Dear sir I have the pre-paid AIRTEL number- [protected]. I had also use PostPond no.[protected] since 2005. I had recharge of internet data use date[protected], But it’s not runing. I make to call to your executive his reply its technical problem on your number.i had no use of 1mb date please kindly check technical problem and remove. I kindly request to you please give to return/refund my internet data. what is my fault. Please check and correct. I high obiliged [protected]

    Hi, I have recharged my airtel digital tv [protected] on 19feb2015. I haved moved to South Value prime package from South super value prime . 1.When i called the customer care, the customer care person told that i will get channel number 541 and 542 . But in reallity i ma not gettign these channels.when i called customer care, now they are saying thse are not included in package .this is purely cheating . 2. Also there is an offer that, if you recharge with 6 month or 12 month advance rental plan, you will get snapdeal coupon of worth 500.But I have not received it . the customer care service is very poor.They will simply repeat the information again and again .

    There are similar problem faced by me, where Mtune channels was stopped out of my current Sport pack, without any info. And now Aritel is asking extra money to add same channel. This is unacceptable.

      on my mobile no. [protected] around 200 rupees has been deducted...then i call customer care and they told me that its the internet usage charges ... which is AUTO RENEWED whether you use it or not... and twice they put me on hold and cut the call ...even during the conversation with them my balance get deducted and no one attending me properly and neither listening me just telling their side and repeating their answer... then i checked me my mobile data on phone that is off which they told me that is on as they seeing it on their screen...

        Hi Airtel, I heard airtel is really doing great with datacard, so only i purchased. But i have never thought this connection will be too worst. Inspite of not using airtel datacard customer service are forced to pay bill and never allows us to listen to our queries. so i decided to get rid of this connection. Past 1 week one customer care person speaks so rude and local, i said ok madam i wll pay but she used "Ne first bill pay panu then she will stop services. Really never thought. I very asked her to talk disciplines and she continued to talk. I am really fed up for this service .. The person name is madhumitha.. Thanks for the good response madam.               This mail sent by me to airtel customer care explains it all: Sir, It has been around 2 weeks that I activated a pack for reducing call rates @2rs/day for 90 days and I received a message from Airtel saying that the pack has been activated and I can deactivate it by calling on *129#. A few days later when I tried to deactivate it using the same number *129#, I was unable to deactivate it because there was no such option available for ANY KIND OF DEACTIVATION. After this starts the mental harassment part. I regularly keep on calling the customer care to no use. They keep on telling me that they can't do anything to help me as the service can only be called off from my mobile. Even they guided me to use *129# for the deactivation but when I told them that it isn't showing any deactivation options, either they used to cut the call or ask me to continue with the service. You can check your data base for the recorded calls that happened between me and the customer care guys. I even tried 198 a couple of times but to no use. I also tried the nodal officer number but only a computer recorded message shows up and after a minute or two, the call ends. I want to know till how long you guys are going to continue with your poor customer support! I had such a bad experience with Airtel that I don't prefer anyone in my circle to choose Airtel in any form. I have lost more than 30Rs of my balance to you excluding the amount deducted for calls to nodal officer and the customer care. Someone told me to send a text on 121 saying "STOP" to deactivate my service but it says I haven't got any service activated. Not even the service is functioning! My call rates are still sky high!! And with every new day I am poorer by 2Rs! Though I am hopeless that you are willing to help me, I am still making this last try to ask for a solution to this problem and get my money back. I have already decided to port my number to some other CUSTOMER FRIENDLY network provider if I don't get it corrected immediately and I am taking this to different consumer forums as well.

                Dear Sir, airtel is providig sevice of *121# .on which information related recharge packs appears. From that information i made a recharge of roming pack of 45 rs on 19 feb 15 on my airtel mobile no. [protected] but when the pack is not worked, i called to airtel costumer care, they told me that the information on * 121# service is wrong and you made a recharge related to local min not roming pack. Due to this they continued to charge on incoming calls. And now they are not solving the problem and cutting my balance on incoming calls . Now they are not responding my call .

                  Airtel is ridiculously imposing rates on customers. For example.. Airtel have 98 RS rate cutter.. If you recharge with 98 airtel to airtel calls at 10p/min. Now the problem is they are reducing the validity as the like. At first the validity use to be one month then they made it 28. Now they are very ridiculously say valid for 15 days and that changes from district to district. I don't understand it's not between States.. They are dividing in districts of Andhra Pradesh. It is just one example of how they are robbing Please take a look into it and take actions for the consumer protection. I hope someone one there to question the companies on behalf of consumers..

                        There is a scheme in Airtel money that if any body pay the bill payment, he/she gets benefit of 15 ₹ talktime. But I didn't not get benifit. I complained in Airtel money. But yet It has not been solved. If I call airtel money, they answered me that your complaint resolvEd. But really I dint any talk time in my account. Three times I did not get beniit. Please soLve mY complaint with thE co oPration of Airtel money and Airtel prepaid department.

                          i am holding a airtel postpaid no [protected] due to some unavoidable reason regarding postpaid bill i have decided to change over from postpaid to prepaid but the airtel persons have forcing to change the network by they have not issuing me the prepaid sim they says out stock asking me to wait for a week Actually i am having all the documents and photo copy of which they were asking as per their procedures and i have also payed my all out standing and i am also ready to submit it, so i have went to reach telecommunication at anna nagar actually i was using iphone so for that i need a nano sim they says its out of stock they were asking me to wait for a week.so u guys tell me were i can get the solutions regarding nano sim contact number : [protected] Email id : thyaga.[protected]@gmail.com

                            Hi, I am shamanth i had purchased airtel 4g wifi device in chandra layout outlet from executive PREETHI.I had asked her to give me some best unlimited plan, Preethi suggested me to take 1995 unlimited plan, but she has given me some limited plan. I use this connection in my office that is the reason why i took unlimited plan. Now i got bill amount of Rs.5715. i got message on the next day when i took the connection, when i asked about this message with executive preethi. She said the plan is updating and not to worry about it. my 4g number is :[protected] please help us from this froad sale .

After it i am very much disappointed.Whenever i ON my internate it deduct charges from my main balance. I made a complain to costumer care but no proper support or any suitable answer infact they said my handset ( MOTO 2nd Gen) is not suitable for this pack. I visited branch at Kalyan west near Railway station i had a waste full discussion. Please remove such fake recharge from airtel site. Regards,

                                Dear sir, This is to inform you that some one has hacked my credit card and made a payment of Rs.4925/- on 12th nov.2014.I came to know when I got a message from sbi on my mobile no.[protected] also my credit card account has been blocked so that I may not view the statement that against whose payment my credit card is debited .Yesterday when my account has been released I could able to view my statement in which it shows the payment to Airtel Bombay on 12th nov.2014.In this connection I have never made the payment through credit card to any one since I ahave been using the airtel mobile and no amount has been due to me.It appears it is a case of cheating.Please immediately invastigate the matter against whose account the aforesaid ammount has been paid from my credit card no.                                     I am Rajkumar Dubey My Airtel Mobile Number is [protected]. 3-4 months before i was working with calltech services and company provide me above number for personal use but 2 month before i resign my job for personal reason and i gat NOC for calltech for this number transfer to my Name and i goto Airtel Gallery in Mira Road and submit NOC and My Personal Document and Number transfer in My Name succesfuly and i enjoy the service but on 17/02/2015 my airtel postpaid number disconnected ( without any pre intimation ) and when i visit Airtel Gallery in Mira Road they told me that the calltech send mail to Airtel to Close all Number which her Name But Pls told me If i got 2 Month Before NOC from Calltech and Numer is transfer to my Name then how to Airtel disconnected my Number in behalf of Calltech. I also send mail to nodalofficer.[protected]@airtelworld.com on 17/02/2015 but till date no response from Airtel Nodal Officer….                                       Dear Sir received a message from icici bank credicard department saying rs. 5070 has been debited against AIRTEL-PYMT- bill on 18 feb 15 at 0359pm. this amt is surprisingly not credited to my account and this was not my bill amount. you are requested check your systems to let me know as to where this amount has been credited to and to which airtel mobile no. my icici credit card no.[protected]. (visa) this is for your ref to locate the payment received from . kindly help me and revert as i have been cheated by the hacking system. i shall be able to follow up with the mumbai police once i get the details of the airtel mobile no where the amount has been credited to. lend a hand facility shall be highly appreciated by you.

                                        It has been almost a year since I was on a 4G Rs.2000 40 GB unlimited plan. Suddenly the customer care calls and says as on December 2014 I am migrated to Rs.1999 and the plan is reduced to 30GB limited plan the floor manager upon escalation says, this is how it is, we can change without consent as we have sent out email and sms. I have not received either email or sms from Airtel.
