Hi, I m really fed up with the service provided by Airtel for my mobile number : [protected]. I did an online recharge from your website for Rs.200 Full talk time however the credited amount was only Rs.175. I spoke to one of your agent and found that if recharge is done as Circle recharge then there is no full talk time available. I don’t know then for what reason this is not updated in Online. Also I Got a call from one of your Manager [protected] stating that he need 24hours to check this status however I advised I need a status by today and he said this is not possible. Also When I advised that I m going to file a case he coolly asked to file a case against airtel and he knows how to progress it. Is this is the way you provide better service to the customers??????????????????????? I m really disappointed with this. I don’t know how long you take this issue to resolve. This takes me 10minutes to check in your website. I dont know wh you need 24hours of time to check this and credit my account. Is this is the way customer agent speaks to a customer?? Really sorry to say this. You are worst than any other to customer. Kind Regards Karthick G

    Yesterday I have migrated my airtel number to post paid from prepaid. After the number activated Whether the contact details available or not it show as Unknown for all the incoming calls and the call log also show as Unknown with out any details.
    Complaint marked as Resolved 
    I called customer care and they resolved it immediately. They said root cause of it is new SIM card, the new SIM cards by default will have this issue.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi Airtel Customer Care
    I am having this problem (incoming calls appearing as UNKNOWN) for many days, on my iphone. The problem is not with my phone as tested by apple workshop and also, the problem did not appear when I switched the Airtel sim to other telecom service provider.
    I have sent you an email in this regard and attached the screenshot. Please resolve urgently, else I will have to switch to the other TSP.

    hi this is kalyan, i am using airtel postpain and i am gettings calls as unknown number on my display. i have been facing this issue from 2 months and no one is conderned about it.
    I have ported my sim from Vodafone to Airtel and have been facing the issue ever since (past 3 days). Despite getting multiple calls from airtel customer service after raising the request seems like they are only giving excuses and not working on the resolution. The root cause they give is that the number is pending activation, but I am not sure how long is that activation going to take for a verified customer. The service center people have become good in buying time and doing nothing. Extremely unhappy !! started feeling why did I chose Airtel !?!

          I leave in Bavdhan Pune. I complained many times to customer care for 3G service. I always recharged for 3G net pack but I never got this service. It always shows in my phone display 2g service. I already complained to the customer care. But the assist person always disconnect my calls. They are told me that we will send some technical department person. But no person visited on my place.

          Airtel customer support was called me some times and also touch with me (via mail), but
          They are avoiding my problem. Customer support only blaming to the customer. And I am facing problem.

            My No - [protected] gave for PrePaid to PostPaid conversion in Airtel through airtel representative. He came to my house on Saturday[protected] and gave me a new SIM card. I have submit my documents through airtelpostpaid.[protected]@gmail.com. One agent was also came for office address verification as I have applied for corp-sim. Its almost 5 days passed and no progress. Till now I have received SMS and Call in my contact number stating that PostPaid conversion is in progress. But nothing happened. Visited the showroom many times and always got the same reply "Wait for 48hrs and it will happen". I am long time Customer of Airtel owning multiple products- TV, PostPaid connections and Broadband. Till now I have never faced such a bad service. Airtel was once famous for its Customer service, But is fading down to be worse compared to other vendors.

              Hallo, I was using Airtel Post Paid connection. I moved to Germany and Hence I don't want any connection anymore. I asked them in Email and I gave all my details regarding the SIM. But still I did not get a good reply. They are making life difficult for us. They say to come to Airtel nearest office and pay the amount by yourself and then it will get deactivated. The Airtel account was already linked to my bank account. They are deducting the monthly bill from my account. Why can't they just deduct the last outstanding amount by themselves and just cancel the connection. It's been a while I have been in Germany and I lost my SIM too. I don't know where to find. The mobile companies are making life miserable to cancel the connection.

                Network is really very poor in a metropolitan city like Bangalore. I stay at Bannerghatta Road and Work at MG Road. I travel all the way everyday and find no where good signal. If I ask for customer care, they say that your area is far from the city. If MG Road is far away from Bangalore City, then what is called Bangalore City. Is there some one who takes care of network stability or the again some one comes and tell that we look after this and leave this a post?

On 29th March-2015 at 02-12 pm i received a msg that "thanks for using burnitall_android .you have been charged Rs 50 from your airtel mobile account.For more serviciec call 56789" . Another message at same time received that "thanks for using Fishstory_2012 .you have been charged Rs 7 from your airtel mobile account.For more serviciec call 56789 This is to be inform you that i never requested for this service. So why this deduction? .Provide your clarification for this and stop this illegal deduction and inform me. With Regards Chandra Bhal Singh

                    Dear Mr. Manish, I am completely fed up with the Airtel dishtv connections, I have to complaint every now and then regarding my setup box. Every time I complain I get the box changed and later the same or the other problem arises with the box. I have 2 connections running with the above mentioned customer id, my humble request to you to is that, Is there a permanent peace of mind I may ever have and resolve this problem completely. Every time I get to pay 500rs and the old box is fixed, Airtel as a service provider should ensure my connection is up and running 24*7 as I have opted for annual subscription in advance, I have also paid for extra cable required for the installation. HOWEVER I cannot pay 500rs every 6months if the setup box goes out of order. Request your attention towards this and resolve as soon as possible but permanently, I know that we cannot ensure lifetime working of these things but it should not happen twice or thrice in just one year.                             i recharged my mobile no [protected] online from airtel website on 9 march 2015 with Rs 249 for 3G mobile internet. i received my payment confirmation status on my Email ID but the recharge was not successful. i asked the customer care regarding this matter he ensure me that the payment will be returned in your account after 7 days. but i have not received the payment back to my account yet. i received the following mesaage: airtel.[protected]@in.airtel.com Mar 9 to me Namaste! Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel prepaid mobile [protected].                               I went to Airtel office in Aditya Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to submit an address change request. This was on 22nd March. For ID proof and Address proof, I submitted a self-attested copy of my Aadhar Card. Now Airtel is telling me they did not receive the document. Airtel has lost the paper work. It is very negligent of them to loose such an important document. This can lead to my identity theft. I am worried and not sure what to do next.

                                We are working in private concern in the name of bakya prabha at maraimalai nagar, and we have already post paid airtel 3g no: [protected] for last 2year (note till no default payment). One time one call from airtel customer care miss. kavitha phone to me for regarding she said your post paid connection you have already that connection extra amount you have paid a month, such the new offer you want only 850/month, I said ok because already our connection 1150/ month we have paid, so I said ok, she offered and give to new sim airtel 3g no : [protected], , , , but next day it will not activated, immediately I call to miss kavitha that sim not working and activated. She said ok that sim was through it and your existing connection you are used regularly. So I keep in existing sim and that working continuously with out any default payment. But after three month the new no post paid connection payment pending again and again various people phone to me and more disturbed. Please do the needful.

                                    I have been using AIRTEL for more than 12 years and in the recent times I have experienced the commitment level is very low, rather I would say POOR. None of the call center members are taking any responsibility / they don't understand the suffering what the customer is undergoing. Further, the escalation persons are really dump and they are not simply fit enough the handle the customer in proper fashion.

                                    I have facing certain issues and I have addressed to your team, but no specific attention was paid. Very pathetic, this attitude shows AIRTEL is over grown. You may be making profits & increasing your customer base, but really customer service is very Poor.

                                    As a customer (individual) having 4 connections ( 3 Postpaid & 1 Prepaid) for my family members. If you people have service heart in your business plan, please call me @ [protected].

                                        My airtel Prepaid connection number is [protected]. When I go for recharge, it is showing that my number is invalid. When I complained on 198 on 16th, 21st and 26th of March 2015, they informed me that there is technical issue and it will be resolved within 72 hours. But till date the problem is same.
