Hi,
I have taken a airtel postpaid sim with very low plan, but I got very high amount after 1 month that is 950+ rupees,
I asked cutsomer care executives but no reply from them, so I didn't paid the bill as there was no response from you people, after 2 months again customer care called and told to pay 3000/- rupees, why I have to pay that amount since I didn't used that SIM after it got blocked, and your customer care executives are brats who do not have culture how to talk even, as the alternate number is my mother number, they spoke with her in a uncivilized manner, I can pay the amount i used but I will not pay which I didnt used, so reply on this as soom as possible
