i am kiran(CUSTOMER TO AIRTEL SINCE 9 YEARS) sent a messege to PORT on feb 2 2015, i received a call from airtel MNP dept.stating that we will give you 2sec/1ps offer and dont go to any other network...so after waiting so many day i called today and asked about the offer...now the airtel people telling that no such data available... PRIMAFACIA UNETHICAL BUSINESS DOING BY AIRTEL BY FRAUDING CUSTOMER...DONT TRUST... I WILL SUE AIRTEL IN TRAI.AND CONSUMER COURT FOR CHEATING TO STAY BACK IN NETWORK BY FRAUDULENT OFFERS...       I have purchased a 4G dongle from airtel. I have called multiple times to disconnect it but the customer care representatives say it is not my work and I am forwarding to some other department. The call gets disconnected during forward. This is happening for many times. Also, the way they respond is so reluctant. Please disconnect my 4G dongle with number [protected].           Even from Bangalore I an getting the same problem
          I am also facing same issue like network busy. And it is happening continuously.
          My mobile no. is [protected].
          Location- Thane, mumbai, airoli, navi mumbai
          I recently changed my phone . when I check balance it shows correctly but when I try to call anyone (every time ) it tells network busy . My number is [protected]. Since 6 hours the network is busy but I am able to connect internet
          i have same network busy problem even in Mumbai (Dahisar) .

            I went to this sharon communications airtel store in my area.They said my sandals are dirty and made me remove it. Is that the way you treat a costumer? They didn't mention about removing footwear outside.FYI the dirt on my slippers is due to mud outside their shop. They gave me a wrong sim card for portability from Idea to Airtel. That's the reason i went there.They didn't even mention me that they gave me a wrong sim.I went there and found out that i got a wrong sim.I had no service for two days. As i was busy i couldn't go there.

                i have got msg from company "recharge 199 data card free downloading 2gb and browing unlimited for 28 days" last time i was recharge 198 when i got this type of information i was confused contact retailer they dont give correct information many times contacted customer care not happened lastly i was recharged 199 but i am not give data card i was given 1.2/2sec power plus for 87 days after i recharged i was collect information to another retailer, why this type of msg send and cheating customer care. many times i was request to your company please convert my 198 instead of 199 nobody help me why?i was already another 198 card now i want that power plus convert to my top up please. my phone no is [protected]

                    Dear Team,

                    I have applied for post paid to prepaid conversion for my airtel mobile number [protected] on 30 Dec 2014 in Cox town airtel center, Bangalore. With in 2 days my post paid sim got deactivated and there was no signal on my airtel number. I have informed the same to cox town airtel center and after making several visits. I have decided to change the airtel center. I have submitted new documents and collected new sim from rammurthynagar airtel center. But again same problem there was no signal, airtel executive have change sim card again, there was no luck this time too.. Executive has changed 6 sim cards and finally on 6th sim card i got signal on my mobile.. In this process days has passed i have got signal on January 20th 2015. Executive has asked me to call on 59059 for tele verification. Since then till today i am calling tele verification daily and they say that your verification is completed and sim card will be activated in 4 hrs, those 4hrs never completed. Today i got another surprise, i have received a bill of 220 rs for the January month. When i contacted airtel center rammurthynagar they say that my post paid sim got deactivated on January 31st 2015 even though i have applied on 30 Dec 2014 and my sim card got deactivated immediately on January 3rd 2015.

                    121 help desk post paid team is not logging any SR since my post paid is not active, 121 prepaid team is also not logging any SR since my number doesn't appear in their prepaid database, i have written several mails to 121 and nodal officer. Every time they promise for resolution but no luck. Now its been almost 1 and half month, . Please help me

And also please look into my January month bill of Rs 220 which was generated after deactivation of services on my post paid sim card.

I had been to nearby airtel center 10 days back they assured it will be rectified in two days.If nothing happens to this problem I am afraid I have to change my connection to some other brand. kindly look into the matter.

                              Sir, my self robin huriyal and my mobile no is [protected]. My balance was deducted on 23 rd feb at around 10 pm for a service. I talked to airtel customer care on 24th feb at around 7 pm and they promise to refund the balance n stop the service. But they did not do so. I call them again and asked about the matter so they told that now they wont refund the balance because it more than 24 hrs of your deduction. So i asked them that i called you within 24 hours but its executive mistake why he didnt refund when he told me to do so yesterday? But they refused to refund and told that they will give feedback to their executive. I spent 5 rs to talk them for refund n 21 rs is my bal deducted. Now wat to do ha? Plz help.. Rs 21 is not a big amount but it is a reason of custo.er satisfaction.. So plz take a proper action against them..

                                  I had been to Airtel customer care centre in Gandhinagar for a telephone shift and disconnection of broadband service on my airtel landline number. I interacted with an one executive (Ms.Manjula Emp No. A10R1E50 or A10R1E54 as mentioned by the executive). She was not ready to take these request and instead advised me to send these request online only siting the airtel company policy. When asked to produce a copy of these procedure she said her printer is not working. She is not authorised to give in writing and so on. On the request for only discontinuation of broad band service I was told to clear the outstanding first and then give a request. The treatment and attitude was not what is expected from a customer care executive. For ever request they site company policy but do not furnish any copies of these policies. It seemed to me they will only take up job where they can add customer and get incentives all other request are pushed to mail service. Mail services are not always 100% and can take long time or not attended to. On requesting there grevience cell mailid she first said it is not there and then later refused to give. She only asked me to contact airtel on [protected]@in.airtel.com for all request any complaints.

                                    Dear Sir, I am having an airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] which is having hallo tunes extra services for continuously few months. I have been trying to get rid of this nuisance called hallo tunes for last few months but every time i go through the process of failing one number after the other as per instructions given after dialling 198, at the end the voice always say we are unable to serve you this time and i have no further way to go to. even SMS sent to given number is not delivered . Are we being duped.? Are you still fleecing customers and thats how you keep your company afloat, buying companies in kenya and nigeria and flying in private jets where garib aam aadmi is paying through his nose for your mis adventures. See what happened to SAHARA group chairman, he is still behind bars. Pls deactivate all extra services and deactivate hallo tunes. I just want to use it for dialling and calling .                                       I am residentof Nizampet, Hyderbad.near JNTUI. In our area (nijampet road ) Hyderbad one Airtel custmer center. Yesterday I went to the center for change of My Micro sim to Macro sim. They were collect Rs.50/- for new sim and activation. time is 5.45pm 24.2.15. The staff mr. Raju and Mohan has siad with in two hours your sim is activated. I am waiting up 10 AM 25.2.15. Not at doen. Again I went to the center. Mr.Raju has given parliamentary answers. And they say to me. Give your complaint any where, we dont bother. It is right answer for custmor. Today I have missed Number calls from my claints. I am Income Tax practiocner. However the staff Mr.Raju and Mohan were gave reducukess answwers to custmores. Take necesary action for those fellows, other wise i will written complaint to consumer fouram..

                                        I recently took a airtel prepaid wi-fi dongle connection on 20 feb 15. I got the number ([protected]) verified too. However since then i am unable to use the dongle as it shows dns server error.
                                        I have spoken to customer care nummbers umteem times. No response
                                        I have spoken to tech reps, no response.
                                        Pls check call records of the said number to airtel customer care on 23 feb 15 evening from 2100hrs to 2245 hrs.
                                        Airtel will feel ashamed of the inaction. My alternate number is [protected]
                                        Pls get back to me after solving my problem.
                                        Else i will be forced to take alternate routes to address my problem
