Dear Sir / Madam,
I the undersigned Mr. SANDEEP PATIL is customer of AIRTEL DTH & my Customer ID is [protected]. I didn't recharge this account last 9months due to recharge rate is Rs.325. But last month february last week call was came from AIRTEL head office, Mrs. PRIYANKA was told me, "One Offer for you - If you will recharge Rs. 209 for the same pack/month, & from next month recharge only Rs. 199 / month" I recharged Rs. 209 on 26th feb 2015. but my recharge was finished before the complete of one month on 15th march 2015.
Then I was called on 15th march 2015, nobody can take action on this, then again I was called on 19th March 2015 almost all 10-15 times on[protected] / [protected]. Every time pickup the phone & when they listen my name then keep the phone down.
Then I called to Customer care[protected] & talk about this, they are also not take care about this, then I asked about Consumer Number regarding for complaint, but they told me, we don't have consumer no.
