Airtel had provided me two special offers one is 120=120TT and promo of Rs 13 = 1.2ps/2s fo 60days. But when I Recharged for those services They give 103.81 for Rs 120 and promo for only 3days for Rs.13. When I mailed them, they told these services are unavailable. My airtel 4g Broadband stopped working last friday 23rd Jan 15 and i had raised a complaint about it. They told me that the issue would be resolved in 48 hours. I called them after 48 hours and I was told that my complaint was cancelled (without resolving) automatically due to some 'technical issue'. I have opted Rs. 199.00 CUG plan in which there is unlimited 2G Internet + 10% discount on bill an converted my prepaid number to postpaid. customer service people are very irresponsible though they are charging for the services and useless to call to get their help.if we ask for a help they will make Decisions themselves to denying our request.
