Dear Sir, I complaint to airtel (Airtel relationship manager, Mobile No- [protected]) regarding network problem in my office area. My office located in Udyod Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana. I regular fallow up from last two month but no result. I am useing the corporate airtel plan, we have more than 100 numbers of Airtel, from last two months I am getting complaint by my office staff that in office area network voice breaking, phone netwok showing good network but when call by some one on our number, he is getting that the mobile phone that you are calling it's not reachable. We have sale office in gurgaon and our mobile communication is very important for our business. I call several time to airtel regarding this problem but geting no solution. I have oney one and last option that is MNP to other oprater, that I don't want to do. But if airtel not give service we have to move some other oprater. In my office area airtel already installed the Booster, my be it's not working. I communicate to airtel regarding the booster that send some one to check the booster but no one come to my office. Please do the needful, If we corporate user are facing this kind of service problem so you what about singal airtel user. Very poor service and network. Regards, Santosh Kumar Singh [protected]

    The owner of the phone is using this phone for LIC policy sales purpose, and when people deny to take the policy they are badly abusing them. If Bharti telecom didn't take the action we have to go to police and lauch a complaint to TRAI. Today some one called to me on my office no. [protected] and abused a lot. Kindly do the needful to stop all this.

      I DR NAMRATA SAGOLE USGING TATA DOCOMO NETWORK FOR LAST 5 YRS BUT DUE TO NETWORK CONNECTIVITY I WANTED TO PORT TO AIRTEL FOR THE SAME I HAD SUBMITTED NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO AIRTEL EXPREESS NEAR TELEPHONE EXCHANGE NAGPUR. I HAD PORT FIRST IN THE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2015 & PAID ALL MY AMOUNT TO TATA DOCOMO WITH EXTRA MONEY ON THE SAME DAY. I PURCHASED AIRTEL SIM FOR 250=00. I RECEIVED CALLED FOR TATA DOCOMO FOR THE SAME NECESSARY TALK WAS MADE BUT WHEN I CONTACT MS MEGHA MESHRAM IN YOUR AIRTEL OFFICE SHE TOLD ME TO PORT AGAIN BUT MNP WAS NOT DONE THEN AGAINS ASKING FOR THE SAME I DID MNP PORTING AGAINT BUT WITH NO RESULT. SO ON 18/03/2015 I SENT MY PERSON FOR ENQUIRY MS MEGHA MESHRAM VERY RUDLY TALKED WITH HIM & BLAMED US THAT WE HAD'T PAY TATA DOCOMO BILL. BUT AT EVERY TIME WE MAID PAYMENT & GAVE THE RECEIPT TO HER. I AM SHOCKED TO HEAR SUCH WORD FROM HER. NOW WHAT ABOUT THE DOCUMENTS & PHOTOS WHICH I HAD SUBMITTED IF SOME ONE MISUSE IT. PLEASE TRY TO SEE THE PROBLEM & SOLVED IT AT THE EARLISET.

        Dear team, I have very very bad experience with Nellore (Andhra pradesh) near madras bus stand show room. I gave documents and paid money to convert my post paid number to prepaid. And I got the prepaid sim also . They said it will converte in to 48 hours.its been 20 days but it did not happened. When we visit the showroom and ask they are saying that system is down. Every time same answer. Such a care less employees and management. Please do take an action and solve my problems. Also please close this store or change the employees and take new ppl who can do work for the customers. I made many calls to 121 to complaint abt it. One of the complaint no#60715015.

Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 18th march, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately.

              hi sir, my name is rakshan raaj and my contact number is [protected], ... i am in need of 4 airtel broadband connections and i have requested airtel to provide us feasibility. but airtel is not providing us. airtel man says that he need reference of 15 people then only he will put connection. where i will go and search for 15 peoples, if they provide feasibility then only people wil buy connections but these airtel people are asking me to take 15 connections. airtel is waste and worst service provider and worst customer satisfaction.

                  My no is [protected]. I have made the MNP request a couple of times till date. You can have a look into your data. I am extremely disappointed with the response I got over it. I received a call just once asking what I actually wanted and after which there was no call from your end to offer me the plan or any other thing. Is this the way you are going to deal with customers planning to shift to Airtel, then I'm really sorry, you wouldn't really be left with much then. As soon as I made the MNP request from Vodafone, I received hundreds of calls from their end to retain the customer. Whereas Airtel doesn't really have the time to deal in with new customers. I was about to put my MNP request on your side for the fourth time in a month but this time I really wanted to write to you first mentioning the low level of services provided by you. Inspite of how much problem I am facing with Vodafone, as a brand it wants to retain customers and they make efforts for the same too. I really wouldn't want to shift to Airtel any longer and seriously advise other people not to opt for Airtel. Extreme disappointment. I have a broadband connection, Airtel digital tv and a landline of Airtel installed at my place. And two sim connections too. I would really think before continuing with Airtel now.

                    I purchase a 4G dongle from your Marketing person, at the time of purchasing he provide demo with airtel wifi router and assure me that 4G dongle will also work fine. After purchasing dongle i find it is not working even, I call them several time they to rectify the issue they just give wrong reason and now they are not answering the call.                         Dear Sir On 16/03/2015 at 8:20 in the morning by mistake I made a WRONG BILL PAYMENT of Rs 200 for a number[protected] instead my number [protected]. I did this payment using online recharge section of www.airtel.in using SBI debit card. I request you to kindly reverse the amount either to my bank account or transfer it to my number([protected]). I have already called customer care at 121 on 16/03/2015 but I am not getting a proper response from them.

                        My complaint got resolve few days after its entry. The amount was recharged to my original number and I got a call from customer care about the same.

                          EVEN AFTER PAYING BILL ON TIME, I FACE THE BALANCE TO BE EVERYTIME 0.0 GB.I AM FACING A LOT OF PROBLEMS DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABILITY OF NETWORK. IT IS HAPPENING FROM 2 MONTHS. IT IS CLEARLY THE CASE OF CONSUMER EXPLOITATION. I AM COMPLAINING AFTER TOLERATING FOR 2 MONTHS, THIS BEING THE THIRD MONTH. IT HAS RESULTED IN ME WASTING A LOT OF TIME IN WAITING FOR NETWORK.

                            Sir I charged the airtel dth customer number [protected] on 16/03/2015 two times. In First one, transaction id 619960and payment amount was Rs 300. It displays the payment successful but not credited in tv recharging. Second one, credited. But two times Rs 300 was withdrawn from my account and Rs 300 is not credited to my account after 24 hr. I recharged through online through my South indian bank account [protected]. Please credit to my account Rs. 300.

                              I recharged my mobile no.[protected] from your website on 15.03.2015, but instead of benefit mentioned on site i.e 650 MB 3G data, Bharti Airtel credited 2.5GB 2G data. I m continuously calling their representatives but each time they transfer my call to senior supervisor and after some time they intentionally disconnect my call. Yesterday I talked to a senior representative name Dixita who told me that it will took 24 hours to resolve your problem but it more than 36 hours but till now no action has been taken from their side. Also if their is any fault from service provider side than is the only customer who has to bear all that??? The lady dixita said that it will took 24 hours to check your complaint and further 72 hours to resolve your problem. Now who is the fool here???? Only the CUSTOMER!!! It is quite disappointing from a service provider like Bharti Airtel that instead of solving customers problem their representative disconnect calls and such times which are so long. I hope Consumer Complaint cell will look after my complaint in a strict manner.

                                  There is complaint like I reached service centre at Dash Enterprise at Ujjain MP I need to change my corrupt SIM. I was asked to come after 1 Hour.
                                  It is immposible. to visit again to that centre. So make availability of staff round the clock

                                    Dear All my mobile no.[protected] i can not use more out going call and i used net daily one hour. my network cone ion disconcerted. one day your customer care person called me he advised your new monthly paln under 560 something your net access fast and we will get monthly bill 600. Now i got bill amount Rs.1700/- this is last month now its come 2500 some amount, monthly bill i did not received only message details .Let us know how many time called and used net. so i want change my plan postpaid to prepaid awaiting your soonest reply Thanks Regards N.sureshkumar

From a week onwards I am not getting connections. In this regard I have contacted my TNPCB office at chennai. They have advised to contact Smt.                                         I have opted airtel landline fr my office use when i had talk with executive regarding the plans he said clearly the plan of Rs 1199/- with internet and landline unlimited calls allover india but after activation when i called to customer care they said that there is no unlimited calls all over india and they will not be cancelling the account and they will not be returning the amount which i have paid Rs: 6700/- for six months. This is the game they are playing with the customers to take for 6months plan and after that if any issue raises they will not cancell the account and they will not be refund the amount. Totally mind game by airtel. simply i have lossed 6700 with in a minute
