Past one month i am trying with Airtel to change my postpaid services to prepaid or deactivation shall be done, since i am out of India further i am requesting them to take email actions, so for i have sent 55 emails to Airtel appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com. But no one is taking any action on my request, just they sending their standard emial message, without taking any action, further month of Feb.2015, they are asking me to pay Rs.805/- without using any rental services.
Please Refer my below email message sent to Airtel on my issue.
1) Please read our company submitted NOC letter (Original/stamped/signed) dated
27th January 2015, which is very clear that as per my (Elangovan) request
Airtel should provide the service, further more company will not take any
responsibility on this.
2) I have clearly requested that Airtel should take action to change my
postpaid to prepaid services for my personal use purpose with a Safe Custody
facility is free of cost.
3) Airtel refuse to take action on my above 2) request.
4) Hence I have requested Airtel to stop my services immediately to avoid any
monthly rental/CUG/old Bill plan etc, till date you have not taken any action
on this.
5) Further cancelling this services is purely my request, my previous employer
will not issue any further NOC letter for your own requirements, since original
NOC letter message is very clear that as per my request Airtel should provide
the service, further company will take any responsibility for the further
billing/services.
Also I am enclosing here with your itemized bill to my number ([protected]) for
the month of Feb.2015, for your immediate reference and further action pl.
I am ready to pay the charges applicable till my call made on 28th Jan.2015,
further I will not pay your Monthly charges of Rs.598.00+ taxes. (Rental for
CUG/ROAMING/3G ETC)
So for they have wasted my valuable time and doing nothing, i need some external service provider support to close this issues, please help.
