Dear sir, This is to inform you that on 12th of nov.2014 some one has after hacking my sbi credit card no.[protected] and made a payment of Rs.4925/- to the airtel on12th nov.2014.Kindly let me know that whose due amount has been paid from my above noted credit card.Immediately refund the aforesaid amount to me otherwise I have to lodge a complaint to police station.As my credit card has been hacked and ID user name has also been blocked hence I could not informed you earlier.If you will not inform the aforesaid information it will be presumed that you are assisting the culprit and also be liable for the offence.Thanking you.AKSingh 1?207 vibhav khand gomtinagar lucknow. contact no.[protected].

    There is a scheme in Airtel money that if any body pay the bill payment, he/she gets benefit of 15 ₹ talktime. But I didn't not get benifit. I complained in Airtel money. But yet It has not been solved. If I call airtel money, they answered me that your complaint resolvEd. But really I dint any talk time in my account. Three times I did not get beniit. Please soLve mY complaint with thE co oPration of Airtel money and Airtel prepaid department.

      i am holding a airtel postpaid no [protected] due to some unavoidable reason regarding postpaid bill i have decided to change over from postpaid to prepaid but the airtel persons have forcing to change the network by they have not issuing me the prepaid sim they says out stock asking me to wait for a week Actually i am having all the documents and photo copy of which they were asking as per their procedures and i have also payed my all out standing and i am also ready to submit it, so i have went to reach telecommunication at anna nagar actually i was using iphone so for that i need a nano sim they says its out of stock they were asking me to wait for a week.so u guys tell me were i can get the solutions regarding nano sim contact number : [protected] Email id : thyaga.[protected]@gmail.com

        Hi, I am shamanth i had purchased airtel 4g wifi device in chandra layout outlet from executive PREETHI.I had asked her to give me some best unlimited plan, Preethi suggested me to take 1995 unlimited plan, but she has given me some limited plan. I use this connection in my office that is the reason why i took unlimited plan. Now i got bill amount of Rs.5715. i got message on the next day when i took the connection, when i asked about this message with executive preethi. She said the plan is updating and not to worry about it. my 4g number is :[protected] please help us from this froad sale .

          Dear Sir, My Airtel no. is [protected], i had recharged with Rs.49/- (Maharastra & Mumbai) What's up pack as describe on Airtel web page. After it i am very much disappointed.Whenever i ON my internate it deduct charges from my main balance. I made a complain to costumer care but no proper support or any suitable answer infact they said my handset ( MOTO 2nd Gen) is not suitable for this pack. I visited branch at Kalyan west near Railway station i had a waste full discussion. Please remove such fake recharge from airtel site. Regards,

            Dear sir, This is to inform you that some one has hacked my credit card and made a payment of Rs.4925/- on 12th nov.2014.I came to know when I got a message from sbi on my mobile no.[protected] also my credit card account has been blocked so that I may not view the statement that against whose payment my credit card is debited .Yesterday when my account has been released I could able to view my statement in which it shows the payment to Airtel Bombay on 12th nov.2014.In this connection I have never made the payment through credit card to any one since I ahave been using the airtel mobile and no amount has been due to me.It appears it is a case of cheating.Please immediately invastigate the matter against whose account the aforesaid ammount has been paid from my credit card no.                 I am Rajkumar Dubey My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected]. 3-4 months before i was working with calltech services and company provide me above number for personal use but 2 month before i resign my job for personal reason and i gat NOC for calltech for this number transfer to my Name and i goto Airtel Gallery in Mira Road and submit NOC and My Personal Document and Number transfer in My Name succesfuly and i enjoy the service but on 17/02/2015 my airtel postpaid number disconnected ( without any pre intimation ) and when i visit Airtel Gallery in Mira Road they told me that the calltech send mail to Airtel to Close all Number which her Name But Pls told me If i got 2 Month Before NOC from Calltech and Numer is transfer to my Name then how to Airtel disconnected my Number in behalf of Calltech. I also send mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@airtelworld.com on 17/02/2015 but till date no response from Airtel Nodal Officer….                   Dear Sir received a message from icici bank credicard department saying rs. 5070 has been debited against AIRTEL-PYMT- bill on 18 feb 15 at 0359pm. this amt is surprisingly not credited to my account and this was not my bill amount. you are requested check your systems to let me know as to where this amount has been credited to and to which airtel mobile no. my icici credit card no.[protected]. (visa) this is for your ref to locate the payment received from . kindly help me and revert as i have been cheated by the hacking system. i shall be able to follow up with the mumbai police once i get the details of the airtel mobile no where the amount has been credited to. lend a hand facility shall be highly appreciated by you.

                    It has been almost a year since I was on a 4G Rs.2000 40 GB unlimited plan. Suddenly the customer care calls and says as on December 2014 I am migrated to Rs.1999 and the plan is reduced to 30GB limited plan the floor manager upon escalation says, this is how it is, we can change without consent as we have sent out email and sms. I have not received either email or sms from Airtel.

                        Dear sir/madam, I am Priya Paul.I went to airtel customer care, (beside science city) matigara, in webwel building, siliguri, west bengal for a job. They took my interview and i qualified for training.They told me that i have to pay Rs.1500/- for training and after 1month training they will take a exam.If i not able to pass the exam i shall not be qualify for the job and they will return my money. I paid the the full amount (Rs.1500/-) as their requirement for training. Then i started my training.After 1 month training i gave exam but i not qualified for the job.They told me that they will call me when they return the money.After few days they called me for return my money.When i went there for take return my money they told me to take training another time and i have not to pay any amount for this time training as i paid the amount before.I falled into line. They told me that they will call me for next training. After many times when they not called me i went their yesterday on 18th february 2015 for return my money.But Mr. Argha Ghosh (Supposedly Manager Of the Branch) told me that he will not return my money. But he did not tell me anything before about the time limitation of return money. Now i want my money back.I have money receipt of the amount paid to him.                           Ref. to my Airtel number [protected] I received its bill of Rs 992 to my citicard billpay service with due date on 27 feb 2015. But I have not been using the mobile sim since last few months as it was installed in my car and the device is not functioning. I made a complain about it, to airtel authorities, but none is listening to me. Kindly ask airtel to cancel these unjustified charges.                             Hi, My name if Chandramouli I was a Airtel broadband customer for more than 8 years. My landline number was [protected]. I cancelled the Airtel connection 6 months before and I firmly said I don¿t need the connection any more. Airtel customer care executives placed my line in safe custody without my approval. In the month of January'15 without my concern, they activated the line and generated a bill for 1213. I had given standing instruction with my AMEX card. This amount was paid inadvertently because I never received any service from Airtel When I request to process a refund of 1, 213, they claim that the bill was correct and they cannot process the refund.                                     My number [protected] has been disconnected on Jan 17th as i was on abroad and not usage. With high pressure I requested everyone in airtel like Social Media, Nodal officer, Appellate authority and also the head office in coimbatore. The nodal officer promised to re-activate the number and said to meet Mr.Sabarinath in coimbatore head office. As he mentioned I met Mr.Sabarinathan and he checked the number status on 14.02.2015 and promised me to activate on 16.02.2015. after that I got a call from [protected] (nodal officer) stating that your request processed and will be activated in another 24hrs. I was waiting for that with the new sim (sim no.[protected] H1. But suddenly when i check today that is 18.02.2015, they sold the number to some other concern. But prior to that they informed me no one can activate the sim other than you as the sim is under your proof. How they fooled me? I was using that business no. for past 10years. I have more than 20+ connections in Airtel. this is the first time the worst thing happened. The nodal officer also informed that the recycle of number will exist only after 90days from disconnection. Atlast everyone played very well and cheated. I want my number back. any clarifications [protected]

                                      I AM PRIYA PAUL.I APPLY FOR JOIN CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL.THEY TOOK RS.1500 FOR JOIN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE WHICH LOCATED IN MATIGARA, SILIGURI (WEBWEL BUILDING).WHEN THEY TOOK THE FEES THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WIILL GIVE US TRAINING AND AFTER 30 DAYS THEY WILL TAKE A EXAM AND IF I FAILED THEY WILL RETURN MY FEES.AFTER 1 MONTH PRACTICE I GAVE EXAM AND I FAIL.AFTER FEW DAYS THEY CALLED ME AND PROPOSE ME TO TRY ONE MORE TIME WITH THE FEES I ALREADY PAID BEFORE.I ACCEPT THEIR PROPOSAL AND I CAME BACK HOME.THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN THEY START THEIR NEXT BATCH.BUT AFTER MANY DAYS THEY DO NOT CALL ME.TODAY I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY.BUT THEY REFUSE TO PAY MY MONEY.AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE ME ANY MONEY.. NOW I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STEP AGAINST THIS COMPANY...

                                        I the undersigned ramesh dhakan am the Editor and owner of a news paper and a news chennal named LOKFARIYAD rajkot have airtel mobile no [protected]. On 17th feb-2015 at 22-39 i received a msg that"thanks for using fishstory_2012.you have been charged Rs 50 from your airtel mobile account.For more serviciec call 56789" This is to be inform you that i never requested for this service. So why this deduction? I think airtel is collecting crores of rupees like this typr of cheating. give your clearification for this and stop my this illegle deduction and inform me.
