Dear Sir,
I complaint to airtel (Airtel relationship manager, Mobile No- [protected]) regarding network problem in my office area.
My office located in Udyod Vihar, Phase-4, Gurgaon, Haryana. I regular fallow up from last two month but no result.
I am useing the corporate airtel plan, we have more than 100 numbers of Airtel, from last two months I am getting complaint by my office staff that in office area network voice breaking, phone netwok showing good network but when call by some one on our number, he is getting that the mobile phone that you are calling it's not reachable.
We have sale office in gurgaon and our mobile communication is very important for our business.
I call several time to airtel regarding this problem but geting no solution.
I have oney one and last option that is MNP to other oprater, that I don't want to do. But if airtel not give service we have to move some other oprater.
In my office area airtel already installed the Booster, my be it's not working. I communicate to airtel regarding the booster that send some one to check the booster but no one come to my office.
Please do the needful, If we corporate user are facing this kind of service problem so you what about singal airtel user.
Very poor service and network.
