Hi Airtel, Since four days, i am facing Airtel 3g Tower Issues, As the same i was informed to Airtel customer support, They told the issue has been forwarded to respective technical support team, But still the issues is not rectified. I am a Iphone user, Due to this issue, I cannot able to use any apps. So, request you kindly resolve the issue as soon. Thanks Suresh Panneerselvam

    I applied for an migration from Prepaid to Postpaid for my airtel connection # [protected] on 6th Mar 15 at Vijayanagar Airtel office. All required documents were submitted & it was confirmed by the representative that this change would be completed by EOD. However, nothing happened on 6th Mar. Address verification was completed on 7th Mar & it was once again confirmed that the migration would be completed by 7th Mar 15 before 5PM. As nothing happend till 7PM, I called the *121 number & wanted to know the status. One of the representative after talking for 5 minutes, he said this will have to handled by Prepaid department & he transferred the call. The 2nd representative asked same questions again & after speaking for 5 minutes, he said this service request has to be handled by Postpaid department & he asked to me wait. I asked him my call was transferred from there & I need to know the status & I asked to transfer this to his manager. He said, this floor do not have any managers. The arrogance with which he spoke was like all o[censored]s getting FREE services & we have no authority to complain. I reached out to Vijayanagar Brach office, where I applied for this migration. Same situation : No one has any clue about the delay & they do not have any curtsy to listen to our problem or apologise for the delay. The person after holding the call for 10 minutes replied stating "Server Down & hence the delay". The representative needs to be tranined for proper behavious

      I have recharged rs147 through www.airtel.in website as against my no [protected] in 3g recharge menu it shows that in rs 147 i got 1 gb 3g data but insted of getting 1gb 3g data i got 60min isd for this i have called to customer care firstly they told that the recharge is not done through www.airtel .in website but i gave them there txn id no and told that i have received there system generated email for this recharge but they dont want to hear

        I have been *121*1# dialed for offers, then it is shows for Rs198, 39000 Local / STD seconds. I am recharged with FTT Rs 200. After send the message to AIRTEL to 121. It's shows me option no. 2 for Rs. 198 to 39000 L/S seconds. same I'm replied to this, it's automatically given unwanted 2G Mobile Internet data for me. When I am contact with AIRTEL customer care they are told me, you are entered Rs199, but there is option for this. So, AIRTEL is wasting our TIME AND Money and also PEACE.

          sir, i've visited a site laila (Euedra advertisement) and i clicked once on it which resulted a 35 rupees mobile balance deduction from my airtel prepaid account on behalf of its activation. how does any site relate mobile balance deduction directly without subscriber's confirmation. it is totally unfair deduction. how airtel prepaid services link with http://220.226.188.58/laila/alt porn websites laila which deducted prepaid account balance. i'll be seeking towards my deducted balance

              Hi, My mother (Mamta Kathuria) is using airtel prepaid ([protected]) in Jaipur since past many years. From past few months she is getting such SMS on her phone: "SKILLDERBY service has been renewed and you have been charged Rs 30.00 from your sirtel mobile a/c. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in" This is so crazy, she never subscribed to such services as she doesn't even know how to write a sms. Anyhow, I managed to send a stop sms and the service later got disconnected (it seems). Now, she is getting another sets of sms in which it is mentioned: "SKILLDERBY service will be renewed in 3 days on your airtel mobile @Rs 30/7 days. To deactivate, call or SMS STOP to 155223." We are trying to send STOP messages but nothing is working. What kind of a scam is this ? Every time we try we get a message from this number: "we are unable to process your request. Kindly try after sometime" Grow up Airtel. You are wasting our time and money on such tricks, we can actually transfer all our connections to vodafone or idea instead. I hope you show some mettle and resolve this asap, and also return INR 30 back to my mother's account. Hemant

                I have a prepaid airtel mobile number [protected]. In February i have generated a port number due to high call rate charges. a company representative call me for cancellation of port, he / she assured me that my call rates will reduced as 40 paise per minute without any charges for two months. At that time i agreed but company continuously charging 2 rupees per day without any prior intimation in every morning. Now i again generated a port code and company representative called me, his behaviour is very rudely, please suggest me what i do against representatives.

                  This is really disgusting thing of Airtel as they have started some LAILA service on my number [protected] without my request for the same with the deduction of Rs. 35 a big sum for me. I never wanted any such service and strongly criticise the telecom operator (AIRTEL) for it and want refund of the same else i will throw airtel out of my forever as well as from my family's life. Why should i pay for any unwanted service without any demand from my side?

                    Following the process of checking offers on mobile phone bearing no.[protected] and confirmed thereby I called the customer care executive of Airtel for further confirmation.As I have given the idea of getting my phone recharged with र149 to avail the facility of 1GB 3G internet on the condition that I will be provided with 500MB instantly as soon as I get my phone recharged and remaining 500MB in next one hour following the time of recharge.As per the confirmation I have been assured about the offer by the dealer too.It has been 36hours since I get my phone recharged yet I have not been provided with the remaining 500MB.To my utter amazement and disappointment Now I am told by the Airtel that no such offer was available on my phone in the time of recharge.This is a case of fair deception and injustice.My plight is not being heard and Airtel is repetitively denying the availability of offer now contradictory to its assurance 36hours ago. Problem - Unable to receive URN (Unique Registration Number), OTP (One time Password), OSP (Online Shopping Password) from difeerent banks like IDBi, ICICI etc (Sometimes I get balance credit and Debit SMS Only) IRCTC SMS, Google SMS, Viber SMS and Many more.                         We have installed Airtel digital tv with customer id [protected]. I recharged the digital tv with rs. 500/-. After some time, we received a call from airtel office. They said they will provide us with new set of channels fully free for 2 years. Those pack of channels named iDarshan will be activated byt digital tv remote iff we press iTV button but we rejected there offer and told them to not to activate the pack at any cost but after few days digital tv started printing a message of recharging the dish. we were confused as we recently recharged it with 500/- rs. After some time we received a message on registered mobile number [protected] that a pack called idarshan has been activated with worth rs 299/-. After saying no to the company officials they still activated this plan. Please do take some action against them.

                            I am surprised to receive excessive amount bill for Rs. 27243.24 for captioned corporate connection of Airtel. In this matter following points need consideration: 1. I am using Airtel Corporate post paid connection for the past over 7 years. Although our credit limit was set at Rs.10100/- by your Company our monthly bill amount never exceeded Rs.2000/-. Per month. 2. I went abroad for 6 days i.e. from 06.02.2015 to 11.02.2015. To curtail my overseas mobile bill to minimum amount, I took your Data plan 999 and Voice plan 999 on one connection i.e. [protected]. A sum of Rs.2000/- was deposited in advance, as advised by their Ambala Cantt dealer/associate. 3. To my shock and dismay, I received a huge bill of Rs.27243.24. Out of this total amount Rs. 26945.76 pertained to mobile no. [protected] which was activated on International roaming. 4. When I had taken your Voice plan 999 and Data plan 999 in advance why was I not informed by Airtel when the data plan exceeded the limit of Rs.999/- 5. Furthermore, when my credit limit has been set at Rs. 10100/- by your Company then why I was not informed when the limit exceeded? Why an alarm was not raised? There is some logic behind setting a credit limit by the Company. This is system failure and you have sent the huge bill to me for payment. Till date no communication has been received from your Company about exceeding the credit limit.When credit limit of our corporate connection is set at Rs.10100/- by your Company then how can they raise excess bill without prior intimation to me when our limit exceeded those limits? 6. Does Airtel does not holds no responsibility to inform the customer that his/her credit limit has exceeded? Otherwise Airtel is very particular on sending SMS on petty matters then how could an important matter of informing the credit limit not done. Savita Nauharia Prop. [protected] in airtel my no. has ported in airtel but Sim not activate. my old Sim has allredy switch off before 5 days but new Sim not activated till date. I have allredy filled complaint in mhow airtel office so he gave me other Sim in name of replacement and taken Rs. 100 charge and told me your Sim will be activate in 24 hours but I used that Sim after 25 hours but still it not activated so I request you please see this matter and solve it as soon as possible.

Suddenly I have been notified via sms on 6th march, 2015 that “LAILA has been activated” on my mobile and 35/- rupees has been deducted for 7 days. I never want it. I stopped the service immediately. My question is why Airtel is doing this kind of cheating. I am completely disgusted on Airtel. Please refund the deducted amount as soon as possible. This is i nevar want to use i just shocked .. Just Single step service no confirmation from user also

In this matter following points need consideration: 1. I am using Airtel Corporate post paid connection for the past over 7 years. Although our credit limit was set at Rs.10100/- by your Company our monthly bill amount never exceeded Rs.2000/-. Per month. 2. I went abroad for 6 days i.e. from 06.02.2015 to 11.02.2015. To curtail my overseas mobile bill to minimum amount, I took your Data plan 999 and Voice plan 999 on one connection i.e. [protected]. A sum of Rs.2000/- was deposited in advance, as advised by their Ambala Cantt dealer/associate. 3. To my shock and dismay, I received a huge bill of Rs.27243.24. Out of this total amount Rs. 26945.76 pertained to mobile no. [protected] which was activated on International roaming. 4. When I had taken your Voice plan 999 and Data plan 999 in advance why was I not informed by Airtel when the data plan exceeded the limit of Rs.999/- 5. Furthermore, when my credit limit has been set at Rs. 10100/- by your Company then why I was not informed when the limit exceeded? Why an alarm was not raised? There is some logic behind setting a credit limit by the Company. This is system failure and you have sent the huge bill to me for payment. Till date no communication has been received from your Company about exceeding the credit limit.When credit limit of our corporate connection is set at Rs.10100/- by your Company then how can they raise excess bill without prior intimation to me when our limit exceeded those limits? 6. Does Airtel does not holds no responsibility to inform the customer that his/her credit limit has exceeded? Otherwise Airtel is very particular on sending SMS on petty matters then how could an important matter of informing the credit limit not done. Savita Nauharia Prop.                                     Hello, I am priti gurav. my airtel mobile no is [protected], on 5 th of march 2015 suddenly i got the message that, LAILA service has been activated on your mobile, I have not activated this service. I want to stop this service now itself and make the money refund to my sim as a recharge of RS 35. Please kindly do this.

                                      Hi, I have just moved to a new house in BTM 2nd Stage. I have been using the same airtel no for the past 1year and my wife is using airtel no for the past 7years plus one more airtel no of her office mobile. When we were in BTM 1st stage the signal was very good, but now I moved to BTM 2nd Stage Bangalore and the reception is not there at all inside my house on both of our mobile phone. We have one blackberry, Samsung s3 and Nokia 1100. All three airtel connections are not showing any signal inside the house. We have to stand near our house door to answer the call and keep the mobile near the door to get wifi from mobile. I was hoping to get an airtel broadband connection after coming to BTM 2nd stage but I dont think it’s a good idea now. I would appreciate your immediate action. Regards, Manogarane
