I am very sorry to say that your services are not up to the mark. I had booked a new connection under your registration no. [protected] on 7th of march 2015 and was told that the connection will be installed by 12.30 in the afternoon on 8th march, but to my surprise your agents M/s R K Jain & Associates told me that my area is not coming under there circle.Then they gave me your other agents phone number on which i called and was assured that it will be installed by 4.30 in the evening. When i again called to check i was shocked to learn that this was again given to the first agent. In the mean time i talked to Airtel help desk 7-8 times but just got one word answer that we have sent a mail to the agent and they will call you. Till now ( 3.00 pm ) dt 9th March. I don't know if i should go with Airtel DTH or not. If this kind of service i am getting at the time of installation then what will be the after sales service. God my help Airtel. I am shocked with this kind of service from such a big group.

    Hi, My name is Bharath, i've purchased an aitel broadband connection recently. The plan is 40 GB U/L for 999+Service tax. Initially, they've informed me that they offer a free modem for the connection. Now they started charging me for an amount of Rs. 48 as modem rental(Note:forever as long as i have this connection). Its not the charges i'm worried about, its the cheating they do just get a connection. I've expected a lot from airtel being a new customer. I've called the customer care, asked them as they are charging me for this modem, if there is a replacement guarantee. They've informed me that is not possible. I should pay this amount until I use this plan as an obligation. They've told me if I upgrade to a much costlier plan(1299+taxes) then they wont charge me for this rental. I guess these guys cant afford to have business ethics. Hope someone might resolve this issue. Thank you. Bharath [protected]@gmail.com

        My number ([protected]) .I have activated internet pack of 5rps per day, 25MB is being mentioned when i got activated this pack, But without even giving any information about data pack when it got over, they are deducting money from main balance. its not first time, and they have deducted 90rps once and 40rps once. I want my money to be refunded. No proper response from customer care executive. Not happy with services provided these days .

          I switched from post paid to prepaid on 06.03.2015 at your outlet at city centre 1, salt lake, kolkata and was told that within 24 hours it will be activated. According to their instruction next day rang up 59059 for verification which was done and confirmed that after 15 minutes the same will be activated which was not done. Thereafter i underwent the same procedure 4 times with the same nature of promise. To day is 9th and still it is not done. WHY WHY WHY???

            Hello, Please refer an attachment (enlarge the photo attached). With some hope I am mailing, for getting your support, I am sharing my grievance and this complaint against Airtel. A month back, I visited Airtel store at Cambridge layout near Sai Baba Temple, Bangalore, with my family to get Internet Data connection. Due to my office work I had to travel lot, and I wanted for my family to communicate with me, so needed this connection. 1. Airtel store suggested me to buy their Wifi Dongle and to take a post paid connection of Rs 650pm (They have this 3GB + 3GB offer etc). ((airtel number [protected]) 2. I paid Rs 2300/- there and took that white color Dongle. I have taken the documents - Adhar Card, Gas connection book, DL, Photo But the store took only the Adhar card Xerox and photo and filled the application. They said that we will get the connection within 24 Hours. 3. Airtel executive visited our home in Cambridge layout for Address verification. 4. We were waiting for the connection, and till date we are still waiting. Due to work I have to travel and I am out of country. I am following up with Airtel, but now they have been asking us to Pay Rs 1000 again for getting this connection activated. I am feeling cheated. I never mind paying this amount, but I am against this procedure, because while selling the Dongle and getting this post paid connection, they never mentioned that I have to pay Rs 1000 as advance "For Post Paid Connection". Now they are mentioning that my home address is some negative!!!. I asked what this meaning? but I never got the reply. Instead they are forcing me saying that If I need my connection activated, thay I have to pay them Rs 1000. I attached the proof. How can some one decide whether my address is negative or positive. If this is the case, they why did they sell the Dongle to me, they should check the address, before selling these devices? I am really not feeling good with all these follow ups, so now I want them to take the Dongle Back and refund my money. How can they force me for this payment, I am not able to justify? Please can you intervene and look into this matter. In case you need any details, then please let me know, even I can call and speak to the officer, no issue.             Again, Please Note :-

            1. Since One month I have been following with mail communication with "nodalofficer", "appellate" IDs.

            2. They are continuously harassing us, saying that if you need the connection then you have to keep Rs1000 as security deposit.

            3. Previously, When I visited your Airtel store at Cambridge layout, Bangalore store, they never mentioned about your security deposit etc... Instead they told that to buy this Dongle paying Rs2300 and immediately you will get your connection within 24 Hours. We have taken our Original IDs (Adhar card, SBI Address proof, Gas connection book with address, DL and photo). But they took only Adhar Xerox.

            4. I was said that I have to pay Rs 650 monthly as post paid for this 3GB data (+ 3GB as some offer).

            After few days of follow up, now they are saying that my address is Negative and so you have to pay Rs 1000. But Why Negative???? I have all documents in place !!!

            I never guessed these harassment from Airtel, otherwise I might have not taken your connection. as I am using my Tata Photon connection, I might have taken the additional one.

            I never faced these kind of issues in my past and never heard about something called Negative address and with this terminology, Airtel will be forcing us to keep money with them after selling their Dongle, knowing that after selling the device we cant do anything... isn't it ...?

            ​Again I want to make it very clear that I am not going to pay any security deposit, as it was not conveyed to me when I visited your store.

            Either you have to give me this post paid connection, or else I have been asking to take my Device back and refund my money.

            Overall, this is the most bitter experience that I am having, and I am not in town, else by now the situation might have been different for Airtel...

            Hello Varun,
            As I have been saying repeatedly that :-
            1. When I visited your Airtel store, they never mentioned about this security deposit of 1000 etc... and I asked them clearly everything. Otherwise I might have not taken your connection. as I am using my Tata Photon connection, I might have taken the additional one.
            2. We submitted the Xerox three times (a. During application, b. When your member visited our home; c. Again the store asked to come and submit the Xerox)

            My concern is, before selling the dongle/device - why you guys don't mention all these things - that Airtel will raise some new concept of first saying Negative address and then asking for this Security deposit.

            Again I want to make it very clear that I am not going to pay any security deposit, as it was not conveyed to me when I visited your store.

            Either you have to give me this post paid connection, or else I have been asking to take my Device back and refund my money.

            Overall, this is the most bitter experience that I am having, and I am not in town, else by now the situation might have been different for Airtel...

                There is a serious problem of poor signal reception in block No. 63 Baird Place, Defence Officers Enclave Delhi Cantt locality. There is no Signal bar, when inside the house and I have to go outside for clear reception which fails the idea of a mobile. This problem has persisted for more than 2 years in this locality and there's standard reply from Nodal Team(Delhi-NCR) of Airtel that they are working towards better service & be patient and they cannot give any time period for rectification of problem. This careless attitude towards customer dissatisfaction has become their habit now. I hope this complaint is heard by somebody.

                  Hello, my complain is regarding my digital television set up box registed under my wife name sahana, registered mobile no-[protected]. I recently requested re installation of my set up box in siliguri due to relocation on 23rd march on ur toll free no, your rep advised me to upgrde my package to magnum as i was looking fr maximum HD channels or a period of 3 months . I was advise to make a immediate payment of Inr 2050 . I was confirmed by the employee that the validity of the package was for 3 months, as advised the payments were made by me on 24th feb. Later earlier this week i happen to call your customer service brach on 6th march and was informed that the employee i spoke with on 23rd feb did not activate the pack he asked me to make the payment for and hence my validity is not for 90 Days . I spoke to various customer servicce nd escalation specialist but their insufficient knowledge landed me up with escalation team lead himanshu . I was informed by the lead that they would liten to the call recording and arrange for a call back on my reg mobile no by 1300 Hrs on 7th march . As obvious with my past experience with airtel that never happened . This would be an ideal example of pathetic customer service provider by airtel . Hence am escalating this matter over to your escalation forum . Post this if still my issue persists and i do not receive a call back i would take this further with ombudsman and consumer court.                     There is a serious problem of poor signal reception in Sector 8, Faridabad locality. Signal bars reduce to 1 to 2 out of 5, when inside the house and I have to go outside for clear reception which fails the idea of a mobile. This problem has persisted for more than 2 years in this locality and there's standard reply from Nodal Team(Delhi-NCR) of Airtel that they are working towards better service & be patient and they cannot give any time period for rectification of problem. This same answer was given to my mother's repeated complaints nearly 2yrs. ago and their reply hasn't changed since. This careless attitude towards customer dissatisfaction has become their habit now. I hope this complaint is heard by somebody.

                      On 8/3/15 In my number [protected], i recharged Rs 255 for my 3G plan and Rs 260 for my call balance. I got 1.5 Gb as my net balance . After one hour you again deducted Rs 255 from my balance without any request from my side . I have no use of 3 Gb in one month. Pl. Transfer Rs 255 to my call balance.

                        Date of Incident : 08/03/2015 Please note that I have first recharged my airtel prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 98 for 2G recharge data pack. Amount got deducted from my HDFC account( I used NET BANKING). But I did not get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not geeting loaded. I waited for 15 minutes. Then I tried again doing same recharge, it got successfully recharged and I got confirmation also for the same. After few seconds the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for data Pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of Rs 98 or you could do the Talk time recharge of Rs 98. It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, and when i spoke to customer representative he said we cannot refund or convert to talk time.So I am writing you this mail. This is reference to my complaint which I logged today at your 121 customer regarding my broad band connectivity problem, Today Aitel service Engineer coming to my house and just simply says your wireless router is faulty and please change and pay Rs1649 pay for new modem . This is very surprised for me I am using this Airtel laneline connection last 10 year and just airtel simply says pls pay for this router. If I pay for new router then there is no point using Airtel services. Please consider my complaint on top priority. My request being a old customer please consider this complaint and change my router without any cost. Other wise I am not interested for Airtel connection .                               I am using AIRTEL 4G LTE NO. [protected] and as per latest sms received on my registered mobile no. [protected]--" You have consumed [protected] bytes and have crossed 100 percent of your data limit..." I am now finding that my 4G connection is very very slow and I am not able to work problem due to slow internet speed. In case I need to have trouble free, fast internet connection, please send me a detailed email highlighting the modus operandi, terms and conditions and cost etc involved--since I am using this for official purpose and my office is reimbursing me towards this facility--therefore, proper proposal from your side is essential so that my office can take this forward. Being without an Internet connection in the present times is no less than being marooned on an island. I hope you respond to the serious nature of my predicament and take adequate steps to ensure my rights as a customer. I have established to my satisfaction that the problem is beyond my control, and that you are not providing the service I am paying for. I work online, so it is essential that I have Internet that is functional. If you cannot guarantee service, I will have to move to another provider. Please send me your detailed proposal ASAP.                                 Hi Airtel, Since four days, i am facing Airtel 3g Tower Issues, As the same i was informed to Airtel customer support, They told the issue has been forwarded to respective technical support team, But still the issues is not rectified. I am a Iphone user, Due to this issue, I cannot able to use any apps. So, request you kindly resolve the issue as soon. Thanks Suresh Panneerselvam

                                  I applied for an migration from Prepaid to Postpaid for my airtel connection # [protected] on 6th Mar 15 at Vijayanagar Airtel office. All required documents were submitted & it was confirmed by the representative that this change would be completed by EOD. However, nothing happened on 6th Mar. Address verification was completed on 7th Mar & it was once again confirmed that the migration would be completed by 7th Mar 15 before 5PM. As nothing happend till 7PM, I called the *121 number & wanted to know the status. One of the representative after talking for 5 minutes, he said this will have to handled by Prepaid department & he transferred the call. The 2nd representative asked same questions again & after speaking for 5 minutes, he said this service request has to be handled by Postpaid department & he asked to me wait. I asked him my call was transferred from there & I need to know the status & I asked to transfer this to his manager. He said, this floor do not have any managers. The arrogance with which he spoke was like all o[censored]s getting FREE services & we have no authority to complain. I reached out to Vijayanagar Brach office, where I applied for this migration. Same situation : No one has any clue about the delay & they do not have any curtsy to listen to our problem or apologise for the delay. The person after holding the call for 10 minutes replied stating "Server Down & hence the delay". The representative needs to be tranined for proper behavious

                                    I have recharged rs147 through www.airtel.in website as against my no [protected] in 3g recharge menu it shows that in rs 147 i got 1 gb 3g data but insted of getting 1gb 3g data i got 60min isd for this i have called to customer care firstly they told that the recharge is not done through www.airtel .in website but i gave them there txn id no and told that i have received there system generated email for this recharge but they dont want to hear

                                      I have been *121*1# dialed for offers, then it is shows for Rs198, 39000 Local / STD seconds. I am recharged with FTT Rs 200. After send the message to AIRTEL to 121. It's shows me option no. 2 for Rs. 198 to 39000 L/S seconds. same I'm replied to this, it's automatically given unwanted 2G Mobile Internet data for me. When I am contact with AIRTEL customer care they are told me, you are entered Rs199, but there is option for this. So, AIRTEL is wasting our TIME AND Money and also PEACE.

                                        sir, i've visited a site laila (Euedra advertisement) and i clicked once on it which resulted a 35 rupees mobile balance deduction from my airtel prepaid account on behalf of its activation. how does any site relate mobile balance deduction directly without subscriber's confirmation. it is totally unfair deduction. how airtel prepaid services link with http://220.226.188.58/laila/alt porn websites laila which deducted prepaid account balance. i'll be seeking towards my deducted balance
