I lost my mobile phone today morning. My mobile is latest Android phone. Near to my office. I m trying on my phone. no the bell is still ringing but no. one is picking up my call. It Might be fallen some where, but it is lying alone wherevermy phone is. I dont know its exact location. Can u please help me how to get my mobile phones exact location.

      On 2nd April I had applied for new connection then airtel person contacted me and told me about plan then again another airtel person contact me and told me about another plan, and she told me a "corporate plan" there benefit was 800 local and std minutes and 200 local and nation sms, but my company was not listed for corporate plan, I had told that thing but she told me that there is no any issue you just pay 350 Rs. for this plan and I will be activated this plan on your number, then I was agreed for that plan and she told tomorrow our airtel person will come and you will give just your id proof. On next day airtel person came and I gave him my documents. Now my request is I have already serve 26 days but I haven't receive any call from airtel regarding my number and that person who gave me this plan she is not attending my call. On April 8 I called her that time she told me within 2 and 3 day you will get a call from airtel then your number will be activated and but I didn't receive any response, I had 18 - 20 time called her on 13 April, but she is not picking my call, then on 16 April she attend my call and I told her all problem then she told me that for again port, then I requested to port pin and I received and send to airtel sale lady on 16th April, but again already 12 days passed but I didn't receive any response on my request, that lady again not picking my call and today her phone number is going switched off, then I contacted to document's boy senior person but he is not picking my call and disconnected my call, I really disappointed form airtel service, and I don't want to go in Airtel circle, please help me how can I get back my money and complaint against that lady. I really frusted from all that kinds of known sense. As per information repeatedly flashed on Indian Television, all international calls from India to Nepal are being charged at the rate of local calls in India.But, I have been charged @ Rs:12/= Pl arrange to do the needful at earliest and inform me accordingly.           Dear sir, Purchased one SIM card(M No-[protected]) from a shop near Axis bank ATM, Sham nagar, Khayala Road New Delhi -18 & submitted all required documents on 15.04.15.In the night of same day verification was done by Airtel regarding Identity & Address & the number got activated.After 3 days phone got disconnected by you.Till then everyday I am visiting to that specific shop and your Jail road Airtel office but nobody has the solution & making fool every time .If Airtel has no data how that specific number was working for 3 days and incoming & outgoing call made on several numbers. Pl look into the matter & revive my number immediately.If required I can submit the documents again.I have already 2 mobile connections & one DTH connection of Airtel in my family but this time it was very bad experience.I suspect misuse of this number & my ID also.Pl do the needful.             Im facing a problem with LAILA service whic is activated without my knowledge... And when I call 15223 to deactivate, I always get the voice saying the servers are busy or updating process is going on, ... so can't acept your request... Airtel is too stupendous... [protected]...

              Fixed line no-[protected] I paid my bill on 1st April and on 17April I got a message stating that my 15GB data usage is over.We are a family of 4 members and all 4 are working my data usage never comes more than 2 or 3Gb in a month and they this time they said that 15 GB got over in 15 days I called customer care delhi to know the data usage they said that they do not have any detail and to check in website.I informed that I had submitted complaint that my online account was not activated and that complaint was registered 2 months ago.They informed site was under updation.Site has been under updation for 2 months. This is a very bad experience from Airtel Im happy with Airtel wifi but customer service of airtel is incompetent to answer any questions and to provide any support. MNC level support is lacking and the data usage and consumption report is ridiculous Will switch to tikona or vodafone

                I have called customer service and asked to cancel my post paid connection ([protected]) and have already cleared all the dues. To my utter surprise it is still connected and I am getting monthly bill. I am not liable of giving the bill for this month as I have already asked to cancel in the month of March, and it is your carelessness to continue the connection. Please disconnect the connection or I have to take further steps for this harassment.

                              I am Pavankumar Deshpande having an issue with my postpaid Corporate connections. I have taken 2 sims [protected] and [protected], both sims i have taken on same day by producing same id(My id) details. This month i mean from[protected] to[protected] i got a bill of 1432 for the number [protected]. Upon that i have gone through itemized bill where in no where corporate charges are applicable to both the numbers and calls between [protected] and [protected] has to be free, but here those calls have been charged with 50 paise/min. So i tried to contact customer service but did not get proper response as they are saying both no's registered id is different. How could be different sir? Both numbers are registered on my name and with my id details. Then i contacted to Airtel office where i took my both sim and explained everything. But she is suggesting me to pay this month and will take care of next month. Why should i pay my money for other s mistake? I wish and hope you will help me out in solving my problem. Hoping positive response from you.

                                  After purchasing 4g internet connection(Data Card) there is no 4g / 3g signals available and getting 2g internet signals, when tried reaching customer care department( [protected], number provided in airtel data card) more than 10 times even after expalining situation no is providing solutions instead they are telling I have reached wrong department and disconnecting the calls. I'm trying to get refund or new connection with proper 4g connectivity.

Where all the other networks reduce the data charges day by day, but airtel increases day by day.                                       I have taken very long followup with Airtel Team regarding voice distortion issue in my airtel number both in outgoing and incoming calls. I has been cleared and checked also No problem in problem as Problem in same on multiple phones No problem in SIM as new issued I have taken from Airtel office as advised earlier by Airtel team to do this to resolved voice issue No range issue as problem in same at Multiple locations After doing all this and coordination is Airtel team, team is saying we are look into this. And this they are saying since very long time. Kindly Help
