We are working in private concern in the name of bakya prabha at maraimalai nagar,
and we have already post paid airtel 3g no: [protected] for last 2year (note till no default payment).
One time one call from airtel customer care miss. kavitha phone to me for regarding she said your post paid connection you have already that connection extra amount you have paid a month, such the new offer you want only 850/month, I said ok because already our connection 1150/ month we have paid, so I said ok, she offered and give to new sim airtel 3g no : [protected], , , , but next day it will not activated, immediately I call to miss kavitha that sim not working and activated. She said ok that sim was through it and your existing connection you are used regularly. So I keep in existing sim and that working continuously with out any default payment.
But after three month the new no post paid connection payment pending again and again various people phone to me and more disturbed.
Please do the needful.
