    Hello, My Airtel 4G Wifi-spot number: [protected]. I have activated this connection last month and I am having network connectivity issues inside my house which has been validated by your network team. I have raised so many service requests and didn't get any resolutions till yet. Everytime, I raise a complaint and it gets closed before asking my consent. This has now happened 4 times. I need to know why should I pay for the 3G speed...

    Dear Sir; I have a issue with Airtel Customer Care they did not listen my complaint properly and cut my call 2 times, even my complaint not resolve yet.A SMS pack of Rs. 18 has been Activated by Airtel, and when I call them to complaint for this they did not listen my complaint & put me on mute again and again and cut the call 2 times from their side.My problem is not resolve yet and by doing this they are (Airtel) mently torcher me.       Hello airtel I made my phone recharge with Rs. 249 for 3g internet access but instead of internet package i got free STD mins. I talk to customer care executive more than 4 times with my airtel no. [protected] but instead of making my problem solved they argued with me and disconnected my calls. i am regular user of airtel but now i will not recommend any1 to use airtel connection i will make this issue viral on the social networking sites and will ask every1 not to use this connection. Now no more you guys are cheating the customers and this is not at all good... Don't trust airtel anymore... Rightnow i have 3 airtel connections but now i will change them all.

        Dear Sir, i used an Airtel Mobile Number [protected] since 2006, then i port it into IDEA in Dec.2010, Now i am using IDEA cellular service, after that airtel issued a SIM with Same Mobile Number in 2012 in Sonipat area, so airtel customer having only two facility That was Out going Calls And Massaging only, he know that well calls on that numbers always received on my IDEA number so he miss used that number, i complaint for this to airtel showroom and give them proof for miss using, then they take action on that and they apologise for that mistakes of issues a ilegal number, Now in feb 2015 i request for MNP to convert my number again in airtel to avoid this types of problem. i received a Code for PORTING, i submitted my document in airtel office, they give me a SIM and say its takes 10 days to activate. after that they said that this number is already in airtel since 2013 . they issued that number in 2013 to mr. kartar. now this time my service from IDEA is banned on 18 feb 2015 because of porting, and airtel is not going to activate my number, nmy number is banned i am not receiving any call, atleast i am i am suffering a big loss in business. i also resisterd a complain to S.P. hissar and S.P. bhiwani, but no any action takes place

          first of all i was a xxxx network customer then i port to airtel last mont..after sim activation i am not getting any incoming calls from others.So many times i appear to the consumer care they are not responding for my query, even they didnot made a complaint, at last they said please pay 25rps and get a new sim with the submission of your proofs and documents att nearets airtel store..WHY SHOULD I PAY 25rps..IS IT MY MISTAKE?...thi is my complaint please solve it ad this is important to me..my mobile number [protected], my name is MANGARAJU

            Unauthorzed deduction of Rs. 49/- from my airtel prepaid mobile. when I call to customer care executive Mr. Vinay Suri, (12.04.2015, at 8.27pm) he tell me with very rude manner, that I have activated it online on dt 10.04.2015, that is absolutely wrong. I do not activated any type of service. The servicec executive Mr. Suri provide me wrong information. The airtel unauthorizedly deducted amount from my prepaid balance.

              PH [protected] Using this prepaid number more than 5 years and no problem at all. 3 months ago i moved to another address in hoshiarpur city of punjab and in my new home there is a big issue of network.in my family we have 5 airtel numbers all facing same issue call gets failed voice break a lot i am complaing to customer care from 3 months to check what the techinical cause is but no result. they have one answer problem in your phone or sim restart phone or put sim in another phone we have done all these things but this is unacceptable solution we have 5 mobile phone with airtel numbers all mobiles cannot become faulty at same time when we go to other location in city we can talk properly how phone and sim become ok in another location your team sitting at back end check network automatically sends sms network connectivity on your phone ok so i request you rather than harrassing and giving unaccetable solutions arrange an engineer who can make visit at my location and check what the technical cause is and rather than employing stupiid girls as techinical assitants employ trained people who have some sharp mind and and can understand what customer is saying if you have some manners and customer service skills for serving 5 year old customer who port from another network 5 yrs ago send engineer to my address within in a week street 6 Dashmesh nagar Dagana road HOSHIARPUR PUNJAB else we all in family have no option left to port out to other network as all others are very fine here i would have port out quite long time ago but i was to see your customer service and it is worst from 5 years you are eating our money and when i need service you become worst this is last try bye and make fraud claims that you are best company in india you cl

                    Dear Concern, I would like to bring to your notice that I am getting mental harassment from Airtel. I have two concerns 1) Credit Limit & 2)Tariff Plan. Credit Limit:- I have been an Airtel user since a really long time and have always been sincere at the time of payments and bills. I also have an account record of being punctual always at the time of payments & despite of having decent and attractive previous record Airtel has assigned Credit Limit of just Rs. 5, 000/-. But the fact is that before the port out request Airtel executive who visited to my office had confirmed that Airtel will be assigned same credit limit which I am having with Vodafone currently & previously with Airtel. My credit limit with Airtel was Rs. 70, 000/- vide relationship number [protected] for same number. Post MNP, Vodafone has also assigned higher credit limit of Rs. 72, 800/- Now I request an increase in credit limit of Rs. 70, 000/- or more on my mobile phone & I am confident that, given our excellent history, this new limit can be made available to me immediately upon approval. Tariff Plan:- At the time of porting this number in Mar’15 Sales executive from Airtel who visited to my office has confirmed that “Sir, you can change you tariff plan to any plan including Solitaire. Since we are promoting myplan at this moment I can only offer MyPlan to process this MNP request. However you can change your tariff plan to Solitaire by requesting/emailing to customer care post activation”. But now due to their internal marketing strategy/promotion of MyPlan they are not entertaining me to have plan changed. Despite of plan available in market they are not allowing me to change my plan. Need your help to get the same resolved on immediate basis & due to this I am getting anxiety & mental harassment every day.

                        Dear sir, i live in vepery, chennai, tamilnadu. in our vepery locality the GSM network of airtel is very very poor. it is hard time for us now to continue your service. inspite of regular complaints, no action was taken from your technical team side. many of airtel customer are migrating to aircel service because of poor connectvity and as no action was taken from your end. only in my family i have about 10 airtel connections including landline and broadband. i would request you to atleast keep this on priority and do the needful as soon as possible, or else soon all my 10 connections wil be ported to an other network. few mobile nos.                           Respected sir, I purchased a new mobile lumia 532 and availed the new device offer on my mobile number [protected] under which i was assured to get 500mb 3g data for 2 months I received the data offer for first month starting on 8th march 2015 but the pack was not activated for 2nd month. I have continously calling at 198 complaint center but the problem was neither resolved nor I was treated well. You can check my call records for the conformation. I am highly dissapointed by the level of service i am getting from a company of quality like airtel. please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I have recently observed that airtel has increased the internet consumption. I have hardly downloaded and usage is the same as in previous months. Airtel had found a new way of increasing internet usage and quickly consume the plan's free usage. So customer again recharge n take a new plan..For example, if opening of webpage earlier consumed 10 MB now consume more say 20 MB. This internet plan data usage exhaust within few days and airtel can start charging after free usage or if customer recharge new internet plan then its an added revenue. This is a fraud.
                                Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I booked an airtel broadband connection from a local dealer www.broadband-chandigarh.in last week ago. Although they are honest but due to any technical fault my connection was delayed 5 days. I appreciate the coordination of dealer but this delay was really unexpected because they promised me to install connection within 2 days. So I want to suggest other users that before booking any broadband connection ask the dealer for proper feasibility test.

                                    Dear Sir / Madam I would like to launch a complaint that in my village area there is no proper signal of airtel. I live in Gurdwara Ram Pur Khera near Garhdiwala in District Hoshiar Pur. ostal Code is 144 207. We have to move one place to another to get better signal. We tried to ask local airtel authorities there is no proper answer. I beleive if airtel install a tower that problem could be resolved. thsi place is a big religious/social place. Thousands of people visit from all over India and abroad as well. We would like to improve air signal strength. Please advise us if we have to follow any other steps.
