Then with a little raise of my voice Provesh tried contacted another stores, but did nit get any luck, obviously with such nonsense processes and customer care, this what is expected out of Airtel. Finally asked to visit sector 5 store in kolkata and they issued me the SIM, however still waiting for the number to be active since Saturday 22nd march'15.       1. Airtel connection no. [protected] is used by my wife (My daughter being in SBI we formed a group, my daughter, me & my wife) . She received call from your airtel customer service offering free caller tune (in January). As the voice from caller was not clear she gave consent for the same. On coming to know it was free only for month but chargeable from month onwards, we requested for cancelling it on the same day. I was told that same would be cancelled next month and amount will be deducted in that months bill. I did not get Feb bill so nothing was clear in this regards. 2. I received this months bill (Mar.15) of Rs. 585.40 ( including Rs.466.66 of last month). I contacted Airtel’s customers care services and brought to his notice in this regards. I was told that an amount for caller tune would be deducted from my bill. 4. Through my e-mail I brought to notice the notice of the Airtel that It was not clear whether the caller tune amount was deducted or not from my bill. I received blunt & arrogant reply stating that I have to Pay the bill of as the account was deactivated and that the will look into matter. 5. I paid the bill and informed the telcom accordingly through e-mail. To my surprise, I received following reply: “For the above mentioned mobile number outstanding amount is reflecting as zero. Hence I am unable to process deduct the amount of Rs. 280/-. Kindly write us back after the next bill generation 08/04/2015.” 6. I again persist whether they would deduct the said amount? On this I received following reply: “I regret to inform you that I am unable to process your request as the above mentioned number is reflecting under the corporate responsibility of M/s State Bank Of India. Hence, As per the process I would request you to kindly forward your request in an attachment of your company letter head along with the seal and signature of the authorized person, enabling me to do the needful. Requesting for your kind cooperation in this regard.” Is it not absurd, that while marketing hello tune they did not contact SBI, now that when I am asking for refund for the amount, the corporate responsibility comes in picture. The matters is so simple that I refused accepting caller tune, I was told that the amount will be deducted, but the amount is charged in my bill and they are still reluctant to spell out about deduction and giving all sorts of flimsy pretexts. Please see that justice is done to me and the culprits are brought to the book. There may be many such cases.

        I have requested to port my number from bsnl to airtel, (UPC: BA385717) due to week bsnl signal in my area. I got an SMS on alternate number that airtel SIM is activated and to dial 59059 for tele-verification and my previous SIM stopped working. The new SIM still says 'unregistered-SIM', so I cannot dial the number for tele-verification. I was told the no-service period will only be for 2 hours during midnight but I am disconnected for past 30 hours. My business transactions were delayed as OTP's are sent to this number which is now blocked on both providers. I have raised complaint OT[protected] with the airtel customer care (where they again promise response in 2hours but took 12 hours to reply) and they closed the case asking me again to dial 59059 for tele-verification without bother to check that I cannot make dial from an 'Unregistered-SIM'. Very irresponsible behavior, if they cannot meet their promised time frame of 2 hours, at-least have courtesy of intimating when it will be resolved. If such behavior continues, there is no point in paying premium rates for Airtel, I can as well go for cheaper plans in other providers.

          On Mar 12 i got an SMS from airtel that if i recharge with Rs.95 will get Rs.95=1 GB and validity is 28 days. And also they have mentioned that the offer is valid till 6-Apr-2015. I recharge today dated 26-Mar-2015 with 95 rupees and only 200MB data has been added to my account. I made a call to customer care and they responded as that the offer is not available now so they have credited only 200MB data. If the offer is not available the recharge should not be accepted and why should they send the SMS that the offer is valid till 6-April-2015. For 95 rupees they have just credited 200MB with a validity of 12 days I would like to raise a complaint on this. Kindly take it ahead and make a necessary action on this.

I never come across this kind of pathetic service am not sure how do you people serve other customers I was with Vodafone thinking that Airtel is wonder in service I switched to you guys but my experience in Spanish of 3 months but it's amazing good keep going on the same!!!               3G to 4G sim swap

              I was delivered a 4G sim in order to swap it with my older 3G sim, after the 3 G sim conversion process started my 3g sim ot deactivated and 4G sim also is not working yet. They claimed the 4g sim would be activated within 1 hour, it has been 24 hours none of my sim is working. Basically they did not even activate my 4G sim and deactivated the older 3G one already.               I have been charged Rs 4008.27 in the current bill for international roaming charges. This is not possible because I used a local SIM in Philippines, my company and hotel WiFi for most of the time. My travel was only for 8 days i.e. 1 to 8 Mar 2015. Part of the bill could be true but not all of it. I was asked to reach out the appellate without providing accurate and sufficient directions to do so. THIS IS A SERIOUS COMPLAINT.

                i was using my prepaid num which is mentioned above, before a week i got cal from airtel that they told me about my plan so i got 1 more new sim in name of my mother s vijaya nirmala([protected]), but they didnt give me details of the service tax amt and add on connection amount, once i got converted to postpaid i got cal frm airtel, and they said details about my number and payment.For clarifying those details i called [protected](who called me and made my number as a postpaid) to ask y they didnt tel about excees amount.but they r not attending my calls n continously cutting my call and when they attend also they are talking rubbishly.so i request you to kindly take action on tis number and help other by telling full information about ter plan

                  Dear sir, My 4g connection no is- [protected]. iam unable to make on line my post paid bill due to acute slow speed of my 4g internet connection. 26, 03, 2015 is last date for payment of the bill. Iam senior citizen and can not go to airtel store for making the payment. How ironical is it that due to exterme slow speed of 4g connection, the customer is unable to operate My Account of airtel and make payment on line? Airtel should be reasonable/ fair enough to at least allow the customer to make payment on line through My Account. All other sites getting opened/ accessible except Airtel's My Account.                     Hi, My Dongle number is [protected] (Jayant Kumar). I paid the last bill of around 750 rupees and sent a mail to Airtel, requesting for discontinuing the dongle. This after the person at the Airtel Retail outlet in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad said that the dongle can not be surrendered at the store. But, unfortunately Airtel continues to charge me for the same. I feel very helpless as they keep calling me during office hours and I explain them the same thing over and over again. As an Indian citizen I request your forum to help me. I have atatched the body of the mail sent to Airtel below.                           well we all know that without net usage these smart phones are nothing. So network provides the data pack for 28 days for certain amount which i do recharge every month, but when the validity of the data pack expires there comes the problem we get deducted from the talk time balance amount like anything for eg, usage of 10 Kb for some rupees.. The main problem is that no prior intimation is been given on the expiry date of the data pack which leads to loss of the amount in the main balance. Certainly we can't be aware of every month expiry date with this, so its the responsibility of the network to provide us the intimation message. But when i spoke to the customer executive they said that intimation has been given for which i didn't receive any information ..As a matter of fact i lost 107 rupees because of this, . When i asked for the refund they said its not possible since it was my fault for not having seen the net pack expiry.. i would like to know what can be done. this has happened for me twice. i do need the suggestions, thanks.

                            Hi, I have purchased online plan "Airtel-UL-Super Max Plus 1099 9GB" from Airtel Broadband from this link http://www.airtel.in/broadband-and-fixed-line/broadband/tarrifs & had pay 1, 000 INR from my credit card. Before purchasing I have already taken confirmation from the customer support of Airtel is my area is eligible or not for the connection, they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection after that I have make my payment. After 2 days when I have not received any call, sms or email from the Airtel I made a call to the customer support, then they said my area is not eligible for the connection & I'll get my refund back within 20 days through the cheque, I ask to him why do I wait for 20 days, they said to me this is the procedure, I also ask question to him "before payment I have asked to your customer support in chat they assured me that my area is eligible for the connection but now you are refusing why?" They have no any answer of my question. I'm really very disappointed from the Airtel Broadband customer support & their working style which is very painful for the customer. So, the bottom of the line "First take connection then pay" otherwise you'll also wait so long for your own money. I don't know my money will return to me or not in 20 days but I hope for the best.                               I request your to cancel my post paid No.[protected] two months ago as I have other sims. But your representative to change the number to pre paid instead of cancelling. But you neither cancle the number or change to prepaid . Instead of You have sent a bill for two months indicating as a defaulter.                                   I was having a double data offer for my new phone Samsung A5 which I bought on 19th February 2015.On2015.On 20th February 20152015 I recharged my prepaid mobile with 3g pack of 1gb for 30 days As per offer I should have got double the given data, eeven if I activated by visited www.airtellive.com/offers but nothing credited into my account. Then i called customer care thy told me that iit will be ccredited to your account whwhen purchased ppack wwill expire whwhich wawas 21st mMarch. Nothing hahappened. Now pplease i am sending purpurchase bill aand advertisement of data offeroffer on mobile box. Mohammad Shafi

                                    I had made one recharge of rs. 1000 on 16th March through recharge it now, due to some issue with airtel network my money got deducted but there were no recharge took place. After calling your airtel customer care for numerous times, I got to know that my recharge did not happen and I shall get my amount back in my credit card within 7 working days. To follow up, I called yesterday; the person who received my phone was rude to the core and was unable to reply. I asked him to put me through someone who is either senior or any email id where I can share my issues. But the person just refused all stating that I should just talk to him. I found him extremely unprofessional thus decided to disconnect my call. After few minutes, your airtel guy called me from some personal no ([protected]) thrice back to back and only spoke nonsense. I then threatened him to give his no to police. After another half n hour or so I realized that all facilities from my phone has been barred for no reason. Me and my friend again called airtel delhi customer care no multiple times but failed to get any clarity. We were further assured that we will receive a call from airtel but that too never happened. Finally my sister visited airtel office today and we were shocked to know that my phone has been barred because that from Airtel has written that my phone has been stolen.

                                      on saturday i take postpaid number from airtel office they said number will be start with in 2 day.. And the number is not satrt due to this lose of my study. Then they said on monday sim will start agin number is not start.. And present day they said at 10 pm number will start and again number is not start.. 5 day has gone my lot of time is waste and they give wrong information tO me. I getting frustrated.. Plz take some strict action soo they can giVe right information in future.
