Hi,
I have recharged my airtel digital tv [protected] on 19feb2015.
I haved moved to South Value prime package from South super value prime .
1.When i called the customer care, the customer care person told that i will get channel number 541 and 542 .
But in reallity i ma not gettign these channels.when i called customer care, now they are saying thse are not included in package .this is purely cheating .
2. Also there is an offer that, if you recharge with 6 month or 12 month advance rental plan, you will get snapdeal coupon of worth 500.But I have not received it .
the customer care service is very poor.They will simply repeat the information again and again .
