Hello,
visited your Airtel showroom on 21st march'15 in city centre 1 kolkata and
experienced the most pathetic customer service of my lifetime
Walked into the showroom asked for token denied, the security guard just asked
me to walkin at the outet counter.
When contacted Mr sandip at frontdesk and told him that i want my punjab SiM,
which was lost yesterday, he asked me take token and speak to another customer
care.
Again went for the token then Mr Nildari, in another security inform, asked the
token attendant that do not issue the token, as Punjab SIM is not available.
When asked to help they rudely responded that how we can help if SIM is not
available.
Have asked them to contact anothet stores for the same, then suddenly and in a
most annoying tone mr sandip and nildari, have asked me to take the token and
speak to the customer care.
Then went to Mr Provesh he was as predicted asked for the documents and asked
me to wait for 24 hours and then the same security guard Nildari came and told
Provesh that we do not have SIM, then with his blunt reply he told me that then
why u came here, when we already told u that we do not have SiM.
Then with a little raise of my voice Provesh tried contacted another stores,
but did nit get any luck, obviously with such nonsense processes and customer
care, this what is expected out of Airtel.
Finally asked to visit sector 5 store in kolkata and they issued me the SIM,
however still waiting for the number to be active since Saturday 22nd march'15.
Fed up with the service of airtel just waiting for inter circle mnp, definitely
switch my service provider
