I recently converted my pre paid number to post paid w e f 18 th of dec 2014 .I am being charged for data usage every month which I am not using, also I was charged an activation fee of Rs.250 which i was told would be deducted from the first bill but actually it has not been done.Regarding my problem I went to Airtel office at NIBM road Pune several times .I also told the manager Mr Sam ph no [protected] about my problem and one of the employ Mr Alim ph no. [protected] but so far nothing has been done by them. My no is being barred many times and past one week my outgoing calls have been barred on my no [protected] which is causing great inconvenience to me .Ihave even given written complaint in their office but no action has been taken by them .I have wasted a lot of time visited their office again and again waiting their for the settlement of my bill but have the problem still remains unsolved, it has been two months now and I am highly disappointed .I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

      Hi Now after continuous follow-ups and unnecessary calls, I realized that airtel is not what it is used to be. Known for its amazing service & complete customer satisfaction, now it is only a local company with uneducated staff and not at all customer friendly with zero service. I purchased a broadband plan on 2nd feb and paid rs 1000 online and it has been a week but there is no sign of broadband at all & totally pissed off talking to staff who have no idea of airtel broadband. A person came to collect documents but he has no idea why and what documents are required. Moreover he don't have his airtel identity card and made excuse that he left his card at home. I can't handover my documents to a unidentified person. Could you please let me know how can I proceed on this as even ESCALATIONS team is not doing anything. Thanks

But their are send me sms to change recharge amount in every month & date no fixed. I want to recharge date is fixed. Because i got a salary every month in 10th. So how can it possible the bare in recharge amount in between 10th. I am said the airtel company but their are no step. Please help me.

            I have CUG connection through my company and from last month (Jan-1205) I have been receiving a bill with extra charge under "SMS - Others" (Rs.150-200). When I called your airtel customer care, they mentioned that I have authorized the Value Added Services and some games (Gameloft_GameIAP_Spid, JavaGame_RealFootball2 - this is what bill says) are being downloaded and will be charged every month (remember every month!!) . If I remember correctly when I took the CUG connection, I did not authorize for any games and Value Added Services. So here are my complaints and I need clarifications.

            - Why is airtel is mediating for game companies for taking my money and sending it to them for which I did not ask for it. Instead Game company should ask for payment and authorization with credit card if customer really want to download)
            - Why airtel can not stop this service if subscriber does not authorize it and dont want it?
            - Does TRAI rules allow for mediating the game companies and take the subscriber money and give it to them?
            - Customer care person mentioned that the mobile has some Java options for which they need to be turned off to stop this. Customer will not be a Tech geeks to do all these things and why would they be charged for something they don't know? If I give an example of TV, my TV supports HDTV means the cable company can not charge HDTV charges. They should charge only if I subscribe for HD channels, not just because my TV has a feature in it. It looks like Airtel does not have a facility to un-subscribe for the services for java enabled phones. Do you agree being a major telecom player and don't have this basic facility o[censored]n-subscription for some java related services and games?
            - Where can I find these type of java value added services (fine-prints) where I should be aware of as a subscriber?'
            - Also can you please educate Airtel representatives who sell the connections to clearly call out these extra charges and put these in your advertisements so that things are transparent.
            - So Java phone buttons seems to be a really becoming costly. Isn't unethical to generate money for Game companies for just a customer not being tech geek?

              my number is [protected] from najafgarh new delhi. I had this recharge of rs.[protected]@90 at some offer for my number only on 7th of febrauary. I did not make any such calls. How come u people just casually deduct my balance. I was travelling alone and this created so much inconvenience to me. Everytime i got low balance it was preannounced in calls bt this time it directly became 0.01. I tried the customer care number number but dint get any option of having any conversation with customer care. This is not the way u handle your customers.

                I took airtel 4g LTE wifi router ([protected]) from a airtel agent Gaurv modi belongs to Vega sales and services. He gave us offer like if we pay Rs 3500 we will get the router and 2 months 10GB plan which cost 999 per month. He took all the money and next day he came with router. I continuously tried using the router for 4 days and it didnt work. After calling airtel customer care i got to know that my account is not recharged with any amount and thats the reason its not working properly.When i tried calling airtel agent Gaurav modi he did not picked up the call for 4 days and even the Vega sales and services people are not replying to my calls. I have even launched the complaint in Airtel CC but no reply from them yet. Please look into this issue ASAP

                  My name is amit i am employee of the Altisource Business Solution i was a idea corporate CUG plan NSD 99 300 localand std minutes free with 300 local -national SMS. due to low network i decide to take a airtel corporate plan for the getting that plan i raised a request on net of corporate airtel site then i get a call from the sai communication, santosh gupta, MOB. No. [protected] i was suggested below mentioned plan but at the activation time i get a my plan - individual i call him a n number of time but he relpy your request is send for to activate below mention plan but steel the same plan is there.

                  That is worst thing that 3rd parties are making a full o[censored]s. I will complain to my Co. to do not allow the airtel representative in the premises to sell there plan. if the below mentioned plan is not activated on my below mentioned number. I request you to please file complaint against the saicommunication. and activate the same plan on mobile. i am oldest customer of the airtel i having a number -[protected].

                    I called customer care regarding a query and I got very rude and negative response from the supervisor. He was not ready to listen to me and was very aggressive on the call. I activated Whatsapp pack on my pack and still money was getting deducted from my account. I called regarding the same. His name is "Kailash Thakur". He gave me some number and told me if you complaints, call on this number. Pathetic services!@!!!

                        I have airtel no [protected]. About three years ago I port my no into reliance. After three years I send port request into airtel from reliance. And I got port no RE494181 from reliance. I got a message from airtel to successful port. But it didn't while my no [protected] has been closed on 03/12/2014. I complained it many times. And provided me three SIM one by one and given me technical issues. Last provide SIM no. is[protected] H-3EC
                        And I want to satisfaction results as soon as well. And from airtel Mr. Manoj called me on 05/02/2015 and said me to resolved my problem. Yet I have same problem.

                            It's in Thrissur which i called to customer care to complaint regarding to balance deduction. But my call had been passed to senior level escalator, her name is Neethu which she was dealing in a rude manner and she's saying that to do whatever i want when i asked her if there's any need to change the connection to idea from Airtel. She was acting like she doesn't care the customers of Airtel even they changed or what.she's saying that she's getting salary she needs and doesn't have if there's any problem to customers.She doesn't care if customers change the connection.

                              Hello, This is regards to the request which was not taken care and in turn i was charged more on my bills. i have raised the Broadband disconnection in the first week of December and asked the Customer Service agent to keep the Basic line rental plan for my LL ([protected]). Which was not done and in the month of Jan i had got bill with the Broadband charges on it where i had already for a disconnection of Broadband and they agreed to wave the charges for the Month December month as my usage was ZERO for DECEMBER. Then i went and enquired in the outlet at Jayanagar 3rd block for my Landline bill the agents made to wait for 1hr and then and did not do anything and asked me to call Customer service, when i called the Customer Care they were not o[censored]se made to wait on the call for atleast 1 and half hour and as the agent was very rude on the call saying they did not have request for disconnection of Broadband, hence i asked the agent to esclate the call to his supervisor which the agent after keeping me on a LONGEST HOLD... The Supervisor who took that esclation was not at all usefull and never seemed to be helpfull for a customer and he was very rude over the call so i asked for the my Landline disconnection also, still the issue was not resolved as they said i will get the call from the Complaints team, which i got the lady whom i spoke to advised that she will be waiving the charges of the Broadband and sending the final bill only with the landline charges on it and gave the referencen.o. as[protected],[protected].. And now the Landline has been disconnected and the BB as well its more than a month now the issue is not resolved as i had called Customer Care check my final bill which i haven't received and the nothing is been changed on the bill after many complaints made but the services are disconnected. i am not at all happy with the services and my not paying any money to AIRTEL as off their hopeless CUSTOMER SERVICE...

The Supervisor who took that esclation was not at all usefull and never seemed to be helpfull for a customer and he was very rude over the call so i asked for the my Landline disconnection also, still the issue was not resolved as they said i will get the call from the Complaints team, which i got the lady whom i spoke to advised that she will be waiving the charges of the Broadband and sending the final bill only with the landline charges on it and gave the referencen.o. as[protected],[protected]..
                              And now the Landline has been disconnected and the BB as well its more than a month now the issue is not resolved as i had called Customer Care check my final bill which i haven't received and the nothing is been changed on the bill after many complaints made but the services are disconnected. i am not at all happy with the services and my not paying any money to AIRTEL as off their hopeless CUSTOMER SERVICE...

                                  I am a disabled man and still undergoing a treatment. Therefore, i did a mistake of going to a roadside guy on 01 Feb 2015 who gave me a connection for Rs 300 and said it will be activated within 24 hours. When i contacted him on 06 Feb 15 he had the audacity to inform me that, the plan has been changed and some one from airtel will contact me on 09 Feb 2015. Since, no body has contacted me and considerable delay has been caused, i have gone in for a more responsible service provider.                                     After paying my airtel digital TV recharge amount, Got an message saying the recharge has not able to complete as my account is suspended, And advised to contact customer care with the number provided. Each time the call go for more than 5 minutes in waiting and it gets terminated. This is not the first time i face this any customer care call will go for more than 3 minutes and I have waited for 10 minutes and all. but no response. They wan us to make call to customer care number and charging us. The calls to customer care should be bared by company itself. Worst response by AIRTEL

                                      Dear Sir, My no. is [protected]. i am having some issue regarding balance deduction. I had recharged my no. with 70 rupees on (07/02/2015), but after recharging balance, it reduced to zero then again i recharged with 10 rupees and again 70 rupees and my balance reduced to 20 rupees at last. I have already talk 3 -4 times to airtel customer care and senior officer also.But they are telling me again and again that you used Internet. But i only used whatsapp and for that i already having whatsapp pack of 41 rupees. I downloaded one or two images from whatsapp but balance deducted almost 130 rupees till now. How it can be possible.?? Seriously i am not satisfy with your service. Kindly return my balance otherwise i will post comment on facebook or other social sites.

                                        I m trying to contact from two hours. No body is responding on any numbers. I am not able to connect customer care on number mentioned on TV screen as well as on web site. I then try on number of new connection, reply was instant but not for problem only for new connection where as nobody respond on customer care. I have recordings of thoes hours for which i try to communicate with care.
