    I have recently observed that airtel has increased the internet consumption. I have hardly downloaded and usage is the same as in previous months. Airtel had found a new way of increasing internet usage and quickly consume the plan's free usage. So customer again recharge n take a new plan..For example, if opening of webpage earlier consumed 10 MB now consume more say 20 MB. This internet plan data usage exhaust within few days and airtel can start charging after free usage or if customer recharge new internet plan then its an added revenue. This is a fraud.

      I booked an airtel broadband connection from a local dealer www.broadband-chandigarh.in last week ago. Although they are honest but due to any technical fault my connection was delayed 5 days. I appreciate the coordination of dealer but this delay was really unexpected because they promised me to install connection within 2 days. So I want to suggest other users that before booking any broadband connection ask the dealer for proper feasibility test.

        Dear Sir / Madam I would like to launch a complaint that in my village area there is no proper signal of airtel. I live in Gurdwara Ram Pur Khera near Garhdiwala in District Hoshiar Pur. ostal Code is 144 207. We have to move one place to another to get better signal. We tried to ask local airtel authorities there is no proper answer. I beleive if airtel install a tower that problem could be resolved. thsi place is a big religious/social place. Thousands of people visit from all over India and abroad as well. We would like to improve air signal strength. Please advise us if we have to follow any other steps.           I am user of Airtel Since 2011 for their Post Paid Connection. In recent 1 to 1.5 yrs there has been case where there were late payment from my side and by calling customer care they give waiver for my late fees and ask me to settle the remaining balance and late fees will be waive off. Currently when I checked my total payment history till current date it was found that only late Bill of October 2014 was adjusted and none other late Bills were adjusted. I want to know a company like Airtel does it make false commitment to consumer or their persons in call centres are fool who are not good for nothing and dont know nothing. plz loook into it and Current Outstanding I will not pay untill the case is not sort out.             I got a call regarding a complaint I filled in Airtel. I got a call from Mr. Vinay as the manager in Airtel company at 4:52pm on 10th of April 2015 from mobile number [protected]. He asked for my complaint. I told him. He wanted more explanation and when I started explaining him he stopped in between and started talking very vigorously. I asked for his full name then he ignored saying that. He started saying that he was Mr. Vinay patel who he wasn't. I repeatedly asked for his name but instead of just giving it he said "aapko jo karna ho woh kar lo, woh aapka concern hai". Is this what Airtel teaches their managers how to treat their customers? What is the solution for it?

                I submitted a request to Port from Aircel-Airtel on the 23rd of March 2015. Even after 7 days I was still with my previous provider and on checking at the Airtel store, they told me that there was a sim mismatch, and they didn't even care to inform me though I had left back two contact numbers just in case. I had to go through that same process again on the 2nd of April. After 7 days the network from Aircel is disconnected on 9/04/2015 00.01 hrs. Its been more than 36 hours and still I am not getting any service from Airtel. I have visited the Airtel store in Whitefield (Chowdeshwari telelinks) several times and have requested to look into the issue. They promise a deadline before which the issue will be resolved and don't do anything later. I am a working professional and I missing many important calls and meetings as I don't have an active number at present, due to which I am having to incur heavy losses. I have visited the store many times spending so much money on travel, I have tried mailing them, reaching out to them on Twitter, but without luck . All they give is a time before which they say it would be resolved but that doesn't happen. A simple process which was supposed to take 7 days has taken 19 days and a 2 hours of Service period is now has extended to more than 36 hours and I am still clueless if this issue will be resolved and if yes, when. I am really feeling sorry for opting to get service from this worst service provider and have had enough even before switching to the network.

                  Airtel now seems to be following path of Reliaince in Looting/cheating people of there money, I activated my special offer of Local/std at 30p minutes using *121# service but instead it activated a 3g plan on my phone and deducted 97 rupees (my 3g plan was already active).i want my money back.when contacted customer care senior executive he kept on telling like a parrot that i have activated it and this will not be refunded, why would i activate a same plan over one already active on my phone...I am a educated and a technical guy and very well know how to use USSD code services of a cellphone network... i want my money back i already have porting code for airtel now so if they this keep this cheating/loot going then definately i will move to some other network...this is the second cheating instance by airtel to me in this month.

                  Airtel promptly refunded the deducted amount within 2 hours of my complain which i registered on there website . At least Airtel
                  listens to there customers not like Reliance where they even never listens to you properly leave alone there chances of solving an
                  issue...well done Airtel.
                  I am very old customer of airtel more than 15 years I am using this number.
                  I have been recharging my number with different types of plans. some times with limited data like 6 GB for 3 months, and sometimes with unlimited data like 1.5 GB or 2 GB per day. Every time I recharged the new plan started after the running plan last date. If I switched from limited data to unlimited data whatever data balance remaining was lost that i can understand. If I recharge with limited data plan the remaining data was added back.

                  Now the point of concern:
                  Recently airtel was changing there plan rates and started sending messages stating recharge early to save money. My plan still had a validity of 40 odd days still they sent messages stating customer will save money if they recharge. Anyone with the previous history will think the new plan will start only after the existing plan ends. (my existing plan will end on August 8th). I have recharged my number with limited 24GB data for a year on July 2nd. Now on my number two plans are running simultaneously.
                  When called customer care they say since plan type changed both will run simultaneously, since I had already witnessed new plan starting once the old plan ended, explained the same thing to customer care agent they were asking for the written proof, but when I asked back the written proof from them they were very rude and not ready to provide any information. when asked to connect with their manager they said they will call back in an hour but no one connected from their side. I did call second time then also the same story like call back will be arranged in an hour. Even airtel customer care people are asking to call them and check before anybody make any recharge. If that's the case, airtel already has my information when my plan will end, then why on earth they are sending repeated messages to recharge.
                  Looks like its their preplanned way of looting customers or there is a glitch in their software which is making two plans run simultaneously.
                  I am asking airtel to resolve this issue, I want my new plan to start once my old plan ends.. This is for sure happening with many customers like me, in this way airtel might be making millions of rupee profit.

                      Unable to make outgoing calls in roaming

                      I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. I am really fedup with this kind of poor services from Airtel...

                        I dialed [protected] which is airtel helpline # when I was on roaming. Nearly 16 mins I clicked on the options to contact help desk. For this Airtel charging 3360 rupees. how can I pay 3360 if i talk 16 mins that too airtel post paid customer help desk. Being an Airtel customer from past 5 years Airtel is not at all fair from customers point of view. I think Airtel can reversal the amount that they are asking for.

                            Hi, I had applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 23-Jan-2015 through Airtel executive, who charged Rs.1000, and made me fill application form. After a week, I was informed by some other airtel executive through call that connection couldnt be given in my area. I asked or refund on my aplication money, and the airtel executive asked for my Bank account number to be SMS’ed to her number so that they will do the refund. Even after providing the asked information, I didn’t get any response from them after many days. I simply waited for a month assuming they will process it. After 1 month I called up the airtel executive who had taken application money from me, and asked about my refund, and he said he will let airtel initiate my refund, and I will get it in 21 days. After that I didnt hear anything on my refund since 21 days, hence on 21-March-2015, I decided to enquire about status of my refund from Airtel customer care, and to my surprise they responded by saying there exists no such application form from me in their database. They said tey will escalate this case and asked me to send scanned copy of the application form, and I sent them to “[protected]@artel.in.com”. The registered this complain NO: 54386088 on 21-March-2015, and assured the case would be resolved in 3 days. Even after 4 days of the complain, I didnt get any response from Airtel, so I followed up again with customer care who informed in mail that it is still under processing and they ll get back to me. Again I called up Airtel customer care again on 30-March-2015, and they informed me that I need to send them cancelled cheque scanned copy and my address detail and my refund will be done within 2 days. I sent the asked cheque and address detail to “[protected]@artel.in.com” and “[protected]@in.airtel.com”. On 5th-April-2015, when I called up Airtel customer care for the status, they informed me that comlain o: 54386088 case has been closed. They couldnt provide me any justification for why the case was closed without informing me and without resolving it. They made me talk to some Airtel Manager again and who said he will escalate this issue again. Now this escalation has been happening in a loop since months, but without any resolution. I smell something fishy with the way airtel is closing the case without resolution. Now in these 2.5 months of following up with airtel people, I have spend hours of calls explaining each customer care same history of my cases again and again and now I have become highly frustrated, So I have decided to approach consumer court for help. I already spent efforts more than worth the application money for which I am seeking a refund If the consumer forum find my case worth given justice to, please help.                                   My self avinash, ported my airtel number [protected] to idea cellular. While i was in airtel my airtel account with rs100 balance(Hundreed ruppes) and suddenly converted airtel to idea. After taking idea connection, idea customer care people telling that we wont return back that amount wat you maintained in airtel account. Who is responsible for my money eihter idea or airtel, this is not a matter of hundreed rupees, but this is the matter how cellular(Idea and airtel) people behaving with coustomers. So i want my money back or otherwise plz deposit in my idea account and i requred one conformational call or message from idea or airtel. I am reqesting to consumer forum to solve my issue.

                                  i am not recived any cal from airtel regading my issue. They did not even mailed me or called me.

                                    My name is Irshad, I am having airtel digitalTV ID :[protected] with registered mobile no : [protected]. Yesterday (08/04/2015) at 09:29 PM I have sent a sms to add Sony six channel on my tv.The message format was ADD SIX and I have sent it to 54325.After a couple of minutes I got an sms from 54325as "Request received to add SIX to the airtel digitalTV ID [protected]. The same will be processed shortly." But till now (09/04/205 08 : 10 PM) the channel doesn't activated. I need to watch IPL 2015 on SONY SIX channel. So please do take a complaint from me to bharti airtel for subscribing or adding SONY SIX on my airtel digitalTV
