Im facing a problem with LAILA service whic is activated without my knowledge... And when I call 15223 to deactivate, I always get the voice saying the servers are busy or updating process is going on, ... so can't acept your request... Airtel is too stupendous... [protected]...

    Fixed line no-[protected] I paid my bill on 1st April and on 17April I got a message stating that my 15GB data usage is over.We are a family of 4 members and all 4 are working my data usage never comes more than 2 or 3Gb in a month and they this time they said that 15 GB got over in 15 days I called customer care delhi to know the data usage they said that they do not have any detail and to check in website.I informed that I had submitted complaint that my online account was not activated and that complaint was registered 2 months ago.They informed site was under updation.Site has been under updation for 2 months. This is a very bad experience from Airtel Im happy with Airtel wifi but customer service of airtel is incompetent to answer any questions and to provide any support. MNC level support is lacking and the data usage and consumption report is ridiculous Will switch to tikona or vodafone

      I have called customer service and asked to cancel my post paid connection ([protected]) and have already cleared all the dues. To my utter surprise it is still connected and I am getting monthly bill. I am not liable of giving the bill for this month as I have already asked to cancel in the month of March, and it is your carelessness to continue the connection. Please disconnect the connection or I have to take further steps for this harassment.

                    I am Pavankumar Deshpande having an issue with my postpaid Corporate connections. I have taken 2 sims [protected] and [protected], both sims i have taken on same day by producing same id(My id) details. This month i mean from[protected] to[protected] i got a bill of 1432 for the number [protected]. Upon that i have gone through itemized bill where in no where corporate charges are applicable to both the numbers and calls between [protected] and [protected] has to be free, but here those calls have been charged with 50 paise/min. So i tried to contact customer service but did not get proper response as they are saying both no's registered id is different. How could be different sir? Both numbers are registered on my name and with my id details. Then i contacted to Airtel office where i took my both sim and explained everything. But she is suggesting me to pay this month and will take care of next month. Why should i pay my money for other s mistake? I wish and hope you will help me out in solving my problem. Hoping positive response from you.

                        After purchasing 4g internet connection(Data Card) there is no 4g / 3g signals available and getting 2g internet signals, when tried reaching customer care department( [protected], number provided in airtel data card) more than 10 times even after expalining situation no is providing solutions instead they are telling I have reached wrong department and disconnecting the calls. I'm trying to get refund or new connection with proper 4g connectivity.

                            I have taken very long followup with Airtel Team regarding voice distortion issue in my airtel number both in outgoing and incoming calls. I has been cleared and checked also No problem in problem as Problem in same on multiple phones No problem in SIM as new issued I have taken from Airtel office as advised earlier by Airtel team to do this to resolved voice issue No range issue as problem in same at Multiple locations After doing all this and coordination is Airtel team, team is saying we are look into this. And this they are saying since very long time. Kindly Help

                                Hi, I have recharged through Citibank Websited for 325.00 rupees two time. I ahve received the message twice as a rate cutter has been activated. But still not yet activated. I am unable to contact your customer number also. lot time i tried to talked to cutomer care executive. He accepted and tell that the issue has been resolved with in 24 hours. Still not yet cleared. Please find the below message which is received from airtel.                                   Dear Sir / Madam I bought AIRTEL sim and it was activated on 23/4/2015.The airtel person received Rs 150 from me. But it was not recharged and it should be done by company people.i e First Time Recharge. as of now it was not done. I called to customer care they told i should contact to the person who sold the sim ( Airtel sales person ). But that person is not available for phone or at his shop. Now the sim is not able to use for making call. since 4 days am not able to make call from this number. I mailed to many IDs of the company but no response from them.                                     Hi, I had 13mb of 3g data when I started to browse onto airtel site to make another recharge. The recharge failed but 92 rupees was deducted from my main account. Next day when I recharged for 3g that 13mb was carried forward. My 3g data validity was till 26th of April and I was doing the operation on the same day at 01:30 AM, which is well within the validity period. I called the customer care for an explanation for balance deduction but they keep saying some absurd reasons which were irrelevant.                                         I am an old customer of Airtel using Airtel Mobile services for my whole family for the last many years. Till recently, I was satisfied with the services provided by AIRTEL but as soon as I switched over to Rs.999/- plan in the month of Feb 2015 (on suggestion of your staff at Shopprix Mall, Noida), my never ending phase of problems started. These are listed below: 1. Earlier I was using Rs.499/- plan for mobile no. [protected], with separate plans for two other numbers as [protected] (post-paid) and [protected] (pre-paid). 2. As suggested by your representative at Shopprix Mall, Noida, I opted for Rs.999/- plan with a request to make [protected] as PARENT no. and the other two numbers as ADD-ON numbers 3. Plan was activated within 48hrs but with [protected] as PARENT or MAIN number and other two numbers as ADD-ON. 4. Since the new plan is activated, all incoming calls on [protected] are shown as UNKNOWN calls without displaying NAME or NUMBER of the caller. 5. I have checked the instrument by putting another SIM and the incoming calls are displayed correctly with an alternate SIM in my mobile phone, which is being used with [protected]. This confirms that there is no issue with the mobile phone instrument. 6. I have approached AIRTEL outlet at SHOPPRIX MALL 3-4 times during last 3 months, however, even after sending emails to so called higher-ups, they failed to attend to my complaint. 7. Every time I am going for a complaint they are asking for fresh address proof as well as photographs, which I have already provided thrice during last 3 months. 8. Regular calls are received on [protected] for outstanding payments, even after clearing all the dues.This has resulted in over-payment of approx.Rs.1600/- against Rs.999/- plan we have been offered. This is causing regular harassment to me and my family. 9. High speed internet (3G) offered under Rs.999/- plan has never worked on [protected]. Due to this we are being over-charged for the services (fixed charges of Rs.999/-) even when we are deprived of the facility due to failure of AIRTEL. Ms. Sakshi, your representative at SHOPPRIX MALL, Noida has done her best to help me in this regard, however, the persons sitting at the BACK-END offices have completely failed to resolve the 3 issues I have high-lighted in the email above.
