Sir/Mam This is to state that I ported my two numbers ie from idea to airtel [protected] [protected] The numbers got port yesterday i.e 14/04/15 from yesterday I am facing a problem on both number that whenever someone calls on these above number somtimes it rings but most of times computer says please check the number you have called dial kiya gaya number sahi nahi hai. I even called 4 times on your complain helpline 198 but got no response feom there as they told me lastly to go to airtel dealership and show the problem to them . Then i had gone to tell my problem to airtel dealer i showed in front of him by dialling my numbers from another cellphone the computer said the same thing please check the number you have called and immidiately he denied to take any complain saying that I wont take any complain its not my headache and this is not a centre where you can complain. Is this your company way to deal with the consumers I ported my numbers thinking airtel would be better than idea but got seriously so poor response from the company please see to matter and get it resolved as soon as possible its request. As I am business man i am facing loss due to this problem.     I have taken a card of value rupee 1 /- which gives 10 local/national sms with validity for 1 day. It is given on the card that process fee is 0.89/- and service tax is 0.11 rupees. I have been charged an excess amount of rupees 2.60 after dialing the pin *120*<16 digit pin>#. The given process which says to dial *121*3*<16 digit pin># is also not working.It always gives an error code 11. Why was excess amount charged from my mobile? Serial Number of card used by me is [protected]

The number has to get activated. As per the recent development i understand Order ID is pending from Airtel. Let me know when can this be sorted out. This kind of service is not expected from airtel being the no.1 in customer service.

        I took dongle from airtel salesperson on 11th apr but till date ie 16th apr it is yet to be activated. salesman has given very poor response. He does not attend to any calls. Whenever I contact airtel toll free number they respond by saying that I have to give the mobile number. But unfortunately salesperson has inspite of repeated request failed to give me the number. he was suppose to install for first time which again he failed to do so. I intend returning the dongle as I do not need it. Pl refund my money. they have made mockery of the services. Is this the way to treat your customers? ? I will ensure many other people do not take their services. Because of this response I have taken Vodafone numbers for my daily usage which got activated in 24 hours as promised by the company.

                    I am an airtel customer who took 4g service from airtel and i informed airtel to deactivate my airtel 4g Service in effect from January 5th. I even called the customer service for deactivation and all i was told was to drop a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com which i did promptly. But they did not deactivate my service and i kept getting my airtel bills. Now i am forced to pay the bills Rs: 2345 without using the service. Serious action should be taken on airtel for the worst customer service that i faced. I have an email proof with time stamp (copied below for reference). A massage get from customer care on that day and time is "Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 449.0 failed due to some technical reason. " But I had not get my money return back.

                        Message from aa-650001

                        Rs17=rs10 talktime + local +std mobile calls 1.2p/2sec for 30days. Benefit with in 1hr on airtel. Offer valid till 15-apr-15 call 121311 to activate.

                        This message i got two time in this month (April) but i tall with customer care his name: thilak reference no is [protected]
                        He told to me the messeges are wrong today offer will not available for ur number.
                        Messeges received:[protected] time 02:32:52pm and again i got this messege
                        :[protected] time 02:07:19pm

                                Dear concern i have a airtel no with last 3 years([protected])now the concern is in my 399 plan(700 local min, 100 std and 1 GB data is free is i can use now in 9 march to 9 april 2015 i can use 50 MB more and they people can charge Rs 500 for 50MB ...and i can talk so many times in customer care and the people say charges is absolutely right and saying very rudely go what ever u want to do.so i am very upset about the charege of RS 500 just ro 50MB.

                                  Dear airtel i wanted to port my no into the idea and for that i have thought i should change my post paid plan in prepaid first, than i have requested to change in prepaid, but the same time i get to know that i can port my postpaid no in prepaid idea without converting in prepaid so i have again requested that don't change it keep my existing plan, but at the time airtel representative change my 999 plan into 399 without let me know . i have requested to port in idea and paid my outstanding amount 1100 and 400 in two transition. but my gprs and Internet services are closed by airtel, as per my 999 plan i would have 8 gb data but i don't have the any data, when i complaint in customer care they said u have to recharge of 175 for 1 gb data, as it was my compulsion to recharge that time because i had to use Internet meanwhile i have complaint to change my plan into my existing plan for which i was paying. in between airtel make my 1500 bill within one day . when i have never requested to change my plan. now they have barred my idea no and i was stuck in very dangerous situation where i needed to call urgent but i couldn't . i am suffering from emotional harassment by airtel. please help me out i cannot pay for airtel own mistake. my no is not working for any query please call at my alternative no [protected]

                                    I have bought a new iphone and did a biggest mistake of my life. I have asked for Micro sim. And it’s been two days that my Phone is down I am not able to do any job. I have gone to Airtel office n number of times and they keep saying that it will be activated in 4 hrs. Its 2 days now and its not been activated. I have been talking to you have hired and who speak on 121. No one knows any process and no one is ready to help me. I have total of 5 Airtel no’s and 2 broadband connection in my family. You people are pressing me hard to switch to Vodafone. I am your esteemed 10 years old customer. I will not write any mail or call you know. Just file a case with consumer cell. Its up to you know if you want to activate my sim or not. I wish you can understand the pain of doing the job without a phone. I know you ppl will not reply to this mail or would like to transfer here and there.                                       I have 2 number . One is Bangalore number which I use to make calls and the other of jharkhand number which is used for connecting net through dongle. I recharged the Jharkhand number with 3g pack and I got the confirmation that the recharge was successfull and the amount was also deducted but it looks like 4g of data usage was not credited to that number . I have to again recharge it with 1gb and then that dongle started to work. I called customer care at 121 and the person said that he is transfering the call to his supervisor . He put me on hold for 10 mins and the call dropped. I again called customer care, another person said that it is jharkhand number and you need to dial [protected] . I dialed the number and it said that the number does not exist. I again called the customer care and this time i was transfered to a supervisior who said that they will get back to us by 6 :00pm yesterday . However no body still has not taken care of this . Can this be taken care ? I just want to know how much data usage can be obtained through 2 recharges and does that number has been credited with 5gb ??

                                        I have done a recharge with Airtel website for 200rs on march 30th 2015, totally two transaction, one success and one failed. i am looking forward for the refund on failed transaction I already raised complaints many time on Airtel, these are the two trans ID:[protected] &[protected] Whenever I called Customer support of airtel they keep on postponing calls, and repeating the same answer that i have to wait for 7 working days. But already 17 days gone. i want to file a consumer case against Airtel company for holding my money against their policy and treating my call with very bad manner.
