    I had been to Airtel customer care centre in Gandhinagar for a telephone shift and disconnection of broadband service on my airtel landline number. I interacted with an one executive (Ms.Manjula Emp No. A10R1E50 or A10R1E54 as mentioned by the executive). She was not ready to take these request and instead advised me to send these request online only siting the airtel company policy. When asked to produce a copy of these procedure she said her printer is not working. She is not authorised to give in writing and so on. On the request for only discontinuation of broad band service I was told to clear the outstanding first and then give a request. The treatment and attitude was not what is expected from a customer care executive. For ever request they site company policy but do not furnish any copies of these policies. It seemed to me they will only take up job where they can add customer and get incentives all other request are pushed to mail service. Mail services are not always 100% and can take long time or not attended to. On requesting there grevience cell mailid she first said it is not there and then later refused to give. She only asked me to contact airtel on [protected]@in.airtel.com for all request any complaints.

      Dear Sir, I am having an airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] which is having hallo tunes extra services for continuously few months. I have been trying to get rid of this nuisance called hallo tunes for last few months but every time i go through the process of failing one number after the other as per instructions given after dialling 198, at the end the voice always say we are unable to serve you this time and i have no further way to go to. even SMS sent to given number is not delivered . Are we being duped.? Are you still fleecing customers and thats how you keep your company afloat, buying companies in kenya and nigeria and flying in private jets where garib aam aadmi is paying through his nose for your mis adventures. See what happened to SAHARA group chairman, he is still behind bars. Pls deactivate all extra services and deactivate hallo tunes. I just want to use it for dialling and calling .         I am residentof Nizampet, Hyderbad.near JNTUI. In our area (nijampet road ) Hyderbad one Airtel custmer center. Yesterday I went to the center for change of My Micro sim to Macro sim. They were collect Rs.50/- for new sim and activation. time is 5.45pm 24.2.15. The staff mr. Raju and Mohan has siad with in two hours your sim is activated. I am waiting up 10 AM 25.2.15. Not at doen. Again I went to the center. Mr.Raju has given parliamentary answers. And they say to me. Give your complaint any where, we dont bother. It is right answer for custmor. Today I have missed Number calls from my claints. I am Income Tax practiocner. However the staff Mr.Raju and Mohan were gave reducukess answwers to custmores. Take necesary action for those fellows, other wise i will written complaint to consumer fouram..

          I recently took a airtel prepaid wi-fi dongle connection on 20 feb 15. I got the number ([protected]) verified too. However since then i am unable to use the dongle as it shows dns server error.
          I have spoken to customer care nummbers umteem times. No response
          I have spoken to tech reps, no response.
          Pls check call records of the said number to airtel customer care on 23 feb 15 evening from 2100hrs to 2245 hrs.
          Airtel will feel ashamed of the inaction. My alternate number is [protected]
          Pls get back to me after solving my problem.
          Else i will be forced to take alternate routes to address my problem

            Hello sir, this is Shweta Aggarwal from new delhi. my number is [protected] I registered a complaint regarding 'no signal' at my work place at company call center they assured me that problem will get resolved in 72 hours but I didn't get any response from there side till that time so again I called the call centre on 21st feb, this time I have words with a senior executive there he assured me that one person will visit my work place next day that is on sunday. As my workplace was off on sunday I asked him to send the person on monday. He said ok. But after waiting for 48 hours I again today that is 24th feb call to your call centre this time I have again words with your another senior executive but this time a very arrogant person who didn't know how to have talk with cutomer, I belive that he didn't have any knowledge of ANY RULES AND REGULATION OF THE COMPANY have words with me his NAME IS SATYAM AS told by him first of all he talked to me in very rude behaviour and when i asked him about the visit of the person he told me that you are wrond as i am telling lie i asked him to listen the recordings he started giving me answers in very bad way. and in worse he cut my phone without giving me answer just buy sying your ending lines thanks fir callin in airtel If airtel use to continue to appoint these type of people as a senior executive no one use airtel. please take appropiate action on him or else i will file a case in consumer court on airtel or i can go even to press as i don't allow anyone to talk me like this inspite of their fault

              I have done recharge of rs. 249 for 1gb 3g data from the website link https://pay.airtel.com/online-payments/prepaid-mobile-recharge.jspplans but I got 2gb 2g data. When I asked from customer care then I intracted from mr. Mukund who said that there is the rs. 251 plan for 1gb 3g data and after asking about the information provided on above link he said that no any such information is displayed on such site and information provided on such link is up to date.my mobile number is [protected]. I request u to plz. Solve my problem as soon as possible and provide me the 3g data.

                i have requested for disconnection of my 4G airtel number [protected] on 17th feb. however even after a week my 4G number is still active and AIRTEL is not terminating my connection. i have sent many follow up mail to them to process the disconnect request but all in vain. a little google search shows that it's a common practice by AirTel to continue the subscription for 1-2 month to cheat them for more money and many a times they will come up after 1-2 year with a bill of 10-15k and will threaten to file a lawsuit. i do not wants to happen any of these things with me. Since my bill will be generated on 25th feb please make sure that this will be my last bill and i do not have to pay any other bill apart from this.                 they did not terminate it gracefully after multiple calls and mails they have stopped calling me however i feared they might again comeback after 3-4 year with some huge bill and i will have all the emails to counter any of false claim in future.

                    My Name is Manoj Shetty, Residing in Malad east, Mumbai was using Airtel Postpaid Sim card for last 6 to 8 months want to register a complaint against Airtel. I have been using Airtel connection for past several years never switched to other network because i was very much satisfied with the service but my recent bad treatment from the company really upset me and i will never ever recommend airtel to anyone. 5 to 6 months back i switched from prepaid to postpaid connection due to severe brainwash from the lady representative. Initial 2 to 3 months i was receiving normal monthly bill of arounf Rs.650/- to 690/- and i was paying it regularly. Later they activated International Roaming offer without my consent and charged me bill of Rs.4, 200/- (Approx) which i refused to pay resulted in barring of my incoming and outgoing services. Later i spoke to the Senior Person and he said it was activated from their end hence they sent me the revised bill of Rs.249/- This is the closed chapter Later i felt ill because of jaundice and was in my room jobless for nearly 2 months, So i couldnt pay the bill. The bll was Rs.2, 297/-They had barred all my incoming and outgoing services also they harassed all my contacts threatening for legal action. One day a lady representative called my friend while i was with him and i picked the call and i told her my condition and asked 2 monoths time for payment of bill even she agreed too. AFter 1.5 months my health got fine and i grabbed the job was attempting for online payment which was unsuccessful and i was getting error message( Please enter valid airtel mobile number) Since then i forgot the issue and there was no calls from airtel after that. Now all of a sudden on 23/02/2015 i received a call from a person representating himself as Senior Advocate named Rajendra Choudhary from Delhi Patiala High Court Mobile No : [protected] informs me that he had sent a legal notice to me although i didnt receive that and told that on non payment of outstanding bill he will send summons. Another advocate called me refuse to disclose his name Mobile No :[protected] (In Truecaller SIM card location is Rajasthan) threatened to issue a police warrant against me. I have call recording of the conversation with me. Suggest me what should be my course of action ??? They have mentally harassed me a lot.

                      Hi, The reason for writing this complaint is that, I am a vodafone customer and I wanted to port my number to airtel because of bad services. I submitted all my documents at Airtel Office, Indiranagar where they provided me with a new expired SIM Card. And after 10 days I went to ask the status of my number portability, they tell that these SIM cards have been expired and it takes 13 more days to get new ones. They refunded the amount after we returned the cards. Atleast they did not have the courtesy to ask sorry. Its a bad service at Airtel office, Indiranagar. Why don't they have stock in airtel office? Why weren't those new SIM cards checked before issuing them? This kind of service is intollerable.

                        Having Complained on 26th Jan, the company executive advised me that until the bill is not generated they can't help. So I preferred to wait for bill generation. After the bill generation they are unable to explain the reason for excessive data usage for which they had charged Rs.500 extra and also they had charged Rs.5 for the SMS that they seek for the reply of their customer care feedback.(with service charges extra) When will the companies stop Overcharging their customer and loot them in case of Post-paid customers.                           I have serious network problem of airtel mobile & data connection at my residence. We hold 3 connections of airtel mobile viz. [protected], whis is a postpaid connection & 2 prepaid connections [protected] & [protected]. But unfortunately we are facing serious network problems. Though we have 3G mobile data connection in [protected], we never get 3G service at home.And for last 1 wk, we all 3 mobiles are out of network most of the time & not getting 2G connection also. But it is available as soon as we get out of the premises. We live in the heart of the city, it is Ballygunge just behind South Point High School & all other service providers connections are working very well here. The only exception is airtel.                             Sir, I just port my number to Airtel. I had 3 GB -3G data plan and i am paying good rental for the same. From last 10-15 days i am not being able to use proper speed of net and i already complaint so many time on customer care, Nodal officer, Appellate authority for the same. Number of calls were exchanged but so far nothing has happen from their side. No body in Airtel is helping to sort my concern. This is totally deficiency in service provider. I am going to file consumer forum for the same as my job, daily work is totally disturbed because of this.

                              I Got a recharge Rs. 194 date[protected] on my mobile No. [protected]. But I did not get the benefit of that recharge . I did call on customer service of airtel after recharge they said the benefit of recharge you will got in one hour. After two hour i called again and the customer care said i filed a complaint and your benefit you will get in 24 hour. Now today date[protected] after 24 hour I called again to customers care of airtel, again they said you have to wait for evening date[protected] .

                                  This is regarding Wrong Commitment by Airtel Customer Service Executive & Corp. Sales Executive regarding my add-on Post paid connection#[protected]. While taking this connection I was being committed following by your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) which I later confirmed with Customer Service Executive by dialing 121. - If i call a CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming from my CUG Mobile connection(i.e. [protected]), the incoming on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming will be absolutely Free While outgoing will be charged on the CUG Mobile Connection(i.e. [protected]) which is in Roaming and vice-versa. - If the Both CUG Mobile Connection are in roaming only outgoing calls will be charged from both of the connection whereas incoming will be free on one of them i.e. If [protected] calls [protected] while in roaming incoming will be free on [protected] whereas outgoing will charged on [protected] @ standard corp. Roaming rate and vice-versa. This can be checked with your Corp. Sales Executive (Updesh Kumar, Mob. No.[protected]) as well as recording of conversation between 121 executive on one of these date & time which are 21/JAN/2015 15:44:25, 21/JAN/2015 16:08:15 & 24/JAN/2015 20:55:19. Based on these commitment I was being charged Rs.127.5 for 06-Feb-2015 bill and will be charged for 05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period for 06-Mar-2015 bill until i called 121 executive for Bill Clarification today sometime back. When i called today the 121 executive confirmed me that the commitment made were wrong and in order to get free incoming while roaming on [protected] you need to add Rs.75 pack which I have added. Hence based on the matter, I must need waiver for Rs.127.5 charged for 06-Feb-2015 bill as well as amount will charged with 06-Mar-2015 bill of incoming from [protected] for 05-Feb-2015 to 23-Feb-2015 period. But last four times I have complaint on AIRTEL site without my complaint salvation they guys are sent me a message your complaint was solved. My 3G mobile data speed was less then 2G speed. Airtel server's speed was very very slow and bad network. 3G network was worst network in our city Hosur.                                       My name is Asif Ali and I live in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. For the past 2 years I have been a regular paying user of Airtel broadband connection and was given good offers which I later upgraded to. Recently I shifted my house to the next street from where I was previously residing. The distance was about 50 metres. I had to disconnect my connection temporarily so that I could reconnect once I'm done shifting but now when I ask them to reconnect they took 10 days to respond after I made 10 to 15 calls and wasn't replied properly every time. Now they say that the area I'm living in is not feasible for reconnection. People around my street all have Airtel connection except me. This is injustice from the customer point of view. I have not delayed in any payments and have been a constant user where most of the mobile connection in my home is of Airtel. I am really disappointed in Airtel. You lost the trust the customers had in you. Shameful act. Would not even recommend to my biggest enemy. I would not like to see people suffer like I did with this issue.

                                        i am in oman, before i was leaving to oman i have called executive to activate international roaming but he told me that Airtel site was down. And he asked me to send an sms. i did that too !!! before i was leaving. There are lot of calls are missed out because of your... service. i need an immediate action from your end. I am looking for international roaming and calling facility for my mobile number its very important for me number [protected] - postpaid number Please make it fast
