I Got a recharge Rs. 194 date[protected] on my mobile No. [protected]. But I did not get the benefit of that recharge . I did call on customer service of airtel after recharge they said the benefit of recharge you will got in one hour. After two hour i called again and the customer care said i filed a complaint and your benefit you will get in 24 hour. Now today date[protected] after 24 hour I called again to customers care of airtel, again they said you have to wait for evening date[protected] .

      This is regarding Wrong Commitment by Airtel Customer Service Executive & Corp. Sales Executive regarding my add-on Post paid connection#[protected]. While taking this connection I was being committed following by your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) which I later confirmed with Customer Service Executive by dialing 121. - If i call a CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming from my CUG Mobile connection(i.e. [protected]), the incoming on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming will be absolutely Free While outgoing will be charged on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming and vice-versa. - If the Both CUG Mobile Connection are in roaming only outgoing calls will be charged from both of the connection whereas incoming will be free on one of them i.e. If [protected] calls [protected] while in roaming incoming will be free on [protected] whereas outgoing will charged on [protected] @ standard corp. Roaming rate and vice-versa. This can be checked with your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) as well as recording of conversation between 121 executive on one of these date & time which are 21/JAN/2015 15:44:25, 21/JAN/2015 16:08:15 & 24/JAN/2015 20:55:19. Based on these commitment I was being charged Rs.127.5 for 06-Feb-2015 bill and will be charged for 05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period for 06-Mar-2015 bill until i called 121 executive for Bill Clarification today sometime back. When i called today the 121 executive confirmed me that the commitment made were wrong and in order to get free incoming while roaming on [protected] you need to add Rs.75 pack which I have added. Hence based on the matter, I must need waiver for Rs.127.5 charged for 06-Feb-2015 bill as well as amount will charged with 06-Mar-2015 bill of incoming from [protected] for 05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period.         I am using 3G mobile data. But last four times I have complaint on AIRTEL site without my complaint salvation they guys are sent me a message your complaint was solved. My 3G mobile data speed was less then 2G speed. Airtel server's speed was very very slow and bad network. 3G network was worst network in our city Hosur. We are paying for 3G speed money but they guy's are foolish us not only me in our area all the people are having same issue. Please do needful. Regards, Kaleembasha [protected]

          My name is Asif Ali and I live in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. For the past 2 years I have been a regular paying user of Airtel broadband connection and was given good offers which I later upgraded to. Recently I shifted my house to the next street from where I was previously residing. The distance was about 50 metres. I had to disconnect my connection temporarily so that I could reconnect once I'm done shifting but now when I ask them to reconnect they took 10 days to respond after I made 10 to 15 calls and wasn't replied properly every time. Now they say that the area I'm living in is not feasible for reconnection. People around my street all have Airtel connection except me. This is injustice from the customer point of view. I have not delayed in any payments and have been a constant user where most of the mobile connection in my home is of Airtel. I am really disappointed in Airtel. You lost the trust the customers had in you. Shameful act. Would not even recommend to my biggest enemy. I would not like to see people suffer like I did with this issue.

            i am in oman, before i was leaving to oman i have called executive to activate international roaming but he told me that Airtel site was down. And he asked me to send an sms. i did that too !!! before i was leaving. There are lot of calls are missed out because of your... service. i need an immediate action from your end. I am looking for international roaming and calling facility for my mobile number its very important for me number [protected] - postpaid number Please make it fast

                I have not use internet data because your Engineer told me your airtel no.technical problem and date expire to near about Dear sir I have the pre-paid AIRTEL number- [protected]. I had also use PostPond no.[protected] since 2005. I had recharge of internet data use date[protected], But it’s not runing. I make to call today early morning to your executive his reply its technical problem on your number, and he told me please hold about 30 minute and also disconnect.i had no use of 1mb date please kindly check technical problem and remove. I kindly request to you please give to return/refund my internet data. what is my fault. Please check and correct. I high obiliged [protected]

                  would like to inform you that I have recharged internet gprs pack of 99 on 10th feburary 2015 from your customer care service but till now on 23th feburary 2015, I am not able to use my internet, I have contacted your technical helpline number also that is [protected] more than 8 to 10 times but from there also I am not getting any satisfactory answer, i have contacted Mr.XYZ there he was a Team Lead in technical team and he told me to give just 2 more days I'll resolve your problem or I'll give your recharge amount back into your main account balance. The error which I am getting when I try to browse my internet is "Packet Data: Authorization Fail", i have saved all the setting which I got from your customer care and I have done manual settings also but I not able to browse, I have changed the handset also in which but in other handset also I am getting the same error, I have contacted your ARC also but of not use. Whenever I got call back from your service they simply says that your problem has been resolved and its working fine now we have checked at our center and they simply close the ticket but the problem remains the same in my handset. I have contacted your Ahmadabad technical team also but from there also I have not got any satisfactory answer. I have been using internet in my handset from the beginning when I purchased the connection but from last recharge I am not able to use internet, I am looking forward to here some good news from your technical team, I thought you can provide internet to your prepaid connections also handling so big number of connections can't resolve one simple problem.

                    I chandra kanta sasmal having Airtel postpaid net connection (Number :[protected]---Unlimited plan) . But every month I have paid the net bill Rs. 224.00 (Approx) before due date. My due date is 15th of month. Always after paid the full dues net speed slow down (average speed 2.00 to 5.00 KBPS) for next 10 to 15 days. I think this cheating to customer by Airtel. I am facing same problem from last 4 months. But at the time of activation, Airtel officer have told me that every month average mobile airtel net speed will be 40.00 kbps. If you cannot increase the net speed then please close my Airtel net connection... Awaiting for your reply...                         I made a complaint to [protected]@in.airtel.com for my concerns and my concerns are still not solved in reply they send me details about charges on my number. So I request you to look in the matter and get me the resolution of my queries ASAP. I have many Queries... 1. Why my number was deactivated on 17 feb if I gave request on 3feb. 2. Why am I getting calls for non payment of bill before my due date. 3. I want a written apology from the person calling and abusing me and my father. 4. I made payment of 850 why I was note given the slip of my payment and why I was refused to pay from my credit card????. 5. When I went to your relationship center on 3 feb why I was told to pay 850 for disconnecting my number. 6. Why is that 850 not adjusted in my bill???                           Online recharge of Rs 101 for 3g was made for prepaid airtel mobile no. [protected] on 21/02/2015 vide txn id[protected] and the same amount was deducted from the bank account with SBI transaction Ref no. IGOOQEZJRO. Complaint was registered in airtel Complaints website with reference no. PR[protected] & PR[protected] and subsequent registered Ref no. CONRC[protected] & CONRC[protected]. Despite several attempts to contact customer support for resolution of the problem the 3g data plan as paid for is yet to be credited nor the same amount has been reversed back to the same account. Request to resolve the issue.

                          Problem not resolved. Airtel Have neither credited the 3g data plan nor refunded the money.
                          Problem NOT RESOLVED. I fell am CHEATED. THIS IS A BROAD DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

                            when i ported my loop postpaid to airtel postpaid i took 299 plan and the service was provided after a long time, but i was promised a travel bag as soon as the activation is done but i received a call after 2 months regarding the travel bag but was never provided as well as the 3g service is worst, so i switched to 2g and now sometimes the internet doesnt work.. as well as lots of calls drop. really not satisfied, i need a travel bag as promised. regards Suhaib Shaikh [protected]

The recharge was done online with rechargeitnow.com website and net banking via sbi india. I have requested the same at the complaints site of the above described website. Ahmedabad me mera khud ka house he aur wo mene rent per diya he. abhi me Rajkot me Transfer hu( Government Job), lekin mene airtel me mera Ahmedabad house ka documents diya he. Verification ke liya aap ka koi staff Ahmedabad se mere ko phone karke mera house ka location puchta he aur me usko pura location phone per batata bhi hu. phir mene airtel staff ko bataya ke abhi house me lock he aur evening me aap ko house open milega. mene jis ko rent per house diya he wo job per gaya tha. aap ke staff ne muje phone per bola thik he sir, agar airtel se phone aata he to aap bol dena ki airtel se staff aakar gaya. phir mera airtel activation request number[protected], due to incomplete verification of billing address REJECT kiya gaya. sir mere ko airtel pehle se hi PASAND he aur me mobile portability karna nahi chahata hu.                                     Hi, I have recharged my airtel digital tv [protected] on 19feb2015. I haved moved to South Value prime package from South super value prime . 1.When i called the customer care, the customer care person told that i will get channel number 541 and 542 . But in reallity i ma not gettign these channels.when i called customer care, now they are saying thse are not included in package .this is purely cheating . 2. Also there is an offer that, if you recharge with 6 month or 12 month advance rental plan, you will get snapdeal coupon of worth 500.But I have not received it . the customer care service is very poor.They will simply repeat the information again and again .

                                    There are similar problem faced by me, where Mtune channels was stopped out of my current Sport pack, without any info. And now Aritel is asking extra money to add same channel. This is unacceptable.

                                      on my mobile no. [protected] around 200 rupees has been deducted...then i call customer care and they told me that its the internet usage charges ... which is AUTO RENEWED whether you use it or not... and twice they put me on hold and cut the call ...even during the conversation with them my balance get deducted and no one attending me properly and neither listening me just telling their side and repeating their answer... then i checked me my mobile data on phone that is off which they told me that is on as they seeing it on their screen...

                                        Hi Airtel, I heard airtel is really doing great with datacard, so only i purchased. But i have never thought this connection will be too worst. Inspite of not using airtel datacard customer service are forced to pay bill and never allows us to listen to our queries. so i decided to get rid of this connection. Past 1 week one customer care person speaks so rude and local, i said ok madam i wll pay but she used "Ne first bill pay panu then she will stop services. Really never thought. I very asked her to talk disciplines and she continued to talk. I am really fed up for this service .. The person name is madhumitha.. Thanks for the good response madam.
