Airtel 4G scam

Non recipt of benifit

balance deduction from main account.

i have been using airtel no [protected] since last 9 years with net pack.on 31.01.2015 rs240 was deducted from my main balance despite the fact that i had my net pack recharged two days back. Again on the same day i recharged rs80 and rs240 as top up with a 3g net pack rs195, to my astonishment on 03.02.15 again rs240 was deducted from my main balance. this is highly unlikely as my net pack normally lasts 7 to 8 days, and i had 2 mb net balance...

Unauthorized deductions and very rude customer service

I would like to raise two issues here. First is regarding the unauthorised deductions from my balance. I was always on data pack auto renewal on my number since the last 3 years but they removed it all of a sudden and blamed me for that. When i tried asking for records, they refused and transferred me to a supervisor. Supervisor was extremely rude and disconnected the call. The deductions were a total of rs. 120.
