I have taken corporate(IBM India pvt ltd) airtel connection in 2013, airtel no: [protected]we are making the payment every month ontime.July, 2014: we made payment 9200/-rs on 11-Aug-14 from my colique account No [protected] (since he barrow money from mine) and he went US states and i don't have contact with him farther.Oct 9, 2014: I needed money, so i requested airtel team in email, please refund outsatnding amount rs:-8213.00 to my address by releasing check and i asked them call me immediately if you have any calrifications.( since airtel bills paid automatically from rs:9200 last 3 months(july, August, Sept 2014)) OCT 11, 2014: I got a call(to +91-[protected]) from Nodel offer name: Arivind Kumar B(from no:[protected]), he took my bank details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) to refund the money . and i clealy told him transfer the money to SBI Account Number [protected]. and he said okOct 14, 2014: I send an email to airtel team same what we discussed in the call, and my account details.Oct 15, 2014: But airtel team refunded rs: 9200 /- to account: [protected](colique) without informing me. and that too I don't have contact to my colique to ask.oct 17, 2014 : I received email from airtel team as "Basis our conversation on 17th October 2014, we would like to inform you that we have validate records and found that amount is already reversed into your account on 15th October 2014.".OCT 17: 2014: I verified my accoount details(SBI Account Number [protected] ) i didn't receive money to my account.after couple of email airtel told me, money refunded to the same account where debited money from account.Here my Question is " I clearly i send and email and informed to airtel team via voice call .Please transfer the money to given account but they transfer to account No [protected](refunded to the same account where it has been debited) even thay took my account details.if they are refunding money to the same account where it has been debited, why thay are calling me and take my account details(another account)to refunded the money to another account.Why they didn't told me before they refunding money.Now, Airtel team is saing, sorry for that.But money i didn't get receive.Just thay are telling " We regret to inform you that the amount of Rs.9200/- has already been refunded to the same account where it has been debited, further there is no option for us to transfer it to any other account. "I am demanding to airtel now, i want money to given account. Please help me on this.Attached email for evidance and conversation records.call me on my no: 91-[protected] and email id : nl.[protected]@gmail.com

    I applied for a new connection in feb 2015, but bcoz of there is no port available I didn't get the connection, I paid 1100 rupees. I called 100 times for the refund but everytime they say 21 days. Its disguesting to ever refer Airtel to anybody. I will put and FIR against Airtel for doing fraud. I want the amount to be refunded within 24 hours. Its a idiotic service provider. Lot of curse to the whole Airtel team. If you don't wwant to refund just clear to me, I will consider it is given as charity amount.

      dear sir, I have been intimated that the bill for the month of march 2015 against my post paid mobile No. [protected] is2692.97 which is totally unjustified. I am regular user of air for last more than 02 year and have never received such a hiked bill so for. My usage never exceed more than 600-800 which was exactly as per my usage. Again this month my usage is not more than 600-800 but bill shows more than Rs. 2600 which is not my usage. Meanwhile, i lodge complaint on customer care service who told me that there was error of 829 which has been adjusted but this hiked bill is not my usage. I have also paid bill for the month of March and April amounting to Rs. 1500. I assume this hiked bill as harassment from your side i shall not pay this amount and request you to waive off the excess amount. Further you are also requested to not bared my no. and in case you bared my no. any loss happened to me in this respect, you shall be responsible.

The person from airtel assured that it would be installed by a day or two. It's been 5 days now and i've received no response instead of regular reminders.             Please provide as much information as possible...I had recharged my blackberry 9860 phone (Airtel no-[protected]) at rs 399 for BBM+net browsing with the validity of 30 days on 1st April. Fascility is not provided till now 20th April. I had made complaint on customer care 5 times but not any step is taken regarding the complaint.

              Dear team Very poor service you people are providing as i recharged my number with 100 rupee amount on dqted 14 april 6:44 Mobile No.[protected] Recharge Rs 100/ on[protected] at 10-30AM through internet money deducted but not recharged till now . therefore i called on your customer care on dated 14th april time was 6:44 pm and call was about 15 minute and called number was [protected] through my number [protected] ang your agant asked me tha 60, rupee balance which is not reflecting in my system so that i logged a complaint whixh will be resolved within 2 days but still not resolution provided and also i did not received any complaint number so please lestin that call and give me resolution as soon as possible call me on my number [protected] on urgent basis and revert m money baxk also guide your agants ti tackle customer properly

                i bought an airtel sim from a certified airtel store. After a few days i received a message stating that i haven't submitted the required documents which i had. I then called the customer care and asked them about it. they said that there were no such issues with my number and my services won't be blocked. but today in the evening my services were blocked and then i called them up again. Told them what the problem was then they tell me to go all the way to the airtel store again and submit my documents. they then tols me that my call was being transferred to a senior executive but they hung up. They did this twice i.e hung up my call. the third time i called them and then told my problem again and this time to a senior exec. But i still haven't received any help from them even when they are telling me that they have the required documents

                  Hi I took new 4g connection for 3999/- rs. When i connect the device its still saying the 4g not registered and limited service. When i call the customer care they ask some Non-sense questions and they don't even give me the relevant answer. When i wanted the new 4g connection they made numerous call now after getting the connection no one responds to it. This is very pathetic service provided by airtel

                    YESTERDAY MY AIRTEL MAIN MOBILE BALANCE GOT DEDUCTED FOR RS.128. I CALLED AIRTEL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I USED DATA PLAN. THEY ALWAYS TELL EVERYONE THE SAME THING THAT THEY USED DATA PLAN. I ALREADY HAVE DATA PLAN RECHARGE FOR DATA INTERNET. I HAVE 2 WIFI CONNECTIONS AND I USE WIFI, I DO NOT USE DATA PLAN. AIRTEL IS NOT READY TO REFUND THE MONEY AND BLAMING ME ASSUMING THAT CUSTOMER IS TELLING LIE. IT LOOKS THAT IT IS THE HABIT OF AIRTEL TO SCAM DEDUCT THE BALANCE FROM CUSTOMER MOBILE. I HAVE TAKEN THE NODAL OFFICE DETAILS AND I WILL COMPLAINT THERE AND ALSO IN TRAI. AIRTEL HAS VERY BAD HISTORY OF DEDUCTING BALANCE AND DOING SCAMS.

                      Its been a while that i've have been extending my data plan on both my numbers ([protected] & [protected])after i get a call from customer services about the usage got consumed.I have changed my plans several times to get extra data usage. But to my surprise, The 4GB data that i now avail on my iphone get consumed only within 10 days of my bill date. Previously when i got 2GB data then i had never consumed it all in a month.This is all after i mostly stays in Wifi Zone at home and at work place. The Complains on services is DEGRADED.Moreover the customer care calls take hours to answer, a lot of times go Unanswered, and even after making through the call the customer care People just tell about new plans, are mostly not understanding the Problem.                         Dear Sir, We are very much distressed and feel cheated by the acts of your executive Mr. Soumen Gupta ([protected]) . As per the attached mail he had asked us to deposit Rs. 1146/- so that our Broadband connection at our no 40032713 could be restarted. We had asked for a disconnection in the Month of November 2014 and we had got a disconnection request from you regarding this on Nov 20th 2014. We did not have the outstanding amount of Rs. 1146/-, but in spite of this we paid this as we were assured by Mr. Soumen Gupta that the connection would be restarted with the new plan as mentioned in his mail which is attached herewith. But in spite of paying the amount on 7th of April 2015, the connection were not started. In fact Mr. Soumen Gupta told us on 8th of April that due to some technical fault it could not be started and it would be started within next 2 days. But since the more than 10 days have passed and nothing has been done. In fact Mr. Gupta has stopped attending to our calls. He is neither receiving our calls, not does he have the courtesy of calling back. We are very much surprised at this behavior of your marketing executive. In fact this kind of irresponsible behavior is earning a very bad name for your organization. We think that you would not like to risk your reputation as a dishonest organization as you are in service industry.                           Dear Sir, I am airtel subscriber. My Mobile No. is. [protected]. I have recharge 249 .00 Pack for 3G internet connection with HDFC Net banking ( Ref. No.[protected] dtd. 16.04.2015) & Recharge with Rs. 40.00 through HDFC Net banking ( Ref. No.[protected] dtd. 18.04.2015) but till date neither 3G started nor mobile recharged. So, please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

                            I'm using Airtel 3g from a long period of time. And I was actually happy. But from last 4 5 days, my 3g services are suspended because o[censored]nknown reasons. In having my 3g internet pack active but I'm not getting any 3g signals on my phone. My validity is obviously getting trimmed everyday as I'm not able to use my 3g. Everytime I talk to customer care, they say that 3g plan will be activated on your number within 30 minutes but it has been five days. They always send me the same regenerated sms displayed in photo but my 3g problem is as it is. This is really not good. Initial payment of Rs. 5612/- where 5 + 1 (06) months uninterrupted Internet service. 2. Second payment of Rs. 3950/- inclusive of 300 for payment of overdue payment and advised plan of 3650/- for 5 + 1 (06) months uninterrupted Internet service. If the bill was generated at your end, as advised in your e-mail, WHY did your sales executive did not inform us about this then and there, if in case, we would had been aware of your such hidden bills, we would not have recharged the same. We are SHOCKED and utterly dissatisfied with the kind of advise and service provided by you which is misleading and we are being called many a times for bill payment in spite of paying money in advance. But we are been treated as if we are not paying bills. This kind of an harassment is not expected out of such a BIG BRAND NAME We are now forced to send the above details of dissatisfaction to TRAI. We now are NOT inclined to be CUSTOMER of AIRTEL nor do we recommend it to any of our near and dear ones but such an incident has to be reported so that some more customers like us are not put into trouble again.

                                Its been a while we have been complaining about the speed, we have done several complaints, several plan changes, several visits by engineers have been done, but NOTHING has helped, we have changed our plans several times, the amount increases, and services DEGRADE. Moreover the customer care calls take hours to answer, alot of times go unanswered, and even after making through the call the customer care people just tell about new plans, are mostly not understanding the problem. Highly disappointed and tired customer!!

                                  1. This is regarding deduction on amount from my main account on 18th apr 15. Around rs 300 were deducted without any reason and data of 400 mb was also deducted. 2. There is no answer with customer care executive of yours and when I asked that I want to speak to senior executive then my call was disconnected. 3. This is not expected from a reputed company like airtel. 4. Same thing had happened with me in 13 mar 15 also where my 750 mb data was deducted from my data pack. 5. When I am using 3g data pack and I always turn my "mobile data" off whenever I am not using it. 6. Keeping in mind the above things I would request that my amount to be credited back in my main acct alongwith data pack. 7. Your senior executive can call me to update me regarding the same. 8. An early action will be highly appreciated. Regards

WHY THIS HAPPEN TO ME??? OR THIS IS YOUR BASIC POLICY FOR ANY CUSTOMER WHOM PORTING FROM ONE NETWORKING TO OTHER. FOR ME THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I AM PORTING..SO PLEASE CLARIFY THAT WHAT ARE THE BASIC RULES FOR PORTING TO OTHER NETWORK. MY BILL PLANE WAS 299 WHEN I HAD COME ON YOUR NETWORK BY PORTING FROM OTHER NETWORK. YOU WERE CHARGING ME FOR ONLY MIN DAYS ON BILL PERIOD BY MY PLANE WHICH IS 299 COMBO. SO PLEASE DO CLARIFY ME YOUR DOUBLE STANDARD MEASUREMENT FOR THE CUSTOMERS.                                       I am subscriber of Airtel Prepaid service my mobile no. is [protected]. I recharged with Rs. 175/- 1 GB net pack on 15/4/2015. On 18/4/2015 there was Zero balance in main as well as net account.I immediatly I dialed 121 and got in touch with customer care executive of Airtel she told me due to some techniqual problem my net recharge could not activate therefore amount deducted from my main account and within 24 hours my net account will be credited with 1 gb data usage. I was not satisfied with the answer therefore she transferred the line for her senior executive and i surprised when the senior executive informed me that I used 1 gb data usage on 18/4/2015 at 2.00 . When I asked him could he give me the details of my net use but he denied to give me the details of data usage. There was difference between the information given to me by customer care executives.
