Today morning i received a message from airtel (ie., Special offer only for you! Rs95=1GB 2G, 28days. Rs131=1GB 3G, 28days. Offer valid till 6-Apr-2015 on airtel. To buy, call 121314 or dial *121*1# ) so i activate the Rs95 pack through Dial *121*1#...They took Rs95 from my account and they gave me only 200MB that too for 14days...what is this??????????...Why are U(Airtel) cheating us(Customers)...

      This complain is regarding to one of your agent brijesh contact number[protected]. My company contacted airtel for corporate number and this guy came to our office and gave us different plans and he told me about some RA199 plan and told me that i will be getting 900mins of local+national+roaming with 300 free messages and unlimited 2g data every month with a monthly rental of 199 rupees and he even charged me Rs1200 saying its a one time payment for this plan. I attached the copy of the plan in which he was telling me about the plans and if needed i have the video recordings also. Since the last 2 months the BILLED AMOUNT is much higher than according to the plan we agreed upon. I called your agent severl number of times in the last 2months to complain about the same and all he said to sort this out was "me dekhta hu" but DID NOT do anything yet. He is not even picking up my calls now and i m highly disappointed by such kind of behaviour from your side and now i m filling a case in consumer forum and also i m not going to pay even a single penny for my this month bill. Hope you will take some serious action about the same. Thanks!

        Dear Sir / Madam, I am a registered Airtel digital TV subscriber and my mobile number attached to it is [protected]. I understand that Airtel TV is facing issues for the past 2 days. But still today I am waiting patiently speaking to their executives and following up the situation. But today when I tried to call the executives as the problem still exists, the response I got is very bad and with no proper reason the executive is demanding money to rectify the issue. When I asked the reference number, she tried to put the call on hold and tried to avoid. Only after waiting for long time, I was forwarded to 2 other persons and finally the escalation team, where I got the reference number. Reference number / Call interaction id :[protected]. Executive name : Renu Singh Escalation team : Aditya I am very much unhappy with this kind of behavior given by Airtel. Kindly help me in this regard. Thanks Chandramohan D

          On 5th march 2015 I had sms from costumer care of airtel suggesting me to recharge with amount of 77 for 1 GB of 2G data for 28 days, So I had made online recharge by using recharge portal FREECHARGE on 6th march 2015, Immediately I got 100MB of data and my Internet was working fine, But after 2 days when 100MB data get finished I didn't get the remaining data. I had made 5 calls to the costumer care but they said that we will never give you neither data nor your money back. They had disconnected my call without resolving my queries. The executive named ANJU is on the conversation with me and she is talking in very bad manner. After that I had again called to costumer care then she kept receiver at side without talking anything, Then one of senior supervisor picked up the receiver and told that I will get the call from company for resolving my query but I didn't got any call from company. Not even My money back. So please advise what to do now as I am costumer of airtel from last 6 to 7 years. They have to think before creating this inconvenience. My Mobile number is [protected]

            Dear Sir, I have bought a 3G sim for my data card and also had a prepaid connection on the same sim to use it on my mobile when I am not using the Data card. To my surprise, when I made the first call to one of my relatives, they received the call as if it is from "Pravna Bharath"! When they heard my voice they asked me from whose mobile I was calling! Also I started receiving Private messages posted / Commented on Face book on Pravna Bharath's Time line on my mobile! This is very serious! I do not understand why Airtel people have not delinked this number before recycling to other consumer, once she allowed to expire the Sim! I am put to lots of inconveniences on account of these private messages pouring on my mobile. I do not know to whom I can complain this at Airtel as there is no proper response from them.               Dear Concern, 1 month back I got a call from airtel (Ms. Anita- [protected]) for new post paid connection. They sent list of numbers. I selected 1 number ([protected]) and contacted her. Ms. Anita said number is available. And next day she sent their executive's to collect amount( RS-310), Photo copy and other ID proofs. On 21.02.2013 - 12.24PM other staff (Ms. Sukanya - [protected]) called me and said that numbers which I selected was already allocated to someone. I have been told to select other number. I told them if you can give me the number which I have selected then ok, otherwise return my money. She said " we cant refund money, I will check with my superior and let you know". But she never called me. On 23.02.2015 (3.39Pm to 4.06Pm) I had to call them. And Ms . Sukanya said "sir we will return you money by next day(24.02.2015)" But no one came and not even bother to call. On 25.02.2015 - 3.44Pm I had to call the executive (Mr. Kumar Raja) as Ms. Sukanya was not lifting my call. Exceutive said I will come tommorow to give your cash. On 28.02.2015 - Unfortunatly again I had to disturb Mr. Kumar Raja. He said unnecessary trash and disconnected my call. Same matter I have escalated with their Team head (MS. Laxmi - [protected]), but there is no use. Till now (09.03.2015) have not received my money. And more over Airtel team not responding to my calls. Kindly take up the issue with Airtel.                 Hello All, I have been complaining about the network coverage issue in my area and also frequent call disconnection . I have tried calling customer care and they were creating case and closing on their own but no proper update .So many customer case created for this issue by Airtel customer care. I am facing this issue from last 4months once Airtel is started providing 3G services . Myself and my family and my friends in this area all are facing this issue if want i can provide all numbers who are all facing this same issue..                   my airtel mobile number is [protected] in delhi. on 04 mar 15 my data pack had been finished and i had not used any data on internet but this company has cut my balence about Rs 148/-. i had tried about 6 to 7 times at custemer complaint no 198 and told about my deduction. they did not refund my balence and also not ready to lodge a complaint. even they told me that i had used net pack but i was asleep at 1200 hrs at night when balence was deducted. pls see into the matter.

                    Hi, I have been requesting itemised bill for my wifi usage i have written 8 mails to customer care - '[protected]@in.airtel.com' and Nodal officer 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com', and ombudsman - '[protected]@airtel.in', along with multiple calls. I have got verbal confirmation that the same would be sent but haven't got any statement. I have been told to login and check for my self, and have tried that too, to no avail. I have a strong feeling that I have been charged extra and therefore, there is a strong resistance to provide the details. account no - [protected]

                      An easy recharge of 14 was made for making isd calls. A call made to Colombo-Sri Lanka was charged @ rs14/- per minute where as the tariff mentioned in the airtel website was 10ps per second. Screenshot of the tariff is attached for reference. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest. Thank you.

                        Its been long we are facing the network problem at our locality, Bagbazar . With repeated calling and telling about the network problem ...no issue was solved. Some have already switched to vodafone and some are still continuing with the same network ..hoping the problem to solve . Its high time to solve the problem - put airtel booster or tower...so that no such network problem persist. Solve the problem asap or will switch to some other network . Do it at your earliest .We all have the airtel network bu if the problem continues we will have no other option but to switch to vodafone. Its a serious issue and immediate action must be taken

                          I am very sorry to say that your services are not up to the mark. I had booked a new connection under your registration no. [protected] on 7th of march 2015 and was told that the connection will be installed by 12.30 in the afternoon on 8th march, but to my surprise your agents M/s R K Jain & Associates told me that my area is not coming under there circle.Then they gave me your other agents phone number on which i called and was assured that it will be installed by 4.30 in the evening. When i again called to check i was shocked to learn that this was again given to the first agent. In the mean time i talked to Airtel help desk 7-8 times but just got one word answer that we have sent a mail to the agent and they will call you. Till now ( 3.00 pm ) dt 9th March. I don't know if i should go with Airtel DTH or not. If this kind of service i am getting at the time of installation then what will be the after sales service. God my help Airtel. I am shocked with this kind of service from such a big group.

                            Hi, My name is Bharath, i've purchased an aitel broadband connection recently. The plan is 40 GB U/L for 999+Service tax. Initially, they've informed me that they offer a free modem for the connection. Now they started charging me for an amount of Rs. 48 as modem rental(Note:forever as long as i have this connection). Its not the charges i'm worried about, its the cheating they do just get a connection. I've expected a lot from airtel being a new customer. I've called the customer care, asked them as they are charging me for this modem, if there is a replacement guarantee. They've informed me that is not possible. I should pay this amount until I use this plan as an obligation. They've told me if I upgrade to a much costlier plan(1299+taxes) then they wont charge me for this rental.                                   I switched from post paid to prepaid on 06.03.2015 at your outlet at city centre 1, salt lake, kolkata and was told that within 24 hours it will be activated. According to their instruction next day rang up 59059 for verification which was done and confirmed that after 15 minutes the same will be activated which was not done. Thereafter i underwent the same procedure 4 times with the same nature of promise. To day is 9th and still it is not done. WHY WHY WHY???

                                    Hello, Please refer an attachment (enlarge the photo attached). With some hope I am mailing, for getting your support, I am sharing my grievance and this complaint against Airtel. A month back, I visited Airtel store at Cambridge layout near Sai Baba Temple, Bangalore, with my family to get Internet Data connection. Due to my office work I had to travel lot, and I wanted for my family to communicate with me, so needed this connection. 1. Airtel store suggested me to buy their Wifi Dongle and to take a post paid connection of Rs 650pm (They have this 3GB + 3GB offer etc). ((airtel number [protected]) 2. I paid Rs 2300/- there and took that white color Dongle. I have taken the documents - Adhar Card, Gas connection book, DL, Photo But the store took only the Adhar card Xerox and photo and filled the application. They said that we will get the connection within 24 Hours. 3. Airtel executive visited our home in Cambridge layout for Address verification. 4. We were waiting for the connection, and till date we are still waiting. Due to work I have to travel and I am out of country. I am following up with Airtel, but now they have been asking us to Pay Rs 1000 again for getting this connection activated. I am feeling cheated. I never mind paying this amount, but I am against this procedure, because while selling the Dongle and getting this post paid connection, they never mentioned that I have to pay Rs 1000 as advance "For Post Paid Connection". Now they are mentioning that my home address is some negative!!!. I asked what this meaning? but I never got the reply. Instead they are forcing me saying that If I need my connection activated, thay I have to pay them Rs 1000. I attached the proof. How can some one decide whether my address is negative or positive. If this is the case, they why did they sell the Dongle to me, they should check the address, before selling these devices? I am really not feeling good with all these follow ups, so now I want them to take the Dongle Back and refund my money. How can they force me for this payment, I am not able to justify? Please can you intervene and look into this matter. In case you need any details, then please let me know, even I can call and speak to the officer, no issue.                                     1. Since One month I have been following with mail communication with "nodalofficer", "appellate" IDs.

                                    2. They are continuously harassing us, saying that if you need the connection then you have to keep Rs1000 as security deposit.

                                    3. Previously, When I visited your Airtel store at Cambridge layout, Bangalore store, they never mentioned about your security deposit etc... Instead they told that to buy this Dongle paying Rs2300 and immediately you will get your connection within 24 Hours. We have taken our Original IDs (Adhar card, SBI Address proof, Gas connection book with address, DL and photo). But they took only Adhar Xerox.

                                    4. I was said that I have to pay Rs 650 monthly as post paid for this 3GB data (+ 3GB as some offer).





                                    After few days of follow up, now they are saying that my address is Negative and so you have to pay Rs 1000. But Why Negative???? I have all documents in place !!!





                                    I never guessed these harassment from Airtel, otherwise I might have not taken your connection. as I am using my Tata Photon connection, I might have taken the additional one.

                                    I never faced these kind of issues in my past and never heard about something called Negative address and with this terminology, Airtel will be forcing us to keep money with them after selling their Dongle, knowing that after selling the device we cant do anything... isn't it ...?





                                    ​Again I want to make it very clear that I am not going to pay any security deposit, as it was not conveyed to me when I visited your store.





                                    Either you have to give me this post paid connection, or else I have been asking to take my Device back and refund my money.





                                    Overall, this is the most bitter experience that I am having, and I am not in town, else by now the situation might have been different for Airtel...

                                    As I have been saying repeatedly that :-
                                    1. When I visited your Airtel store, they never mentioned about this security deposit of 1000 etc... and I asked them clearly everything. Otherwise I might have not taken your connection. as I am using my Tata Photon connection, I might have taken the additional one.
                                    2. We submitted the Xerox three times (a. During application, b. When your member visited our home; c. Again the store asked to come and submit the Xerox)

                                    My concern is, before selling the dongle/device - why you guys don't mention all these things - that Airtel will raise some new concept of first saying Negative address and then asking for this Security deposit.

                                    Again I want to make it very clear that I am not going to pay any security deposit, as it was not conveyed to me when I visited your store.

                                    Either you have to give me this post paid connection, or else I have been asking to take my Device back and refund my money.

                                    Overall, this is the most bitter experience that I am having, and I am not in town, else by now the situation might have been different for Airtel...

                                        There is a serious problem of poor signal reception in block No. 63 Baird Place, Defence Officers Enclave Delhi Cantt locality. There is no Signal bar, when inside the house and I have to go outside for clear reception which fails the idea of a mobile. This problem has persisted for more than 2 years in this locality and there's standard reply from Nodal Team(Delhi-NCR) of Airtel that they are working towards better service & be patient and they cannot give any time period for rectification of problem. This careless attitude towards customer dissatisfaction has become their habit now. I hope this complaint is heard by somebody.
