MOST UNRELIABLE BROADBAND

Dear Sir/Mam, I have got airtel dishtv installed on 7th march. The executive (sales) charged me according to mega pack which includes every channel and have applied a downgraded pack. This dealer have been procastinating the change of plans since 7th and is not pickpicking up the phone.. Have talked on customer care. Issue resolved but irresponsible behaviour of airtel dealers....

Still not got the recharge benefit
