause of swapping or incorrect codes was found on the second day should have been found on first day only. As of 6th May I was told that this issue would be fixed till 12 noon on 7th May. But on 7th I have been given this new deadline of 48 hours. 3 days time for activating any service is totally absurd. Moreover, I think upon completion of these 48 hours I'd be given a new timeline again. Most importantly why was this issue not found and fixed on 6th May itself??? Nishi

                                    i have recharge for rs 95 and it came only 50mb for 1 day . I call to the customer care and ask and found out that it was rs99 for 3g and 98 for 2g. i request them to make it to rs99 or 98 deducting rs4 or 3 from my main balance but they say they cant help it anyway .I have loss rs95 .i don't get back any plan less then rs95 nor main balance . i call up at 198 help line and even 121 care . They said they say they cant help it anyway and they even ignored my call . I don't know what kind of customer was that which thus not help the customer but instead they ignored it.my airtel no. is [protected]

                                      Airtel has disabled my broadband connection for non-payment of 3 months bill and still billed me for 4 month. I spoke to support person Kokila who agreed to disconnect my connection after I pay 2086. I paid the amount on 7/5/2015. I called customer support and asked them to disconnection. The support asks to show the proof where Airtel has agreed for the disconnection after paying 2086 Rs. I said hear the recording of the previous call and they stubornly asking me to pay 4100 to disconnect the connection. In which only 3 months was my connection. This connection was bought as broadband connection & they say my incoming calls were not barred, so I have to pay the monthly. They build this loophole to cheat the customer for unused service of broadband. Regards, Dilip kumar [protected]

                                      I spoke santosh kumar who transfered back to another agent within the L1. I have been oncall with almost 50 mins. He still insists to pay for the service which I have not used.

                                      My broadband number:[protected].

                                      Total service active:3 months. Broadband disabled:1month.

                                      Bill amount for 4 months:4500. I have paid already 2086 as per the confirmation of their agent Kokila.
                                      Manjunath escalalation manager who I spoke to also mentions the process where Airtel leaves the incoming call connection enabled for a connection which is disabled on the broadband and outgoing.

                                      The outgoing & broadband is disabled due to non-payment for 3 months, then they would disable the connection(outgoing & broadband) on 4th month and ask for monthly rental.

                                      I have not connected the phone device, I have been using the airtel for only broadband.

                                      Is this is a legal process where the service can be billed even after disabled. The sms message from Airtel states that the amount 4147 is due on your airtel fixedline [protected]_tn. Pay today for continued services. The service was disabled and they ask payment for the month when the service was disabled.

                                      They have loophole where they state the incoming calls was active on the barred outgoing & broadband connection. With which they keep on billing the customer with monthly rental.

                                        Unwanted service is active on my postpaid mobile number for which I have been charged Rs. 149 per month since May 2014. I have not asked to activate but it's active. The service is International Roaming which i never used. Now they are not refunding these charges which are Rs. 149 × 12 plus service taxes. They are refunding for 3 months only.
