I have been using a airtel landline for the past several years and last 15/12/2014 i received a call from some person claiming to be a airtel staff and told me about a plan in which i can make unlimited local calls to mobiles in tamilnadu and free local landline calls i was immpressed redarding the plan and accepted for the activation. But having a doubt at the person called i myself made a call to the customer care and asked wheather the plan is real and for which they said the plan is active. But latter for these two months i have received a bill of rs1030 for january 2015 and rs933 for feb2015 so today i called the customer care and spoke to a person called satish on 14/03/2015 and he says the plan got activated as per your request and after i verfied i got disconnected of its own. why should airtel fool people like this for one person itself for a month they steal RS600 minimum imagine from the crore connections which they hold how many they steal.     I am using 2 sim cards from the airtel company. One day I received a call from air el and they said that there is plan in air el in post paid .That plan is very low cost monthly 350 only for 1200mins. I also accepted for that and I used for 2 months and bill from the 1st month 390 2nd month 700 something. So I think to change to prepaid itself. I asked the air el executive who came to collect the bill from me .He asked me the proof and said that he will itself change to prepaid.From that day still my number is not changed to prepaid. From the past I am asking to the customer care. There is no response from them . I did not received any call from the customer care like my proof photo copy is not match with it but when I called and ask that they are saying your does not matched so they are rejected your proof like that but I wont believe this. Still now there is no response for my proof all are calling from the collection department and they are asking about only the money. A girl named LAVANYA she is asking me why you gave the proof to the executive ?? And she is saying that is yours mistake. We are not responsible for that and all. And she asking when your going to pay the bill. And I asked the executive address who collected my proof they are not ready to gave that address are any other details. But now the executive was not in the air el company he left his job there to some other company. I wont pay the bill . YOU CAN HEAR ALL THE CALL RECORDING FROM MY NUMBER I HAS BEEN SPOKED TO THE SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ALSO THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME MY QUESTIONS

        Hi i have been using airtel since last 1 yr..i had ported from vodaphone to airtel thinking to be it better but i proved to be wrong. I m facing major problem in sending sms fRom my mobile [protected] but able to receive sms. I m using google nexus 5 and ph does not have any option for message centre no..           Today I called the customer care to ask for service request number as I wanted to get a new micro sim, the airtel representative took the call and said HELLO, I thought I have called incorrect number and asked if this is a home or a airtel customer center, the representative said, it airtel and said to be on line and I will get back to you and then he disconnected the line. I had to call the Airtel customer service number again and get the request number. I was a vodafone customer and every time I call the customer care it used to be a good experience but with Airtel the customer service is as pethetic as it was 15 years ago. No improvement in the customer service at all. Their language is pethetic and their phone etiquite is pethetic. Hope this will be a learning going forward to Airtel and Mr. Sunil Mittal.

            I have ported my mobile number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel, My number has been port, but while I try to call its asking for 59095 verification, and on this number the system of Airtel data are not working properly, Due to this number is off since morning and facing huge business loss, and dont know how long these guys give this problem to my number.. even their customer care Airtel store have no answer how long i have to face this problem, while at the time of port they commit, number will not off more than 30 minutes

                Dear Sir, Today I have received a massage from your side (for rc 79 and get 2G internet for 28 days) but when I had done rc 79 from freecharge on this no. [protected] then i got only 50MB data balance for 2 days only. This is not good policy of airtel telecom company.                   I am facing problems since two weeks. I had recharged my number with -1GB 3G data on around 28th feb 2015 -then again I recharged 655 MB of 3G data on 3rd march 2015 -again I recharged my number with 655 MB of 3G data on 5th mach 2015 -on 8th march I again recharged my number with 655MB 3G data In the same period I had a talktime recharge of Rs 250 and Rs 210. Problem: I had only used whatsapp (with image/video auto downloading off) as well as all other applications were blocked. So whenever I opened my data connection for some minutes(2-3 min) and used whatsapp, then after switching data connection off I had a data deduction of around 100MB-200MB at a go. Also my talktime balance of ( Rs.250 + Rs.210 ) became nil without making any call. I had a talk with the customer care executives and also with the senior executive, but all in vain. No satisfactory response was provided to me. Also they didn't give any reference number for future assistance. Please look into this matter as soon as possible or I'll go to the customer forums and lodge a complaint against the company. Thank You

                    We were out of town during the Holi Holidays for 4-5 days. we reached back on 9th March. I received a message that my DATA plan has exhausted. I want to know how is this possible when we did not use it. Is Airtel fakely billing me or someone else is using my broadband connection. I want to disconnect this broadband connection and will also not pay the bills until unless the investigation is done for the usage of the data plan.Can anyone come and check the lines or the exact issue. Now they have billed me for over usage.

                      Actually the problem is that my mobile number ([protected]) got disconnected on 1st feb 2015. Later as per the instructions given by Airtel Customer Care team, i submitted all the required documents and taken a new SIM for the same number on 24th Feb. But the same number is activated to some other person on 26th of Feb. How can my number is allocated to other person??? and asking me to take another sim. No proper solution from airtel team. Request you to provide me the solution.

                                I had cancelled my postpaid connection on 28th november 2014 and got a tracking number of [protected] also cross verified that cancellation request has been put. Also i had cleared all my balance till date, so that cancellation is processed. Customer care guy said that no more amount is pending and in case bill is generated please ignore it. Following month i got bill generated and i called customer care for follow up, they said no request has been place and when i gave them the above request number they also agreed to it . They infact raised another request with number[protected]. Also said if you get call from billing team ask them to just refer the note section. From last 15 days i am getting daily call to clear my bill of RS 2247 which i have not used. I have not used my connection post 28th Nov Board band Number is [protected]

                                  i had 3 post paid airtel connections i used airtel service for more than 10 years now i took a smart phone in Oct 2014the bill was 2800 in november 2015my average montly bill is 300 Internet was activated by default and was not informed to me bill amount was 2800 i got a message of data usage and i contacted customer care they said may be mistake i got the message why was the service activated by default if i wanted it i would have activated it i had to pay 10 times more to shift to vodafone why are these service providers troubling customers like this

                                        Hello, I have moved from Airtel 3G to 4G with new connection and I was requesting for disconnect Airtel 3G connection but Airtel is not deactivating my post paid connection and I requested many times over the phone as well as in email to (nodalofficer.kk) to deactivate my connection but always I do get response from Airtel customer saying server is in down they will call back in 4 hours but I never get call from Airtel for the same. Today I called around (12th Mar 2015 01:15 PM) spoken to Ramesh and Even last Wednesday (4th Mar 2015 01:05 PM) also called to customer care person Durga and she also gave me same answer like she will call you back in 4 hours which I used to hear from Airtel every time even though I did not convinced with their answer he/she said they are helpless as facing some technical issue and will surely call back but I did not a get a call. It is really bad experience with Airtel Customer care and they are not sharing higher official numbers to escalate further on the same. Thanks, Jakki Reddy
