I have taken a connection on Sunday evening from Airtel shop and the shopkeeper has given me a connection with 3G and a sim card with number bearing [protected]. But two days have passed and the number has not been activated. I completed the form and gave id proof my xerox of passport and a signed the photograph in the form. Please see that my connection is revived as soon as possible. My name and address are given below. Jayasree Subramanian B-1, G.F. Sai Raj Apartments, Indian Airlines Colony Trimulgiri Secunderabad. My connection is prepaid. So please act on this as fast as possible.

    Dear Sir Recently I shifted from Reliance to Airtel, by opting number portability for ([protected]). Submitted my Documents on 15/04/2015. And today i called verification department and confirmed my address according to Adhaar card which I have submitted. The verification executive told that thanks for the verification and i can make outgoing calls after 15 minutes. But when I tired making outgoing call by evening the voice msg says that i dont have option of making outgoing calls. Called Airtel customer care executive, and shocked to hear that my verification came negative. How can they say that that verification is completed and i can use for making out going calls. and all of a sudden make my verification comment as negative. This is totally negligance on their part of verification. They owe me an explanation on what basis they have commented negative for verification I think i have made a mistake by opting portability to airtel for their CARELESSNESS IN VERIFICATION Regards Balaji Shankar [protected]

        HELLO SIR, Since 05.04.2015, my outgoing messages have been blocked. Messaging is an important part of my business, since I have to update my vendors regarding the prices of my services every now and then. I have been doing this since 2011 and there weren't any issues but now abruptly and without any prior notice the network provider has come up with this submission that my messages have been blocked as I have been added to the TRAI spamer's list. I requested them to get it unlocked or at least show me the way to do it myself and how to avoid it in the future but all in vain, no one has bothered to revert back or correct. Kindly help me.           I have change my operator from vodafone postpaid to Airtel Postpaid. Request is approved and as per procedure I lost my vodaphone signal on my phone and then I insert Airtel sim, But still from past 38 hours, my phone didnt get the signal. I inform same to Airtel Store ( From where I get the sim ), but still didnt resolve my queries.They are just making me fool by saying it will work after 4 hours and then after completing 4 hour again tell it will work tomorrow. But still issue persists. Today also they tell that its escalated to higher level and will after 4 hours.           Today again.. Full Day these peoples made me fool... and at the end of the day, they told that whatever we gave you sim card, Its number is not matching with our data. Its my third sim card.
          They are torching me mentally. I am mentally harassed with Airtel.
          Airtel people again Swap SIM without any notification at the time when I was roaming. It impacts my Business and personal life.

            On 4th April, 2015, i get a notification from Airtel saying my bill amount is due for INR 6606. On subsequent calls with the recovery agent and payment of this amount, I was assured that my connection has been disconnected permanently. I was also assured that my deposit amount of INR 5000 will be repaid as within 5 - 7 working days. On 14th April, I get the bill of INR 1444 for the same connection. I have been calling Airtel but nobody seems to care except for the payment of this amount.

            A. I am appalled by the fact that they did not cancel this connection.
            B. I am even more shocked to see that they dont care about anything else other than their payment.
            C. I want them to waiver the latest bill and refund my deposit of INR 5000.
            D. I wish to see these blood sucking pirates bought down to their knees.

            In the SMS which i attached clearly shows that I have asked for my security deposit back after making the last payment. This was sent to the agent who worked for airtel handling my issue. His name is Raghunandan.

I am shocked where does I lost 18GB in 4days. I called up to customer care they are not even talking properly they are rude at times when I asked how this could be in 4 days I have lost 18 GB data and did surfing only. they are not giving proper answer and cut the phone.               Airtel stealing Wifi broadband Data I see 4GB data showing consumed without any usage .There is no Solution by Airtel or help from Airtel.They blaim back customer saying your usage is high. today I watch one movie and it shows 60GB data consumed, just few months back I used to watch movies, do my office calls video calls with 3GB data usage in 24hrs. This is an abolute fraud.

              Never thought Airtel is also involved in Data usage scams stealing customer data.
              Airtel stealing data. I am shocked, every morning when I wake up I found message that I have used 1.25 gb data without touching mobile over night.
              My airtel number is [protected].Airtel is stealing data since last 4 days.I am getting new data at 12:00am but it is showing 90%of your daily data limit has been reached at 12:40 even when I used it only fir whatsapp.Today also it is consuming much data even when I am not watching videos.
              Airtel is stealing my 1.5gb data I have only used 1.16gb but it says that I have used all my daily data it's happening every day now...

              Airtel is stealing my data, I've complained it at the customer care, on first instance if call a executive and a senior executive was of almost no help and told me to keep my data off. They are so unaware of the fact that messaging apps are so much necessary for business or individual purpose and it needs internet to work. I've called to complain again and did so and was said it would be taken care of, but nothing has been done. I've watched a movie on Airtel xtreme yesterday, just one movie o[censored]sual movie time span and it consumed 10 GB data and that too with degraded video quality. My 118 rs pack has only 1.7 GB data left after that, befor that a 56 gb pack went of with its 3gb without any usage. Daily data are getting over like anything. I woke up to see that there's 500 mb used up without the phone being touched during sleep at night. This is utter theft and ignorance, Airtel is stealing data, they are not looking after thefts and leakages. This network should be banned and boycotted as they pretend to be helpful and genuine to its customers which they are not.

                ये लोग पैसा लेने के बाद भी पैसा नहीं मिला है, जल्दि रिचार्ज करो कहके मैस्सेज भेजते है। कष्टमर केर में आधा घंटे तक पुछते जाते है और कुछ भी ठीक जवाब देते नहीं। कष्टमर केर में एरटेल नेट्वर्क छोडके बाकी नेटवर्क से बात करेंगे तो वो पेड काल हो जाता है। बहुत बार कंप्लेंट देने के बाद भी ट्रान्स्मिशन में कुछ भी सुधार नहीं आया है। एक दम परेशान हूँ।

                  I'm a frequent user of the USSD services that airtel communications provides. They usually confirm a recharge by asking us to press 1. But this once they activated a 2G data plan amounting Rs.176 without any confirmation. I called them up and they say they cant refund my money. I would serioudly like to get my money back.

                    On 8.4.2015 I have submitted three application to port from Vodafone to Airtel. My submitted application for the mobile nos [protected], [protected], [protected], (all post paid vodafone numbers) at my office at Nisarga layout bannerghatta, with your Jigani branch representative Mr Muniraju ([protected]) along with Rs 300 each as deposit, Photos, DL copy, Land line BIll copy and till now I have not received any receipt for the same. On 10.4.15, your verification person visited my office/ house with wrong telephone number and in the application I have mentioned that the no [protected] is not belongs to me.( One no mentioned wrong by your team) Further I spoke with Airtel Jigani branch with Rajeshwari mam and another staff ([protected], [protected]) and they said that the application has gone for the varification. No action has been taken till now and all the above Airtel staffs are not responding. Kindly let me know the status for the same

I have register complaints against the same problem many times since 11 apr 2015. Customer care executives asked me for 3 days every time to resolve the same.But the problem remains same till date. I am very harassed by airtel since last 10 days but still they are telling that you have to pay the bills as per your plan.Resolve my above said problem plz.

                            Hi, I ported my no back to AIRTEL from IDEA last month on 18th March with commitment given to my for full network coverage. But unfortunate to see that there is no improvement in the services. I raised the issue with the appellant Authority as well but till now I have only given assurance. I have lost connect from society whenever I am at my home and incurred loss in my professional world. Now I am stuck with AIRTEL for next 60 days as I got my no ported just 30 day back. Pls find the trail below mail from me and AIRTEL. In the last mail they claimed to visit my home but no one till now has visited my home which is on the First Floor. Interestingly when I received a call on my one handset with AIRTEL no the signals were so week that even they admitted the fact that yes I was right and they had to call my other no of IDEA. May I request you to kindly help me as I have lost hope from AIRTEL.                               Subject: About unfair policies your company opts about me Sir/Madam, I've been polite a number of times, please excuse yourselves for forcing me to type like this. This network provider is not giving me my 3g services. I'm a airtel 3g customer from last 17 18 months and everything was going fine. But from last 6 days, they've completely stopped my 3g services. I'm having my 3g bill plan activated with more than 500 mbs remaining. Everytime I talk to their customer representative, they say that 3g services will be activated within 30 minutes but it has been 6 days. Yes, my validity is getting trimmed everyday. I've spent 13 rupees having random arguments with customer care service, but none of them resolved my issue. 13 rupees means I've spent 78 minutes in these days talking to them. Every airtel customer I know is enjoying 3g services except me. Please resolve my issue quickly or I WILL TAKE MY PETITION TO THE DISTRICT CONSUMER CELL.                                 Hi Team, I have taken a Airtel 4G Wifi connection on 16th April 2015. The Technician Mr. Muthu Raj came and gave a demo. I was happy with the demo and asked to install and he installed the router and modem and told forgot to get the SIM Card. He promised to get the same on the same day as the installation was done before lunch time. This connection I took from Airtel Jaya Nagar 4th Block outlet and Ms Guna Sundari was the one who was reaching out to me. She pormised me to get the SIM activated by next day without fail. They have sent the SIM on Friday Afternoon and mentioned that it would get activated by end of the day. Next day 18th was karnataka Bandh and nothing happened. I reached out to her Manager Sovon ( I guess) and he mentioned as it is Bandh hence it will get activated on Monday morning. I am still waiting for the SIM to get Activated. I have been transfered back to Bangalore and previously I was having BSNL which I surrendered hence had to get this as Team promised faster connection. I did venture into Airtel Wired as used it in the past for around 4 years in bangalore. But as Wired would take time hence opted for this. Really pathetic service. The eagerness to get the antena and router and to take 2500 is not there in enabling the SIM card. My 4G number is [protected].

                                I have messaged the Store manager Sovon and was following up and was behind him to get the same activated. It got activated. This should have been on day 2 and I would not have been chasing for getting this done. In fact I did mention to him that I have raised a complaint on this site as well.

                                    I have taken corporate(IBM India pvt ltd) airtel connection in 2013, airtel no: [protected]we are making the payment every month ontime.July, 2014: we made payment 9200/-rs on 11-Aug-14 from my colique account No [protected] (since he barrow money from mine) and he went US states and i don't have contact with him farther.Oct 9, 2014: I needed money, so i requested airtel team in email, please refund outsatnding amount rs:-8213.00 to my address by releasing check and i asked them call me immediately if you have any calrifications.( since airtel bills paid automatically from rs:9200 last 3 months(july, August, Sept 2014)) OCT 11, 2014: I got a call(to +91-[protected]) from Nodel offer name: Arivind Kumar B(from no:[protected]), he took my bank details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) to refund the money . and i clealy told him transfer the money to SBI Account Number [protected]. and he said okOct 14, 2014: I send an email to airtel team same what we discussed in the call, and my account details.Oct 15, 2014: But airtel team refunded rs: 9200 /- to account: [protected](colique) without informing me. and that too I don't have contact to my colique to ask.oct 17, 2014 : I received email from airtel team as "Basis our conversation on 17th October 2014, we would like to inform you that we have validate records and found that amount is already reversed into your account on 15th October 2014.".OCT 17: 2014: I verified my accoount details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) i didn't receive money to my account.after couple of email airtel told me, money refunded to the same account where debited money from account.Here my Question is " I clearly i send and email and informed to airtel team via voice call .Please transfer the money to given account but they transfer to account No [protected](refunded to the same account where it has been debited) even thay took my account details.if they are refunding money to the same account where it has been debited, why thay are calling me and take my account details(another account)to refunded the money to another account.Why they didn't told me before they refunding money.Now, Airtel team is saing, sorry for that.But money i didn't get receive.Just thay are telling " We regret to inform you that the amount of Rs.9200/- has already been refunded to the same account where it has been debited, further there is no option for us to transfer it to any other account. "I am demanding to airtel now, i want money to given account.                                       I applied for a new connection in feb 2015, but bcoz of there is no port available I didn't get the connection, I paid 1100 rupees. I called 100 times for the refund but everytime they say 21 days. Its disguesting to ever refer Airtel to anybody. I will put and FIR against Airtel for doing fraud. I want the amount to be refunded within 24 hours. Its a idiotic service provider. Lot of curse to the whole Airtel team. If you don't wwant to refund just clear to me, I will consider it is given as charity amount.

                                        dear sir, I have been intimated that the bill for the month of march 2015 against my post paid mobile No. [protected] is2692.97 which is totally unjustified. I am regular user of air for last more than 02 year and have never received such a hiked bill so for. My usage never exceed more than 600-800 which was exactly as per my usage. Again this month my usage is not more than 600-800 but bill shows more than Rs. 2600 which is not my usage. Meanwhile, i lodge complaint on customer care service who told me that there was error of 829 which has been adjusted but this hiked bill is not my usage. I have also paid bill for the month of March and April amounting to Rs. 1500. I assume this hiked bill as harassment from your side i shall not pay this amount and request you to waive off the excess amount. Further you are also requested to not bared my no. and in case you bared my no. any loss happened to me in this respect, you shall be responsible.
