Hi, My name if Chandramouli I was a Airtel broadband customer for more than 8 years. My landline number was [protected]. I cancelled the Airtel connection 6 months before and I firmly said I don¿t need the connection any more. Airtel customer care executives placed my line in safe custody without my approval. In the month of January'15 without my concern, they activated the line and generated a bill for 1213. I had given standing instruction with my AMEX card. This amount was paid inadvertently because I never received any service from Airtel When I request to process a refund of 1, 213, they claim that the bill was correct and they cannot process the refund.           My number [protected] has been disconnected on Jan 17th as i was on abroad and not usage. With high pressure I requested everyone in airtel like Social Media, Nodal officer, Appellate authority and also the head office in coimbatore. The nodal officer promised to re-activate the number and said to meet Mr.Sabarinath in coimbatore head office. As he mentioned I met Mr.Sabarinathan and he checked the number status on 14.02.2015 and promised me to activate on 16.02.2015. after that I got a call from [protected] (nodal officer) stating that your request processed and will be activated in another 24hrs. I was waiting for that with the new sim (sim no.[protected] H1. But suddenly when i check today that is 18.02.2015, they sold the number to some other concern. But prior to that they informed me no one can activate the sim other than you as the sim is under your proof. How they fooled me? I was using that business no. for past 10years. I have more than 20+ connections in Airtel. this is the first time the worst thing happened. The nodal officer also informed that the recycle of number will exist only after 90days from disconnection. Atlast everyone played very well and cheated. I want my number back. any clarifications [protected]

            I AM PRIYA PAUL.I APPLY FOR JOIN CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL.THEY TOOK RS.1500 FOR JOIN AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE WHICH LOCATED IN MATIGARA, SILIGURI (WEBWEL BUILDING).WHEN THEY TOOK THE FEES THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WIILL GIVE US TRAINING AND AFTER 30 DAYS THEY WILL TAKE A EXAM AND IF I FAILED THEY WILL RETURN MY FEES.AFTER 1 MONTH PRACTICE I GAVE EXAM AND I FAIL.AFTER FEW DAYS THEY CALLED ME AND PROPOSE ME TO TRY ONE MORE TIME WITH THE FEES I ALREADY PAID BEFORE.I ACCEPT THEIR PROPOSAL AND I CAME BACK HOME.THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL CALL ME WHEN THEY START THEIR NEXT BATCH.BUT AFTER MANY DAYS THEY DO NOT CALL ME.TODAY I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM TO RETURN MY MONEY.BUT THEY REFUSE TO PAY MY MONEY.AND TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE ME ANY MONEY.. On 17th feb-2015 at 22-39 i received a msg that"thanks for using fishstory_2012.you have been charged Rs 50 from your airtel mobile account.For more serviciec call 56789" This is to be inform you that i never requested for this service. So why this deduction? I think airtel is collecting crores of rupees like this typr of cheating. give your clearification for this and stop my this illegle deduction and inform me.

                Dear sir, I am purchased one mobile phone along with one new airtel sim (airtel numer:[protected]) on 09/02/15 through by univercell mobile show room Anna NagarBranch (branch Phone no:[protected]), Chennai for my emergency. Before I get it the new airtel sim I confirmed to univercell executive when it will be activate. He told most properly tomorrow evening itself sir that is 10/02/15, after conforming it then only I purchased my new airtel sim for Rs.162 plan with submitting of all my documents along with my photo immediately. I am waiting for activation of my new sim till 10/02/15 evening, but it will not activate. Dayafter (11/02/15) I called to univercell mobile show room exective is name Mr.Arun but he said that document collecting person didn’t come yesterday sir we will processed your document and it activate almost today night else tomorrow (12/02/15) morning sir. But till date the airtel sim not activated. In between two or three times I spoken to univercell showroom he told your documents are dispatched to backend office for verification sir but we do know why it will too delay sir we can check the status and give the feedback to u sir, but no one to call and give the feedback still. Other side I call to airtel customer care for confirmation of sim activation, but the customer care said till we have not received any documents to our end sir, you just ask to show room where u did buy the sim. I went two times by direct to that univercell show room about the delay of sim activation and also I conveyed what airtel customer care told me to that to univercell show room but they showed me airtel dispatched note for my reference your document was collected on 10/02/15 sir its not your side problem its only airtel side only sir. Both side are playing me like that. Till that sim not activated. I just wasted my money for buying airtel sim, phone calls for airtel customer care & univercell show room and travel conveyance for going twice by direct. In between I register my complaints to airtel customer care on 17/02/15 and my complaint no is[protected]. Both side are not given proper answer to me.                     Dear sir, i am pained to write this that my broadband data against airtel no : [protected] is being stolen(used) by ur company.Every month during the first five days of billing cycle i recieve the message that my 5 Gb data has been consumed.This is not possible without the connivance of airtel company as i am getting this message of 5 GB consumption even if i keep my Modem/machine in swiched off mode during this period. i tried contacting your customer care, they failed to address this issue and refused to provide me the complaint number. You are requested to resolve the issue to my satisfaction by intimating me as to how the data is being used/stolen under these circumstances even when my machine is kept off mode. regards Wg Cdr Rajinder Singh [protected]

                      I had visited the airtel shop yesterday at 12 pm to convert my postpaiid number to prepaid. I was told that the same would be done in 4-6 hours time. At 6 pm I called up the cc for verification and was told that will take 15mins, thereafter reboot. I waited for an hour, nothing happened. I again called up cc, verification done again and was told to wait for 24 hours. Today I again called up and was told by the susupervisir again that there was some technical glitch and it will again take 24 hours. This is really pathetic and taking a new connection takes lesser time. My phone number is [protected]. Please look into this.

                        But khilesh told to me sir dont warry credit your a/c today you go sir.
                        In evening 4 pm not credit in my accounts above balance
                        So i send one porson & told him akhilesh this matter
                        That time he told 48 hrs credit in your a/c.
                        But till to day not credit in my a/c. So i goen air tel stores
                        That place i have recharges. Stores managar & sales man akhilesh meet me. Above matter nolege .
                        Akhilesh sman told me ab kuch nahi hoga aur app ko jo karna hai vo kar lo said me . I have not reply & not courrect reply to me.
                        Please see the matter & revers my above amounts in my a/c. As per posibal.

                          This is state that i Mr Dwarakeswar Mondal try to swichover my number Air Tel to other service provider means MNP by sevral times i try but unable to get the unique no from 1901 error is
                          You have entered an incorrect code please text PORT your 10 digit mobile number to 1900 to initiate a new request .
                          I contact to customer care of Air Tel they are give me the advice you try again and try again how long i will try it.

                          Pls revert back asap.

                            Hi, I requested for closing the account [protected] with request number 53527958 on 14th Feb at Madhapur airtel relationship center.I got message confirmation stating, cancellation shall be processed in 7 days for this request number. I got a call from airtel asking for reason, and i gave the reason as the service is not available and asked to closure. Then i got mail stating request for for change of address is processed. There is no point of shifting the address. Immediately I called airtel customer care regarding this, they raised a new request 53590454 for the same request i am not sure Why did they raised a new request for this and given it will be processed in 45 days. I am not using your connection from past 3 days and not connected. I request you look into the issue and close the connection immediately.

                                Hi, I have taken a airtel postpaid sim with very low plan, but I got very high amount after 1 month that is 950+ rupees, I asked cutsomer care executives but no reply from them, so I didn't paid the bill as there was no response from you people, after 2 months again customer care called and told to pay 3000/- rupees, why I have to pay that amount since I didn't used that SIM after it got blocked, and your customer care executives are brats who do not have culture how to talk even, as the alternate number is my mother number, they spoke with her in a uncivilized manner, I can pay the amount i used but I will not pay which I didnt used, so reply on this as soom as possible

                                  Hello, I made a recharge using the website https://pay.airtel.com/, Recharge date and time : 16/2/2015 time 3:30 PM My money was deducted but no recharge was been made to my number. As the deducted amount is not yet received I made a complaint PR[protected] however insted of solving the complaint the complaint is closed without even leting me know, later I checked the ststus of the compliant and fount that its already closed without any information. What kind of service is this ? its the worst service I ever faced. Airtel I need my money back. Dear consumemer forum please help me to deal with the situation. Thank you, Abhijeet.

                                    This is regarding an issue faced by my with my postpaid Airtel mobile connection number : 81...97 This number is blocked from last 10-11 days in spite of submitting all documents last Thursday i.e. 5th Feb 2015. The documents were submitted at Phase 3b2, Near Indus Hospital, Mohali. Even after valid address verification again at my company address, mobile number is not working and blocked. After visiting the showroom again, i was told a verification is pending wherein I have to dial 59059 from my cell. However Airtel representative's fail to provide solution as how to dial when they already have disconnected the my sim, As per latest conversation i.e on 13 Feb 2015, Friday, a call will be made to alternative number for tele verification. However till now no call is recieved and airtel is now not even responding back to queries. I will suggest all, please think 100 times before opting for Airtel services.

                                    A mail has already been sent yesterday, in this regard at airtel.[protected]@airtel.com with all my details and issues faced.
                                    Anyhow I got a call from Airtel representative yesterday evening and the issue is resolved now.

                                    It was a huge misunderstanding from Airtel, wherein all they keep on saying is to dial 59059 from your sim but no one told that a new sim has been issue with same number due to company address updates concerns. I went to showroom last evening to collect the sim and after 4-5 hours it worked.

                                        Its very worst experiance i will surly spread bad awareness in the market against Airtel Bharti as customer. From last 6 moth i was not using this number [protected] i have disconnected because of some disputed done also i have filed complaint against on Consumer forum of India 3 times. Lots of times faced bad behaviour from Airtel recovery third party companies I already said go legally i have proofs i will prove my self in court but very un helpfull feedback they are continually harassing. TODAY you guys are done height hacked my mobile contacts called on all numbers and shouted used bad words in that some contacts are lawyers, IAS officers, Inspectors all are harassing because of this bad activity done by EXPERT MANEGMENT ( Thane West Naupada) tired party recovery of Bharti Airtel. I have filed NC at Rabale police station against Airtel Bharti & Expert Management ( MS SADHANA SING & MR PRASHANT VERMA ) in the foul of hacked my phone contacts and called on all VIP and normal contacts shouted, used bad words and harassed full day also filed complaint against MS SADHANA SING by their Police constable as well to used hard and bad words against him on duty. I have recordings as well. EXPERT MANAGMENT CONTACT DETAILS MS SADHANA SING & PRASHANT VERMA [protected], [protected] Find The attachments of - Last complaints to Bharti Airtel, Consumer forum, Toady's NC Police copy, Complaint calls from my contacts etc .
