Dear Sir,
I have been using Airtel connection from last 8+ years and I have been facing signal issues since last 3 and 1/2 years with Airtel.
Regarding the signal problems I am facing, I have raised enough and enough complaints with Airtel call center / services team. There wont be any proper signal for both GSM and 3G services with Airtel (only 0 or 1 bar). Even after numerous complaints which I have raised with Airtel, there is no corrective action taken by Airtel or its services team although they claim to have taken necessary steps.
God only know what steps they have taken, but result is nothing but NULL.
Time and again they keep giving false promises that the service will improvised and please wait for 2-3 months.
Without providing any proper service, they keep advertising about their brand-products and services in this area. They keep luring the consumers with their false offers and I have raised enough complaints with Airtel but all efforts turned out to be fatal. Without properly setting up the infrastructure to support consumers, how can they advertise and sell their services. Airtel has to shut their shops in this area and first invest on infrastructure so that consumers are served properly. .
I request your team in directing Airtel through which they rectify the ongoing problems and also behave responsibly with consumers in future, if they fail to do on immediate basis I request you to take this matter seriously to next level and help the consumers by implying penalties on Airtel.
