Respected Sir/madam My self Mr. Durgesh yadav. I am regular coutmer of airtel for last five years. My sim no is [protected]. Company gives us at regular interval tariff plans .on this basis i activate my tariff plan Rs -14 STD+local calls at 30/p for 90 days. But after the recharge of this tariff plan of Rs-14 company give me 1 day validity of 30/p local call. i complaint to airtel costumer but he dos'nt give me satifactory ansews.     If the recharge is unsuccessful any person in his/her right mind would attempt to do it again. If the transaction is under progress...the same same should be displayed on the screen. thats their error. but the customer care SUPERVISOR claims that to be my error and says "I should have waited for 10 minutes after the attempt." I should wait for 10 minutes to get a mere 26 rupees recharge done from you? Are people mad to get the same pack recharged twice? Cant they see the error? I got an Airtel message pack recharge done on[protected] t 12:00. when I tried to pay through the amount through mobile banking I got a message that the transaction was unsuccessful. so I tried to recharge it again. It was done immediately. But, after 5 minutes...the amount got deducted again. I called up the customer care and spoke to them. They transfered my call to the supervisor. His name is kondalrao/ kondalraju. I explained him everything and then he says I should have called up before. I told him I called him up now and then he says cant refund.

      Hi, This is Sailesh Reddy and my mobile number is [protected]. I made a request one week ago for migrating from prepaid to postpaid. A guy has come and collected all the documents and collected rs 300 as well. But till now it was not done and when i called the helpline number [protected] there was no proper information and moreover i was told that the request was cancelled. I dont know what was the reason behind cancelling this request after collecting rs 300 from me. I using Airtel since 5 yrs and my minimum bill would be rs 800/month. I was upset with what had happend. Now i am going to raise a complaint in consumer court and also moving from Airtel to Vodaphone due to its worst third party verification vendors. I request to you to file a complaint on Airtel for harassing the customer and pay back the amount i.e 300 i have paid to Airtel.

        Dear Sir, I have been using Airtel connection from last 8+ years and I have been facing signal issues since last 3 and 1/2 years with Airtel. Regarding the signal problems I am facing, I have raised enough and enough complaints with Airtel call center / services team. There wont be any proper signal for both GSM and 3G services with Airtel (only 0 or 1 bar). Even after numerous complaints which I have raised with Airtel, there is no corrective action taken by Airtel or its services team although they claim to have taken necessary steps. God only know what steps they have taken, but result is nothing but NULL. Time and again they keep giving false promises that the service will improvised and please wait for 2-3 months. Without providing any proper service, they keep advertising about their brand-products and services in this area. They keep luring the consumers with their false offers and I have raised enough complaints with Airtel but all efforts turned out to be fatal. Without properly setting up the infrastructure to support consumers, how can they advertise and sell their services. Airtel has to shut their shops in this area and first invest on infrastructure so that consumers are served properly. . I request your team in directing Airtel through which they rectify the ongoing problems and also behave responsibly with consumers in future, if they fail to do on immediate basis I request you to take this matter seriously to next level and help the consumers by implying penalties on Airtel. my mobile no.: [protected] address: #55/4, SR manor, Shiridi sai nagar 4th A cross, Munnekollala, Marathahalli Bangalore - 560037.           I have activated 3G services on my mobile number [protected] last month and it has been working fine. After my exceeding my data usage i did top up of Rs. 300 and for 2G network. Even after complaining twice and thrice to customer care my query has not yet benn resolved and those illiterate executives sending mails and sms stating my query has been resolved. Not only these the executive i spoke to me told me that i have already consumed part of some mb already from 3G network pack, How and when is the question??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Please find attached screenshots where i have received sms and on top you can see network bar where it is clearly showing 2G.

            Hi sir, I am Nand kumar dubey one of your Airtel prepaid user's having very mobile number : [protected] bought this airtel sim from one of dealer's in Vashundra Ghaziabad up (west). shop name of that dealer is : JBS mobile communication shop no. 7 LGF, sector 13 parsuram chowk near fauji clinic Vashundra Ghaziabad He commited me to provide 35 paisa outgoing calls for local and STD on 128 FRC. but I am not getting the same. I have complaint this issue in Airtel help line complain no. is :CWNGC[protected]. and also one o[censored]r call center agent blocked my airtel no. without my confirmation I am hoping help at least from ur side.

                  We have been using Airtel Broadband connection for the past 6 years. Last November (2014), we decided to opt for some other service provider and called the customer care for Cancellation. The Executive suggested we can hold on the cancellation request for a month( No charges will be made) and we can revert back to Airtel in case we are satisfied with the other service provider. When I called back on December 2014 to proceed with the cancellation, they said they didn't receive any such cancellation request and started sending me monthly bills. Again we raised a cancellation request and they the cancellation team will get in touch with us since the customer care executive cannot raise a ticket from their end. We received no calls from Airtel and they kept on sending us bills every month. This is been going on for till February 2015. Now they say we have raised the cancellation request only on February and I have to pay 3 months bills for the service which I didn't use. When I called in again, the customer service executive said "We are not concerned whether you used the connection for the past 3 months or not because Broadband connections are postpaid" I am deeply distressed and appalled by the way Airtel treats its customers.                     Hi, This is Nagesh Chaoukekar From Mumbai..I was facing some Airtel SIgnal related issue with my Number [protected] from 24hrs on28th March, I was unable to access my Internet for whatsapp and other services. SO I tried to call on helpline, I had tried on 198.(So called Complaint Centre number).. The call connected to Some Mr. Sachin..which was in Pune..I was told him full story about my issue. You cant imagine that what he told me..He told me very arrogantly don't do time pass, tell me fast what is the issue.and he is not ready to given transfer to supervisor.. .. I was very surprised that How can Airtel company appoint that foolish and nonsence donkey to provide the services to customer..this conversation happened on evening after 5.30/- pm.SO plz pull out the recording of the call..Tell me what was my falult..And speciallly I want to talk with that representive in conference in front of his supervisor.. So all depends upon u...If i Didnt received any call regarding this i will go to really consumer forum and sue on you guys...Reallly...

                          I received a bill of Rs.6587 for my Airtel Number - [protected] on 18th of March, 2015 for a period of two months after converting to the heavily advertised My Plan Family offer of Airtel in January and clubbing all my numbers together to get a single bill. It is unfair and totally illegal to send a bill for two months as I would have definitely changed my bill plan or ported out of Airtel to some other mobile operator had I know that I am being overcharged by the company and would be made to suffer because of the company's fault. I also sent them mail on March 8, 2015 wherein I had expressed my concern that I have not received any bill after converting to My Plan Family and had got a reply from Airtel acknowledging that there is an upgradation in the Billing system etc. and bill for the Feb, 2015 month cannot be generated and will be generated at once in March, 2015. My question is - Is it legal to send a bill for two months at once without giving prior information to the customer and that too for such an inflated amount considering the average billing of all my numbers under the MyPlan Family offer put together per month is never more than 2500.

On 28th march, 2015, I got notified by a message saying that Laila service has been activated and Rs.35 has been deducted. I don't want that service in first place.. . I deactivated the service immediately but money is not reimbursed. I want them to return money to my account and I don't want airtel to deduct any money in the name of "value added services"

                              In these days my airtel network has become very poor... and also i have 3 internet recharge but the speed is very very slow... what i should do in this situation..?? Should i port my airtel into any other network or you will solve my problem... i have done complaint many times but all times i was given diffrent advises but nothing was that...

                                on 26th march i visited airtel store malviya nagar to enqiure about broadband plans.one of your representative messed me"amit from bharti airtel [protected]". amit called me next day morning for information relating to my query.nd he said you have to take a quick decision on the same day whether you have to opt for a brodband connection or not.on 28th march he again called me and enqired about my decision .i said we will take a broadband plan probably next month.because we are using mtnl broadband..nd we want time to surrender and for all other process.he said "ki agar aapne lena nhi tha toh itna 'shor' kyu machaya airtel store par".i said bro who are you to tell me that ki maine shor macchya ya nhi..the he said airtel will not give you brodband paln.i want to ask who is he to decide airtel will not give me a broadband plan.as if he was thinking to be sole owner of a such a reputed company"bharti airtel".and who is he to decide that i have make a quick decision.he missbehaved with me on phone..and he abused also..is this a way to talk to a customer. customer has a right to decide.is this a marketing stratergy. "a company can be made a reputed company or a missbehaving company.nd who makes it' the employees' ".

                                  Subject: Error in Billing of phone no-[protected]/993/ five others Dear Sir, We have following numbers of Air 1-[protected] 2-[protected] 3-[protected] 4-[protected] 5-[protected] 6-[protected] 7-[protected] We are shocked to notice that our first five numbers are in CUG where as remaining last two numbers are being charged from and to the called made/ recieved from first five numbers. We requested airtel to look in to their mistake and correct the current month billing and also give us credit for the amount over charged since we have taken last two numbers. But they have clearly refused to acceept their mistake and holding us responsible for creating different ParentID for the two numbers taken by us about 18 months ago. Trust this Parent ID has been created by airtel intentionally to increase billing amount illegally.                                     As per telephonic conversation with Ms.Pooja today on Phone Number : [protected], I have paid total amount due Bill payment transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel mobile [protected]. Transaction ID[protected] Amount (Rs.) - 615.99 Please close my Data Card Permanently, I do not wish to continue this service with Airtel. I had requested 15 days back the same, but request got bounced and that time was told that I have to pay only Rs.300 as the data card is closed but still it was not closed and I had to pay Rs. 615.99, Airtel is Robbing people by doing such kind of activities and not closing the account on time. I need my Rs.315.99 Back once you close my account, this robbed amount will bring you misfortune and you will loose lot of business in coming days...and you will become Bankrupt... Regards Dadasaheb

                                      Hi, On 23/03/2015, I have requested airtel customer care for migration from prepaid to postpaid. On 26/03/2015, one of their sales executives(Mani Teja) had come to my house. He introduced to Airtel myfamily plan, he have misguided on the billing and charged 550/-(Activation+3 sim cards + other charges). But when inquired, no charges except activation i.e. 300 are applicable. He cheated us and received 250/- more from us. When called to customer care for complaint, they are not being responsive and kept me roaming from one office to other. None of the customer care or airtel office are helpful and are asking me to pay 200/- extra for every month apart from this issue.

                                        Airtel is not keeping track of consumer complaints and the interest they show to bring inn the peoples under their network for their services is not maintained when the consumers ask that they are not performing well and asking for un necessary bill payments and other payments when not used by consumers. It's literally a loot process they are following maintaining a team to call the customers frequently and ask them to pay the bill for non used month or for the month they have waived off the fare for customer for some customer valuable reason. And plz don't believe if the customer care members say that they have waived off a month rent at the time of cancellation as they are not maintaining the data and that ends up with bill pay accumulation and they calling frequently to pay additional month rent too. Very very worst network
