Hello Airtel Few months back i asked airtel shop who take bills to cancel my connection yet after a month a customer care executive of yours asked me for bill and when i told him of that he said that you have to ask for the cancellation to customer care.I said ok and paid the bill then he said that it will be cancelled within 24 hours. That was few months back and yet even to this day i am getting these bills even after i no longer use the connection.I am using tpnl connection now and they ask me for proof of that.they are asking me for the date of cancellation inquiry of which i said that who can remember the date and then they ask me of reference number.Now i ask you why at the time of installation you guys say that if you have query then this is our customer care number.You never say to always ask for reference number.How may of your callers always ask for reference number?And now one of your uncivilized customer care executive is threatening me with some legal letter. I am not going to pay the bill and i will never take any airtel service again in future.Some of your customer care executive's mistake is now made into my problem.They clearly said few months back that they will cancel the subscription.I can only give you an approxiamate date when i asked for cancellation ie. when i got my tpnl connection.I was your digital tv customer for some time and your internet customer for almost an year and this is how you treat your customers.By asking for proof when only mistake of mine was that i trusted your executive.|

    HI... This is to request you all to please look into this matter as i have been conned 2 times by Airtel company. First time when the company sent me a message of Offers available on my number i went to retailer and made a recharge on my number of Rs 149 in which they were about to give me 1GB data of 3G data network but they gave me only 500MB, for reference i have attached Screenshots of both messages in which it is clearly mentioned that what i will get according to their offers and what i got from their offers. This fraud had been done with twice first was on[protected] and second time it was repeated on 13-03-15. So i thought to right a compliant against them in hope getting a right judgement for the same.       I had taken new postpaid connection ([protected]) some 5 months back and since then I have been facing huge network issues in my area. Almost 80% of the time there is no service in the area. I have been communicating with customer cares and nodal officers but I have got no resolution till now. Its highly disappointing a behaviour like this from such an esteemed organisation. There has been several complains lodged and mail communications made. The operator never hesitate to charge anything extra in cases where the money is not paid in time or for any other reason, however they wont charge less even if they admit that they cant provide the committed service.

        Hi I am from Jaipur and today i updated my iphone to ios8. hi, I have tried all the possible methods to activate imessage and facetime on my iPhone 5 but its not getting activated. My balance keeps getting deducted by Rs5 and still nothing happens! 25 Rs has already been deducted from my balance. My phone no is [protected]. I am not able to send or receive msgs on my iphone. because of which i am facing alot of issues.

            I do not get what is wrong with airtel. For the past 7 days whenever I am receiving calls from my home in Kolkata in USA nothing is audible extremely poor network. I checked with my USA service provider and this is working absolutely fine. I want to know what is wrong as everytime I receive call from home its costing them hale lots of money. I can understand making profit by a company is good but doing this to earn profit is not good. This will finally enable me to leave airtel and go for some other providers as airtel must know there are lots of competitors outside. I want this problem to get fixed by a day or two else I will have no choice to leave your service. Also i want to tell I have in total of 5 airtel connections and I am going to leave all of them at once. My number: [protected]/[protected]/[protected].

              Dear All On 11/03/2015 by mistake I made a WRONG BILL PAYMENT of Rs 700 for a prepaid number [protected] instead of my post paid number [protected]. The payment for the bill was done from my ICICI bank account. Request you to please reverse the amount to my bank account or transfer the same to my post paid account number. I have already mailed my issue to [protected]@in.airtel.com on 15/03/2015 but I am not getting a proper response from them

                    Airtel give me false commitment i am very old customer of airtel more than 5 years i have using this numbers and airtel said that this is governament plan life time no changes in rentel calls sms and other all benefits / facilities but now airtel
                    Without any information airtel have increase my call rate for my 4 airtel numbers
                    Befobre airtel give me airtel to airtel 10 paisa per min and other 20 paisa per min
                    Now they without any information increase call rate artel to airtel 20 paisa per min and other to 30 paisa per min
                    So please give old tarrif benefits as nodal officer said airtel to airtel 10 paisa min & airtel to other 20 paisa min from todaye for my four numbers ref no [|bal|ref10360098|]

                        Hi, I had asked for a Airtel prepaid to postpaid conversion on Monday, 9th March 2015. The documents were collected promptly and charge was taken. I got the message - "Prepaid to postpaid conversion of your airtel number [protected] has been initiated. Your address verification will happen within 72 hours" - on March 12, 2015. The executive called me twice but did not come for address verification despite my clear instructions. They did not give me any intimation as to why they could not come for the verification. Today - i.e March 15th, 2015, I get a message from Airtel - "Due to incomplete verification of your billing address, your prepaid no. could not be converted to postpaid no." I am extremely dissapointed with the customer service of Airtel. It was the duty of the Airtel executive to come for the address verification just like they came to collect documnets. Now, I am asked to go to the airtel centre and fight with the authorities for details which I am not willing to do.If i do not get a quick solution for my postpaid conversion, il port my number.                           Dear Sir, This is with reference i'm taking a new airtel broadband connection landline [protected].But now my connection is not working, reason is they are saying that my old connection overdue payment of Rs. 1122.06/- old account number [protected].I'm called to customer care they said that visit to your local airtel office, i'm goto 4/5 days regular but in local office officer said that your old connection is expired or impossible to again reactive 7 said that you take a new connection or i'm adjust to your old connection overdue payment but i'm waiting 2 or 3 days by chance my old connection is reactive but my connection is not reactive or local airtel officer regular called me & said that take new connection then i take new connection now connection is ward or airtel officer not received my call.                               I had taken a new 4G connection with Airtel for Rs 4000 for two months and from the 3rd month onwards the monthly rental plan was Rs 650. I purchased this plan by calling the Airtel customer care. The service was provide by their agent Bhagyashree Enterprise in Sanghavi, Pune. We had paid the initial 2 months deposit by cheque favouring the agent and asked them to put a plan of Rs 650/month. After the first month I had started receiving monthly bill that too Rs 1000/month. When i spoke to airtel customer care they are telling that they have not received any money from the agent and give me a bill for Rs 6000. It is not my mistake that their distributor/agent had not submitted my bill. Why are these Airtel people giving authority to such Agents. I will not pay the money to Airtel Why should i?. They are providing their services from such fraud agents.

                                Friends, if you are looking to change your mobile plans to the Airtel Family plans be prepared for a horrible experience. This is actually not a family plan, every member connection in the plan needs to be in the same name as that of the primary connection so all family members need get the ownership changed which in itself is a big process worse than getting a new connection. Also none of the executives have full knowledge about the process. Airtel you are bluffing the people by mentioning the word 'FAMILY'.

                                  Hi, Please let me know if the connection of post-paid (corporate connection) [protected] has been disconnected or not. I have raised a request to disconnect this number after 30 sept 2007 through airtel call center. Later on I e-mailed also regarding this and opened 4 requests (online on www.airtel.in). As I am usung my mobile number [protected], please reply to this E-mail and let me know any information on this. I have already talk to to your representive on 121 and deposit last bill in feb 2015 for a mobile connection which I am not using and asked to disconnect. I also break my sim last month.                                     My bill levied for the months January and February are pretty high.. So I complained to the customer car first... I asked about my doubts about the bill but they were not able to clarify my doubts... So I tried to contact their nodal team to resolve my issue..they too were not able to clarify my issues on the bill..so they asked me to wait for 48 hours 1st.. I Waited and waited and now it's about 2 weeks..still my issue is not solved..also my outgoing facility is barred telling that I didn't pay the bill.. I had already got a promise from their nodal office telling that I need not pay the bill until my issue was cleared..but they barred my outgoing facilities.. Again today I got their mail telling that the bill was valid and I need to pay that high amount.. One of their nodal officer, mr.balaji called me to tell this.. He told me that the bill was correct and they cannot reduce the bill.. So I asked him to clear my doubts regarding the bill... He too was not able to clear it today...so he disconnected the call in between without telling... Now they are not contacting me even after my continuous mails.. My outgoing facilities are barred and am in a really helpless situation... Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible ... Thank you..                                       Sir/Ma'am, This is to inform that I had lodged a complaint regarding my airtel no[protected] in thae name of Shri Bharat Bhusan Rattanpaul on 7th March 2015.The complain was that any calls received from BSNL from Jammu & Kashmir could not be connected and the message received by the caller was that my mobile was switched off.Whereas airtel callers could easily connect with me.The complain id is 60655265 registered on date 7th March 2015. I have received 3 to 4 calls from your office regarding this complaint yet it has not been resolved till now. Today I received a call from a lady working in Airtel regarding this complaint at around 11:50 AM. The phone no. was[protected].She did not respond to me in a proper way.Iwas giving the details regarding the a complaint but she spoke to me in a loud manner and said that if I wish to resolve the problem I speak propery and disconnected the phone from her end .She misbehaved and the language used by her was inappropriate. Is this the way your staff members attend to the grievances of the customers? I am the Deputy General Manager & Circle Head o[censored]CO Bank and have an experience of more than 35 years in the service sector. I have never spoken to my customers in such a way and have given strict instruction to all my staff members to deal with our customers in a courteous way.Such a kind of misbehavior from your staff is not acceptable.Therefore I request you to take a strict action against this lady and inform me about the steps taken in this case as early as possible. This is to inform that a we have an airtel connection in our Zonal as well as Circle Office.Also my staff members have been given Airtel postpaid connection for office use. If no initiative is taken in this respect at the earliest I will be bound to disable all Airtel connection in my office. Further a circular shall be issued stating that Airtel connection is not installed at any of our office as the customer service provided by you is not upto the mark.
