Hello, [protected] is my no. And has been registered in my name till now. As i'm out of Country now it has been deactivated from a month. And all of my Bank ACCOUNTS and Shopping Sites A/C details are linked to this no. But now-a-days while calling my number some1 else pickup the call what is this hah ???? How can they give my no. to someone else ??? How can Airtel do this hah ?? Although the sim card is in my Mobile. What the hell is going on hah???? I couldn't understand :( I've Attached the Picture where it's showing that the no. is registered in my name till now. PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE... And do resolve my problem ASAP :(

    Hi, I was using Airtel number [protected] for the last 1 year. I didn't recharge it for 6 month because I was using another number. Today, I recharged it with Rs. 255, which was accepted but I was told that SIM is deactivate and you would not be able to use it. Without any intimation to me why you have disconnected my number. Also, if number is not yet active with any customer, how Airtel can accept the recharge. I want either the same number back to me or the money should be refunded to me.       Sir, I submitted my request on Friday to convert from postpaid to prepaid. But till now it is not converted. I have submitted the request in Kobambakkam, Chennai around 2 PM on thursday i.e 2nd April'15 office and paid Rs. 407 via cash. First of all they refused to entertain me and told me come on monday as today is our leave but there was no leave. Secondly they told me lie it will get activated within 24 hours. I spoke to one of the customer care people on Friday they told me it will get activated in 48 hours. Again on Friday evening i spoke to numerous advisors in Airtel but all gave same response. On Saturday i spoke to Sarvanan and spoke to floor supervisor as well. He told me by in next 24 hours it will get activated and gave reference number 61156408 told me it will get resolved within 24 hours. Again on Sunday evening i spoke to a lady she said same thing and gave me another reference number [protected]. On monday i.e 6th April i spoke to another person called sakhti he gave me another reference number [protected]. 4 days i cannot believe. i have paid money to airtel people on time. i do not know what should i do. i am really annoyed with airtel. All the advisors giving same answer. with in 24 hours it will get reolved. it is just postpaid to prepaid conversion. its 6 PM now and it is not resolved.

        On 01 April 2015, I tried to recharge my Airtel ([protected]) with Rs. 348 (3gb of 3G). In spite of the fact that Rs. 348 was debited from my SBI Account, the 3 GB data wasn't correspondingly credited. I got an sms which says:" Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 348.00 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference". So, I urge Airtel to refund the debited amount at the earliest. Thanking you

But, Your one of staff, Mr. Upendra, belongs to your Indore office at Vijaynagar Square, still not gave me my new sim. I tried many times to communicate with him but still no result is there. And my no. have been activated from 31.03.2015. I'm still waiting and facing too many problem because that no. is my permanent and registered. I am here to complaint about the Airtel cable connection which is still not started even after Bill payments. We are new customer of yours and have applied for this Cable connection two weeks ago. The technician came to fix the cable connection but left in mid way saying that he will come back again and took initial amount of Rs 2000. But now its been two weeks and he has not come back to fix the connection and making excuses of several technical problems. He is saying he is very busy to come and fix the connection. Hence we have decided to file this complaint to either fix this problem soon or give our money back Could you please look into this matter. We trusted Airtel so much and never ever imagined such poor services from your company.                 From my airtel number[protected] I am unable to make calls to my wife's airtel number [protected] and I am getting the message that "this number is not valid". But if I call my wife's number from other mobile or landline it is going fine and she is able to call me or other numbers without any problem. From last two days I have been trying to tell the same to airtel customer care and I get to hear every time "sir your handset or your wife's handset has problem". But I told them even if I am changing the handset for both o[censored]s, the problem exists. I had to deactivate the "1 Local A2A Mobile FnF [protected]@Rs.99" intended for my wife's number, so that I could verify whether this could be the problem. Guess what I was able to call her again and so I thought it worked fine. Then again I activated the same service "1 Local A2A Mobile FnF [protected]@Rs.99" and to my surprise I found that I am getting the same message that this number is not valid. The customer care is not ready to believe this could be the issue. Also when my wife is trying to contact airtel, the customer care executive is saying all services are working fine from our end and there could be an issue with the number which is trying to call you. Similarly when I talk to the executive they also the same - all services are working fine from our end and there could be an issue with the number which you are trying to call. This is very disturbing that airtel is least bothered what customer is facing. Please look into this matter urgently with utmost priority.

                      Regarding the bill of my postpaid for march i had issue. i have called customer care for atleast 15 times and first complaint was on march 25, everyone understood the issue and accepted to waiver the money for wrong billing. Issue is my billing cycle is from 20 to 19 every month. But for last march everything was correct but data usage was charged from feb19th to mar19th(Please find the attached document). Customer cares accepted it was a bug and told that they can reduce only 250rupees only. Only managers can reduce my 728ruppes. Everyone said that they are arranging for manager call within 24 hours, but never received a call at anytime. The reference nos for this given are as below [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Let me know this can be resolved, if it cant will be closing the connection and assume that airtel is only for eating the money cant resolve the issues.

                          This is regarding the complaint I have about wrong calculation of my data consumed I was having a 40GB wireless router connection with no : [protected] where billing cycle is 8th of every month I consumed the whole 40 GB byTo 6:20 PM Mar31 Then I recharged my account with additional 2GB data and it was fully consumed by April-2, I have no concern about this as it seems to be genuine however after this i recharged account again with 3GB at 12:22AM april 3. To My surprise the entire 3Gb got over within 8 hours, which I have never used I got the message by 7:14 PM april3 I never used this much data and got suspicious on the used data calculation on smartbytes, and informed through customer care. Customer care told this is what i have consumed, for which i had no defense as i dont have any records to support me Then I installed vnstat in my linux which tracks the data usage through my laptop I dont use phone to consume big chunks of data I recharged again for 3GB on 8:05 PM April 3 I watched all my activity through vnstat in my laptop, and i restricted the my usage through laptop during this time The statistics of this usage is attached And when i consumed 1.36 GB data, airtel has messaged me that I have consumed all the 3GB by this time on 11:54 AM april5 So basically the data usage calculation on smartbytes is not right and airtel is looting customers on this behalf I want to get back my over calculated data, and informed it to customer care they suggested me to contact 121 to take this issue to next level

                            I had taken an international calling pack of Rs.35/month to australia on 16 of feb 2015. As per the pack i should have been charged with Rs.2.99/min for calling to australia but instead i have been charged with Rs.12/min for those calls. Now as i had approached the customer care of Amritsar unit, they said that the pack was for international landline calling only. But while providing me with the details of the international calling pack the executive didn't mentioned any such information. Now the customer care is not even resolving to my issue and they say that i will have to make the payment which was actually due to their executive's fault as he didn't provided me with the full details of the pack while activating the same. Plz help me against this fraudy kind of behavior of the company..

                              Prepaid Sim card in name of Ravinder Mohan, No. [protected], New Delhi. 1) Charged for VIDEO STORE service today & a couple of weeks earlier. I never requested for this service. Phone was off both the times. Please refund Rs 70/- charged. 2) Charging every day for using Net. I do not have net connection on this number. Data services are not available on this scheme. Amount cannot be calculated. It's Rs. 0.90 in multiples of three to four every time I switch on the phone. Please check at your end and credit the whole amount. Its giving me mental agony.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam I want to put a serious issue regarding one of my numbers but before that I want to say all of my family member are using Airtel service from long time and we think Airtel is a best service provider w.r.t of its network coverage, call quality and customer service unlike many of other service provider which are cheating customer by deduction false money from account and poor service etc. But after this issue my perception about Airtel change so kindly go thought my issue even if you can’t able to solve my problem kindly rectify your system for those customer who will get such a problem in future. Now I like to explain my problem- I was using my Airtel number [protected] when I was in Delhi before 2-3 month ago. I leave Delhi and came at UP and after some time I start using local number so this number was put as my second sim in my mobile and not so frequent use so I can’t remember either I make any call in last 30-45 days from this number or not but whatever it is, 4 day before I buy a new mobile and think to use airtel internet so I put this sim ([protected]) in my new mobile on 30/03/2015 its working fine so I recharge with net pack of 154rs (500 MB) and one topup and make some outgoing call it working fine but after 2 days on 01/04/2015 it network gone after so much struggle when I call your customer care she is says that your sim card registration fail because you did not use your sim from long time (90 days) now I just want to ask you what the hell it is I don’t know how long I am not using this sim but I assure you I am using this number more frequent than my any other number from last 3 days. So I finally I want to say this is totally unfair and not expected from such a reputed service provider side, if you willing to close my sim you could do it much before but not after I recharge it. And my goodluck but think what happened if I recharge with netpack of 500 rs or more. So I think it is pure cheating from your side. Hoping for positive response.                                       I did recharge using My Airtel recharge via txd id[protected] for 500 mg 3G data pack for Rs 149 valid for 30 days, money was deducted by ref [protected] however no data pack was activated. Customer service executive told me to wait for 72 hrs for refund and recharge again. Did the same on 1st however the validity if for 21 days and not 30 days which is still getting reflected on app. Pathetic response by customer service executives(multiple) disowning accountability of airtel app saying Airtel does not have any app and is not responsible for it and refused to refund. Had logged complaint -PR[protected] on website as they are charging money for call customer service and keep you on hold and then transfer to "senior" and keep up on call as long as possible without helping. Even in their site they do not read and in their reply(pasted below) disowing responsibility of their app while refering to other apps..given same lame excuses and closing the compalints saying hoping that they having provided satisfactory solution. Dear Customer, This is in reference to your complaint regarding recharge benefit not received and misbehavior for your airtel mobile number [protected]. Our effort has always been to provide enhanced customer experience. Your valuable feedback is noted and sincere apology for any lapses from our end.
