I have always been paying my monthly bills on time by the due date..Since, last two months, despite making timely payments and having received the confirmation SMS for successful transaction, it's not being posted correctly in their records. I have been calling up the customer care on 121 almost every alternate day & gave them the transaction ids of the payments made in both the months, however they have not been able to track it.. The funniest part is, when you look at the outstanding amount on their site, it shows zero outstanding, but I still keep getting threatening SMS & mail reminders on daily basis. And, their customer care executives are not ready to patiently listen & able to track down the payment.It's quite frustrating.
