I was blocked both outgoing and incoming calls from my mobile bearing no. [protected]. When I contacted the airtel showroom my incoming calls resumed and still there is a problem in my outgoing calls. The recorded message says that my sim is under temporary suspension and blocked. When I contacted the airetel customer care they directed to contact showroom and showroom persons could not resolve my problem. For past 15 days my phone is blocked from outgoing calls and I am in utmost trouble for no fault of mine. It is between airtel company and airtel showroom . The communication gap is so much wide that custome care people have no intention to solve my problem my contacting showroom. They are asking me to go to the showroom and call customer care. But till date my problem was not solved. I am having balance amont of Rs. 280 and odd. So only I am trying to retrieve my outgoing calls either from customer care or airtel showroom. Dealer name is v.r.enterprises, Mouglivakkam.

    Hii " I am Achin Yadav Resident of H.NO- 374, Sector-10, Gurgaon Haryana My Airtel postpaid no is [protected]. I had several queries regarding bill details that's why i called on 121 (customer care). then after a short while i got a call from one of your Airtel executive (billing department) on 23rd April afternoon She was a female named Anju, i told him my problems regrading wrong bill made by you (Airtel).She promised me to give me waiver of Rs1500 if i will pay remaining bill by 23rd evening . And when i asked her for some surity then she texted me from a number +91 [protected] . I have attached a screen shot of her message, please have a look on that. I am very disappointed by such a false statement from your Airtel executive. and it's not for the first time. I'' ll not pay that Rs1500 . because you Airtel guys are big liars. these people don't understand their Airtel users problems . I''ll file case against you in consumer court because these people don't have professionalism in you, and AIRTEL guys are wasting time o[censored]s.

        Current usage on your Airtel mobile [protected] till 26-Apr-15 is Rs.1.0 (Excludes monthly rentals). For more information, dial *121*21#.. The above sms had given me on dated 28 april 2015 And now at this dated 1 May 2015. Its amount is show Upto Rs 445 Please solve my problem immediately. My data is not renew on new bill and it shows the previous data uses... and on dated 25 April to 2 May i had not used the mobile data in any day. But he shows the previous data uses and the Unbilled amount is also show the wrong input amount.

          Hi, I have ported my number from Aircel No # [protected] to the Airtel No # [protected] network.But after the verification was done I was told that the name "OISHIK BANERJI" was mistyped as "DISHIK BANERJI". The problem is when I will require a duplicate SIM it wont be issued because of the mismatch of the name.I will be harassed where there is no fault of mine. I have submitted my passport details for the verification, still the error was made. Please look into the aforesaid matter so that I am not harassed in the future, Greatly shocked with these type of mistakes made by AIRTEL. Thanks & Regards, Oishik Banerji Ported No # [protected]

My mobile no [protected] diverted pos paid to prepaid on[protected] at 9pm. I change the post paid sim(which mentioned so service) and insert prepaid sim(which mentioned the network bar). I recharged on[protected] at 9am rupees 100/- and 500/- at like 12.30pm and also a value added service for call rates rupees 74/-. Whole day I use my phone, at 9.30pm, I found that there were no out going service and there was no balance in my phone.Next day my phone worked properly at almost 11am but value added service was void and no balance are there. I called on 121 and 198 more than 15 times, till i am not getting any responds and not reverse my value added service and balance . 1.TransID:[protected], amount 100/-, talk time:86/-, time:09:16am. 2.TransID:[protected], amount 500/-, talk time:525/-, time12.43pm 3.TransID:[protected], amount74/-, validity:28days, benefit:local30p/m, std35p/m, time:4:34pm Please solve my problem as soon as possible.reverce my balance and VAS.               I requested for an airtel broadband & fixed line connection and the airtel agent promising that he will provide in 2 days collected money of Rs. 1100. Application No: TBLR 6940214. A person named Basker collected money, we asked him if connection is feasible he said sir airtel office is infront of your business area so it is 100% possible this happened on Apr 28th, 2015. On April 30th, 2015 I called their office to get the allotted number as I need to print in my banner. They provided me[protected] as number and I confirmed with her that it is not going to change. She said yes sir and they will be installing on the next day(May 1st, 2015). As I have opening on May 4th, 2015 I asked my banner buy to print it on the board. Also as i needed wireless phone i have ordered a cordless phone sighting this guys will install it today. As i have ordered for broadband connection i installed CCTV with online viewing option too. Now on May 1st I was calling them from morning they are not picking the phone and disconnecting the call once i have said my name. I called airtel customer care number and to my suprise that guy is saying your connection is not feasible in your area and we will initiate your refund. For that guy it is just matter of refunding but for me who is starting a business it is a great set back. as i need to correct it in my banner, bill book and now i need to hunt for another provider in shortest available time. Can you guys help me in taking action against these guys who has broken the trust and giving false promise which lead to loss my money in investing in other things and loss of time. Now i have to look for other options too.

                Hi, I had given a request for cancellation of Dongle on 11 March 2015. I had received communication from Airtel on 12 March that it will be cancelled by 23 March and monthly rent will cease from 12 March and I have to pay the bill to be generated on 26 March. I had paid the Bill in the April 2015 in due date. However I have again received a bill on 27 April and I replied airtel for this error on 30th April. Airtel customer care is not responding properly and saying it was not cancelled so I had pay this bill as well and also writing that 30th APril is cancellation request date. I had complained to Airtel Appellate authority. They are taking the same stance. In spite of my several email they are not resolving it. If I don't pay the bil then after some months they will raise legal notice. They must be doing this cheat with lot of people. How to take action against these sort of illegitimate activity of such big organization having large customer base. Please help.

                    Sir/Madam My Airtel prepaid no. [protected] is being debited inappropriately. I have been subscribed to ALERT pack & LAILA pack although I didn't subscribe. I talked to the customer care representatives but they are least helpful. I tried to explain to them that neither I use internet by that SIM & neither had I subscribed to any of the services, they didn't believe me. One of them said, "All that I don't know." And one of them said, "We don't use your mobile." Also, data is being used from my mobile although I didn't use it. When checking for the last 5 debits, this is what I got: Last 5 Debits: 1.                       Respected Sir, I`m Using Your Service Long Ago. My Number is[protected]. Your Network Has Added The 500 Top Up Scheame With Out My Permission.This Scheame Is Waste for Me. I Gave The Complaint Letter To Your Office @ North Veli Street. Still Now I Not Yet Recived Status Of My Complaint. So Poor Response. Refund The Amount And Remove The Scheame.                         Sir, For a post paid connection a data pack is auto renewed after billing cycle. If we not deactivate plan on a last day of billing cycle, it will be renewed for next billing cycle. If we use data on that day, and deactivate the plan after using specific data amount as per plan, company charged for that data uses on that day as normal tariff. This is wrong thing, they should charge data used on that day before deactivation as per data plan, not as normal tariff. kindly pay attention on my compliant. thanking you

                              Hi, I have taken postpaid number of airtel for that i have choosed to port my existing idea number [protected]. I think it's more than a week when i took that sim but still my number dint get started. I have made complain yesterday but no body responded on my complain and from which number i have got a call now no body is receiving my call infact they are cutting my call. I just want to know would my number start?? That bad service i was not expecting from airtel. I want my number get activated otherwise refund my money. This is very unfortunate that airtel whom we think one of the best network provider is so irresponsible. No one is working on my complain. I must say no one should take airtel number. if there is something pending than atleast i must get information but they are just ignoring my problem.

                                Sir, The no. [protected] has been deactivated by airtel even though it falls under CUG plan and the payments have been duly made. Further, they mentioned that the draft has bounced which is not feasible. Kindly ensure the activation of the same within 24 hours.                                   Am attaching the screenshot of Airtel offer message with this 25/04/2014 Recharge done for 28 days 3G at M.R.P. RS:185 TransID : [protected] I recharged done 25/04/2014 in response of your Offer from AL[protected]:12AM but got only till may 14 evidence of clearance : Screen shots of offer message (simultaneously 2 messeges in same Rate time 11:12am and 11:32am ) for Rupees 185 From airtel side I have face many case like this so that at last decided to report in consumers court

                                    I am Raghavendra Kambhampati postpaid user of Number [protected] Airtel 4G Dongle.I would like to deactivate my Airtel 4G LTE dongle subscription as i am not having airtel 4g signal in kadugodi, bangalore Area which i moved 4 months back to this place. I have paid all the bills including the recent bill.I tried calling 121 many times but no reponse on my request .I went to airtel store they re-directed me to call 121 again. I am fed up of calling 121 all the time and roaming stores for cancellation.They always redirect me to call 121. This is very bad service from Airtel for not deactivating my Number [protected] Airtel 4G Dongle.I am ending up paying monthly bill as i am not using it.

                                    We were using airtel 4g wifi from 2 years in punjab. In two years we have not seen any issue.but now we are shifted to Gurgaon, here it is not working.                                     I also have the same connection. I think one can log in to your account on www.airtel.in and then go to Manage Services tab and select the 4g option and deactivate the service. You can use your postpaid number to log in. Pls try it. I will also do it at the end of my billing cycle and see what happens. Hope that helps. Cheers.
                                    I came to a conclusion that, airtel is a worst service wrt customer complaints from last 2 months I'm unable to get proper response from the care ppl. Even from mail or airtel showroom same problem. I'm not getting any incoming calls to my mobile number [protected].

                                    I like to cancel my 4g Airtel dongle connection. I live in salt lake, Kolkata, west Bengal. My area has very bad Airtel signal. I tried calling 121, tried email also, they just continue harassing me, but not disconnecting. Each time I contact them a different person take my complaint, and it starts from the beginning every time. Don't know what to do. Any help will be appreciated.

                                      Refer my Complaint Docket No.[protected] dated 15.4.2015, Online Complaint No.OT[protected] dated 21.4.2015 & OT[protected] dated 22.4.2015, raised against unusual data usage statistics against my Airtel 4G data connection (Dongle). Every time I was informed by airtel support team that there has been no error at Airtel's end and in case of dispute the same can only be addressed & resolved after generation of Bill. In the mean time from 21st April 2015 the download speed of my connection was throttled & reduced to about 100 kids, and I was informed that since I have consumed my total 10GB monthly quota hence the throttling was done. But I refused to accept and challenged them for showing statistics. Finally when bill was generated it showed that I have only consumed only 4.3GB against my monthly quota of 10GB. On the basis of this I have realised an online Complaint video docket no. OT[protected] dated 28.4.2015 asking me to compensate against my loss but neither it has not been answered nor I got any phone call.

                                        Company has activated 5 scheme on my mobile no [protected] with out information to me and he claim me that this service activated by me but i give kindly information that i doesn't activated any service this service information get by when i filled balance in my mobile no [protected] of rupees 160 then after 10 minute i get. A massage of renewals o[censored]r 5 service and they reduce my all balance so i want return my all balance.
