I have requested for change in ownership of mobile connection from corporate to personal name. I had given the request on 1st of April and was told that it be will find in a weeks time. I got a call from an executive for address verification on 2nd April saying that he would cost my house the next day but it didn't not happen. Later after two weeks, on 14th of April, my number for suspended all of a sudden without any notice. When I reached out to the customer care all they have to say is send a mail with any address proof scan and it will be done. I did that and after which I got a call from back end team saying the person will come home for verification and it will take 24 hrs. I blasted that person over call and he promised that he will send an executive by 8am next day and the number will be activated within 4 hours. Again it didn't not happen and I called up the customer care and they were absolutely useless and all they said is you will receive call from back end team. At last the verification person came at 11 am on 15 the April and verified and confirmed. But till now (8.30 AM on 16th April) my number is inactive. Just that these people are taking customers for granted and do as they wish. I hope this forum helps me out and make them realize how important this is and customers are not fools.

    I have been using airtel [protected] and many a times a have faced this problem of sudden balance deduction . When asked, every time I am fooled around of internet being used on my phone(samsung hero) . It has happened recently twice in four days, 70 rupees have gone this way. 37rs and 33 rs... I wish my money to be refunded, else m opting for portability. I am highly disappointed this time with airtel. Dates : 12th and 15th april, 2015

      One day suddenly I got a message Skillderby service has been activated on your no. When i complained about this deduction, airtel customer says u clicked on ad in any site that activated this service. It is not possible and illogical too that clicking on an ad on any site will deduct balance from my airtel prepaid account because I was using mobile internet. The second customer care executive said same thing exactly same.. These cc executives dont have brains and just say what the read over their system and stick to that even without wondering what does that mean... Mostly used mobile service provider is deducting money exactly mean a fraud... I will sue these peoples... My mobile no : [protected]

      Airtel has started skillderby service on my mobile. I don't know what this skill derby means?, I have never subscribed this on my phone, my cell phone number is [protected].

        Hi Team, I am Ankush Sharma, My numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. I am facing a problem, wherein whenever I make or receive a call at residential area; I & the other party get a weird background noise & then we both couldn't hear each other, then we have to disconnect the call & try calling again. I am facing this problem from 25th Mar 2015 on all the above mentioned numbers. Initially I thought that its a network congestion error & would be rectified automatically, however I was wrong. I thought of registering a complaint for the same, so that I can get a resolution & this problem would be rectified. Today is 14th Apr 2015 (Approx 1 month) that I am facing t he same problem. I have registered few complaints. The complaint numbers are as follow: 61047016, 61233975, 61047020 & 61079032, if I check the status of the complaint, it says CLOSED. Now I do not understand that if my complaint has not been resolved then how can they close the complaint. Every time I call the customer care, they say that it will resolved in 24 hours but I am helpless. This problem is increasing in my bill as well because whenever I make call 7 the other person picks it up, the call gets disconnected after couple of seconds & I get charged for 1 minute, which means I am paying approximately 5 Rs for 1 minute call. This is so disappointing that even after having the best service provider of India (As per Airtel), I have to crib to talk over a phone, why the hell am I paying to this service provider.           Sir/Mam This is to state that I ported my two numbers ie from idea to airtel [protected] [protected] The numbers got port yesterday i.e 14/04/15 from yesterday I am facing a problem on both number that whenever someone calls on these above number somtimes it rings but most of times computer says please check the number you have called dial kiya gaya number sahi nahi hai. I even called 4 times on your complain helpline 198 but got no response feom there as they told me lastly to go to airtel dealership and show the problem to them . Then i had gone to tell my problem to airtel dealer i showed in front of him by dialling my numbers from another cellphone the computer said the same thing please check the number you have called and immidiately he denied to take any complain saying that I wont take any complain its not my headache and this is not a centre where you can complain. Is this your company way to deal with the consumers I ported my numbers thinking airtel would be better than idea but got seriously so poor response from the company please see to matter and get it resolved as soon as possible its request. As I am business man i am facing loss due to this problem.             I have taken a card of value rupee 1 /- which gives 10 local/national sms with validity for 1 day. It is given on the card that process fee is 0.89/- and service tax is 0.11 rupees. I have been charged an excess amount of rupees 2.60 after dialing the pin *120*<16 digit pin>#. The given process which says to dial *121*3*<16 digit pin># is also not working.It always gives an error code 11. Why was excess amount charged from my mobile? The number has to get activated. As per the recent development i understand Order ID is pending from Airtel. Let me know when can this be sorted out.                 I took dongle from airtel salesperson on 11th apr but till date ie 16th apr it is yet to be activated. salesman has given very poor response. He does not attend to any calls. Whenever I contact airtel toll free number they respond by saying that I have to give the mobile number. But unfortunately salesperson has inspite of repeated request failed to give me the number. he was suppose to install for first time which again he failed to do so. I intend returning the dongle as I do not need it. Pl refund my money. they have made mockery of the services. Is this the way to treat your customers? ? I will ensure many other people do not take their services. Because of this response I have taken Vodafone numbers for my daily usage which got activated in 24 hours as promised by the company.

                          Hi sir, my name is rakshan from Chennai and my contact number is [protected], ... i am in need of 5 airtel broadband connections and i have requested airtel to provide us feasibility. but airtel is not providing us.airtel is waste and worst service provider and worst customer satisfaction. they took advance fixed deposit and promise that they will provide me connection in 1 week but they dint give.. i had been waiting for past 40 days and today they sent me message that they will refund me and will not provide connection.. airtel is getting worst now and not satisfying the customers

                            I am an airtel customer who took 4g service from airtel and i informed airtel to deactivate my airtel 4g Service in effect from January 5th. I even called the customer service for deactivation and all i was told was to drop a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com which i did promptly. But they did not deactivate my service and i kept getting my airtel bills. Now i am forced to pay the bills Rs: 2345 without using the service.                               Dear Sir / Madam, On 12 April 2015, at 01:50:01 AM, make a payment Rs.449/= through NET Banking ( Bank Of India- txn ID : StUBP[protected] for recharge a net pack . A massage get from customer care on that day and time is "Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 449.0 failed due to some technical reason. " But I had not get my money return back.

                                He told to me the messeges are wrong today offer will not available for ur number.

                                        Dear concern i have a airtel no with last 3 years([protected])now the concern is in my 399 plan(700 local min, 100 std and 1 GB data is free is i can use now in 9 march to 9 april 2015 i can use 50 MB more and they people can charge Rs 500 for 50MB ...and i can talk so many times in customer care and the people say charges is absolutely right and saying very rudely go what ever u want to do.so i am very upset about the charege of RS 500 just ro 50MB.
