I do not get what is wrong with airtel. For the past 7 days whenever I am receiving calls from my home in Kolkata in USA nothing is audible extremely poor network. I checked with my USA service provider and this is working absolutely fine. I want to know what is wrong as everytime I receive call from home its costing them hale lots of money. I can understand making profit by a company is good but doing this to earn profit is not good. This will finally enable me to leave airtel and go for some other providers as airtel must know there are lots of competitors outside. I want this problem to get fixed by a day or two else I will have no choice to leave your service. Also i want to tell I have in total of 5 airtel connections and I am going to leave all of them at once. My number: [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

    Dear All On 11/03/2015 by mistake I made a WRONG BILL PAYMENT of Rs 700 for a prepaid number [protected] instead of my post paid number [protected]. The payment for the bill was done from my ICICI bank account. Request you to please reverse the amount to my bank account or transfer the same to my post paid account number. I have already mailed my issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 15/03/2015 but I am not getting a proper response from them
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I paid the post paid generated for my number twice. Kindly help me with the payment reversal procedure

          Airtel give me false commitment i am very old customer of airtel more than 5 years i have using this numbers and airtel said that this is governament plan life time no changes in rentel calls sms and other all benefits / facilities but now airtel
          Without any information airtel have increase my call rate for my 4 airtel numbers
          Befobre airtel give me airtel to airtel 10 paisa per min and other 20 paisa per min
          Now they without any information increase call rate artel to airtel 20 paisa per min and other to 30 paisa per min
          So please give old tarrif benefits as nodal officer said airtel to airtel 10 paisa min & airtel to other 20 paisa min from todaye for my four numbers ref no [|bal|ref10360098|]

              Hi, I had asked for a Airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion on Monday, 9th March 2015. The documents were collected promptly and charge was taken. I got the message - "Prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel number [protected] has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hours" - on March 12, 2015. The executive called me twice but did not come for address verification despite my clear instructions. They did not give me any intimation as to why they could not come for the verification. Today - i.e March 15th, 2015, I get a message from Airtel - "Due to incomplete verification of your billing address, your prepaid no. could not be converted to postpaid no." I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service of Airtel. It was the duty of the Airtel executive to come for the address verification just like they came to collect documnets. Now, I am asked to go to the airtel centre and fight with the authorities for details which I am not willing to do.If i do not get a quick solution for my postpaid conversion, il port my number.                     I had taken a new 4G connection with Airtel for Rs 4000 for two months and from the 3rd month onwards the monthly rental plan was Rs 650. I purchased this plan by calling the Airtel customer care. The service was provide by their agent Bhagyashree Enterprise in Sanghavi, Pune. We had paid the initial 2 months deposit by cheque favouring the agent and asked them to put a plan of Rs 650/month. After the first month I had started receiving monthly...

                    Friends, if you are looking to change your mobile plans to the Airtel Family plans be prepared for a horrible experience. This is actually not a family plan, every member connection in the plan needs to be in the same name as that of the primary connection so all family members need get the ownership changed which in itself is a big process worse than getting a new connection. Also none of the executives have full knowledge about the process. Airtel you are bluffing the people by mentioning the word 'FAMILY'.

                      Hi, Please let me know if the connection of post-paid (corporate connection) [protected] has been disconnected or not. I have raised a request to disconnect this number after 30 sept 2007 through airtel call center. Later on I e-mailed also regarding this and opened 4 requests (online on www.airtel.in). As I am usung my mobile number [protected], please reply to this E-mail and let me know any information on this. I have already talk to to your representive on 121 and deposit last bill in feb 2015 for a mobile connection which I am not using and asked to disconnect. I also break my sim last month.                         My bill levied for the months January and February are pretty high.. So I complained to the customer car first... I asked about my doubts about the bill but they were not able to clarify my doubts... So I tried to contact their nodal team to resolve my issue..they too were not able to clarify my issues on the bill..so they asked me to wait for 48 hours 1st.. I Waited and waited and now it's about 2 weeks..still my issue is not solved..also my outgoing facility is barred telling that I didn't pay the bill.. I had already got a promise from their nodal office telling that I need not pay the bill until my issue was cleared..but they barred my outgoing facilities.. Again today I got their mail telling that the bill was valid and I need to pay that high amount.. One of their nodal officer, mr.balaji called me to tell this.. He told me that the bill was correct and they cannot reduce the bill.. So I asked him to clear my doubts regarding the bill... He too was not able to clear it today...so he disconnected the call in between without telling... Now they are not contacting me even after my continuous mails.. My outgoing facilities are barred and am in a really helpless situation... Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible ... Thank you..                           Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform that I had lodged a complaint regarding my airtel no[protected] in thae name of Shri Bharat Bhusan Rattanpaul on 7th March 2015.The complain was that any calls received from BSNL from Jammu & Kashmir could not be connected and the message received by the caller was that my mobile was switched off.Whereas airtel callers could easily connect with me.The complain id is 60655265 registered on date 7th March 2015. I have received 3 to 4 calls from your office regarding this complaint yet it has not been resolved till now. Today I received a call from a lady working in Airtel regarding this complaint at around 11:50 AM. The phone no. was[protected].She did not respond to me in a proper way.Iwas giving the details regarding the a complaint but she spoke to me in a loud manner and said that if I wish to resolve the problem I speak propery and disconnected the phone from her end .She misbehaved and the language used by her was inappropriate. Is this the way your staff members attend to the grievances of the customers? I am the Deputy General Manager & Circle Head o[censored]CO Bank and have an experience of more than 35 years in the service sector. I have never spoken to my customers in such a way and have given strict instruction to all my staff members to deal with our customers in a courteous way.Such a kind of misbehavior from your staff is not acceptable.Therefore I request you to take a strict action against this lady and inform me about the steps taken in this case as early as possible. This is to inform that a we have an airtel connection in our Zonal as well as Circle Office.Also my staff members have been given Airtel postpaid connection for office use. If no initiative is taken in this respect at the earliest I will be bound to disable all Airtel connection in my office. Further a circular shall be issued stating that Airtel connection is not installed at any of our office as the customer service provided by you is not upto the mark.                             I have been using a airtel landline for the past several years and last 15/12/2014 i received a call from some person claiming to be a airtel staff and told me about a plan in which i can make unlimited local calls to mobiles in tamilnadu and free local landline calls i was immpressed redarding the plan and accepted for the activation. But having a doubt at the person called i myself made a call to the customer care and asked wheather the plan is real and for which they said the plan is active. But latter for these two months i have received a bill of rs1030 for january 2015 and rs933 for feb2015 so today i called the customer care and spoke to a person called satish on 14/03/2015 and he says the plan got activated as per your request and after i verfied i got disconnected of its own. why should airtel fool people like this for one person itself for a month they steal RS600 minimum imagine from the crore connections which they hold how many they steal.                               I am using 2 sim cards from the airtel company. One day I received a call from air el and they said that there is plan in air el in post paid .That plan is very low cost monthly 350 only for 1200mins. I also accepted for that and I used for 2 months and bill from the 1st month 390 2nd month 700 something. So I think to change to prepaid itself. I asked the air el executive who came to collect the bill from me .He asked me the proof and said that he will itself change to prepaid.From that day still my number is not changed to prepaid. From the past I am asking to the customer care. There is no response from them . I did not received any call from the customer care like my proof photo copy is not match with it but when I called and ask that they are saying your does not matched so they are rejected your proof like that but I wont believe this. Still now there is no response for my proof all are calling from the collection department and they are asking about only the money. A girl named LAVANYA she is asking me why you gave the proof to the executive ?? And she is saying that is yours mistake. We are not responsible for that and all. And she asking when your going to pay the bill. And I asked the executive address who collected my proof they are not ready to gave that address are any other details. But now the executive was not in the air el company he left his job there to some other company. I wont pay the bill . YOU CAN HEAR ALL THE CALL RECORDING FROM MY NUMBER I HAS BEEN SPOKED TO THE SENIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ALSO THEY ARE ALSO NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE TO ME MY QUESTIONS

                                i had changed to airtel few months ago...but since i have bought the new sim...i am unable to send any message from my phone...but i do receive messages from other people and airtel customer care too...i hope u look into this...my number is [protected]...pls keep it confidential...and do look into this...thank u

                                  Hi i have been using airtel since last 1 yr..i had ported from vodaphone to airtel thinking to be it better but i proved to be wrong. I m facing major problem in sending sms fRom my mobile [protected] but able to receive sms. I m using google nexus 5 and ph does not have any option for message centre no.. I have made complaints several time but havnt recvd any response. Recent complaint no 60755390. Pls try to resolve it asap.. Harshit [protected]

                                    Today I called the customer care to ask for service request number as I wanted to get a new micro sim, the airtel representative took the call and said HELLO, I thought I have called incorrect number and asked if this is a home or a airtel customer center, the representative said, it airtel and said to be on line and I will get back to you and then he disconnected the line. I had to call the Airtel customer service number again and get the request number. I was a vodafone customer and every time I call the customer care it used to be a good experience but with Airtel the customer service is as pethetic as it was 15 years ago. No improvement in the customer service at all. Their language is pethetic and their phone etiquite is pethetic. Hope this will be a learning going forward to Airtel and Mr. Sunil Mittal.
