    Hi, I had international roaming activated on my number at a cost of Rs149 per month so that I can use the number when ever I am travelling. Airtel discontinued this plan of Rs149 and they changed the plan in the month of December but they have been charging my phone bill for Rs149 every month till the month of march. When I called them they are telling that this service is discontinued but I have to still pay for the service since I did not call them and discontinue the service. I asked them how will I know that service is discontinued and it is airtel responsibality to not charge my number.

      I am writing to you today in real dissatisfaction as I feel deceived by your sales team. I was using a Reliance postpaid connection prior to porting to Airtel. I got a call on the 28th of January to port out to Airtel. Since I wasn’t happy with the network reception of Reliance, I chose to port out to Airtel as I was offered a lucrative plan. Also, my friends and colleague suggested me to go for Airtel for superior network coverage. Now, here is the problem. I was offered a plan of ₹299/- by your sales representative. He said that I will be getting 1100 (Local+STD) minutes in addition to 500 MB 3G data. I agreed and gave out my documents the same evening (28th January 2015) both for me and my wife. A day later, I got a call for verification and was informed that my plan was for some 275 minutes STD and 225 minutes local. I disagreed and the verification agent arranged for a call back from the person who deals with the plans. The person whom I spoke to said that there was a change in the plans the same day and that I should agree to what the lady will be saying about the plan and that I will get the plan promised to me. So I reluctantly agreed to the verification agent who called me a few minutes later. I double checked with the person who had sold me the plan and he said that I should be getting the same plan for both of my numbers. When I got the first bill, I overlooked the minute charges as the bill for prorated for a few days. The bill I got this month attracted my attention and I found that I was given the plan which makes no sense at all. I was much better with Reliance than Airtel as this porting has resulted in a loss. I request you to look into this matter and get this sorted as it really has created a very bad image about Bharti Communications in my mind. I will definitely let my family, friends and colleagues know about this fraudulent activity and ensure that they think twice before going for Airtel.           irresponsible sir, I booked your airtel postpaid service for no. [protected]. On 28th of Feb n it has not been activated until today. This no is in use since 2008. I have been contact less since 16 because of your irresponsible airtel staff who never bothered for verification n just gives me tentative date. This stupid firm of yours shud be banned if you cannot take care of your customers. The staff at khamla office is so naive n careless that after my visiting of 5 days in a row they offered me a refund but didn't activate my sim card. I no longer want your service. You just lost your valued costumer. I m porting my other airtel no. S also cause I can't handle your bullwhip anymore. Will never bother you again. Annoyed customer.

            Hi, I hold a AIRTEL 4G LTE connection (Number: [protected]). There was no proper network coverage inside my home.(I need to come and sit in the balcony if I need to use the connection, moreover I am staying in a prime area called HSR Layout in Bangalore). After raising complaint also they didn't bother, so I decided to disconnect the connection.I raised a disconnection request on 23Jan2015 and got a confirmation from AIRTEL saying my request has been registered (Ref #[protected]. To confirm, I called on 30Jan2015 and they told that there is no such cancellation request. So again I sent a mail on 30Jan2015, I got a response from AIRTEL saying my request has been registered (Ref #[protected]. I got a bill on 04Feb2015 and I paid the bill thinking that they might have closed the connection.But on 11Feb2015 I got a mail from AIRTEL saying my Credit Limit got revised. Again I sent a mail to AIRTEL on 11Feb2015 and they created a cancellation request (Ref #:[protected].I got a call from AITREL and they told that it was by mistake and will give 1 month FREE RENTAL and after the next bill my connection will be terminated. But I got a bill for FEB month which was showing a due amount of Rs. 208.45.I called AIRTEL and the executive registered a complaint saying instead of 1month free rental they have charged for 15 days. (Ref #[protected].I didn't get any response for 10 days. So I called them again to know the statys. AIRTEL told discount has been given only for 15 days not for 1 month. And now they are calling me frequently to pay my bill which is outstanding. Not sure how this can be handled. Pl advise.               Dear Airtel Officer, Please note that an amount of Rs.99 is directly debited from my main balance on date 10th of March 2015 without any reason. I have not even received any intimation message for this debit. When contacted your call center, I got to know that Rs.99 has been charged on 10th March for some NAZARA pack...I got to know the name of this pack only after the call center representative told me about it...meaning to say that I never subscribed for any such USELESS service / pack, For confirming I checked the data usage on the mobile and found that during the month of Feb and March 2015 not a single bite of internet usage was there...meaning to say that this USELESS pack was not even subscribed by me by clicking on any link by mistake...!!! This is purely cheating and It is evident from many other complaints against M/S Airtel on various consumer complaint sites that you people are looting many people by levying such useless charges...it seems your CORE business..!! Please, stop cheating customers. I also request you to stop subscribing all such VALUE ADDED SERVICES on my mobile no. [protected] through my main balance here further. If I really need it, I will go to the shop keeper & recharge for whatever is needed from you time to time...Please strictly ensure, not debiting any such charge from my main balance here further. This is purely CHEATING...please refund me back Rs.99 in my main balance at earliest. I have never subscribed for any NAZARA PACK or anything else from net...so, pl. stop lying & cheating at least to me and reverse back the charges.                   I am receiving abusive phone calls on my numbers from phone number +91 [protected]. I have 2 numbers from Airtel and I share only one of the two numbers to people and keep the other number limited to only my family members who have never shared it to any one else. Recently I am receiving these abusive phone calls on both of my numbers from a same phone number +91 [protected]. Since I received the call on both my Airtel phones, I have reason to suspect the confidentiality that company maintains.

                    The net work for the above mentioned number is idle...often though full net work is there it comes as switched off neither incoming nor outgoing works. after many written and oral complaints no proper solutions had been given. i do not expect this from good network like airtel. do act quickly. thainese

                        My Airtel number is [protected] and I have activated 1GB prepaid 3G data plan but the Internet speed is too slow (around 10kbps speed) that, I can hardly use it. Paying money for 3G and getting speed less than a 2G connection is really annoying and irritating. I think Airtel is the worst 3G service provider I have ever encountered.

                          Hello Airtel Few months back i asked airtel shop who take bills to cancel my connection yet after a month a customer care executive of yours asked me for bill and when i told him of that he said that you have to ask for the cancellation to customer care.I said ok and paid the bill then he said that it will be cancelled within 24 hours. That was few months back and yet even to this day i am getting these bills even after i no longer use the connection.I am using tpnl connection now and they ask me for proof of that.they are asking me for the date of cancellation inquiry of which i said that who can remember the date and then they ask me of reference number.Now i ask you why at the time of installation you guys say that if you have query then this is our customer care number.You never say to always ask for reference number.How may of your callers always ask for reference number?And now one of your uncivilized customer care executive is threatening me with some legal letter. I am not going to pay the bill and i will never take any airtel service again in future.Some of your customer care executive's mistake is now made into my problem.They clearly said few months back that they will cancel the subscription.I can only give you an approxiamate date when i asked for cancellation ie. when i got my tpnl connection.I was your digital tv customer for some time and your internet customer for almost an year and this is how you treat your customers.By asking for proof when only mistake of mine was that i trusted your executive.|

                            HI... This is to request you all to please look into this matter as i have been conned 2 times by Airtel company. First time when the company sent me a message of Offers available on my number i went to retailer and made a recharge on my number of Rs 149 in which they were about to give me 1GB data of 3G data network but they gave me only 500MB, for reference i have attached Screenshots of both messages in which it is clearly mentioned that what i will get according to their offers and what i got from their offers. This fraud had been done with twice first was on[protected] and second time it was repeated on 13-03-15. So i thought to right a compliant against them in hope getting a right judgement for the same.                               I had taken new postpaid connection ([protected]) some 5 months back and since then I have been facing huge network issues in my area. Almost 80% of the time there is no service in the area. I have been communicating with customer cares and nodal officers but I have got no resolution till now. Its highly disappointing a behaviour like this from such an esteemed organisation. There has been several complains lodged and mail communications made. The operator never hesitate to charge anything extra in cases where the money is not paid in time or for any other reason, however they wont charge less even if they admit that they cant provide the committed service.

                                Hi I am from Jaipur and today i updated my iphone to ios8. hi, I have tried all the possible methods to activate imessage and facetime on my iPhone 5 but its not getting activated. My balance keeps getting deducted by Rs5 and still nothing happens! 25 Rs has already been deducted from my balance. My phone no is [protected]. I am not able to send or receive msgs on my iphone. because of which i am facing alot of issues.

                                    I do not get what is wrong with airtel. For the past 7 days whenever I am receiving calls from my home in Kolkata in USA nothing is audible extremely poor network. I checked with my USA service provider and this is working absolutely fine. I want to know what is wrong as everytime I receive call from home its costing them hale lots of money. I can understand making profit by a company is good but doing this to earn profit is not good. This will finally enable me to leave airtel and go for some other providers as airtel must know there are lots of competitors outside. I want this problem to get fixed by a day or two else I will have no choice to leave your service. Also i want to tell I have in total of 5 airtel connections and I am going to leave all of them at once. My number: [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

                                      Dear All On 11/03/2015 by mistake I made a WRONG BILL PAYMENT of Rs 700 for a prepaid number [protected] instead of my post paid number [protected]. The payment for the bill was done from my ICICI bank account. Request you to please reverse the amount to my bank account or transfer the same to my post paid account number. I have already mailed my issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 15/03/2015 but I am not getting a proper response from them
