After recharging it, i was devasted to find out that i didn't get that offer as promised. So after knowing that, i immediately rang up the customer services. They said to me that, the servers are down due to maintanances and also told me to wait for atleat 4 hours... I wait for atleast 5 hours and again contact the customer services. This time the main Senior supervisor they told me that the offer has been expired. The main reason for recharging this Rs.449 3g pack was due to the offer. This problems has causing me a lot of inconvience and discomforts .Kindly do redressal my grevience and resolve this issue. Regards, Chinmoy Tamuli Phukan [protected]

    On 22nd march 2015 i paid rs 250/ to the Delhi vender for recharging my above no..and recharged successfully but later i come to know that the number was disconnected due to five months gap.May i know how it was recharged successfully .Nonactivation of my mobile number causing a lot of inconvience and discomforts .Kindly do the needful to redress my grevience and let me know the status.       I have had a post paid connection from Air Tel since 2002 (Mobile no[protected]. I changed it to a prepaid in 2007. I have been living in the UK for the last 8 years and my family have been keeping this number active in Chennai by making a few calls and texts every month. Last week I found that my connection was disconnected. I wrote to the Chennai Nodal Office on email and they told me that it had been blocked because I was making 'telemarketing calls'. The last call made from my phone was on 30th jan - This was to book a gas with Indane. Air Tel disconnected my phone on 13th March - without any prior warning. 1. Air Tel did not intimate me by email or text or call that my number would be disconnected 2. Air Tel claims that I have made telemarketing calls - which I deny. They have no evidence to back up their claim that my number is being used for telemarketing. I have exchanged emails with them since last week asking for proof - the time, dates and numbers to which these telemarketing calls were made. But they have not been able to provide proof. 3. I have asked for a direct number of someone I can talk to in air tel. No answer so far All I get is the same email saying that my number has been blocked under NDNC barring. I have all my bank and utility bills linked to this mobile number. I have exchanged over 20 emails with Air Tel in the last 6-7 days and I am getting the same ridiculous reply from air tel. They are not being helpful. Really don't understand how my number which I have had for 12 years can be blocked as air tel have no evidence to back their claim This is not my first bad experience with Air Tel. End of last year I sound that my number was suddenly in someone else's name. Though I had been the owner since 2002. Had to go through all the paper work again. Get my old Sim disconnected. And get the same number back in a new SIM as a new account

          Respected Sir, This is to inform you that I, Supra Ghosh of Sankrail-Ramchandrapur-Howrah-711313 is not able to send SMS since6/7 yrs.I had lost my father a month ago and all his responsibilities are on me(ie-gas booking, electricity bill payment etc.) I am facing lots of problem for it. Whether i am not a Indian citizen? or a criminal.Why I will suffer for it After collecting all the documents, enquery the company had started my Airtel mobile no.-[protected].

But next bill I got 2247.2 and I was out of delhi after reached here I contacted to your Vendor and 121 helpline Then I got that that person did fraud with me limited plan to unlimited. 1. case- Froud in sales when buyed a connection 2. Case I asked for a solution with this SR[protected]. Yesterday I had a discussed with to support executive he told me your SR has been resolved with this plan offers as a unlimited plan but I dn't know still deduction 20.P per MB I am transferring to your call to Sr. 3. Case 5 year experience in escalation team his name is Lalit he called me and responding with bad attitude.               I have lost my mobile phone on 10th of march. And then I lodged an FIR for lost of my mobile phone at balco township police station. After that I wrote application for blocking my SIM card numbered ([protected]) and also for issuing a replacement SIM to Airtel store, vikas complex korba on 11th of march. Till date my number has not been activated. It has been 12 days I have been waiting for my number to be activated. Airtel is not taking my problem seriously... Kindly get the issue resolved as soon as possible.

                Converted my airtel mobile [protected] from post-paid to prepaid on 11.03.15 at Airtel Relationship centre at Lokhandwala, Andheri (w), Mumbai 400053. After that tried to recharge my mobile online but their system keeps saying, "Please enter 10 digit airtel prepaid number to proceed further. The Lokhandwala centre staff, though nice to speak with are of least help to resolve this matter. Till date I'm not able to recharge online. When I complained on line they say that it is resolved. It is not true because I'm still here unable to recharge onlne. My every attempt ends up with the system saying the same thing (mentioned above) again and again. I hope with this complaint they should be able to understand my problem and solve it without any delay. Thanks Yeshwant Rao

                  Dear Sir, I have paid amount Rs 56.00 by credit card dated 22/3/2015 was credited at 17.40.14 at Bharati Hexacom confirmation Txd ID No. 281775 for our mobile No. [protected] ( KAILASH C SOMANI) against plan 45p/min local +std as per displayed on AITEL WEB PAGE on 22nd March . But it is surprised to note that amount is credited towards another plan i.e GPRS activation which I never opted for while payment confirmation.I called to consumer care of AIRTELL on dated 23 rd March at 13.54 a.n his reply was totally surprising tome that webpage is not updated daily and before payment I should get confirmation by calling consumer care centre .From such reputed service provider we can not expect such behavior nor it is cautioned while making payment that I should have confirmed about plan is updated on website or not.I request to please refund my payment as there is no mistake from our side.Regards, K C SOMANIMobile No [protected]

                        I have written an email to airtel suport at ([protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@in.airtel.com) that my donggle is not working for last 2 months and I am not getting appropriate help if I call support desk. They registered my complaint and gave me deadline till 23rd March, but still my issue is not resolved. They have given me the reference number(C3GDC[protected] but if I am trying to track my service request from airtel site (http://www.airtel.in/forme/home/needhelp/complaint-search) It is showing no records found. This means they have just given me the reference number but it seems the complaint has not been registered at all. Please help as there is no one from Airtel taking this seriously. This is causing my office work to suffer.

Immediately contacted customer contact for deactivation and refund but they denied for refund. Airtel is looting from customers for unwanted services and worst customer care support. I am recharge with Rs.99 on same day but I have received only 300 MB data regarding this I am filled complaint but after 72 hour that is not solved and till time not received my extra data so please solve this problem earliest if not I am taken higher action again customer court.                                   My number is [protected]. Airtel uses this cheap tactic of Autorenewing packs unnecessarily to get some revenue. When i already had an internet pack in use, airtel renewed my special Whatsapp pack for Rs.38/-. I want a refund of my money back to my main account after cancellation of the autorenewal.

                                    I recharged 3 prepaid Chennai numbers for full talktime of Rs 200 recently[protected]mine) and 2 others of my wife and father. I recevied balance of only Rs. 175. I have been recharging for same amount several years now and always get Rs. 200 full talktime. Suddenly they changed something at backend I am getting only Rs. 175 talktime irrespective of how I charged (online account, iphone app, android app and ipad app). The apps clearly mention Rs. 200 listed as first option among Full Talktime list along with Rs. 330, 440, 500 and 1000 (see attachment). I have wasted several hours talking to customer rep including supervisor but they wont just say anything properly. I have already started MNP for all my numbers including cancelling my mother postpaid and internet connection. Arrogant cheaters.

                                    I received a call next day from a number +[protected]. The guy said he is from Airtel and will give lot of credit to resolve my complaint and he asked for my bank, credit card number etc. Initially I thought someone is really calling from Airtel but then when he kept insisting on bank and credit card details I realised he is a fraud. What a fraud scam is going on using the complaints on this website!! Please beware and don't share any bank details if someone offers you to give credit on your account. As if it was not sufficient to deal with one cheater(Airtel) now we have to deal with so many cheaters.

                                    I feel sorry for the parents of the guy on how they have brought him up in life and he has to beg for money from others.

                                      To The managing director, Airtel Subject: regarding leaving your services Dear sir, I have been an Airtel customer since the time I started using cell phone i.e approximately 10 years. I have been saddened to inform you that I am really unhappy with the current services from your side and also I have been cheated by the officials of Airtel that work in local offices. 1. I am irritated by the 2 g services provided by Airtel. It's too slow. Not even whatsapp messages are being sent or recieved on time. Cricket scores are not being updated easily. 2. I was fooled by local Airtel officials who said they will convert my number to post paid. They even took 250 rs. From me . receipt for which was not provided. Following are the numbers of people who fooled me.. 1. [protected] the person I was asked to submit documents to. 2. [protected] pooja the person who first contacted me for post paid plan They sent a person to collect money. But when my post paid plan couldn't be done they never send the person back with money. When called again and again for return of my money the girl said senior is on leave . call later . Thanking you for the services.. I'm changing network.

                                        I am using pospaid airtel some popup notification came in my mobile i pressed accidently, but its activated some application and charged 125rupees, and immediately deactivated the application and contact cus care support regards this they said it is one time charges it will not refunded how without using the application charges debited, and worst response from cus care officer, how charges debited without any confirmation, steps of activation need for this kind thing they cheeting us by provide one click activation
