I am surprised to receive excessive amount bill for Rs. 27243.24 for captioned corporate connection of Airtel. In this matter following points need consideration: 1. I am using Airtel Corporate post paid connection for the past over 7 years. Although our credit limit was set at Rs.10100/- by your Company our monthly bill amount never exceeded Rs.2000/-. Per month. 2. I went abroad for 6 days i.e. from 06.02.2015 to 11.02.2015. To curtail my overseas mobile bill to minimum amount, I took your Data plan 999 and Voice plan 999 on one connection i.e. [protected]. A sum of Rs.2000/- was deposited in advance, as advised by their Ambala Cantt dealer/associate. 3. To my shock and dismay, I received a huge bill of Rs.27243.24. Out of this total amount Rs. 26945.76 pertained to mobile no. [protected] which was activated on International roaming. 4. When I had taken your Voice plan 999 and Data plan 999 in advance why was I not informed by Airtel when the data plan exceeded the limit of Rs.999/- 5. Furthermore, when my credit limit has been set at Rs. 10100/- by your Company then why I was not informed when the limit exceeded? Why an alarm was not raised? There is some logic behind setting a credit limit by the Company. This is system failure and you have sent the huge bill to me for payment. Till date no communication has been received from your Company about exceeding the credit limit.When credit limit of our corporate connection is set at Rs.10100/- by your Company then how can they raise excess bill without prior intimation to me when our limit exceeded those limits? 6. Does Airtel does not holds no responsibility to inform the customer that his/her credit limit has exceeded? Otherwise Airtel is very particular on sending SMS on petty matters then how could an important matter of informing the credit limit not done. Savita Nauharia Prop.     I have ported my Docomo no. [protected] in airtel my no. has ported in airtel but Sim not activate. my old Sim has allredy switch off before 5 days but new Sim not activated till date. I have allredy filled complaint in mhow airtel office so he gave me other Sim in name of replacement and taken Rs. 100 charge and told me your Sim will be activate in 24 hours but I used that Sim after 25 hours but still it not activated so I request you please see this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

      My name is shantulal chauahn. My Airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 6th march, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. This is i nevar want to use i just shocked .. Just Single step service no confirmation from user also

          Hello, I am priti gurav. my airtel mobile no is [protected], on 5 th of march 2015 suddenly i got the message that, LAILA service has been activated on your mobile, I have not activated this service. I want to stop this service now itself and make the money refund to my sim as a recharge of RS 35. Please kindly do this.

            Hi, I have just moved to a new house in BTM 2nd Stage. I have been using the same airtel no for the past 1year and my wife is using airtel no for the past 7years plus one more airtel no of her office mobile. When we were in BTM 1st stage the signal was very good, but now I moved to BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore and the reception is not there at all inside my house on both of our mobile phone. We have one blackberry, Samsung s3 and Nokia 1100. All three airtel connections are not showing any signal inside the house. We have to stand near our house door to answer the call and keep the mobile near the door to get wifi from mobile. I was hoping to get an airtel broadband connection after coming to BTM 2nd stage but I dont think it’s a good idea now. I would appreciate your immediate action. Regards, Manogarane

                Hi sir, Hi I am an Airtel customer for the past 8 years I have switched over from the airtel prepaid to postpaid 5 months ago. But for personal reasons I need to switch again to the prepaid scheme. For this I have been trying to convey this request with customer care and service centre Adyar express in adyar, chennai more than 30 times. To be frank I am really felt annoyed to get not even a single response from them. Is this a way a leading network of the nation of a customer of 8 years. If you are not willing to change let me switch over to some other network. Sorry to say this but the annoyance is heavy for me personally.

                  Dear Sir This is regarding my airtel mobile bill for the month of December, I have opted for IR data roaming pack of 999 which was existing and I travelled to Ghana, within 3 days my bill was posted for 1.6 Lac for data roaming alone, When I claim for the rental pack opted, the customer care has confirmed the pack is already existing .the billing system should have blocked my MSISDN if its noticing high utilization then the credit limit, Post I requested the GPRS was blocked when I was in roaming Later from Dec 25th – Dec 28th my internet bill was peaked to 1.4 lac billed usage, SR 59813677 With Regards Mathew +91 [protected]

                  Since the request was to add IR Data roaming 999 Rs pack which will make international roaming free for 15 days as per pack else the billing system should have blocked i[censored]sage is crossing the credit limit, both dint happen

                    My name is SHASHANK SHARMA. My Airtel mobile no is [protected], I am tremendous worried and disgusted on airtel. Suddenly I have been notified via sms ist on 16th Feb, 2015 at 9.27am and after that again and again that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile, 15/- rupees has been deducted for 3 days today at 6.53pm. I never want it, even message not consist any detail regarding deactivation of service, My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible.

                        |Dear Sir, I am using Airtel 4G Wifi router. For the past 6 months I am getting charged approximately Rs.950 as SMS charges wherein there is no option to send or receive any SMS in my WIFI router. every time i need to contact multiple times to Airtel and need to educate the support person and finally SMS charges will be waived off and they assure me that this will be resolved permanently . Again for the 7th time Rs. 948 has been charged and i dropped an email multiple times to [protected]@in.airtel.com, nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com but I dont see any response for this.                           I have lodged the complaint 16 days back, but so far, no one came back with any solution. Airtel talk just don’t care about the complains. I had enough balance, still didn’t allowed to call me and thrown wrong error “not enough balance”. I sent screen print and every details. The app automatically collects data from the mobile and attach to the complaint. They have all data, but lack of interest for investigation from their side. No support at all from them!!

                          Airtel Talk Mobile App - very poor, don't use if you have any other means to make international call


                          1. Calls frequently gets disconnected.
                          2. Even if you have enough credit minutes (more than hundreds), still the app does not allow you to make a call and complains "No Credit".
                          3. Does not allow you to recharge when you have low minutes remaining. Allows you to recharge only after your credit is fully consumed and balance is zero or your plan expired. That means while you are calling some one and you know that your balance is low, you can't help it. You have to wait to get the remaining minutes to be fully consumed and then recharge and during this time your friend or family member will wait for your call !!
                          4. Very poor customer care service
                          5. Do not have any contact number to ask for help or lodge complaint
                          6. The do not respond to complain email
                          7. Complain email do not contain any unique complaint number through which you can follow up
                          8. They do not replied even after number of reminder email and follow ups

                            Sir I, Surinder Pal Singh, recharged my tel. No."[protected]" for Rs102/- for 3G Data on 23/2/15 through Airtel Money. On Airtel Money I received the msg that "Sorry! Request could not be processed. Please try later." But at the same time I received a msg from Airtel which said that "airtel money payment successful. Rs.102 paid to Airtel PrePaid DL on 23/02/15 10:37. Debit Amt: Rs. 102, Txn ID:[protected], Bal: Rs. 6008." My Airtel Money account was deducted by Rs102/- but I did not get the 3G Data Pack. When I called Airtel, I was told that my problem shall be solved before 28/2/15 & I also received this msg from Airtel "Namaste! Thank you for contacting us.The Reference no. for your airtel money mobile number [protected] is 33615941, registered on 23/02/2015 04:03 PM.We will update you by 28/02/2015 02:30 PM." Till today I have been calling Airtel regarding this matter but I have not got any proper response. I request you to look into the matter & resolve my problem at your earliest.                               Malleshwaram, Bangalore, which is heart of Bangalore is not supported by Airtel. Calls drop regularly and there is no / low connectivity of 2G internet. Forget 3G service in that area. I have raised complaint n number of times but the Appellate Team, which is supposed to be the highest level of escalation, has been replying that the network service can't be upgrated in my area (from last one and half year).

                                Sir, I am the regular customer of Airtel Since last 5 to 6 years and never ever faced such type of inconvenience as i am facing right now right here, sir, i came to Punjab from Delhi on[protected] and from that day my airtel no. is not working. My Useless No. of Airtel (as not having networks) +91-[protected] Kindly resolve the matter. I had recharged my no. by Rs. 79/- for Roaming pack which is now waste for me, thats why i also want the compensation for the same.                                   My airtel connection suspended without any information or sms on 02.03.2015, after that i call customer care and they replied that my I have to submit my documents again, then on 4.3.15 I submit docuemnts to airtel store but till now my connection is working.

                                    i had made payment online through your website by my debit card bank statement copy and your transaction details receipt is attached herewith for your kind information over this your L.G. Corner, Maninagar, Ahmedabad Outlet remains mostly unhelpful and do not insist to make the payment through the cards there server remains always down that answer we get since last 5 years. They charge money form me but yet my service not active and they still asking for more time. My business is over phone and they are playing with the same from last 4 days. who will be liable for loss of business and goodwill as I am paying for service which I haven't got.

                                      Airtel claims to activate a duplicate SIM within 4-5 hours. My SIM has not been activated for the past 19 hours. I raised a request for a new SIM at 2:30pm on 04/03/2015 and its still not activated Moreover when I called customer care at about 8pm they told me that only the airtel center where you have requested for the SIM can resolve this issue. This doesn't sound logical at all. Kindly Activate my SIM at the earliest as its causing a big inconvenience. Thanks Ashwin

                                        my no. [protected] connection name-shah nawaj khan address-69, charniyo ka bas near old bus stand pali i recharged my no. with 255rupees for 3G internet pack and you can see in screenshot what i am getting even 2G speed not that is why i want to change my network into vodafone or Aircel because this problem i am facing from last 1 month sometimes i dont like your redicules 3g network

                                        I have done recharge of 1GB 3g internet on my mobile no [protected].I am using 3G services on this no. from last 3 months but recently after having 3g data i am not able to use 3G it connect as 2G.I had contacted your customer care executive but due to lack of proper training they are not able to solve my issue.Everyone is giving different answers for it.One executive told me to contact reliance customer care for it.I am very disappointed by your services & i don't expect this kind of service from airtel.Kindly resolve my issue asap.
