Dear Team,
Ref the above subject, this case goes back to Jan2013 when i recharged this prepaid Airtel number-[protected] for an amount of 994/- but it was a failed transaction and the amount debited from my account.
I have been following up with the service provider since the last 2years but there is not a single response to any of my mails so far.
Request your team to kindly take up this matter with the Service provider Airtel since to my experience they are behaving extremely arrogant and highhanded approach.
I have enclosed the complete trail mail communication with Airtel for your reference.

Dear Shukla,
As discussed earlier, kindly request an confirmation from your end if the same has been resolved.
Please note this is an legitimate claim and request that is precisely why i have been following up with the company for the last two years and will continue to follow-up till it is resolved.
Kindly request not to loot customers like this. Just check around other players like redbus and bookmyshow who promptly refund back in case of failed transactions.
I do understand the size, the might and your arrogance towards retail customers like us.
I will look at other options and alternatives to get back my legitimate refund request.
SHAME SHAME AIRTEL FOR SUCH SUB STANDARD SERVICE. I WONDER WHAT IS YOUR NODAL, APPELLATE AND OTHER GRIEVANCES TEAM DOING.

Shankar Reddy

Dear Team,
It is absolutely shameful on the part of Airtel Brand. I have been writing to
you since the last 2 years for a failed recharge and refund of 994/- with all
the supporting documents enclosed for your reference.
But is has been an awful experience with your high handed service standards and
stubborn attitude to redress an trivial issue.
Whatever i can understand from my personal experience is that is all this nodal
office, appellate and ombudsman team is all an eyewash, either they don't exist
or they don't care to address an issue. Then why have such teams and publish it
on your site.
Please note i have been your customer since for the last 10 long years with an
incredible track record and you still treat us so poorly.

this was an online transaction executed through Citi Bank Credit Card on
25th January 2013, one for an amount Rs.994/- and other for an amount of
Rs.440/- on the same day.
Both the transaction are reflecting in the

The delay in reverting back to your requirement was that i had to place a
request with the bank and receive the same from their end.
Please note, I have written to your team without any delay as soon as i noticed
the issue and today you are questioning on my integrity by asking for one year
statement. The fact is you have been taking more that one year in resolving
such a trivial issue.
I have been an Airtel post paid customer since 2008 and i request you should
have a check on my track record. Please note even here i have been making my
payments through Standing Instructions on my Citi Bank Card.
I m very clear that going ahead i will not entertain any further document
request and ensure to take this up with the consumer forum. I have documented
all the communications with your team and your sub standard service response.

Dear Customer Service Team,
This is with reference to the recent online recharge to this mobile no:
[protected] which is a prepaid no.
Note : I had done two recharges on the same day i, e 25th Jan 2013.
One for the amount of Rs.994/- and other for an amount of Rs.440/- . Both the
transaction were through online recharge.
Only 440/- is credited into the account and the other tranx has not been
credited into the account.
Transaction ID - 187000
Amount (Rs.) - 994.0
By oversight error instead of easy recharge i had done roaming recharge. Hence
this may be the reason for the transaction to fail.
I have already called up the customer care team 5 times as on date for this
cancellation of the above transaction.
I m sorry to bring to your notice that the prepaid customer service
