i had made payment online through your website by my debit card bank statement copy and your transaction details receipt is attached herewith for your kind information over this your L.G. Corner, Maninagar, Ahmedabad Outlet remains mostly unhelpful and do not insist to make the payment through the cards there server remains always down that answer we get since last 5 years. They charge money form me but yet my service not active and they still asking for more time. My business is over phone and they are playing with the same from last 4 days. who will be liable for loss of business and goodwill as I am paying for service which I haven't got.

    Airtel claims to activate a duplicate SIM within 4-5 hours. My SIM has not been activated for the past 19 hours. I raised a request for a new SIM at 2:30pm on 04/03/2015 and its still not activated Moreover when I called customer care at about 8pm they told me that only the airtel center where you have requested for the SIM can resolve this issue. This doesn't sound logical at all. Kindly Activate my SIM at the earliest as its causing a big inconvenience. Thanks Ashwin

      my no. [protected] connection name-shah nawaj khan address-69, charniyo ka bas near old bus stand pali i recharged my no. with 255rupees for 3G internet pack and you can see in screenshot what i am getting even 2G speed not that is why i want to change my network into vodafone or Aircel because this problem i am facing from last 1 month sometimes i dont like your redicules 3g network

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I have done recharge of 1GB 3g internet on my mobile no [protected].I am using 3G services on this no. from last 3 months but recently after having 3g data i am not able to use 3G it connect as 2G.I had contacted your customer care executive but due to lack of proper training they are not able to solve my issue.Everyone is giving different answers for it.One executive told me to contact reliance customer care for it.I am very disappointed by your services & i don't expect this kind of service from airtel.Kindly resolve my issue asap.

        I was watching a video and a link opened and suddenly i received message stating Mobile_Tv all channels has been activated and it says SMS STOP to 155223 to stop it and i messaged 155223 and in the morning, i saw my mobile account getting deducted 150 rs stating it has been renewed. Even if it was my mistake to open a link, 1. I messaged 155223 STOP to stop it 2.How does opening a link activates this Mobile_Tv channels service even though the the link doesnt know about my mobile number and is that link generated by the airtel. 3.Is your security been so much weak..                 I am residing in a village in Chittoor. I am a s/w engineer. I used to get 3G network on my terrace. I worked for 3 months with out any issue. But after a small shower, I am not receiving 3G signal. Airtel tower is less than 10m distance from my home. It is a 2G tower. I am requesting to make it 3G. Kindly consider.

                  dear sir/madam, i'm using airtel no:[protected] for prepaid broadband service. i took 3g unlimited plan for Rs.655 which need to provide 80kb/s after the 3GB usage for 28 days, but to my surprise the speed is only 10kb/s after 3GB which is fairly not enough to browse. i wish to get justified action for the plan. battula amrutha raju

                    My android Mobile (spice stellar 509) which have two sim one is Airtel 3G corporate sim and another one is Vodafone sim, From my Airtel 3G sim, i am not able to call some of STD number of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh. Interesting thing i am able to call to these same numbers from my same phone with Vodafone Sim. There are no black listing from both of sides. I am facing same problem from 20 days before. My Airtel Relationship number : [protected] My Current location is: Shivaji Chowk, Kalas Goan, Gram Panchayant Road, Pune - 411015 Due to this problem, i am not able to call some of important numbers. I am not getting proper response from Airtel.

                      Hi, this is Nav Gaurav, a post paid customer ([protected]). On 03-03-15 I have received a SMS at 3.00pm regarding resubmission of documents to purchase point (Airtel Store, Hariom Tower, Circular road, Ranchi-834001) to continue outgoing services. Thereafter I rushed to purchase point mentioned above at 4.00pm and resubmitted my documents & photo and completed all formalities. Executive over there name Neha has assured me that my services will not be interrupted as documents has been submitted by me. But to my utter surprise, my outgoing services is interrupted since yesterday evening 8.00pm. At this point, I do not know what is happening. Either she (Neha) has given me false assurance or I need to stop services from Airtel. If this is the quality of service then I really feel sorry for you people. [protected] since two months in breaks, my wife avoided it but the guy seems to be persistent and rash.Also, he seems to be with a group which includes females and he talks in a vulgar manner, when I take the charge of the conversation he gets into a really cheap and vulgar argument, we searched this forum and found out from the link "http://deleteprice.com/traceMobile/trace.php" that the number belongs outside India probably from our troubled neighbour.                           I have purchased a prepaid SIM no [protected] bearing serial no[protected] on 26th of feb15 n all the valid documents were given to the salesman of Airtel outlet. Since then I have been regularly chasing with customer care team n get fake assurence every time that it will activated within24 hours n so n so but the result is its still not activated even signals also not coming.

                          Since I marked several mails to them but I come to know that there is no one interested to help their customer.

                          Pl do something at your end n get me out of this...

                            READ FROM BOTTOM UP :) Hi Airtel, Just to be clear… there was no “billing discrepancy on Data usage” the data was clearly used as I use what is available.. the discrepancy was in the functionality of your website and in how it processed an upgrade twice without verification or an email or even a sms letting the customer know that something has gone wrong or that he just got charged twice for a service he only wanted once. You can file OT[protected] however you like, but it doesn’t change the fact that a customer was not supported in a proper way and that it seems that the level of simple logic, reason, deduction or just plain moral… has gone lost on a company like Airtel. I believe a mistake was made on your (Airtel) part and there is no consideration for this from your side. Logic would dictate that there is something wrong when 2 times the recharge is processed double (at the same exact moment). This would be considered a very suspicious situation and would at least need more inquiry into the problem from your side.                               My prepaid#[protected] is converted from postpaid to prepaid connectivity 15days ago. Post this convertion, prepaid connectivity is not getting activated.

                              I have visited airtel store(Kormanagala4th block) twice and got update from the Airtel team that my number will get activate in 24hrs. But my number is still inactive state from past 15days.

                                  I SHARIQUE UMAR using Airtel Dth last 4-5 years, but i was really very surprized by fraud activity of Airtel Dth Engineer that came to my home on my complain. I registered a complain on Airtel Dth cus care on 27-02-15 that i am not receiving signals in my DTH, they told me ur problem will be solve in 24 hours max. on 28-02-15 and u have to pay 150 Rs. for it. I agreed on it. Next day engineer came to my home, and after watching only 30 seconds he told u have to pay 150+160 Rs. bcz 1 o[censored]r device is not working. I denied for it, bczz i was feeling that he is trying to cheat me. After that he called to his distributor and he transfered called to Airtel Officer, both of them called me in a rude and bad manner more than 20 minutes, and pressurizing me to pay amount. when i denied to pay any amount extra more than 150. After that he did not change my device component and fit my older one, that was working properly, There was no issue in that component. just changed some settings, than he charged 150 Rs as service charge, but his fraud activity failed.                                     Hi I wanted to raise this complaint/request long ago, but the customer service that Airtel is extending to us is far too ridiculous. The guy that got my broadband set up responds no more to my calls regarding the future of my plan. The problems are many. Let me list them here: 1. What I had paid for was a Rs. 1299 per month plan. The next month, I received a bill for Rs. 1459. The bill says: Rs 160 as tax. 2. I kept the plan since I had no option. Tax was made to seem 'imperative'. 3. Recently, I received a pamphlet that said that the plan I had, was a 20 GB plan, whereas I am still getting 15 GB of data, as earlier. What fraud is this? 4. I have phoned airtel's customer service to disconnect my connection but they wouldn't listen to me. Apparently, they have a complicated bill cycle thing going on that makes it difficult for one to disconnect. The payment has to be made by the 16th of a month, while the data recharge gets done on the 27th. 5. I am unable to pay Rs 1500 each month for a 15 GB plan and wish to disconnect. I am not in a position to pay the current bill that says Rs 3000. Kindly help.

                                      With regard, iwould like to bring following fraudlant to your notice.

                                      My airtelprepaid balance rs 128/- has been deducted in one go for usage of internet,
                                      Whereas no internet has been used by me . Last 5 transaction shows usage in kb’s (Without data plan) and i don’t know how 128 rs deducted. I called two times customer care executive but they have no answer except for uses of internet. Today one executive called me from no [protected] and told me that ‘’you have used internet and we have surprisegift for you. I disconnect the call and checked the balance which shows 0.02
                                      Paisa left. I again called customer care they replied you have used 8mb
                                      Data. I never use this mobile for internet and i don’t know how balance has
                                      Been deducted. Please look into this. I m using airtel services since 2001 and
                                      Have full faith on you. Please help.
