This is regarding my airtel mobile bill for the month of December, I have opted for IR data roaming pack of 999 which was existing and I
travelled to Ghana, within 3 days my bill was posted for 1.6 Lac for data
roaming alone,
When I claim for the rental pack opted, the customer care has
confirmed the pack is already existing .the billing system should have blocked
my MSISDN if its noticing high utilization then the credit limit, Post I
requested the GPRS was blocked when I was in roaming
Later from Dec 25th – Dec 28th my
internet bill was peaked to 1.4 lac billed usage, SR 59813677
