Hi,
I am karuppuchamy, I have requested Airtel to activate my international Roaming pack.
I was unable to call them from the location where i was so i have sent the request by their online request.
But they have not activated the pack so around Rs.[protected] Bill has gone to 13000.
I feel very bad about that... i have been the airtel customer for more than 3 years but they have not responded to my queries propoerly.
They are giving the same explanation for all my mail.
Now i am in notice period also. I cannot pay that much i lost much for medical expenses too.
Eventhough they are asking me to pay the amount.
I dont know what to do. I am highly depressed please give me some justification.
